And survivors are gen rushing NOW because most killers tunnel and being in chase isn't worth it. As I said, it's literally the chicken and the egg (and it'll stay that way until survivors are somehow made stronger in chase or tunneling is somehow not the best killer strategy anymore)
Survivors are strong enough in chase already and you know that if you've seen the comp teams. I think it's more to do with possible gen efficiency being too high. But I also would like for tunneling to be discuraged by some sort of mechanic but NOT just that without a survivor nerf first

Exactly this. Survivors are focusing on gens more now, thanks to all of tunnellers. If you don't rush gens, most likely you will lose. But if you finish gens as fast as possible, you can help your teammate who is getting camp & tunnel.
Killers are tunneling NOW because gens go by way to quickly to get any good chases in

i dont understand how you can abuse DS now the way it is?
doesnt work in endgame, almost every action except hoping into a locker removes ds
the best DS can do is take a hit for someone put them in mending or wait out their 8sec bt before a hit and leave him slugged.
Im a believer of DS being able to be used after every hook and/or make survivor have a shared 12 hook. No other way to fix tunneling
If people still have a problem with DS its more of a you problem and try actually improving your killer skills like the way suvivors have been adapting with all the nerfs.
Mate I was talking about pre-nerf ds not the current one
-
The main problem with ds (or with any stronger survivor perk for that matter) is that survivors found ways to abuse it's power and force the killer to either eat the ds and loose time or let them do stuff in the killers face. I do agree the 5 to 3 second nerf is a bit overshot but we need to be careful to not make a perk that survivors can abuse to force the killer into a loose loose situation

I always thought there are multiple versions of multiple killers from multiple realities. I mean the Tomes mention 2-3 different versions of Haddie before she even came to the game, each with their own story and reality.
Very interesting for sure! Can you tell me where Haddie was mentioned please?

Oh, I remember this. Yeah, that's not someone else, that's Talbot Grimes AKA Blight.
I don't think he ever became a human again either. Maybe someone else can explain this, because these cutscenes seem contradictory to me too tbh. We already have the cutscene of Grimes becoming default skin Blight, which should be how he ended up in this state, but this cutscene almost seems like a retconned version of that transformation.
maybe the entity can create multiple iterations of killers within the realm or maybe time works differently in the entitie's realm

Doesn't the Blighted Blight skin have a description that says this is what happened to Blight after injecting even more of that yellow stuff within him?
That someone was probably Blight, but then again I haven't seen this video.
This link should start at 4:06 or something, the last one
-
Yeah that seems odd I recommend you send that video in bugs and let the devs know

I feel like there's two types of "tunneling", one of them being worse(in my opinion) but both viewed equally as bad in the community. If a killer goes and three hooks only one person that's not necessary to win a match, however if a killer has multiple hooks and chases somone off a hook to get them out and put more pressure on survivors (if they have 2 or 1 gen(s) left or if the exit gates are powered) that is reasonable in my opinion. So I half agree half disagree with tunnelling being toxic (not to say that it can't be ofc it can)
-
The Artist's trailer was always my favourite. What can I say I like the art style
-
messing with movement speed is always very dangerous for a game like this. I get it the effects are minor since you literally can't use a power but it makes not having hatchets waaaaaaaay better to handle so you don't have to reload and play as a normal m1 killer. I agree Ultra rare seems a bit over the top but it's a mediocre add on that does what it does well
-
bc they like scobby doo ig

@ShinobuSK said:
I see killer lag symbol almost every game. Sometimes some survivors too
That's what I'm talking about! Has it always secretly been like that or is it worse with the new update?

Most likley a bug, or herobrine in dbd who knows
-
I dislike nurse very, very much
-
These are wild times for sure, hackers are more subtile than ever with the changes but you gotta understand that bhvr can't get rid of hackers. They use EAC which is a pretty ok anti cheat program but as you see in the game it's exploitable. My point is that no matter waht bhvr does they can't get rid of 100% of the cheaters, although they could put more work into it for sure
-
I would luv to see the other mother from coraline. And I know artist kinda lookes like her but imagine a mechanic with the button eyes or a door as a portal or something. Idk I just liked that movie and I feel that could potentionally fit dbd
-
- Wesker
- legion
- nurse
- huntress
- nemmy for some reason
- plague

Well, meme all you want I guess, but this is reportable, and next time it happens, I will report it.
You take the game a bit to serious but I understand how it can be frustrating to loose bc of that. I usually let one survivor go and kill the others so even if I meme with 3 of them if I already killed one I WILL not let 3 escape bc I agree that is unfair
-
If you define tunneling and camping at certian situations as toxic then you're delusional (unless ofc the killer facecamps you on first hook) and Survivors do the same if not worse so don't pretend like this is a one sided issue.
-
Very simple answer, memming with the survivors is the best part about dbd
-
Hag because she's boring as hell to play, at least for me. I just don't like set up killers

The reason for the name change rule is because Vanilla prevents multiple users from sharing a name, and any name ever entered is permanently stored and unable to be used by any other member. This includes previous, changed names (and banned users).
If you want your name changed, or your account permanently deleted, contact a moderator (who'll get you in contact with Mandy) or Mandy herself.
thx

He's still very weak. His power has little to no impact if you hit it in a distance, the chains are RNG wich is never good for a power (see pig).

The hell are you on about I'm a Trickster main lmfao.
then you should know the counter tf. use high walls and obstacles. Play against him like you would against a huntress
-
@Myla said:
He has little counter play actually especially if you use add on that makes it so that you move faster while throwing blades.
Trickster main.
Just because you don't know the counter doesn't mean he has no counter

people like you ruin the game. "I dOnT WaNt To PLaY aGaInSt ThIs KiLlEr". She's in the game deal with it or stop playing

dude what?

I don't ######### on people for playing Trickster. I don't even ######### on him as a killer. I just ######### on him as a character. 😊
haha fair enough 😂

Yeah, I don't know. I don't play Trickster, but he's the only one I have any cakes left on (like, 27) so if I ever need some bloodpoints I begrudgingly play him.

This ######### happens every, single, time. I get it, he isn't fun- Please don't DC on the first down because you tried to loop a Trickster on something he could throw over.
exactly! People don't complain about huntress and she plays the exact same way. If you loop a huntress on something she can throw over you're dead.
-
Please do. In fact, even if it's not FNAF you should uninstall. The community doesn't need cry-babys that hate so much on a potential killer. But for real the FNAF fanbase is not avg 12yr as u may think. And you saying it's not scary is bullshit because you probably never even played the game. DBD by itself is less scary than FNAF ever was. You hat on FNAF for no reason and i honestly hope that if it turns out to be Springtrap that you'll joy in it.

Not gonna lie but I have some pink keys from the chests in couple game recently...
That's what I'm saying. It seems like the key drop-rates are buged
-
@GamerGirlFeng said:
Truth. My gf got me to join her on Survivor today and almost every game one of us was finding a pink key in a chest. No plunderers needed.
We ended up hiding the keys so they wouldn't be used unless the killers were playing scummy.
It's not fun to play as killer right now bc of this

100%
"I never double hooked anyone!" means NOTHING if you immediately came back to the first hook right after hooking another person only to down the person who just got unhooked. I think a lot of killer players conveniently leave out details similar to this when they complain about DS. If you don't give survivors a chance to reset, you don't get to complain about DS.
I personally have actually NEVER seen a killer get hit by DS after downing a healthy survivor LMAO, and honestly??? If you downed them that fast while they were healthy and they STILL somehow are within 60s of being unhooked... DS ain't hurting you because survivor homeboy is NOT giving you a run for your money when it comes to chases LOL
I support DS deactivating upon working on a gen for several seconds (not just upon merely touching a gen, as controller players can very easily accidentally touch a gen when they are trying to vault a window placed very near to the gen) but most other proposed changes don't seem like good ideas in the slightest.
But still 60s of invincibility is to much with soul guard + ubreakable + ds
-
@Lexilogo said:
I'm sorry, can you repeat that, but quieter? I've been buying some recent gaming accessories to try and become a Spirit main.
That has nothing to do with my post
-
@Kaiju said:
The perk deactivating if someone else's get hooked will be way too abusable. Yes DS needs some adjustments but not this one
Yes I agree. My only problem is that people can have 1 minute total invincibility. That's not fun
-
@Dwight_Fairfield said:
The predominant reason is that guessing is not considered a counterplay, which is what you have to do against her. Especially when she is running Stridor.
Every mindgame is a guessing game tbh.
-
Female. The movment is better for me at least and they are mostly shorter than male characters
-
@NoOneKnowsNova said:
She is one of the easiest killers to play and one of the best too. Her chase power for the most part is a guessing game, and while this would be fine if it was in neither of the sides favour, it is heavily in the side of the killer, meaning that chases end quickly. Her counterplay is to play stealthy and most people don’t enjoy that kind of playstyle, and even then, if the killer is running stridor, that stealthy style is for the most part, ineffective.
I feel like that applies to every killer. If the killer is good you can't do anything can you? for exaple a good deathslinger or bubba will end chases quick aswell.
-
His point of view is very low, and I do agree the hitboxes are ######### sometimes but I still enjoy playing him. As you play him more you will understand which things to bump. He's still fun for me.
-
@Orionbash said:
Don't tunnel. Don't slug. Don't use hex perks. There. Nerfed all three perks and made them completely useless leaving the survivor with only one other perk.
Read my post! I said if the killer is tunneling the perk should still work! But if you hook another survivor the perk shall deactivate
-
@Hoodied said:

DS still activates when not tunneling...
Yeah that's what I mean
-
@KajdanKi said:
No they dont need nerf.
There is too much killers that dont give a fu*k and want to kill as fast as possible. Out of 10 matches at least 4 are tunneling issues and 1 is face camp.
Decisive strike is last resort help. it is one tine perk anyway and after that you are getting banged anyway.
You should ask community (especially guys who play on console) why do they do it.
I play a killer from time to time and I dont face camp or tunnel people. If you suck, why do you need to make ones game miserable?
You didn't understand. The perk should only work, if the killer hooks you twice. But from a killer perspective it's very unfair if you hook two other survivors and want to hook the third and then ds pops in

I am, you could ask just about everyone and they would agree. You would see a lot more posts about cheaters if they were all over the place.
I don't even think it's BHVR's fault since they didn't desighn the anti-cheat system. It still suck tho
-
@Yords said:
No, just because you had a match with a cheater doesn't really mean that it is common. In fact, they are pretty rare to see.
I hope you are right
