While I simpatize with your aversion of SWF's with map offerings, jump scare Myers is the best we have in DbD in present times.
-
If you play with him, you will know how to counter his power better than anyone can explain.
But the counters are tight corners and vaults, basically

You have to combo it with FlipFlop in order to make it work.
What perks would you replace?
Borrow Time, DS, Dead Hard and Unbreakable?
BT and DS. I don't even use DS cause killers assume everyone has it. And BT is for unsafe unhooks.
-
The problem will be the immunity if you fall under a pallet and there's another survivor nearby. That's it, you gonna escape no mather what if you have flip flop. SWF will abuse this to hell
-
How original
-
Yeah, i got adept with all my killers basically cheating. I kill the first two survivors ASAP and farmed with the other two. But they have to be potatoes to work, so...

“Only new players miss lunges way too much"
No, only bad survivors get regularly hit by lunges. It’s easy for survivors to dodge lunges if a killer is just using a lunge most of the time when instead they should be doing just a basic swing.
You don't know what you're talking about man. I have yet to see a good killer that do not lunge. Unless you're waiting for the dead hard there's absolute no reason to not lunge. Why would i wait 3 more seconds to get close enough to swing?
And if the survivor manage to dodge, okay. I will be expecting that and next time i wont miss.
-
@TheClownIsKing said:
I think Coup De Grace is very cleverly designed. It’ll teach players that lunge way too much (and miss a lot, or are simply far too lucky) to start being way more conservative with that base ability.
It’ll make players properly think about when to lunge, and Coup De Grace gives the added reward of when a lunge is used in an appropriate circumstance, the pay off should be that a hit is guaranteed, like when a survivor attempts a DH for distance then vault.
#########? Only new players "miss lunges way too much", five tokens per game isn't gonna teach nobody anything.
What is probably going to happen is forget that you have that token and simply waste it, and then you switch to a better perk on the next match.
-
BBQ, discordance, Pop and Infectious Fright.
Discordance is really handy to get that first hit
-
It could be done with some adjustments, but we all know this will never be implemented
-
I don't know if you can activate the perk instantly if you are over 35% with flip flop, but if yes, then you got a free escape if you fall under a pallet and there a survivor nearby

So... 3 anti-slug perks and 1 anti-tunnel perks?
What if the killer just... doesn't tunnel or slug? Now you're essentially playing perkless. No exhaustion perks. No healing perks. No information perks. Just... nothing.
People are gonna need to calm down about Power Struggle. I don't think it's going to be used at all outside of the occasional SWF, and even then it can only be ued once per match.
Just calm down. Take a deep breath.
If the injured person falls under a pallet and there's a buddy nearby ready for the save, he's going to escape no matter what. This can be extremelly detrimental to the killer
-
Another busted perk to be abused by SWF. With Flip Flop if the surv falls under a pallet and another teammate is nearby, the killer will be able to do nothing. If he picks the survivor, the teammate saves with the pallet, if he doesn't, the survivor on the floor will simply escape the moment he's picked up. These are dark times to be a killer...

I’m not talking about accidentally losing someone and having them bleed out, or slugging someone a couple of times and their timer naturally expiring, or survivors who crawl into a corner with no hooks on purpose. I’m talking about killers who down someone, and then stand over their downed body for several minutes until they bleed out.
Why is this acceptable to the devs? It serves absolutely no purpose except to grief someone. It’s rude, it’s toxic and it has no justification in terms of game mechanics. So why is this not bannable?
And please don’t say “well you’ll bleed out eventually”. I don’t think that’s a good justification to allow griefing behaviour. If someone has video evidence of a killer doing this, when it’s clear that they could easily hook the survivor but refuse to, I don’t see how it can possibly be justified.
If this would be applied to survivors who slug away only to not be hooked, then yes, it should be a bannable offense

0 times in the post did he complain about slugging.
So to you "complain" is only when the person make a formal statement saying "I am complaining about this". We're humans, we can grasp the meaning of things without the need of it being explicit.
The guy made a whole post to say that slug is an easy game, and unfair and blablabla, he IS complaining. I don't understand why are you still arguing with this. If you can read, you probably can understand the meaning of a text

Where in the post did he complain about slugging.
The whole post is a complain about slugging, ######### are you talking about?

Very well played lol wish I could understand what they were saying.
One of them is basically complaining about camping, and said "camp your mother's a*shole"
-
What a beautiful sight that last image
-
ALL the killers would have bad reputation, cause survivors always complain how the killer played, doesn't matter if he played nice or not
-
"I Didn't use NOED", well... big #########. People who are good at the game don't use NOED cause is a trash perk.
-
Yeah, it sucks. You make an awesome read or mind game and then the survivor press "E" to outplay you and possibly restart the chase again
-
In the remake it was confirmed that he really was a pedophile
-
Legion OP pls nerf
-
Yeah, the excuse is that you're not suppose to kill with her traps, only delay the game by the survivors spending 12 seconds on a box and remove it in the first try
-
If the gates are already open, I don't approach cause I already know the survs are tbagging or clicking the flashlight, I just minimize the game and return to my youtube video. If it's closed still, I don't know
-
Nurse
Infectious Fright, Knockout, BBQ (more for the BPS than the info) and Blood Warden (If everything goes south, I still have one last chance)
-
Bubba, obviously
-
Remove one of your second chance perks and equip small game: you just remove half of the killer perks 2 minutes into the game
-
Same, i even bought DBD for switch on a sale, that still was extremelly expensive

What Statement are you making? I'm honestly curious now lol
But since your taking questions why do killers hit survivors already on the hook? Not once but multiple times. My friend and I are trying to figure it out, but don't want to seem salty to killers in the lobby.
I like the sound of the meat being slapped, or the roar of the good boy demo
-
Do the bones
-
Actually that's not accurate, he would still need a couple more of billions
-
That's why you shouldn't support this kind of thing
-
Not only for console players, they should think that people need to work as well, and don't have the luxury of being able to watch some stream and maybe get a code, and maybe it's still valid.
This is bullshit
-
No one have problem with you playing with your friends. The problem is the massive advantage that you got by using comm's, with no drawback whatsoever

If I may ask, if ur saying she shouldnt be able to place traps at windows, loops, and general walkways, where the heck is she gonna put those traps then?
I was being sarcastic
-
@APoipleTurtle said:
Not really sure why they don't just restrict Hag from placing traps within activation distance of a hooked survivor (and have pre-placed ones in this vicinity auto-activate and disappear).
Just give her the same treatment as Pyramid Head's Rites of Judgement Trails or Demogorgon's Portals.
On a similar note, at some point they should probably also prevent Trapper/Freddy/Hag from placing traps right underneath Exit Gate switches.
And on loops, and windows and general points of interest

ok...?

Stealth killers aren't OP but it's sad some people are so bad at the game they want a already not so strong perk nerfed before the other real problems in this game it just shows some people are so selfish and can't own up to their mistakes they make and have to have a scapegoat to make themselves feel better , I don't run it all the time so I don't care if it's nerfed or not but it's laughable this is even a thread
It's one perk that makes obsolete the power of 4 killers. If you don't see any problem there, well...

I really don't care if they're considered good or not. Changing Spine Chill wouldn't make a difference. Deal with the fact you're not going to get free grabs and insta-downs on everyone.
What are you guys going to complain about next? Camaraderie lasting too long? I wouldn't be surprised.
lol. You clearly just play DbD in easy mode, aka as survivor, and if you think that stealth killers are good, you probably at green ranks
StEaLtH KiLleRs OP
-
@skarsguts said:
Why? So stealth killers can have extra easy mode?
######### are you talking about? None of the stealth killers are good
-
This perk is the reason I don't main stealth killers, none of them are even close to top tier, and one perk and/or a call from the SWF and the whole purpose of the killer is gone, he's just another M1
-
Good Lord, the poor killers already suffer enough, and you want to give guns to the survivors on top of that? DBD 2 will be 4 killers trying to escape from a David using a minigun

The fact people think this game is survivor sided still is laughable...sure Swf sided it may be but as someone who never plays on coms it's definitely not...how do we have time to literally run around cleansing all totems while most killers now try and tunnel one person....chases don't last long anymore because most loops are nerfed to the ground or you get killers who 1 shot or can 2 hit pretty instant.
Then if you manage to agro the killer off the person getting tunnelled then it's just enough time to may be get gens done....oh what's that? NOED.
Then if you cleanse noed and undying is still up you have to spend more time cleansing that...
Playing killer requires next to no skill and literally are rewarded with mountains of bp's it's stuoid.
As long as killers keep having 20k+ bps every game this game is never survivor sided.
Nice b8 m8

Do the bones

Faking the teleport isn't a big deal, and if fake pallets tokens don't regenerate after survivors drop them, you basically can put 8 fake pallets the whole game?

Dead hard is what all exhaustion perks should strive to be in power. Head on, Lithe, Sprint burst, Balanced Landing are good examples of bad exhaustion perks as they contain very abnormal drawbacks and conditions for effective use. Your also acting like Killer perks are somehow more special than survivor perks. Like NOED, you lose the game, but then randomly gain free movement speed and permanent instant down. There are perks like bbq,pop that require the killer to do a quest mechanic in order to reep their rewards but the quest is often something that you'll do through normal play, so Its not like these perks do not provide free information or free generator regression in some capacity.
Weakening existing and Inventing bad killer/survivor perks isn't healthy for gameplay. All that does is further reduce player satisfaction and lowers the fun factor for both sides. It makes the game very stale.
NOED has counterplay, exhaustion perks don't
-
Give a gun to each survivors and now they can shoot the killer
