Console players are not less skilled then PC players
I've seen god like Console players survivors and killers
and I seen bad PC players survivors and Killers.
what people play on doesn't show how skilled or unskilled someone is.

But let's say you have 9 survivors in the same MMR range. If 8 of those survivors are already in a game, you would need to wait for those games to finish before you could get matched up with them. If we do not consider MMR, then yes it should always be fast if there is just enough survivors to form a team.
how queue time work
if you having long queue times as survivor mean a lot of people are not playing killer no matter the MMR
same as if killer have long queue times means there are not a lot of survivors playing
when the new killer comes out you bet there going to be long queue times for killer for about a week or 2
when it comes to the MMR it don't matter because it don't work anyways a skilled survivor is much different then a skilled killer
a skilled survivor will always win against skilled killer.

As I said, the reason for the long queue is likely because there are not enough survivors. This could be because too many people are queuing up as killer instead of survivor (Or there are just not that many people playing on his server during that time, which is likely too).

only need 1 killer for 4 survivors for a match

I'd rather not punish random people because they happen to like a certain avatar, or because of something the devs did.

I completely agree, it will happen obviously, not everyone likes going full meta, but some perks just shouldn't be used, like alert is a good perk, urban is meh, and self care... just run bond at least, that way you probably spend less time and you get intel for the whole game
bond great perk you get to see how useless your teammate are in real time.

there nothing wrong with tho perks I use them and I'm more useful then half the teammate I get in solo.
Self care I use because you can't always count on your teammates to heal you all want to get the gens done as fast they can.
urban evading with spine chill work well keep you hidden still be helpful.

perk is useless to me with boon being a thing I been running NOED how fast gens go I know I'm going to use it al down someone near it so they can't take it out.

Depends on the killer. Literally everyone used to run DS before and I think it was better for the game.
Right now a lot of people skimp on the DS and it makes solo Q unplayable for the most part, because depending on the killer you will not be able to support your teammates in any meaningful way
It's fine if you are getting chased by a fair killer on a balanced map and your survival actually comes down to skill, then I can see DS being a waste.
But then you get the games where you are given little to no resources and the killer is running something absolutely broken like compound 33 blight / double range nurse / etc and DS is your only chance to buy your teammates some time to do gens before you die
Survivor is hardly worth playing outside a SWF for that reason
yea but it never gets used why I going to try Tenacity Boil Over and flip flop something else only use it if I get really tunneled.
