But those that didn't get anything would also still have had nothing, there's no way to track who didn't get them when there's so many players. Wouldn't want to deal with that many support tickets, or send in tickets for that.
-
Tested it 6 times on custom game, still works, even stuns the killer and drops you on the same side sometimes
-
I haven't noticed a difference in either role yet

Hoarder+franklins remedies that >.>
Yes it does, kinda, just got hoarders in the blood web finally and it's nice, but the box also spawns back in after about 10 to 15 seconds after I solve it....

That works too. If you stop them from solving the box that's the focus. If you can keep the chain hunt going that is a lot of pressure on the survivors. It buys you a lot of time to chase them down without 3 gens popping at once.
Prolly played about 30 matches with him so far, and I can say the worst thing about him, if I had to pick something, is that picking up the box stops the chain hunt for other survivers.

Run hoarder+franklins and range add ons for his chains. When someone picks up the box you'll get a notification. If they try to solve it interrupt them with the chains. Then hunt them down. One hit will force them to drop the box. Pick it up and the chain hunt slows down the gens.
I don't use the range add-ons, I use the ones to increase the time to solve, adds up to almost 15 seconds

So I have 2 ps4's mine and my sons. We decided to test some things with pinhead. As far as picking up the box on survivor, when he was survivor, the chain hunt started on him after getting the box. However, when I was the survivor, everytime I picked up the box, I never had a chain hunt start. Thought that was weird.
Then just running around, had a chain hunt start midway through the blue chain symbol by my portrait, pinhead didn't pick up the box or anything. Was trying to get a clearer picture on when and how his power works, and I'm not too certain even from watching from both sides.
Also to clear up a maybe I've read, blindness aka third seal does not hide the box's aura, although most people know that, some don't.
Edit: stood really close to my son as pinhead, and I thought it was the lunge bug I've heard about, but his range for a normal strike (tested from various lengths) is almost right on top of them. Where every other killer would have hit.

I do not even vaguely want to hear what those clowns are talking about.
Ever watch the samination dbd videos? Love trapper in that
-
Played as him last night, found that hitting a survivor with chains while they are opening the gate doesn't cancel that action, dunno if that's a bug or intended, just keep opening then broke the chains
-
I could see the first boon totem disabling aura reading on survivors for the killer while it's active.

Yeah that's why it'd be a good totem perk. It would be very oppressive without it and I would hate it.
At the same time though, would this apply only to the survivor that placed it? Or would it work for all survivors? If it was for all, it's would be a huge disadvantage killer wise, which again makes it a totem perk, but it would probably end up being a much longer time taken to kick gens/pallets/vaulting,like a reverse fire up. Could see some other killer mains "fired up" about this one, like, a lot :)
-
As a killer main, I don't like it. However, that being said, I wouldn't mind something like that showing up, cause you survivors couldn't stop us when we find it to cleanse it (unlike us chasing you off our totems). So from there, it makes sense as a totem perk.
-
Was hoping that Charlotte could throw Victor at survivors, or just at Claudettes as the OP doesn't like them
-
For me, aces always seem overconfident in getting attention.
Laurie's are always the ones I see doing totems, or springing traps or in general sticking it to the killer every chance they get.
Claudettes tend to round corners, then crouch and hope you run by
Kate's really enjoy the chase, period.
Dwight's always seem to be running the wrong direction when spotted.
Bill's tend to do decent saves and can almost always have bt.
Megs and Neas are usually good loopers, but they tend to tbag and flashlight click a lot more.
Fengs are always a mixed bag.
-
My brain hurts
-
I've noticed that I seem to teleport in the direction the survivor is facing, or it's rng and I'm just unlucky
-
I've noticed when I use lethal and see everyone spawns that sometimes 1 or 2 survivors will just stand still for like 3 or more seconds, I kinda figured that was them still loading up, and this would confirm it
-
I like jumpscaring survivors, would love to have emotes for killers also, like how spirit screams when she's idle in the menu, would unphase, then emote scream. Would be great. Like scratched spirit Meyers, just to be around every corner that people run to. That one add on for Hag that keeps you from teleporting to traps, but also blocks survivor movement, they never see you coming from behind them after they couldn't pass through what they thought was you. :)
-
Never tried to solve it as I use pinhead, never gone against him yet, but that would make sense cause surviver start solving it, then stop about 2 to 3 times at once

I love Pig. Though, I don't really use NOED. I run a wholesome Killer series on my streams, where I try to play in a way that's fun for both sides, and I know NOED isn't really fun to play against for most people, so I don't use it. Admittedly, I play too nice for what Killers have to put up with. lol
Oh, I rarely use it, but it's complained a out a lot, that's why I offered it :)
-
One of my favorite killers is pig, I would gladly trade perks, remove spine chill, you can also have noed. Seems like a fair trade
-
Well, when survivor drop pallets while chained, they can't fast vault while still chained. (dunno if that's intended). Using hoarders, (gives you a noise notification when the cube is also picked up) then Franklin's to make em drop it is really fun.
-
I do it when I see a survivor on a gen when I've already downed one from far away, or to keep them from unhooking sometim3s
-
Problem I ran into was that plaything requires a dull totem, so the undying and blindness hex removes 2 of the 5, and any dull totems cleansed before playthings use also takes away from it
-
Try hoarders and Franklin's, you see the survivor picking up the cube, then knock it out of their hands
-
After dcing the blood web was running at around 13 fps

Nemesis tentacle is way different from Pinhead's power though, even if i locked them behind something they escape so quick. nemesis hits infects, dmgs and moves on if he hits you not running to secure the dmg hit or whatever
Yes, you are correct, was mostly stating that powers have more than one way, or time to be uaed

How do you like survivors escaping your chains the second you get there?? How is that a fun killer power?
It's all about when you use them, like nemesis' tentacle, {using it when you wouldn't get a normal hit otherwise, or over an obsticle} using his chains through windows or corners usually won't help much
-
Haven't finished a match yet, without dcing, but haven't got a penalty yet, so there's that
-
I like him so far, his chains are better than they were on the ptb. Using perks like hoarder will show you when a survivor picks up the lament box. If you're quick with his chains I.E. like quickscoping with deaths linger you get used to it fast. So far, I really like him
-
Chains are more reliable than on the ptb I've notices
-
I was using pinhead, with thana, and hit a surviver that was repairing a gen and was oblivious, and the game froze and crashed
-
If you hit an oblivious survivor that's fixing a gen, game crashes, twice now. And his arm gets bugged out
-
I would just think of the things that could be tracked, gens, totems, saves, protection hits and the like, can really only be based off track able stuff

While this may be true, the spirit has a phasing noise disabled while within 24 meters because that's where the terror radius is. What you're doing here may make it so that you come out of phase without a terror radius but that phasing noise will be heard within the 24 meters. That's a net loss.
Yes, true, but it still helps with mind games, especially since they're not expecting it the first time
-
I used it when survivors are staring at me from the other side of pallets, I move to the side, wait, then unphase stealthily, and they climb over the pallet to get hit
-
I really expected this post to sorta take off :(
Guess more people know about this than I expected
-
First time I ever saw one was against a huntress, I'd been playing for about 6 months then and that was new. I was super confused as to what happened.
-
Used it with power struggle and tenacity, got three pallet stuns the same game with it, hillbilly was so confused looking for the "other" survivor before picking me up the other two times

I have an ssd on my ps4, my son still has the hdd. He gets spikes when hit with nemesis' whip, or when there the butcher perk gets used. I rarely get them, when I do, it's just enough to notice, but hasn't caused me to lose chases, or get hit unreasonably.
-
I used the distraction perk, worked on a Hag like a charm
-
Got it last night as the twins, it was, interesting

Nea... Really? Your gonna pick the entity herself?

You get to keep both
-
If he started out with all traps all you'd have to do is make it so his traps can't be placed too close together, to keep most of what people are worried about from happening. Like full shack traps, don't really need that anyways
-
If it wasn't used for speed, and just to dodge hits, it should stagger killer for an extra second past his normal miss swing
-
Question, so when using the twins, does insidious activate while using Victor? Removing Charlotte's terror radius? I a go test that.
-
Didn't know that either, when I drop someone and pick them up their wiggle goes up about 20% (tested on custom match) never knew it went the other way
-
I can't remember the last time I actually grabbed a survivor in the unhook animation. Usually just cancels my swing. Although I've seen a few people unhook in my face then on my second swing the dead hard and both get a little distance. Tried that myself last night, dead hoarded into a corner, but it worked to avoid the swing at least and not immediately hook swap
