There's no way they'd put Victor out of commission for a period of time without some sort of compensation. I'd say while Victor is attached, the downed person can't crawl or recover
-
I could be remembering incorrectly, but I think there was a quote during one of the Anniversary load in screens that mentioned they start their workday playing

Place power at loop, Survivor must leave and take a hit or die.
Punishes you for teammates errors.
Forces you into lose-lose scenarios.
Removes almost all skill expression as Survivor.
Still holds down 3-gens extremely well.
Has the most slapped together power of all time. 80% of people have no clue what it does and I can't blame them.
Exemplifies holding W and pre-running playstyle, resulting in drawn out matches.
Completely anecdotal, but every SM I've played against since her rework has been an absolutely toxic human being. I 100% believe she attracts the worst people in the community
"every SM I've played against since her rework has been an absolutely toxic human being"
Not "every" SM for me, but at least 8/10 of them have been like this for me too. I feel like 99% of the time I get humped on the ground and left to bleed out, it's by a SM. Not all SMs are trolls, but I feel like those who enjoy trolling gravitate to her most because she has the most success for the least amount of work.

Yeah I think its because a lot of the casuals come out during peak play hours. While we don't have the tunnelling problem to the extent I experienced on NA, they definitely do come out during the same hours as you mentioned.
I usually play from between 10am and 1pm (Western Oz time). I like to joke that it's the stay at home mums all playing against each other at that time, and that's why it's so chill lol we just want to relax
-
Dredge
-
Cheryl. I feel like every killer has it out for me when I play her
-
I take it as a compliment. I mostly get hit on hook when I've kept the killer busy for an extended period of time.
-
They're just bored of playing against him. It happens all the time when new killers come out and every game is against them. It'll stop soon.
-
DLC exclusive top, so you had to buy the whole DLC and not just Sable on her own
-
Definitely not D tier. Removing his power is something newer players / low MMR will struggle with, so in that respect I imagine he has better results in that bracket than he would in mid-high MMR. Those who use his teleportation effectively have better results than those who don't, in my experience. I've run past multiple hallucinations in chase in previous games and the killer hasn't taken advantage of it, they've just relied on their UVX power to get downs, which I've just dodged or removed.
-
I think they'd both appeal to different people. There are some people who like challenging themselves and learning to play difficult killers. Others want to win with as little effort involved.
-
Yeah this happened to me a couple weeks ago lol that's definitely not Thalita
-
Another Stranger Things chapter would be amazing

From playing with it as the survivor I can also agree and I frankly don't understand why I am not seeing it much with how completely free and strong it is, especially when paired with altruistic plays like bodyblocking/ftp+buckle etc. At the very least the perk needs to be changed so you actually need to be in basement (not a toe into steps) and it is more of a risk. Though even then I think it would still be a problem for the same reasons old CoH was.
I tried it for a few days then dropped it. It came in handy for me in endgame if i happened to make it til then, as chances are I wouldn't have anyone to heal me then. But otherwise I wasn't getting much value from it. In a game where seconds count, I couldn't justify running to basement constantly to heal. I'd be throwing games if i did. Better off running Botany + Self Care to heal up anywhere if i didnt want to play injured.

Got my comics from Forbidden Planet online store. They should still have copies.
-
They've probably fixed windows in the houses and added more resources to the road
-
The devs will probably keep an eye on its stats. If it's use coincides with a noticeable high loss rate then it'll probably get a buff.
-
I just feeling embarrassed for them in those situations. They actually think they got themselves through the match lol I know their next match will give them a wake up call

I don't see it in OCE as much but in NA it is beyond ridiculous. Honestly I would say just about every match yesterday was the same thing; killer chases until they find an easy survivor to down... wait just outside self unhook range to wait for someone to come in for the save and tunnel the unhooked survivor until dead so its a 3v1 at 4-5 gens.
At that point its pretty much gg go next and the match feels pointless to continue with
That sucks. I haven't had a tunnelling killer in about 12 or so hours of play (since before the event). I'd probably quit if I had that every match.
-
I've said countless times that I fortunately don't see the extreme tunnelling that others claim to see often. I'm in Australia too. I feel like a lot of experiences in gaming come down to regional attitudes. Though I also find most of my games to be chill, but that might simply be a difference in MMR. I imagine the higher one goes in MMR, the sweatier it tends to get.
-
Yeah I agree. Items and add ons need an overhaul.
-
She's one of my favourite killers to face. Might be because I don't see her much though.
-
I don't use headphones for the same reason. Prone to infections. I just run all over the place when I can hear she's close by, trying to confuse her. Works with less experienced Spirits and I can usually dodge a hit. Good Spirits though it's gg.

He's entitled to his viewpoint, and others are entitled to theirs.

Plot Twist was my friend
Thank you! Was trying to think of perks to help me do it lol
-
Mine have been fine as survivor. Escape rate is still the same (low), but I can't say I've had any particular sweaty games. Everyone's been really chill.
-
Demo. It's been so long
-
I see him fairly often. I just had my first game against a Wesker in about a month, and I haven't seen a Legion (shockingly) for a few weeks. As someone mentioned above, there's 35 killers now. There may be a top 10 but they're still diluted by 25 other killers.
-
I only really have anniversary offerings left on Nancy, and I want to play Mikaela and Sable for this event because their cosmetics suit it lol so i don't have many BPS to go around unfortunately
-
Yeah I liked it too. Why couldn't they just guarantee a hook at the bottom of the stairs? That would surely stop Boil Over plays and the killer wouldn't be able to body block

Yes, I started this today. Out of 5 games I escaped once so far. I had to play a little selfish to get that one. The gates were open but two of the survivors had a boil over/Flip Flop build and kept wiggling free and running back up to the to the top of the main building. I didn't want to leave until I knew they were safe but I really wanted to get that escape so in the end I left thinking "Oh, well if they want to play silly buggers".
Started it today too. I played for a couple hours and finally managed to open an exit gate but stupidly tried to save my team mate instead of exiting. Didn't succeed and the Deathslinger had Iri Coin add on, which i didn't discover until that second, and grabbed me from afar a split second before I was out. Was kicking myself for awhile over that one lol

Some bad ones on the Survivor side too:
Hide in the Killer's terror radius for 120 seconds, ie. throw the game.
Apply hindered to the Killer 3 times in 1 trial. That's Champion of Light or Chemical Trap 3 times in 1 trial.
Those two are fine. It's the escape 2 trials that throws me 🤣

Thanks again

I don't think they got banned. The reason was "harasment" which is NOT when you hold someone hostage or for gameplay stuff. Its for chat stuff.
If it's because of what went down in chat then yeah, that's a whole different thing. Plus if the survivor is just assuming the killer got banned because of the in-game notification, then that doesn't mean anything. I think it was Mandy who said the notification just means the report was looked at and not necessarily that someone got punished.
-
I don't think it should be bannable for either survivor or killer. Lockers are pretty much the only counter to Tombstone, so stalemates like this are inevitable at times. There's no rule against being petty. If they both wanted to waste a half hour of each other's time then I say let them. BHVR should have just disregarded the report.
-
Take a break. Everyone does it when they get burnt out, no biggie
-
I've been trolled when using locker perks (ie Built to Last, Inner Strength, Head On) before. I actually avoid using them for that reason. I feel like this would exacerbate the issue and just cause fights in endgame.
-
I haven't played alot this week but not a single person has used it in my games, even the adept Sables. It definitely made me happy lol
-
Now that is more like it. Thanks BHVR!
-
Doing a conspicuous action turns it off. A survivor not doing a thing for 80 seconds just for the chance to take a hit is detrimental to the team.
-
I haven't noticed that personally. It did used to be like that under the old ranking system though. I used to purposely try stay in purple ranks as games felt good there. Any higher and they got so sweaty.
-
Scroll down the page and make sure everything is linked. Mine always unlinks and I have to constantly redo it.

If anything it makes me worry that they'll go for anniversary 'No cakes have fun grinding, should have done more during the blood moon'.
I do honestly believe this is an innocent mistake. A mistake that absolutely would not have happened if group of people who actually played the game in public servers for a meaningful amount of time were allowed to test it but a mistake nonetheless.
Still every time something like this which reeks of complete ignorance happens, I always think they are going to use that a stepping stone to do things that are even more ignorant.
I really hope they don't change the anniversary cakes. I was hoping to do some levelling up this event but I've finished the tome and it's not worth playing anymore games at the moment because the bloodpoint gains are negligible. I played for a few hours today and haven't even managed a whole prestige gain (very close though). I'm kind of relying on the anniversary now.
-
It's not really new, they've been doing it for at least a year now. They're pretty good at bringing stuff back at some stage so it's definitely possible they'll hit the stores.
-
I'm on PS5 and had no issues, have only a couple more challenges to complete. What platform are you on?
-
Your build covers almost all the bases - chase, exhaustion, healing. Just missing a gen perk. 7.5/10.
My build this week is a bit of an info one:
Empathy/Overcome/Alert/Deja Vu
I haven't played much this week and I haven't tracked what I have played, so I'm guesstimating approx 30% escape. I didn't escape at all a few days ago but have escaped 3 times today. So basing it on those results.
-
The cosmetics are beautiful, and I like the idea of it. But in the live stream they sold it as a massive bloodpoint event. It's just a bloodhunt with extra steps. I think that's why people are disappointed. I make much more bp during the anniversary.

How can anyone not be happy after nearly winning 2000 games in a row? Sometimes players forget winstreaks are SUPPOSED to end.
Yeah, he got a crazy impressive result. And ultimately the game still matched them up for a reason. Like, a low MMR 4man sniping would be very very unlikely to ever be matched up with this Blight. He and this comp team were likely in the same SBMM bracket anyway, it was only a matter of time before they crossed paths.
-
I know the Blight winstreak was ended by a 4man who came prepared. I believe they were stream sniping and readying up at the same time as the killer until they finally got in the lobby. I know the content creator isn't happy about that. I didn't know the Nurse streak had ended though.

It’s just so bad to see a killer get a decent reception get called out for something that isn’t even true.
Yeah but not just the killer's reception, BHVR themselves try to be as welcoming and inclusive as possible, so it sucks seeing folks try to put them in a bad light over something that clearly was not their intention. They're vague about upcoming killers because they've been trying to combat leaks, not because they're trying to mislead voice actors (I've read the articles)
