Right now, in the current chapter? If you dont play S/A tier killers, you automatically lose at the top bracket.
@SoGo said:
There is a reason killer has 60% kill rate and why most low MMR matches are utter stomps by the killer.
You should go check the Stats on Nightlight. While it doesn't always have a big pool of stats to pull from… you can obviously see a trend. Only the best killer has just about 60% KR… everyone else is below that, and a big chunk of the killer roster is even below 50%. Killer is in a rly bad place right now.
-
Very simple explanation for this. While lobby dodging is part of it, You are also seeing more 'new' killers cause veterans are quitting the game en masse. That or they switch to S or A tier killers. Even big name streamers straight up say they wouldn't be playing DBD if they didn't make money of its content.
We can confirm there is a killer shortage by looking at who gets BP bonus in Queue right now. Killers, which only had it for about 1% of the time in the entire existence of BP bonuses. Obviously there is something up there ;)
Since there is a BP bonus, that in turn will also attract survivor mains to play some killer. So you have a much bigger pool of new/bad killers right now.

I've been monitoring a steam profile since May this year that keeps racking up the hours. I reported the guy multiple times with blatant video evidence of him speeding around the map, completely beyond reasonable doubt. I keep the Youtube vid of the report up, just in case BHVR didn't get around to seeing it yet, JUST IN CASE :D
BHVR completely stopped banning I think. The usual excuse of "they just do it quarterly" is thus completely false. Unless they do it yearly if they still do… Either way they do it way too little or not at all, hence we see constant blatant flying, speeding, invisible hackers these days.
-
BHVR does not even have to properly impliment bots for 'all' killers in this matter. They could just add base bots to every single killer, as in they just become M1 bots.
The fact that a player killer has to abandon makes this not an issue, there is a reason that player abandons. Right now we are forced often to walk from the very other side of the map to an exit gate just to push out survivors, just so they can gloat and spam crouch… c'mon now. Just gives killers abandon at this point.
I can't think of a scenario in endgame collapse why BHVR shouldn't add abandon, so… whats up? It would have the exact same effect as survivors abandoning after all 4 got downed/hooked. No difference.

What is the advantage? During the last anniversary event I was travelling Internationally and played some games on my crap laptop to get all the goodies. I had high ping most of the time I had to give up. As survivor I couldn't hit skill checks and would teleport like crazy. When playing killer it was just as bad. Every time I went to swing at someone they would teleport ahead of me and I could never get a hit in!
In the case of the ghostface I went against, it makes him look way further away from you than he rly is. So when you go for vaults, succeed said vault and then alrdy start running away (at least on your end)… Then you literally get teleported back on the ground, cause on the killers screen you were still vaulting and he hits u there. It's complete bs and unplayable.
in DBD anything above 100 ping is alrdy quiet horrendous in terms of hit detection. 200+ is just unplayable.
-
The tunneling slugging doesn't bother me, cause I play killer myself and I know how much it is needed. What bothers me is that you get a penalty if you die to fast to them, like wth BHVR :( Like… this dude is hooking me in a deadzone and tunneling me straight of hook with intent, why do I need to get a match ban for that ><

I will never stop using my VPN!
Not after an unhinged and butthurt survivor THREATENED me in the Endgame Chat By doxxing my State, City, and IRL first name… NONE of which are publicly mentioned in my private steam profile, and I don't have any Social media platforms they could've gotten it from either. The only way they could've gained any of that info was through tracing my IP address, and retrieving ISP customer information.
Who The actual ######### makes IRL Death Threats, and doxxes someone as part of the threat, over a freaking lost match in a Goddamn video game?
After that, I VPN'ed up, I only connect to VPN servers in my region, but not my state or city, Get around 60-100 Ping on average, and I haven't ever played another match of DbD without it!
No malicious intent on my part, simply protecting myself and my family! You don't like it? DC if you ever go against me, I don't care, because You will NEVER convince me to take it down after an experience like that.
If you connect to your own region, and thus (if its a decent vpn service) barely add latency to your normal latency, THAT IS FINE… aren't u ppl reading what I said? I'm talking about people probably from Asia VPN'ing to EU and US.
-
Update: Finally managed to do it once… for some reason it never let me before… maybe bugged half of the time I dunno? At least now I know how it works, but this should be made A LOT more clear to players. You can't just say "repair a generator with a crystal" like wth…

I dont use a VPN when playing this game but so often I've been placed in the wrong server where everyone is over 100ms ping, I genuinely think matchmaking is broken at times
Yeh no, thats fine, that is not the players fault… Im talking about actual VPN here. People with an open steam profile, obviously for example french, all french text and french flag etc etc… So same region as me, but 400 ping. Blatant obvious malicious intent with VPN here.

5 matches further, still don't have a single tick on that quest. 0 out of 5 :D lmao… 3 options in this event:
1) either I get these stupid matches where killers are camping the void for their own quest (no hate, I did it too)
2) I get a comp killer tryharding in an event, not even entering the void once… like… why are you in the event hardcore tunneling ppl, just go to regular mode??
3) Whenever its not any of the above I just struggle to figure out how to do it…Thanks BHVR!
-
I used Ghostface and camped the void… sucks but thats the way to do it.
-
Yes, it happened in the past where even a streamer was framed and got banned based on video evidence. If a cheater wants to frame you, they can.

Totally can't see that being abused. 🙄
Let's hope this isn't the case.
I sometimes watch random streams, often seeing these type of 4 man squads, just mass report a killer for no proper reason. Hence it is one of my theories.
Imagine playing these squads often enough, to collect 10+ report per play session… Also cause some random streamers are looking for clout, reporting someone for a match not going their way… y'all know it happens all the time… it adds up at the top bracket.

This got me thinking, I wonder if it's one use per gen even after it's all used all/gone. I put it on a gen and it was used after the killer kicked it. Much later on someone was working on the same gen. They hopped off to heal me and I thought I would put the crystal on and before they did. I didn't get the prompt and accidently dropped a smoke bomb instead.
This is exactly one of my last situations. It is so impossible trying to complete this quest.

Does getting reported drop your grade after multiple reports?
This is one of the things I brought up, its one of my theories. Why else would it only happen sometimes to the same player, and only to some players… It has to be something like this, very specific.
-
First of all, same as killer, non stop comp sweats. I play on Steam so I can actually see on their profile that they are comp players :D
2nd of all… Either your teammates are so incompetent like you said, or… the killer is such a comp tryhard that they just proxy the hook and tunnel you straight of it…
There is just no winning/fun at the top bracket of MMR.

I wish Bhvr would let us know how it works. I had two matches this week were where I was tunneled right off all my unhooks and didn't get a penalty. Not sure why some get it and others don't.
Exactly, it is so inconsistent (it doesn't happen every tunnel, I cant figure it out myself)… there has to be something in the code that could explain this. But they don't want to tell, so I guess some ppl just have to suffer sometimes…
What baffles me the most is that BHVR probably knows about this and they still don't killswitch this thing. As if they have players to spare to quit the game… I guess it affects only a very tiny amount of the player base, there is no other reason. Sadly I am one of them.

You shouldn't have to throw. It will give you the option if you stand next to the gen. I was worried about this quests because I thought you needed to complete the gen while it was on though I put it on a gen and left to do another and still got progress towards the quest.
Yeh, no the point is that this quest is ridiculous to complete. Cause 1) New players will have no clue. and 2) it is so situational to complete that even veterans (me) have trouble with it, without throwing the match just to complete this quest.
-
Just to update:
After a 2 week break from the game, for obvious reasons… I go into the event as survivor, get completely hard tunneled by a dracula… Again PENALTY…
Why penalty when you cant handle this killer? Like, just Imagine I totally suck, I might be a new player… Why would I get a penalty?
-
10 matches in, still no opportunity to do this one quest. At least last match just now I know that I couldn't do it cause someone else was on the gen… not gonna throw the match just to find another gen solo tho.

If you stand next to the gen its the button you would use for a toolbox

Because a lot of those reasons are selfish and petty, and based on entitlement, and a lack of respect for their teammates.
We should NEVER feel sorry for frequent ragequitters. The deserve to be punished.
There are plenty scenarios that happen aaalll the time, ppl are just not recording their gameplay 24/7. I can give you one of the reasons I got penalized, if you believe it was "deserved", then pls just stop cause you arent helping anything.
Going against Krasue, me as a solo, 3 other ppl, probably a SWF, all DC at the start, leaving me to rot with the bots… At this point the killer wants to go next, probably just as much as I do, for good reason. Well the krasue just insta tunneled me out, I dont blame them, its the anti-go-next im pointing to.
but hey … there is the system penalizing me for "suspicious behaviour"… Maybe its cause I didn't hit my skillchecks on deathhook? But why would I prolong the inevitable, just to attempt to circumvent the system? We don't even know for sure if that is a thing the system takes into account. And even if it is, its still complete bs and you know it :p
The only other option I had was hope the killer would DC, but that would penalize them instead. Its always a penalty, but according to you deserved? nobody with a reasonable amount of hours wants to waste time playing with or against bots.
If you are telling me these type of scenarios are "deserved penalties", then I will just mute you, cause there is no point trying to have a rational conversation with you. Obviously similar scenarios happen enough, especially with the latest chapter, to have it happen multiple matches in a row like in my case. Having up to 15 min penalty before I decided to call it for the day. (ps: I havent played since, I just dont have the energy to deal with this nonsense anymore)
-
Yes pls, the constant stream of ghouls, blights and nurses is rly making me not want to play anymore… I want some variation. Buff all those other killers or incentivize them to be played.
I don't even blame anyone for only wanting to play those killers, cause survivors became a friggin sweaty bunch in the last year for sure (inclu myself with over 60% escape rates). Gens are done at crazy speeds, the only way to keep up is highly mobile killers.
-
I think this playerbase should put more pressure on BHVR to release the stats more frequently. And for sure more elaborate, cause the last time they showed stats was right after the Freddy rework and they barely showed anything. Am I the only one that wonders what they are trying to hide? I bet the problems we talk about here are waaaay bigger than we even suspect they are.
Just like Crazy_hyena above me posted their survivor stats screenshot… I too have over 60% escape rate, even tho I play exclusively solo and see nothing but ghouls, blights and nurses… but apparently we are waaaaaay above the average player? at least according to their latest survivors stats. Make that make sense… It's like we are playing a completely different game. I refuse to believe I am that far above average with the horrific experiences I have in this game…
Since they allowed us to see our own stats now on the DBD stats page… I wonder what keeps them from posting all this data collectively, for all to see?
PS: I too lower my MMR on purpose (I use average hook rate as my win ratio). Cause if I dont, for some reason I always get pushed towards non stop meta lobbies. More often than not they will be SWF (I play on steam, I check profiles), sometimes even comp teams with a collective amount of hours over 30000…
And its not that I mind losing, not at all… but these types of lobbies make me feel so useless and powerless… can't even catch one of them, and even when I do they'll have a flash or sabo rdy… They are so coordinated that I suspect they are teleporting to always be in the right place at the right time, while also cranking out all gens in under 5mins… Like, why am I going against this on a B-C tier killer with meme build :D?
Edit: See this is another main reason why I keep my MMR artificially low on purpose, just play for hooks. Since I made this comment, even tho I know better at this point, I thought I'd go all out again on one specific killer, Ghoul, … ppl gave up fast and thus I had a few 4ks in a row. It only took a FEW matches like this, like 3, then I got into another lobby with a blatant cheater. Could not even keep up with this speedhacker while leaping… Some P100 Dwight…
It's absolutely insane how you can jump from one extreme into another in the current MMR system… Cheaters is one of the main reasons I don't want to be in the top bracket. See a flying Dwight literally every few matches, its insane.
Match after that: full Russian Ace SWF with meta perks and styptics… 3 MATCHES IS ALL IT TOOK to fall into this top bracket.
And the point is that I can't handle these lobbies, so why am I seein them? The system just compensates 3x easy wins with unwinnable lobbies… Why is there no in between ever?
-
I believe most ppl play too casually, so there is no pressure on BHVR to push out that much needed MMR rework. Doesn't rly make sense since MMR should exist for the more competitive minded players, and yet it's exactly those ppl who notice the awful system the hardest. The system is obviously constantly compensating for losses and wins, to keep the killrates where they want it to be. Problem is that it creates a stomp or be stomped system… People are endlessly chasing that high they will never find.
ps edit: I recently did my own MMR experiment as a 2016 veteran with thousands of hours. It rly is bad and that MMR rework should be a priority imo. All my findings are pretty much alrdy spread throughout these comments and post, so I won't repeat them :) Bottom line is that obviously ppl that play enough notice the same patterns.
Here is an example of one of my play sessions: Yesterday I played mostly survivor, kept getting ghouls, blights and nurses. So the system finally decides I had enough sweaty top tier killers, it throws me a complete potato baby killer. The guy barely had time to finish setting up his traps when the last gen popped… The system is truly horrendous. It creates frustrations on both sides.
-
Yeh I don't know why its happening. I have plenty sessions where I have no issues. Its just that today it happened multiple times in just 2 or 3 hours, which made me quit for the day and write this post up. I assume it keeps happening on repeat in a short time span because somehow the system flagged me and then keeps flagging me… I would love to find out the reason with the help of the community.
No, I don't have proof as I don't record all of my gameplay. I'm not a content creator ;) But since this is a widely discussed topic, it is obviously somehow an issue for some and not for others. I can't explain this phenomenon either.
It would be nice for @BHVR to actually state how the anti go next system is working behind the scenes, even if it enables a few ppl that will take advantage of said information, cause right now we are getting a lot of false positives which is equally bad, if not worse. People should not be punished somehow for playing the game normally. Every single false positive is one too many.
I guess it can't be time based, since some claim to get hard tunneled and not get penalties…
Ive heard some mention that it might be because you are not hitting the skillchecks on death hook… To that I say: There are just situations where the game is obviously over and won for the killer, so why would I stick around longer? I would completely understand if I died in the first 2mins of the match in this manner, but in my cases we are talking way past 5mins… I played the match to the best of my abilities, and those penalties should not force ppl to stick around longer for no reason.
I wonder if it has something to do with SWF trios mass reporting for whatever reasons. I did get some SWF bullies in recent memory, trios that just play to bully the random solo in their lobby. and thus I am thinking out loud whether the penalties could be connected to the report system… That could easily explain how some are getting penalties while others arent. But… that would be rly F'd up if that is true. Anyone else feel like this could have happened to them?
Would love to hear more options as to how you think the system might work, so we can see if they apply to our situations/matches.
Thanks <3
-
Has nothing to do with frames, at least not my case. It is literally a latency/server/ping/connection issue.
Just had a few matches in a row where the killers were chasing me, I was well ahead of them, vault a pallet/window, now on the other end, start running for 1-2-secs… then get grabbed on the vault, like teleporting back into the killers hands, completely out of my control, it is so frustrating to outplay and then go down anyway to a grab like that.
-
Maybe in a SWF setup where you are trying to maximize efforts. But even then I would still say no, its not worth a perk slot. Im convinced BHVR is creatively bankrupt at this point, just adding things cause they have to.
-
The problem is and always will come back to the fact that "swf exist".
You cannot balance killer in between solos and SWF. Killer will always be miserable, and solos will be miserable half of their matches. Because BHVR needs to balance in between the 2, and … it … is… just… NOT possible!!
If the game was only Solos, then BHVR could balance killers towards solos…
-
Literally every single myers I have played against either lost to a 3 or 4 man out, or DC'd so they did not have to bear the shame… Myers is gutted, like they did Chucky… He is somehow even worse than he was before, and that was hard to do :D
-
Nurse doesnt belong in the game… its like cheats, but free.
-
Myers is a joke right now, pretty much Bubba 2.0… just pre drop pallets and you are golden. He only gets time for 4 hits, I tested this in custom. So with the new maps filled with pallets… you only need to find 4 to not go down to his instadown :D

I'm playing at 60fps, and I was aiming at the wall right behind a Survivor, but it doesn't splash towards survivors 5 times in a roll.
It's really inconsistent
Yeh, was just watching Zubats latest video of him playing Krasue, and he too misses all the time with that spit, even tho it bounces of the wall right next to the survivor. Its very strange.
-
@OmegaXII said:
I don't know why, but when I play her, that auto aim is not that consistent. Sometimes it aims, sometimes it doesn't,
Same here. I actively have to aim proper angles to hit them consitently and even then it often misses. Maybe latency is a factor or something, just thinking out loud.
Edit: or maybe its an FPS thing? Many killers have different stuff happening for them between 60 and 120 fps…
-
Agreed.
This playerbase is completely beyond me. I would much rather have a Krasue than a Nurse… at least Krasue I can loop :D Why is nobody calling for nurse nerfs?
Before I went survivor, I played Krasue a bunch myself, and thus now have a rather good understanding of her power and limits. When you understand she has a 90° locked angle (just like they did my boy chucky dirty), she is so easy and even funny to juke :D Even made a game out of it to make her "whaaaaagh" as much in 1 chase as I could :D Had a few 3man out matches in solos. So far I'm not complaining about Krasue yet. Genrush will always beat killer, no matter how good they are. And I'm kinda happy to see less ghouls and Springtraps now ^^

the only difference in our builds are you use windows and i use bond.
So how are you having such a rough time then? I literally dont even get caught in order to get tunneled of hook…
Personally I find bond useless with general awareness. Windows is much more usefull in solo Q, to see which pallets are still up.

i mean spring trap can just eat endurance and grab you right off hook essential, krause you maintain infection and is so incredibly busted if she wants you dead you can’t even make it too a loop. I could go on and list how easy and skillless it is to tunnel a survivor out. Your chase time says 48 seconds on vee that is lower than my chase time but sure i can’t loop i guess. Its definitely not that ghoul, krause and springtrap can’t kill you before you make it to anything off hook and bad survivors don’t make it infinitely worse by unhooking while the killer is right there (not it matters doe krause or ghoul)
My chase time is low cause I abuse the vigil sprint burst meta. alongside the build, I also abuse the walk tech to regain my sprint burst and have infinte shack vaults, therefor I constantly lose chase, therefor I have low chase time. That went completely over your head didnt it :D?

Just what to point out, this is the top 5 for both normal and high MMR.
Judging by this chart alone, a conservative guess would mean most killers are at a 60% kill rate, and the weakest killers are at 55% or lower. Could even go as low as 50% or 45% in some cases. How does characters like Ghost Face do at high MMR I wonder? Does he even have any games played in high MMR? That itself would be a pretty damning statistic.
This graphic provides very little information in reality, and if we were to really start picking it apart, which killers are usually played at high MMR? The killers we see here (barring Freddy who was just reworked at this time and an outlier). You also see more high level SWFs at high MMR, which means that your normal high MMR games are high tier killers vs. Organised Survivors.
48.2% escape rate against usually the best Killers in the game? I doubt even 80% of the roster can hope to hang here. Could Survibors at this level be looking at 55%? 60%? 70% for their escape rates against lower tier killers? We don't know cause vast majority of the data is missing...
Simple fact of DBD is the side that brings the strongest stuff tends to win, and in low to mid MMR, killers in my experience tend to take much better builds than Survivor.
At least someone that can interpret stats rationally. I would indeed like to see the full scope of stats BHVR has on this game. Every single killer. I bet it would be eye opening. Instead of looking at these highest stats, everyone should be wondering why they don't show the lowest stats…
for me this means there must be something juicy there. I wouldn't even be surprised if it goes as low as 40-45% Kill rates :D

Post more than 1 survivor in the last 30 days. I’ll wait. Since bhvr walked back the anti tunnel, tunneling has skyrocketed. In the last week my escape rate fell from 48% to 35% simply because of increased tunneling and slugging.
On topic i didn’t disagree with your statement, i was only responding to your post about kill rates because i disagreed with that.Hot take, you only get tunneled when the killer sees you aren't very experienced at looping. Why does it never happen to me? I guess it does once in a while, but you make it sound like its every killer… Sure I abuse the current survivor meta, but its there to be used, so use it…
Vast majority of matches in my experience are extremely efficient gen teams with 2-3 ppl out. cause u know, high mmr doesn't waste time on challanges and quests… they just do gens. 5 gens get completed often under 4-5mins. What is a killer supposed to do against that? Even when tunneling, they barely gonna get 1k out of it.
Just play the game … is my point. more often than not you will escape. I bet you are just stuck in this mentality, so you don't try your best anymore. Its a self fulfulling prophecy.

i posted my most recent stats and got called dishonest people just don’t want to believe killer is easy if you use your brain.
"use your brain". you mean tactically, which killers arent allowed to do? as in proxy and tunnel?
The vast majority of killers dont play like that. My escape rate is proof of that. otherwise I would be much closer to 50% escape rate, since the chance of getting tunneled is pretty much equal among everyone in the lobby…
We are completely going of discussion tho… my post goes about how fast survivors DC for no reason at all on literally any killer with any build in any situation. unless… I guess your argument is its called for, since "killer op"?
-
@UndeddJester said:
The give up mentality is a self fulfilling prophecy.
Players assume the game is lost, so proceed to guarantee they lose the game... while indeed burnout and frustration are factors... to my mind it is such a weak position to argue about game balance from when players aren't even willing to try and win, or at the very least, do as much as they can so their teammates can have a better chance of getting out alive.
The latter point is always what keeps me content in DBD. If I get tunneled, slugged, or bullied all game, I don't mind as long as my team are using it to create a good chance of getting out.
Dying the hero who turned a potential 4k into a 2k is better than dying as the guy who refused to try and condemned everyone to death.
Exactly this. I can confirm this as I play 100% solo myself. Whenever I get a lobby where ppl just play the game normal… at least 2 ppl escape, in my experience 3 even. Gen rush is so common at higher MMR, half the killer roster has no chance.

Show me your killer stats. Not your survivor stats. Are you solo or in a swf because that changes alot. Don’t tell me im intellectually dishonest when you yourself are cropping out the last 30 days and not specifying how you play survivor.

It’s burnout/survivor fatigue that’s been dismissed or written off pretty consistently.
I’m not accusing you of this, but even some of the wording in your post reflects a common tone in the community, that survivors DC/AFK simply because they’re unreasonable, not as a red flag that something could be wrong.
Majority of people will always admit that yes, Solo is awful. This is how that conversation usually goes: “Yes, solo q is in the gutter… BUT survivors just suck. BUT SWF is too strong. BUT survivors are entitled.” It’s always an admission that solo Q is bad —> immediately followed by blaming survivors for it being in that bad state—> and then insisting it should stay that way. Typically using SWF as a reason for that , despite that SWF are not majority of the role. People will use that small percentage of SWF as a standard for survivor balance, while simultaneously admitting that Nurse, should NOT be a standard for killer balance, even though both Nurse and SWF are outliers.
Before the big shift, killers were rightfully unhappy with their role too. queue times were bad, the role felt unrewarding and unfair, and thankfully those concerns weren’t dismissed. They were addressed, the game changed, and the pendulum swung hard in the other direction. Now survivors are the ones burning out, but instead of acknowledging that unhappiness, it’s often dismissed as laziness or incompetence.Whatever your personal view on balance, the symptom is clear: survivor burnout/fatigue is real. You can argue whether it’s the result of game design or player mindset, but they way it’s been consistently written off ignores what’s happening to a huge portion of the community, and we’re seeing the effects of that even more then we were when this whole go-next epidemic started.
The only thing I notice is that a majority of survivors just stopped wanting to learn how to loop. It is not just a fatigue to the system, I can tell by the way they run the loops (wrong), then they get hit and then they go afk/dc. Whether you play nurse or trapper does not matter, they will dc cause for some reason they feel wronged.

because huntress (hatchets only no m1) is my main and the reason why my killer play time is down, i had to mention it since people bring up my low play time on other killers. I like skilled play which hence the unknown having a higher play time. Getting trick shots and orbitals is my joy. But that joy is gone when bhvr’s crap invalidation just says nah you didn’t land that even though you seen blood and heard the scream.
I dont think you understand the point here. Why would you throw your stats in the mix when you know they are completely skewed? My screenshot was way more honest… Does my screenshot reflect "the current dbd era"?

its over the last 30 days which is meant to reflect the overalll current era of dbd. I don’t live on this game and killer is boring right now because of how easy it is. That is why play time is down. Dracula and huntress dropped off the list because I’m tired of huntress hatchets getting invalidated, she is my main and I haven’t played her since twd because invalidated hatchets have become more and more frequent.
Why throw a bugged killer in the mix? PS: my stats are last 30 days too.

if i didn’t let the last survivor get hatch i would have all 100% since hatch doesn’t count toward mmr i have no problem letting someone go.
This is just in the last 30 days. Some notes, i don’t camp, i don’t tunnel and i obviously don’t slug for the 4k since i let the last player go. This game is so killer sided if the killer has a functioning brain and understands what to do. I don’t even try I meme i do dances while i carry survivors to the hook and i still win.
dude I can throw personal bullshit stats too…
try to be intellectually honest maybe. Personal stats dont mean anything. ESPECIALLY not the way YOU posted them. You don't even play those killers for more than 1hour, of course your killrate is gonna be high, you are just versing baby survivors :D
Personally, I am literally bored out of my mind on survivor, how easy it is. But I look at overall stats, cause I know my personal stats dont matter, especially since I know this game inside out. Look at the whole picture instead.
I could go on trapper right now, few matches, and I bet the majority of ppl will DC on him. even though he is lowest killrates in the game.

Nightlight stats have been way, way off since they added stats players can see directly, at least. Last I knew, nightlight was still counting abandons as escapes also.
Official kill rates are about 60%, escape rates about 40% on average. And some killers are averaging almost 70%. That's not balanced.
No… The "TOP killrate" was 60% on last official stats release, not the average, as in the BEST killer has 60%. As in every other kill is below that, many even far below that.
And the average survival rate was 45%.
Dont lie about the stats we can literally look up. So in comparison, the Nightlight stats trends we see are pretty much right on the nose.

Look at the stats on Nightlight. Killers are on average around 50% and survivors are also on average around 50%… the game is as balanced as it will ever be. People have to realize the average killer is nowhere near the level of their favorite 10k hour streamer…

While I was playing I had some streams running on my other monitor and all I witnessed were matches where all gens pop and the killer only has 2-4 hooks at that point. And honestly… by all means pls genrush every killer you see. I want BHVR to see in their stats how few hooks the average killer gets. Scorched earth!
I had my adapt Vee on my first attempt against a Krasue… I think we finished all gens in about 3.5mins lmao :D If she had tunneled, she might have had a kill, but she didnt. 4 ppl out.

Something that was well overdue. Thanks BHVR!
