Survivor Moonwalking is also not intended.
-
Any killer that would quit over SWF has already done so. You're talking like this was something just added to the game.
-
If anything its a audio glitch. The roar is not played at the start of the ambush but during the charge up. Doesn't matter how close she is to you.

That's the point right. The game has outdated parameters for advancing in grades.
If I remember correctly 2 people ended up in the basement this game which snowballed into a 4k from there. Weird af that you get punished for 4k with less hooks.
May I present to you, the Victory Cube. Where pips were directly tied to kills.
And killers bitched about that for years.
-
The problem with NOED is that it takes away a sense of accomplishment from the survivors when they feel they already won.
Killers with access to insta-downs the whole match, just fine.
Perks that expose during the match, not a problem.
Perk that exposes after the last gen, evil incarnate.
-
Taking a break from Pig.
-
Very little chase and brutality. Kind of tells me you were hitting injured survivors all match. (Silver Chaser and Gold Malicious) Possibly around a hooked survivor, (bc Hag). Gold Devout shows you were able to hook all four survivors, but if you want Iri you're going to need 9 hooks. Ofc survivors can kill themselves on hook to deny this emblem.
-
Played survivor all this morning and the only Pig I saw did not do this.
-
I think its use will go down in time.
-
And letting them bleed out is pretty boring too.
Yes, but its also boring to them.

The MMR is still a flawed and unsustainable solution to the much larger problem that they still haven't figured out since p2p era... Whether they base it on the killer or the matches there needs to be a better system in place. It fundamentally does not make sense design-wise to have the game set up in a way that allows survivors to change in lobby but not killers. As previously mentioned that should have been something taken into account before rolling out the changes years ago. it's as confusing as the way some animations are prioritized in-game.
So this is about survivors changing in lobby. Did you have one too many last second switch to flashlights?
-
Maybe if you don't enjoy a game you should continue the 2 years hiatus and enjoy those other games.
-
Are you trying to summarize the whole forum in one post?
-
Its 2022 and we have per-killer mmr. Switching killers is not feasible when you could queue with a low mmr killer and switch to a high mmr killer.

Yeah that's something you will never understand so don't bring up the subject.
I understand people's hubris.
-
All survivors can be a POS. They are just skins.
Unless that skin is on someones face. Then thats a hate crime.
-
Sounds like 20% of those matches were full of tunneling killers running OP addons and camping gens.
-
I don't see how this is any different than a bubba facecamping their first down with 5 gens up. At least with Pig you have a 50/50 chance at escape.
-
Its not his first time playing dbd. No one really cared back then and it will be the same now.

clown, myers, legion, pig
I can play those killers just fine without addons.
-
A screenshot of your emblems would go a long way.
-
Only killer that needs addons is Doctor. Because his default shock range is garbage.
-
I find it hard to believe this is a big enough issue that two post just so happened to pop up on the same day about it.
-
I find more iri grades at low mmr than high mmr. It's easy to go up grades when playing against non-tryhard players.
-
If you don't have an established mmr with a killer, your overall mmr is used. Suggest getting a low mmr on all your killers before raising one higher.
-
BHVR is consistently inconsistent.
-
With a grain of salt, from the wiki about Leatherface:
Since it was released in-between CHAPTERS V and VI, it was eventually renamed to CHAPTER 5.5 when the Developers abandoned the practice of naming single-character DLCs "Paragraphs".
Really this is the first I've heard it being changed but would explain everything being a chapter now. (even survivor only ones)
-
Its all about consistency.
-
The regress was slower than BK Myers though.
-
Whats with the necro post? 🧐
Wait this is NEW! 😱
-
I guess the mods answered the question.

Feb 22 is a Tuesday 😁

then why we lose pips in grade if it time played?
You can't degrade. You can lose 20 times in a row, win 5, lose 20, and repeat until you're grade 1.
-
or be severely exploited where the game cannot end for example.
So, it can be an exploit against killers as long as the game can end.
-
It matters to how much bp you get every season.
-
Can't learn how to swim without getting wet.
-
The killer did try to hook you at first but couldn't. I assume they bleed you out but the video doesn't show that. Either way, the killer decided hooking was a waste of time and just started to slug everyone. Which is the logical outcome when hooking a survivor becomes a punishment.
-
If you get blind by a firecracker you could have been blind by a flashlight far easier. Plus flashlights are multi-use.
-
Killers that can one shot the whole match. Not a problem.
Killer that can one shot due to a perk/addon before gens are completed. Not a problem.
Killer that one shots due to an end game perk. Blasphemy.
NOED gets a bad rap because survivors believe they won once the last gen is powered. The killer wiping the team after this point hurts their sense of accomplishment.

But it also reflects one's experience with the game.
You don't JUST pip up because you play the game for 5 hours a day, you still have to accomplish certain criteria to reach Iri 1.
You can trip and stumble your way up to grade 1.

But these players are much more skilled than me it's not fair
Sorry, but fair is not a word one would associate with DBD.
-
Grade only reflects time played not level of skill.

what does that even mean lol? why would a 9 foot tall killer ever have the same hit box as a survivor? and why does their hitbox mean anything?
Survivors are able to round corners faster than killers. Thats what they mean by the hitbox.
-
All killers can reach the match making MMR max. Its just players that played killers too this point stopped playing them. High MMR is not that high of a threshold where only a few killers can reach.
-
Easier to nerf

Idk if its a bug or not. I played Nurse once yesterday and I didn't hear a whirring noise I just heard like the sound of breathing. so it might be a intended sound of the nurse breathing after some actions like Trickster or clown laughing.
There's a wirl sound. Sounds like flag in the wind. Its not overly loud but noticeable.
-
Hard for me to tell, just watching the video I thought another survivor dropped the pallet and the killer dodged it.
-
BHVR taking the PR way out. Not like people weren't talking about the mask 4 years ago.
It's just too hard to ban the trouble makers. Removing the mask will sure demoralize them into never playing again, right?

I don't understand what you mean, can you say again? I'm really interested
If you charge your chainsaw while having partial charges you will keep those charges once it starts charging again.
Prior to this patch, Nurse could regain her blink to 1.999999999 charges and be at 0 after blinking. With this update Nurse keeps the .99999.

Semi-related but is the change to tokens for powers intended? You no longer lose charge towards a blink token or bubba token just because you used the power before it's fully recharged which seems like a QOL change.
Holy mother of.... I didn't even notice this! ######### YEAH! I've been wanting this since that did the stupid recharge!
