If you do the exploit, yes. Flashlights are still available from chest so using a disabled perk by itself is not bannable.
Besides that, after restarting the game it should of unequipped the disabled perk or prevent it's usage during the match.

Kinda sorta... The thing with Whispers is it detects the slugged survivor too. This means if the last survivor is close when you down his teammate, you'll have a hard time finding him with Whispers. Maps like The Game make this even more true since Whispers will be on most of the time.
If you're able to close the hatch it's pretty much gg for the survivor though. 32m away from the door is enough to know if the survivor is there or at the other. Unless they have Wake-Up.
-
They are master loopers around safe loops. This is because they know exactly where the killer is even without line of sight. Mind games doesn't work. Double back doesn't work. You have to chase them until they drop the pallet.
Now outside of safe loops, they are predictable af.
-
It's A/B testing.
Some have it hidden while some don't.
BHVR takes the stats from these tests to determine if player behavior changes.
My opinion, P100 is just the new P3 and monthly rank before that. Not many know this, but your rank used to be displayed years ago. A lot of people said lobby dodging was because of it too. BHVR removed it and guess what? Players still dodged lobbies.
-
Nothing, do it every match if possible.
-
Wouldn't it be the same for Whispers? It's not a direct notification but it gives you an idea where a survivor is.
-
Ok, what about 2nd stage?
-
I forget the name of it, but the reshader made by Nvidia is officially supported.

Xeno looks somewhat like a bug, but I'm sure the devs can tell the difference.
So if they squash it, it will come back twice as strong next update?

Ok then make nowhere to hide only work at the generator you kick. Now killers can't abuse it with high mobility killers like nurse, demo, blight, xeno, freddy or onryo
Ok

OK if after you hook one survivor as killer bloodlust is disabled.
When someone wants to make a reasonable tradeoff, they typically make offers within the same category.
A baseline mechanic and an optional perk are not equal.

You can't be serious

FOV slider.
You can now adjust the FOV between 87 and 10 degrees.
-
You want BHVR to stop the servers until its fixed and BHVR wants to killswitch an item.
Lets compromise.
Until it's fixed, flashlight can be disabled and you don't have to play dbd.
See, everyone wins.

AFAIK Trapper can only place the traps in front of the locker, because he can't physically get or clip into it, while the exploiting survivor can move unfettered. In essence it's like placing a trap 3 steps in front of a survivor.

They can walk out of any side
That's a shame. Thanks.
-
They will naturally become more common over time. There's no reward because you don't have a choice. Either you never spend you bp or you stop playing. Eventually you have to sink your points into something and eventually you will cap out. More true for survivor mains and killers that only play their main. It's not like before where you lose everything when prestige and had to make a decision.
-
So, flashlights shouldn't be disabled?
-
Yeah but Freddy's addons were constaintly getting nerfed. Unless, you are wanting Blights addons nerfed and just using Freddy as the hammer.
-
Does placing traps in front of the locker do anything or can they disarm them while in the locker?

Id argue people would actually enjoy a popular killer that you can dunk on easily. At least the survivor side would enjoy it at the very least.
Yes, but killers won't play those causing what happend with Singularity.
With popular killers, the fatigue of facing them over and over makes survivors believe it must be because they're strong. They stop trying during those matches and feeds into the narrative when the team gets stomp.
-
You're two years too late for making an account complaining about keys and hatches.
-
Survivors hate Wesker because they constantly faced him. Same will happen with any killer that becomes popular. Weak or not.

Not easy if you think about it definetely hinders gameplay. Given your profile picture you play probably lot of nurse and I imagine depipping is rare with her. With weaker killers you either destroy or get destroyed.
I play more than just Nurse. You don't play just Oni, right?
-
All it takes is a little buff for survivors to scream and cause a big rebound nerf.
-
I know it's been awhile since a good chapter release but this is common.
-
Grade 1 killer really isn't that hard. It just takes time to play all the required matches.

Nah I thought screams have always interrupted a action making you let go? Fufilling the requirement to have dms and merciless block it? Because pr was changed to interrupt you with the scream again. Blocking it with dms. So they just nerfed dms to 30 seconds from 45.
I will just have to test it out.

TBF it takes a lot of playtime time to get to P100.
Not if you focus all you bp on one character. My Nurse is P49 but that's only after P6 new chapter characters (~12 to 13 million bp) and I don't play as much as I used to. She's would be P100 if I just focused on her.

Bug reports about it have been closed because "not a bug" (see here: https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/389872/ultimate-weapon-lets-survivors-scream-in-lockers#latest), so apparently it's an intended (and debatable) feature.
Does Scene Partner interupt actions? If not, then this is another example of the Devs saying a bug is not a bug but fix it later under the patch note's bug section.
-
I don't know why the released this perk without a limited time downside like Lucky Break.

The only very strong thing about it ive seen is using it with dms/merciless storm for blocking gens. Maybe its good on movement killers but they could just use aura reveal. But most of the games with dms ultimate weapon merciless storm on doc still need to get the downs and stuff to make it work. Which can be difficult against some survivors.
I'll take an aura perk over a notification perk anyday everyday.
What you are describing is more likely a bug considering how Pain Resonance explosion was changed to not trigger DMS.
-
I guess Scene Partner is the new No Mither. 🤣
-
Whenever you open a Locker, Ultimate Weapon activates for 30 seconds:
Survivors entering your Terror Radius scream and reveal their location to you.
Those Survivors suffer from Blindness Status Effect for 30 seconds.
Ultimate Weapon has a cool-down of 40/35/30 seconds.
You can't be serious. This is what passes as OP nowadays?
-
This happen when you were P99 too?
-
There are plenty of other games in the Steam. No need to settle with one.
-
To those that think it can't get any worse. Life finds a way.
-
Slugging a survivor and bleeding them out for 4 minutes.
Sometimes can't be helped. When survivors run flashlights, get down in a pallet with teammates clearly in the area, or teammates been breaking hooks. Also when the survivor crawls off and can't be found in time.
Camping and tunneling on purpose to be toxic (Camping and tunneling isn't always toxic)
Sometimes tunneling out a survivor is the best course of action. Not because the survivor deserves it but that the other three are harder to catch. Even an extreme example when a killer camps the first survivor they catch shouldn't be considered toxic. Toxic would be targeted aggression towards another player. Not a generalize strategy they always use.
T-bagging in the exit gate and or doing rushed actions to get the killers attention when they've lost
Agree. Fast vaulting at an exit just so they can gloat is toxic. It serves no benefit to the survivor. Now on its own t-bagging at the exit isn't real toxic. When paired with other behaviors it can be.
Hitting on hook (This depends on the context)
Agree. Continuously hitting a hooked survivor is toxic. Unless the other survivors are dumb and stays around the hook, it serves no benefit to the killer.
Being nasty in the end game chat.
A big issue with the game yet there are those that still want voice chat built in.
Now there are more toxic things in dbd not listed. Survivors can be just as toxic as the killer ones listed. Mainly SWFs that play with the purpose of tormenting the killer other than trying to play the game.
-
Look at the OP.
-
Since this was nercro'd. A year later, is anyone feeling missed out from not owning this?
-
Interesting. Every bot I've seen struggled to the very end. Even when there was no possibility of rescue.

Honestly I'd rather go against Wesker than Xenomorph. At least Wesker has at least some sort of viable counterplay. I'm tired of seeing Xenomorph.
Tired of seeing Xeno or does Xeno have no counterplay? I see a lot of complaints about Xeno and going by my many years with this community, I think people are just sick of going against the same thing over and over again. I don't think there would be this much hate if survivors faced Xeno in 1/10 games. I think it's mostly recency bias and that we haven't had a good killer in many chapters.
-
So you lost 10 games in a row and instead of stop playing ruined 10 matches for other survivors.
-
The same reason WoO perk text got reverted to several chapters ago.
Spaghetti code.
-
🤣🤣🤣
-
Tunnels spawn near gens. Must be two gens close to eachother.
-
Getting that [1] within a single trial is a pain. Getting [3] over many trials is easier.
-
There are reasons why they removed them. Besides, having an Asylum hook on a farm map doesn't look right.
-
The number of gens left is clearer.
5->4->3->2->1 is fairly self explanatory.
