Totally, I will always hope for 2v8 as it will be chaotic af

Short answer: no
Long answer: Its possible but the chances of them putting out a new game mode while consistently coming out with a new chapter every 3 months is incredibly unlikely. So If they continue what they're doing without hiring more staff then no.

Feelsbadman :/ how many pieces you lost?
3 would have had dwight legs and trapper weapon and body
-
I like this change as it nerfs one of the best survivor perks in the game :D
-
I always get salty because I would have legacy if it weren't for the old progress wipe glitch back in the day.
-
Get into rank 1 and you'll understand, If you have already been in rank 1 and don't, then I don't know what to tell you.
-
It has been since day 1. But without old DS and pallet vacuums it's a lot better now.
-
I play without ruin on stronger killers such as spirit billy nurse and hag, but I can't play killers such as clown or doctor without it.
-
Step 1: Don't Cleanse
Step 2: STONKS
-
Myers and Demi, but mostly Myers
-
Aftercare and I'm All Ears

If you know what you are doing legion is very fun to play, I wouldn't recommend it in red ranks though. As far as killer perks go, they are pretty decent, Mad grit is a great basement build perk, while Iron maiden is very good on huntress if you like to play her, the real star of the show is Discordance, this perk gives you a much easier time of prioritizing generators and stalling the game. As far as survivor perks go they are also pretty decent, Aftercare is incredibly under-rated and will compete with bond and empathy if you go for saves and heals. Breakdown, is a bad perk at worst and a decent perk at best, It is very situational whether it will affect the killer, but in most cases it won't. Distortion on the other hand is a pretty good perk, as it allows you to hide from the killer when using BBQ and Chili which is easily the most used killer perk in the game, It's flaw is that it only has 3 tokens. Looking at it all, If you play mainly survivor, I would avoid purchasing this chapter, however if you happen to play mostly killer I would recommend it, Discordance is a very good perk and when played correctly the Legion is very fun to play. You also get the added benefit of a good Huntress perk and a nice perk to complete any basement build. To me is it worth it? Of course, this is probably my favorite game and I've been apart of this community since beta, but that's just my opinion, hoped it helped. ;)

While 80% of my hours in game are on killer, I have to say that prayer beads need to be completely removed from the game, there should not be a way in game to be completely 100% undetectable.
-
Yes totem spawns need some major work, but this game is in no way dying, this past year has been the biggest growth in the games history.
-
There is every year of some kind, yes.
-
While I don't use it on every killer, STBFL is my favorite perk in the game at the moment.
-
I feel like at the moment, yes he is a bit underwhelming, but I feel that once the devs push the hot fix making it so that breaking pallets with his lunge is in his base kit, then he will be a pretty well rounded killer.
-
I'm just joking around, but they do look out of place.
-
Stranger things easily, I personally think it is a better franchise by a long shot.
-
The DLC is pretty cheap for what it is 6$-11$, your getting a survivor, a killer, and 6 perks, all DLC can also be purchased within the in-game store using iridescent shards.
-
cough Alien cough
-
Again, like I said earlier in this thread, there are only so many people on the dev team, and only so many of them work on killer reworks, and add-on changes, the devs will most likely go in order from killers that have been waiting for changes the longest, to the newer ones. Don't expect a Legion update for a little while, they will get to it when they can.
-
I don't think any map in Dbd is really "bad", sure certain maps favor killer or survivor, but they are all fun to play in their own rights, yes i do think haddonfield needs some love, but i would not consider it a bad map.
-
It's mainly because the hatch stand off was an incredibly painful process that would last for 5-10 minutes. This is additionally assisted by the end game collapse, which is in my opinion one of the best additions to the game in a long time.
-
The exact date was never confirmed, but a estimate was mid chapter 13, but don't get your hopes up. Nothing is confirmed.
-
Unfortunately the dev team can only work on so many things at once, so while i don't think he needs a complete rework like freddy, I do think it will take them a bit to get to him, I would expect by the end of next year at the latest.
-
I think Head On is in a pretty good spot right now, it takes some skill to time, and when executed you are rewarded greatly.
-
If they don't do it within a week of the release of the DLC, don't hype yourselves up for one, since it got cancelled that doesn't necessarily mean they will reschedule it.
-
Thanks not_Queen for your input! I'm very happy that people have come together to discuss things and shut down my concerns, and hopefully other peoples as well!
-
So I woke up this morning to 20 new comments on my thread. And yes, clearly I did misunderstand what people meant by "timed cosmetics". Super sorry for the misunderstanding. Didn't mean to scare people if I did. Honestly though after hearing peoples thoughts and opinions I'm not too worked up about it anymore. I'm sure behavior will handle things in a way that will make most people happy. Thanks everyone for your input. I'm so glad I got some people to come together and discuss other possibilities.
-
Because imagine a world where you pay $5-$10 dollars for a cosmetic in a video game, and you only get access to it for 2-3 months.
(please note at the time of writing this I misunderstood the meaning of "timed cosmetics". This has since been resolved, Thanks!)
-
I really do hope they trade off by buffing up other parts of him because he is not in a great place right now.
-
I would imagine either the 17th or the 19th

If we get something like this I will laugh so hard, any company who does something like this is a piece of ######### and deserves nothing. I will drop this game so fast, respect is important.
There is a right way to monetize and there is the WRONG WAY.
This is exactly what I've been trying to say, this is going to leave a bad reputation on the company, and will lead them in this direction.
-
I think he is in a decent spot at the moment, and just because he one of the stronger killers doesn't mean he has to be nerfed.
-
Honestly if it's timed cosmetics then everyone is going to throw a fit, not just the people that disagree with the battle pass itself.
-
I would say the Decisive Strike is in the best spot that it has been since it's incarnation. It used to be incredibly unfair towards killers, and since has been balanced into a pretty good spot, I honestly think that DS will never be changed, as it is incredibly balanced in it's current state. It discourages chasing survivors who have just been unhooked, and gives said survivors a way out if that happens.
-
He will be buffed if anything, he is currently the easiest killer to loop in the game.
-
Again, I don't have a problem with ways to monetize the game. I just wish they wouldn't go with this route.
-
Trapper, because again, that was the only killer in the game at the time.
-
The game won't be ruined but the community will be very cross with the decisions the devs are making. The battlepass system has always been frowned upon since it became a thing, and to have them add this to the game while knowing it is extremely unpopular does not look good on their part.

I only have one single concern with the battlepass that has yet to be addressed by the devs so it might not even be an issue, and that is if it reintroduces timed cosmetics. I have no issue with a new method of earning cosmetics, wether it be paid or free, as long as everyone has access to it.
The devs made a point awhile ago that they didn’t want to do exclusives skins anymore unless they had to, ala the exclusive trapper skin for the switch port, so I don’t want to see exclusivity return.
Now I know that the rifts/battlepass will be temporary as the devs have said this in the 3 year anniversary stream, but that doesn’t necessarily mean the cosmetics will be timed exclusives. There is the possibility, and I really hope this is the case, that cosmetics that are in the rift will be put into the in-game store once the rift period is over. This way those who weren’t able to unlock the skins during the time period will still have the opportunity to unlock those skins, just for a much high price.
This is a win-win as it incentivizes people to still purchase the rift, while not feeling scummy by pressuring players to get it or miss out forever.
Well see what the case is as more info is released about the rift, but for now I want to remain nervously optimistic that the devs will do the right thing for the players.
I agree that exclusive/timed skins should not be in the game and that everyone has access to them. I'm still worried about this monthly/timed pass that they are using, it's going to put a bad rep on both the devs and the company as a whole. Especially if they go the route they are doing by copying a pre-existing extremely poorly received format.
-
Ghostfaces perks most likely won't be reworked any time soon. But I do agree some of his perks need tweaking.
-
He needs some buffs here and there and then he will be fine, he is not nearly in bad as a spot as Legion.
-
This isn't as much of a concern about pricing or whether it is worth it or not, it's the fact that people hold grudges and people who drastically disagree with the changes will leave the game. It also looks incredibly poor on the companies behalf. Again, i'm fine with more ways of micro-transactions. This just isn't the way to do it.
-
That would be hands own the best cosmetic in the game! xD
