Personally i thought it was at its best when it was glitched and provided a timer for both user and rescued player: but didnt work after exit gates were powered. That way it prevented camping/tunneling - but didnt rob killers of a hard earned kill and give a free escape.

Yeah BT was great for both sides with this glitch. Kinda upset the devs didn't stick with that bug like they did with Myers.

Not really. I can't be dishonest about looping in its current form when it did not exist prior to update 1.1.1, which is when looping as we know it now to become possible.

It did exist, it was just harder.

There you go being dishonest again.

You could run in circles around a pallet all you want. I don't consider it "looping." Looping as it is now was not an intended feature. They changed how pallets worked in 1.1.1 mostly to address lag related issues to pallets, but it ended up causing a mess.

Looping is a feature in this game. How else are the survivors currently supposed to stall a killer like 'The Nightmare'?

Is it a mess right now? Yes.

    Should it be adjusted? Absolutely.

Don't feign ignorance just because you disagree with how the majority of the community decides how to play the game.

  • Halloween DLC.

Expect for that one perk, Myers was pretty dope.

@weirdkid5 said: Looping is an unintended side effect caused by bad game design that caused survivors to teleport, their hitboxes are smaller which negates the Killers speed bonus, and the stun was made to be the beginning of the animation instead of the end. This created looping as an unintended side effect of pallet changes, in other words, they are fixing it because it was never meant to be in the first place.

You do realize that looping existed before those changes to pallets and the hitboxes right?

Sure it was harder to loop back then but it was still an effective tool to help slow the killer down and buy time for your team.

Saying it was never meant to be intended in the first place screams dishonestly.

When I refer to looping I specifically refer to the nonsense that is possible nowadays. Yes I know running circles around objects has always been a thing. But as you said, it was harder and required a modicum of risk.

Looping is risk free. Don't call me dishonest just cause I use it in a different context.

Saying it was never to be intended in the first place where it was quite cleary used by players regardless of how difficult it was is being dishonest.

That's like me saying camping should never be considered a tactic to use in this game despite the clear fact there's a perk that encourages camping.

  • Nurses with NOED and Make Your Choice.

And no they weren't bad at playing Nurse.

  • I'm expecting around 2-3 bundles per killer and around 6-12 bundles per survivor.

  • Wake Up!

Something about that perk made me fall in love with it.

  • Urban does not need a nerf. It's one of the major perks used that makes stealth possible along with Iron Will.

BT is fine just go for the unhooker instead or wait 15 seconds on the unhooked survivor.

The only major perks that are a problem on the survivor side are Sprint Burst, Self Care and Decisive Strike.

Self Care makes survivors too independent, Decisive Strike and Sprint Burst delay too much time for the survivor against the killer.

Hex perks do not need to be touched. The totems have to be hidden better.

BBQ does need to be adjusted for killers with high mobility and for stealthy players alike. Its fine with Myers, Huntress, Doctor, etc, but becomes annoying when you consistently face Hillbillies and Nurses with the perk.

I agree with Fire Up and Beast of Prey. They are too weak

The devs are considering making TOTH no longer a hex totem. Which sounds nice

Light-born is fine as it is. Use it with Brutal Strength. Not many survivors expect that you'll run it. Its underrated in that way.

    Stridor already does that.

PWYF should work with all survivors not the obsession.

  • Interesting how more players like Freddy then Leatherface.

Poor boy was just used for his chili.

  • I enjoy running a No Mither build on survivor.

No Mither, Dead Hard, Resilience, Leader.

  • Used to main the Doctor but me being a Nightmare on Elm Street fan made me swapped to the Sweater Boi.

Perks are Ruin, Remember Me, BBQ and Brutal Strength.

And when I'm really in a bad mood Ruin, Overcharge, Thana and Dying Light

  • Seen this post on steam a year ago.

I do agree with some of the points you've made. SWF is too strong against killers.

Introducing a new game mode for SWF wouldn't work however. It'll just be avoided by the majority of the community that don't want to play against them. Hell even killers have stated that they don't want to be given a compenstation against groups like this.

The best solution for balancing SWF groups is to give the killers passive buffs or to give the SWF passive nerfs. I can't imagine anything else more realistic that these developers can do in this game.

  • Potential balance changes and new content.

  • Gen-rushing wouldn't be a problem if pallets weren't so effective at wasting the killers time.

    That's my opinion anyway

  • Someone on Reddit posted this as a theory for the killer;

_The killer is a chinese magician. He specializes in Gu.

In Chinese folklore, especially in the South, was developed a whole literature on the magic to harm, sicken or eliminate people somehow perceived as antagonistic (goddamn survivors). All these practices are counted under the umbrella name of Gu (poison 蛊) or Jincan (from golden silkworm; 金 蚕).

Gu magic was used to manipulate the will of others, partners, to make people ill and not least cause death. According to Chinese folklore, a Gu spirit was able to transform into different animals: snakes, worms, earthworms, frogs, dogs or pigs._

Besides it wouldn't make much sense for the woman to be the killer when we already have a reference of the killers apparel
