Can't use them for blood points, that requires another player. Can't even participate in the secondary objective since your blocked once you hit the max. Can't even use them as a killer because the lobbies are #########.
Every other offering works. The ones that don't always works are maps and that's only if someone else puts another map offering down. Even then the offerings work since it'll be based around those maps the players selected.
Stop acting so offended people actually see flaws with this event and take off those blinders.
I'm not affected by this so its perfectly fine. -

I have around 40 offerings for those plants. I'm completely maxed out on the vials that I got 3 cosmetics for it.
Now I'm completely dependent on the other survivors not being maxed out and harvesting those plants in order for me to get bloodpoints for an offering that I put down for the event.
I'm not asking for more vials to unlock more cosmetics, I'm asking to interact with the plants so I can get bloodpoints. -

- A characters race is only shoved down your throat if they are subjected to racial stereotype. Currently we have an Asian who failed her grades, a socially awkward, shy black girl and a black man that is self taught. No stereotypes as far as I'm aware
- Race and sexuality aren't the same thing so 'hashtag' you tired.
- It's incredibly racist to assume that a racial character merely existing is shoving their identity down your throat. Unlike you gender studies students, they can't change whatever gender they're on the fly.
- Doesn't even make sense in terms of the game since (A) most players don't give a ######### (B) the Entity is not a human and is impossible to understands it's motivations. The only reason it interacts with humanity at all is too use them as food so again, why should it give a #########?
- Just because people are neutral doesn't mean they agree with you.
- No one enjoys forced pandering, and is actually considered a disservice to some communities. That's why people are against you and the OPs bullshit.
- You act like anything that isn't 100% labelled LBGT is 100% straight. Again we don't even know if the majority of the characters are even straight.

Nobody wants forced diversity. Nobody wants a gay character to exist simply because they're gay. They would much rather the character be part of the world rather then the world adjusting to the character.

There's a difference between punishing something and discouraging it. Example: BBQ. The perk doesn't punish you for camping but encourages you to go after survivors away from hook.
If you care about rank (lul), then the emblems discourage you from camping. You're still able to ######### camp regardless.
I thought that you, outta all the posters on this forum, would be for this change considering you like sticking to lower ranks.

A more accurate take of your example would be this.
You take 1 hour to reach your destination. You then suffer from a -50% penalty due to weather. How long does it take to reach your destination with the weather?
In my example we already have a set goal. 1 hour. (100%) Then it takes longer due to weather (-50%). You have to find the value of the 50% before we continue.
So 50% of 1 hour = 30 minutes. Since it's a negative percentage you add the value instead of subtracting it because it took you more time. You arrive at your destination in 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Doubling the value, would be multiplying it (100% x 2) and despite what the perk Self Care implies it clearly states that you suffer -50% of the normal healing speed and not that it doubles the time it takes to heal.
Basically if the normal healing speed was say in this case 24 seconds (100%) then the developers halved it for the base healing speed for 12 seconds (50%) then it would double the time it'll take to heal with that perk. But in this instance 12 seconds is the normal healing speed (100%).

It doesn't double the heal time, it adds a -50% penalty when you use the perk. The base healing is 12 seconds. The upcoming healing changes will make this into 16 seconds.
So 12 divided by half (6) + base healing stats (12) = Current Self-Care takes 18 seconds.
16 divided by half (8) + base healing stats (16) = Upcoming Self-Care will take 24 seconds.

Avoid movement speed if you can. It's not that good.
Try to get the ones that increases range (makes it easier to tag survivors), the ones that give less skill checks (keeps survivors in your dreamworld longer) and the ones that make the dream transition shorter (faster to hit the survivors).
For perks, it looks like you got some for an end game build. I would advise dropping Iron Grasp for something like Sloppy Butcher or NOED. Sloppy is good for Freddy because after hitting a survivor it'll take longer to heal when running that perk. It's really good for stalling and for helping against Freddies weaknesses. NOED is just good in general with him, though keep in mind most good players will expect you to have it since you're Freddy and all.
Personally, the perks I usually like with him are:

- Overcharge (I know, but it's somewhat useful at maintaining a 3 generator strategy with him. Doesn't always work though. You really have to play smart with this perk)

- The Drawings
- Pill Bottle
- Class photo
