Toolboxes were already nerfed and are the weakest item in the game right after broken key.

As a Freddy main, he really needed his slowdown addons nerfed. Survivors complained about forever Freddy, because he could stack slow down addons + slowdown perks.
Instead of just nerfing the slowdown addons, they nerfed his power in general, which nobody really had an issue with.

I'd say average age in the game is around 16-20.
8 is definitely way too young.

Here's a typical match. 3 gens done or 2 gens almost 3 gens by first hook. 4 or 5 gens by 3rd hook.
End game happens. All four collectively use their speed boosts like 99% their sprint burst or lithe, bodyblocks, dead hard, or d strike to easily get out the exit.
Every match.
I leave with no kills and maybe 4 or 5 hooks every game.
If youre losing that many matches you arent top MMR anymore.

Unfortunately that would also ruin the matches without hackers, but I do agree that something has to be done about all the cheating going on, I just dont think removing the DC penalty is the way to go.

It's not just endgame chat though, I just get insulted for playing and winning games as a killer in general, I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong, I don't tunnel, facecamp, or cheat in anyway, I don't know what I'm doing wrong.
Doing nothing wrong, people will be toxic regardless of how you play. Just ignore them all together and don't take it personally.

Yeap. If I havent been hooked yet and someone is on their last hook and being chased I try my best to take a hit. Bond has been amazing to help me notice situations like that, but as amazing as showing me useless people as well.

Lately I've been spectating my team mates more and have noticed a LOT running stretched resolution. It's easy to tell because they basically just look at the floor because of how stretched it is on their end. It's disgusting.

They aren't great, but imo Michael is a bit better with the right addons. Also way more fun.

I know that Steam is far from perfect when it comes to penalizing hackers and spammers, but I don't think we'll get any response from BHVR, so pestering Steam to take more serious measures is pretty much the only thing to do.
Another way to deal with him (and any other hackers whose nickname you remember) is to literally ostracize them in the game. See a hacker join your lobby? Warn other players in chat, tell them to get away from that POS, and leave the lobby. It won't do much, because not all players will heed the warning and leave, and even if they will, the hacker will find a lobby with clueless folk in the end...but at least you refuse to participate in their BS and do your part in informing people.
I always warn other players in chat, since I'm on crossplay off I see a lot of the same people in the lobby and people just get known that way. I found the same hacker earlier, again, and warned the others in the lobby and dodged.

I dont think they get IP banned. Just account banned. And they keep buying more cheap ones.

That's why as a COMMUNITY we do it together. If enough of us would do it then something would happen. Imagine if you help by starting to do that and spread the word too all your friends that do play it. Streamers and content creators did it also. It have a snowball effect
Streamers and content creators will not stop playing the game because they earn money doing so.
There is never going to be enough people not playing for it to make a change at all.

Blight is great, but some of his addons need a tweak. They are a tad too strong.
Doctor is one of my favorites, but the wonky validation on his shocks never ceases to annoy the pants off me. People also hate playing against him for some reason (Pig and Myers I can understand due to some of their meaner addons, but Doctor is weird).
Freddy...sigh. He used to be brilliant, and a few slight tweaks would have reigned him in. Gutting his addons just makes him boring now I find.
I totally agree on Freddy. The only issue he really had was being able to stack the slowdown addons + slowdown perks, making it "forever Freddy", but they had to nerf everything else too even fake pallets.... it's like they can't make little tweaks, they either do nothing or do too much.
I think Demo is pretty balanced, but I'd say old Billy (besides the insta saw addons) was the most balanced and fun imo.

I wouldn't be so annoyed about it if I knew reports and cheaters/hackers are actually getting banned. Support system right now seems quite inconsistent, when there's people who haven't had a reply in months besides a random automated message.

It's almost not worth to report. It's too much work to have to have a recording software + having it on + recording + saving + writing the whole report + getting player ID + getting player ID64, when they are taking months to reply to support tickets and a lot of the time nothing even happens.

Killer is supposed to be the power role, but apparently the Killer having power just short-circuits some Survivors.
It's an example since you decided to give one, and mine negates your logic.
As for the original comment about franklins, I think it is fine how it and I dont mind a perk countering an offering.

Also; you can pick the item back up, you know? It's only gone if you leave the trial without it, which is prevent duping.
Imagine if you could get hit & drop your item, then your friend picks it up; now he leaves with your item (and keeps it) and you leave & White Ward gives you your item back.
Sorry but you're literally complaining that the Killer; the power role, as a perk that overrides your 1 time offering. This is how it should be, and it, as I said, prevents duping.
You mean like a mori (killer offering) counters a survivor perk like DS?

Yeah I think that might be the same guy.
Twitch for some reason refuses to ban him, and (apparently) he has a hack that lets him unlock all perks simultaneously on his survivor. If he gets banned, he just grabs another cheapo account and gets right back to it. I think he popped up in an Otz stream a bit back, and if that doesn't get him banned then I don't think anything will.
I really don't know what to say anymore.
With all the issue the game has, this is actually getting on my nerves.

I'd like to add: this same hacker, I tuned into his stream now and is already playing from a different account while his friend is using his other one. So he has at least 2 accounts. Amazing.

Maybe so, but that does not fix the underlying problem; which is that too many people treat the 'other team' like a verbal punching bag and manservant.
Toxicity in games will never end. People online feel free to be asshats, and that's just how things are. Do I like it? No.
I just found that it's better to ignore it. I have turned all my messages off to just friends, and rarely look at post game chat. It improved my time playing immensely.

I'm tired of feeling the need to give killers a kill because I refuse to escape with hackers on my team because I find it extremely unfair.
This match was against a legion, the hacker made her locked in the carrying animation so I couldnt even get her to hook me since she couldnt pick me up. Had to rush all gens and die to the collapse. This one was also in a swf and their buddy at the start kept teleporting to hooks and flying while in the pick up animation, that's how the killer got stuck.
Earlier today I got a nurse that downed us all at the same time and made us fall through the map. This one wasn't streaming but she admitted in post game chat and even said "it was a mistake I was trying to get infinite blinks".
I'm quite done with these mfs.

Modders were making trappers trap bright pink. I wouldnt call that balance.
