I hope RE9 will be good.
Also i am wondering if we get something in between - Revelations 3 would be nice. (even if there are rumours that RE8 was Rev3 and got changed to main part)
There are rumours of a switch exclusive... i hope this is not it - or i may have to buy a switch for that.

This also is for every company you bought digital goods from.
If Sony/Apple/Amazon would go bankrupt all your music/movies/games and stuff would be gone.
Will hopefully never happen but that is the big downside of the digital age.

You will never get auric cells ever because this is real money.
You could buy licensed stuff with it where they actually have to pay the license holder.
Iris and BP are their own stuff and they could give you a million and it would not cost them anything.

What i get from the forums here is that the mix of killers and teammates you can get seems huge. Maybe depending heavy on server, region and time.
I am in europe and lately my games tend to be more hit or miss - from 0e or 4e. I rarley get balanced matches.

Ah I only watched the first few of otz and none of true. I know they play different times but other than that I'd say theyrr equally as good skill wise.
But depends if true got tilted or tried playing nicer (hooks and not mass slugging) I know he dont enjoy that. While I know otz would of gone all out for the test like the OG he is
Yea Otz didn´t joke around - which is fine with no addons or perks.
Tru3 had some options he did not took because it was boring to him. I think in some cases he could get 1 or 2 more kills.
But i found the challenge cool to watch.

I watches both streams - some other streamers do attemps now as well - so there will be maybe more info.
Otz first matches did not seem to be very strong teams. And in some matches he got good snowballs. Which can always happen in the game.
But Tru3 had some really strong teams in my opinion.

No it is fine.
It is the equivalent to some surv perks.
And if you are really afraid just bring Small Game and cleanse all totems by yourself - no Hex, no NOED, no whatever.

Watch Tru3s attempt - he only got a kill rate of about 1.3.
And some of his matches were incredibly quick with 4e.

You have to consider that not every killer plays always seriously.
It is right that it can be a daily - to chase survs for 240 sec or so. In these matches i often only chase and nothing else.
Or a challenge to break pallets - then i hope i chase one that throws them early.
And sometimes kind of an ego or just plaything - if he loops really good i might try to catch him no matter what.
Throwing games doesn´t matter in these times, as you loose much games anyway.

So be fair - sometimes you have bad luck in a game.
A killer finds you immediately at start, hooks you, downs the one that is trying to save you, defends the two hooks - boom - game over.
Happens sometimes.

Yeah I was annoyed just as much as anybody that things were missing. I wish they were in it. But there is so many people who crap all over it and act like it's the worst game ever and even crap on the content that is in the game at the moment even though they are wanting more of what they are crapping on.
Most people were angry the cut so many stuff and complained about everything for that.
If the stuff were in the game i am sure a lot more would have loved it - because the nailed the base machanics and graphic is very good.

I really liked Not a Hero. Especially because it was a good free story DLC! What a neat concept! Wish more games did this.
I honestly can´t remember what is was about. But maybe it is because i didn´t like the new Chris style in RE7.
Glad they reverted that in RE8.

Funny thing, when i used Ruin on Killer it is cleansed almost immediately. I don´t use it anymore.
As Survivor before boons i often brought small game and cleansed all totems by myself -> no Ruin, no NOED, no Hex.

I still have my bets on the DLC being for Ada as that's probably what people are gonna want the most. I bet the DLC will take place in the castle though and Ada will ring the castle bell saving Ethan just like she did in RE4. And of course we'll get some Ada VS Lady D moments.
Haha. Don´t know. But maybe. Could be pretty cool. Someone speculated it will be some Chis stuff in the meantime of the main story... i am not sure if i need that.
I would prefer Ada over this.

I mean I liked both the remakes more than the original. I thought RE3R was a very good game and now it's the main version of RE3 so yeah the original is erased in a way from the story. I think 3R was heavily overhated. It is not at all a bad game. It just wasn't as good as RE2R. It's the same way back then though. RE3 wasn't as good as RE2 for a lot of people back then anyway.
RE3R was good - i liked it - especially the characters and also the dialogue i think were good.
But you clearly saw they rushed it. Sadly.
The seperate story branches would have made this so much better - and the Nemi boss fights were not really good.
And they skipped the church and the park and the worm boss.... grr - i am more sad about the missed opportunity here.

I honestly wasn't much of a fan of Lady D. I liked the castle area and less of the characters. Lady D was actually my least favorite of the bosses.
Castle was cool but a bit short. After the trailers everybody thought she is the main boss.
But even Capcom was surprised by her fame - i am sure the announced dlc we get will feature her in some way.

I don't think they'll mess it up. And originally when it was being developed by the RE3 devs it was gonna be a 1:1 remake. That changed though. But now that backwards compatibility is probably a standard now, it does not matter if it's bad or good. We can always just use the PS4 RE4 disc and play the original. Or Xbox or whatever.
After RE2 Remake, even if i think the lab part and missing A/B scenario is worse than the original, who would have thought they would screw up RE3?
I really hope they don´t want to try to "improve" things in RE4...

As often the last one played around confidently - i layed a trap literally in the middle of the gate. She ran looking behind at me - in my trap :-)

I hope they don´t screw RE4 Remake up. This game is nearly perfect. They should simply do a Bluepoint Style graphic overhaul and leave everything else as it is.
But when i already hear they got rid of the ashley jokes i am a bit worried. The only time a Remake added good things was R1make.
And yea, CV has great music.

I always liked CV.
Best versions right now are CV X HD on PS3 or Xbox 360 -> playable on Xbox One. They fixed some graphics here and it is widescreen.
For some dumb reason the PS4 version is an emulated PS2 version and not the better CV X HD version...

The best is difficult for me. Hardcore Resi fan.
Started early - my first one was Resident Evil 2 on PS1 - man was this awesome at the time.
Got a dreamcast for Code Veronica - awesome. Capcom always had top graphics for when the games came out.
Got a Gamecube for REmake - probably one of the best remakes ever made.
The when RE4 came it was beyond awesome - and is one of the best / maybe the best.
Got a 3ds for Revelations - i really really like Rev1 - i don´t understand the hate it sometimes get.
Don´t like the first person TCM style of 7. 8 was good but i still prefer old style RE.
R2make could have been perfect - but for me they missed the A/B scenario and a bit at the lab at the end. The lab was better in the original - and sadly they scrapped enemys there.
R3make was good - but i can´t get over it that they messed up the different story branches - total missed opp here.

You completely forgot that you need to unhook somebody first for deliverance to work? If you are the first to get hooked it is pointless. That is a pretty big downside.
Nobody uses Slippery Meat - but the idea of it is not so bad - it works without prior requirements - but the chance is still low.
I see Ruin not so often anymore because every totemperk is now very risky and often cleansed/booned at the start of the match. Often enought i spwan in front of a Hex totem.

Camping is alwyas camping.
The important thing is - it doesn´t matter. Camp if you get an advantage or if you have to, because they are already swarming the hook.

Yes - new maps please.
There are so many possibilities...
If they make new themed maps they can sell fitting cosmetics at the same time.
I really would like a castle/victorian style map - or a space map (Feng already got her space suit) - or the neon trickster club...

We heard the system does not work if someone dodges or there is just no suitable killer around.
I think a new player should never be matched with such far better players.

Will never be "fixed". Mouse and Keyboard can and will always do different stuff than a Controller.

Sorry, aber das ist nicht leicht zu lesen.
Ich vermute mal, dass du neu angefangen hast mit dem Spiel.
Das Spiel ist am Anfang schwer, als Killer und als Survivor - da gibt es nichts zu sagen. Da das Matchmaking auch nicht so gut funktioniert, bekommst du u.U. auch gleich am Anfang starke Killer und keine Anfänger, wie es eigentlich sein sollte.
Wenn du in dem Spiel besser werden willst, musst du da leider am Anfang durch.
Es gibt einige Perks (diese Fähigkeiten), die einem helfen - ab auch die muss man erst mal freischalten.
Wenn du es über die Anfangsphase schaffst wird es langsam leichter - wenn du dann viell. noch mit Freunden spielen kannst, wird es noch leichter.
Es gibt super viele Youtube Videos mit Tips und Tricks für den Anfang - ich kann echt empfehlen, sich da einige anzuschauen.

This. Get rid of chat and put the resources towards more important things. Chat is not necessary at all to the game. Have people use/see "thumbs up" if they want to give/receive "gg"
There is already a little arrow to close the chat in the game. But people are so curious that it is a hard thing to do.

I partially agree, but also when you get told that your boyfriend deserved to get cancer and was probably happy about it so he had an excuse to escape you it stings, no matter what. I play on PC and PS4 - everytime on PS4 i think, i want to see what they are writing. But no - on PS4 is no chat - and thats probably way better.

Some very simple solutions:
Play on console = no chat
Play on PC = close the chat
You should be 18+ to play this game - just ignore it - at my age it annoys me a bit, but thats it.
(and if you can´t ignore strangers on the internet talking ######### - you really should learn to do that)
