Hello, any info about how to get the silver wolf charm?
I believe that's not a charm but a badge, and it's part of the Chaos Shuffle quest rewards.
-
I would like to know this as well.
Alongside the Geralt cosmetic I also bought the Leshen outfit for Artist as she's my main, and that gave me another badge. But not the banner seen in the bundle. -
Alternatively, as Wezqu said, here's another solution.
-
Click on this number. Problem solved.
-
It looks like you have (accidentally) set up a filter to show or hide certain cosmetics. If you click on the icon to the right of the search bar, you can see what filters are selected.
-
The best form of Self Care in DBD is closing the chat box. Let them talk into the void thinking I saw what they wrote.
-
"Old" DBD?
DBD is the oldest it's ever been! -

My Twitch Drops got rewarded now the issue seems to be fixed on Steam at least. I also got 2 million BP on top, which is very nice.
Thanks to you guys and girls at BHVR. :)
Yup, I got the badge and banner too today (Steam), though I didn't get 2 million BP 👀. Are you sure it was that much? Because part of the Tier 1 reward is 200k points, along with the banner.
I didn't get to 6 hours watchtime yet, high time to do something about that :). -

Unfortunately not. The changes in the actual patch note for the PTB say that the second survivor can be healthy, and you can still mori. It was just worded poorly at first.
I've read it again, and according to these notes one of the two remaining Survivors has to be hooked and in struggle phase in order for the last Survivor, in this instance Paulie, to be able to be morid. But in his clip you can see the Yun-Jin working on a generator, so this mori should not have been possible. The Yun-Jin had to have been on hook and in struggle phase for that. Hence why I think it's a bug with the detection system, in that it forgets to check what status the other Survivor is in.
-
Looks like a bug with the updated Mori system. It should only work when the second-to-last Survivor is on hook in struggle phase.

Log in a second time, it gave me the bloodpoints.
Thanks, I just did and was able to claim the points 😁.

Just an FYI, there is a seperate Bug Report section for the PTB 😊
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I seemed unable to get into the main building basement as Springtrap in the map Shelter Woods. PLATFORM: PC (Steam) STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Start the game in the PTB version Play as Killer in a custom game Select the Animatronic as a killer. Equip the Torn Blueprint… -
Ah, not again!
The description even mentions a rain of spores, which would make sense if the spores in the charm were animated falling down, but no … -
Still present in patch 8.7.2
-
For example, if at the very start of the match your teammate Dwight is found by the killer, chased, downed and hooked, and they immediately start trying to unhook themselves with the intention of getting out of the game. And in struggle phase they deliberately miss skillchecks to speed up the sacrifice. That's the core of 'going next' that's being addressed here.

The best thing to do would be to add an option to permanently disable endgame chat.
There is a button that lets you close it and it won't open until you click on it again.

- Removed the option to self-unhook on first hook stage unless they have one of the following equipped:
- Slippery Meat perk
- Up the Ante perk
- A Luck offering
And what about perks like Deliverance and Wicked?

Actually functional anti-cheat would be nice.
-
Yeah, the adept achievements for all Stranger Things characters were removed and reworked into general achievements when the license was revoked in 2021.
They have not been reinstated since. -
Of course, let's killswitch an entire character just because you lost a match of DBD.
You know just as well as everyone that that's not what the killswitch is for. This is just the rage talking. Take a deep breath.
And re-evaluate your build, because you are not exactly running a strong one. -
That needs to be at least 250, to be in line with rewards from the Rift.
-
Sadly there was no mention in the patch notes of the general Killer Instinct bug either, which doesn't show the pulsing icon when a Survivor is hiding in a locker.
Artist bugs are as follows: -
These Rift BP rewards are immediately awarded post match on top of any quest rewards. They are grouped under Quest Bonus in the tally screen. The pop-ups you see are just a recap of what you've earned, but everything has already been added to your bank.
https://youtu.be/M5EkTj3R4yc
You can see an example of this in the clip below: the Quest Bonus is 100k, which consists of 90k from quests and 10k from what was earned in the Rift. -

Does each survivor contribute to this individually? Say, you run Lethal and you see four auras at the start of the match, is that just 9 seconds flat or 9 seconds per survivor (so 36 in total)?
If it's the latter, than this should not be that difficult to get.Well, having now completed this ritual with the build shown above, I can confidently say that yes, each Survivor aura contributes individually. This took 3 matches.

Survivors? In MY Dead by Daylight video game? Unacceptable!

I'm sorry you just lost a match against a Ghoul, but that's not what the killswitch is for.
-
Aura reading on Artist is important, as her power allows you to target Survivors from a distance. So perks like Barbecue & Chili (The Cannibal) can come in very handy. I'm All Ears (The Ghost Face) and Zanshin Tactics (The Oni) are both solid picks too, as they give you something to aim for while in chase.
If you're focusing on Scourge Hooks, consider pairing Pain Resonance with Floods of Rage (The Onryo). Generally speaking, two aura/information perks and two gen defense perks (wether that's gen regression or gen blocking is up to you) is all you need. For example:Now, if during your time in The Fog you come across one too many Lithe, Dead Hard or Balanced Landing users 🤭:
What I did here was sacrifice one gen defense perk in exchange for something that inflicts Exhausted, which pairs well with her now blue add-on 'O Grief 'O Lover, which inflicts Survivors with Exhausted while they're swarmed. If you damage them while they're swarmed their Exhaustion doesn't go away, since Genetic Limits takes over. I've caught a few would-be Lithers that way ^^.

If you aim a crow at a hill and launch it, it will go up the hill and stay on the height of it. This also works up and down stairs.
It ends up hurting you more than helping, imo, since there aren't many places where you can really use that feature.
But, I guess I worded it a bit weirdly: Crows don't launch by themsleves, you have to be the one to command them to do it.
If the stars align you can get some crazy shots though 😁

The way it is displayed in the Store is probably intended: for a while now, new characters have been put at the very top, likely in order to make it easier to access their cosmetics for those who are interested in those.
Huntress should indeed be moved up and be placed before Myers. While Myers did get released much earlier, all free characters that are included in the base game are always displayed first in order of release date (hence why you see Bill before Laurie, even though he was added later). -

Actually I want to play my main but I can't because
- I don't have BPS left on him but he is already P100, so I won't spend any more BP on him. When I want to use Bloodpoint-Offerings for friends or myself I have to switch to someone that's not my main.
- I can't get/use any new Event Offerings on my Main because I don't spend BP on a character that is already P100That's a you problem, then.
Just because you refuse to spend points on P100 characters doesn't automatically mean the game desperately needs a shared BP offering pool.
Like I said in my other post, I spent tons of BP on my already P100 characters and as a result, I personally don't see the need for such a shared pool at all. You play the game you want, but that doesn't mean that something has to change for everyone just to cater to your personal needs. -
The game itself was a supermassive L, so it's no surprise they decided to double down on it and not give Frank Stone his own chapter.
-
"I surely won't level a P100 Character just to get event offerings." Hehe, looks like we're not the same 😁.
I don't know if a universal offerings pool would be such a good idea.
Being "forced" to play your main, the character you spent so many points on, sounds odd. Isn't that exactly the character you want to be playing most of the time? I have spent almost all Bloodpoint gains from the Blood Moon on my already P100 characters, because I am in no particular hurry to get another. Is that wasting BP? You still build up their inventories with other items, add-ons etc. -

comp literally does exist in dbd and the rules are tweaked literally so that game can be more fair. Implementing comp/ranked mode would literally help devs finally see state of the game and have a proper sample of players they can make balance decisions based on.
If you want to call the act of frolicking around in a sandbox outside of the intended scope of the game, with no tangible in-game rewards or rankings, and according to rules and restrictions that have nothing whatsoever to do with said game "comp", then sure. I call it cute, not "comp".
I just point and laugh at the idea of "comp" in DBD. -

Unfortunately it's not shown in this clip, but the game should still forcefully end after a few minutes. There is a safety measure in place that ends the game five or so minutes after End Game Collapse has begun, so as to prevent situations where people can hold you hostage until the server closes by itself.

So, I went ahead and tested it and can confirm, that all Quest and Rift rewards are immediately added to your score upon finishing a match.
In the example above, I gained 100k points in the Quest Bonus category. But the points from those quests added up to only 90k as can be seen in the popups. That is because the remaining 10k came from the Rift tier I had unlocked, which was displayed right after.
The same is true for your Auric Cells and Iridescent Shards. The counter is updated right away, and when back in the lobby you get a recap of the rewards. But nothing is added, because you already gained them. -

I've seen issues on Pig, Wraith, Oni, Pinhead, Ghostface, Dredge, Myers, Dracula, Nemesis (very bad), Houndmaster, Xenomorph, Sadako, Wesker, and Twins. Some I have seen myself, some I have heard from players of these Killers.
So yes. EVERY Killer, basically, is broken in some way or could glitch at any time. The game is not stable right now.Skull Merchant weirdly enough seems fine.
Unfortunately Skull Merchant is unplayable by design 😂
-
It's a sad state of affairs indeed. But not unexpected. There were voices in the past that if BHVR were to ever do an operation health patch, it would probably not last very long as the next regular update would likely break things again in many ways. The foundation upon which it is built is just no longer adequate, it seems.

Yes there are a few killers who are bugged. None are “unplayable”. Stop with the hyperboleNemesis is among the killers that's afflicted at the moment, so unfortunately he's no option either.

I'm afraid you haven't been paying attention, if you put Nemesis, Wraith, Dredge, Doc, Dracula, Vecna and Artist among others in that list 😕.
Anyone else? -
Quest points are awarded right after the match and added to the score of that match. If you don't skip the part where it shows your emblems, XP gained etc, you will see them show up as 'Quest Bonus'.
Once back in the lobby you get a recap of the quests you completed and the points awarded, but those are not added to your score because that already happened before.
I am not sure if the Rift BP rewards are added into this as well, however. That needs looking into. -
@Unequalmitten86 said:
how do we add old rift challenges????? Also we can’t rate our games anymore
The Tome challenges are seperate from the new Quest system. You can still access and complete them as normal, but they don't fall under the workings of the Quest system, meaning you can only do one at a time for each role.
-
Same here.
-
I would not mind having a larger font on PC either.
-
I am pretty sure this is just the perk getting fixed to be in line with how it is on PlayStation: just perform said action once.
The wording in the achievement on Steam seems to imply this too, but somehow it still got the 0/30 progress bar. So now that it's (presumably) 0/1 you got the achievement automatically if you had some progress towards it. -
Just another example of before & after
-
I did notice the increased healing speed on a death hook survivor, but the bar should definitely turn yellow. Which is not the case right now.
-
Noticed this too. With the points I had saved up + the weekly gift, I got to 6.2 million. Going into the Rift did not award me the 100k from the first level.
-
If a Killer chooses to abandon after no gens have been completed or regressed after 10 minutes, does this affect their MMR because the game is considered a loss?
-
The hack in question seems to involve someone spawning in stuff or spamming animations, causing the framerate to drop fast and the game to eventually freeze to a point where ALT+F4 and even Task Manager won't work anymore.
Your only option is to dc before the freeze and get out of the lobby fast, leaving no room to report anyone. It's a sad state of affairs and is not going to be a warm welcome for new players when the FNAF chapter drops.
