Ever play in a depip squad? RIP killers.
-
Given how hard he was to play already there's not a chance in hell of me ever touching him. I'm sure he'll be 'fun' to face though in the same way in the complete curbstomp way most demogorgon matches go. Loop all day then walk out the exit. Never had much trouble looping ol billy unless I got dedicated servered really hard so basic m1 killer billy will just be easier.
-
I actually find this as probably the worst suggestion imaginable. So you just want to make it a worse devour hope by spawning it in right away to get cleansed instantly.
Now if they did a little giveaway that it's in game like how rancor warns the obsession that'd at least be a better alternative. Makes do bones better because you'd know, hey do bones or die.
-
Just sore losers. Usually it's my easiest and lowest effort matches I get called a sweaty tryhard.
-
A great way to get around the archive problem and just in general allow people to try characters. Should really give you at least that characters teachables though.
-
He has a lot of questionable addons to be sure. I usually just run range sometimes with trail duration. Long lasting trails negatively impacting survivor efficiency quiet a bit. You just never see it unless you play survivor and see it from the survivors perspective.
-
It's super difficult to tell the obsession sound que so I'll throw a hard agree there. I certainly never seem to notice the difference in the heat of the match. Shame how often I lose stbfl stacks on sneaky attacks where the chase doesn't start till after the hit lands as well. There should definitely be a better indicator.

Wish I was around to actually see everything that happened. The mere fact that the community is still in such an enmass outrage about it means it was probably mishandled though. I love the current ruin and the fact it's actually a pretty good perk that can easily win games singlehandedly right now but still has all this hate blows my mind. Community communication botch and a half by the looks of it.

Because, again, most of the feedback surrounding Nurse and Ruin did not consist of actual feedback, just petitions to remove the changes.
That sounds like feedback to me to be honest. Sometimes especially in game development the answer is don't. New nurse is pretty ass to play. New ruin is good though, never experienced old ruin

I actually love the indoor maps with midwich and hawkins being my favorite lol. Hawkins being the ultimate breakout map where you can simply make it impossible to hook anyone if two people are running it to cover eachother. Midwich actually has well placed hiding spots which can help prevent and break chases. You can absolutely play the pallets pretty hard too so I have no idea what you are talking about on Midwich. Hawkins the pallets can be turned into a vault infinite so you can absolutely play them and force breaks.
-
This actually a new survey? Keeps saying I've done it already but the conversation about it makes me feel like I haven't. Very confused.
-
Letting people sit on hook and state change solely to get more gens done despite the killer obviously not camping. Essentially the complete absence of altruism in favor of gens.
-
The silent chainsaw sounds like it'd be good with monitor for ninja billy action but that's about it. Bloody interesting addon that one though. Got it with brick and your a no terror no saw missile.
-
They did what now? Why would they di that, could have sworn that was intended to promote healing as counterplay.
-
This is a joke right? Dbd is pretty tame as far as video game hostility goes. Given the only chat is optional postgame chat I rarely bother looking at its a LONG bloody way from being some type of toxic cesspool. When games have in match chats are where toxicity can actually be relevant. Looks at mobas, you can easily have multiple people firing off for an entire half hour with the worst vitrol imaginable and it actually impacts match performance as people spam eachother with hate instead of actually doing ######### and concentrating. Seriously dbd is extremely difficult to actually be toxic in outside of outright sandbagging which is extremely rare in my experience. Hell what little postgame hate messages I bother staying to read are tame as hell compared to most online game I've played. Even if it was actual hostile stuff it'd still be completely optional that you have to intentionally sink yourself into.
-
Honestly find soulguard to be more of a problem as killer. Maybe it's because I almost always have one hex perk but it seems like people get pretty good use out of it. Infinite unbreakable can definitely be strong and the endurance effect has saved from a lot of hits. BT is definitely more reliable but less of a gamechanger than soulguard.
SWF can also pull off some really cheeky stuff with it
-
Generally dislike it. The only reason I can imagine they did it for nea was to move the charms under the jacket where you can't see them. Other than that it's an awesome but standard skin outside of that which would mix fine.
-
Given Predators are totally against fighting the unarmed goodluck there. The entity would have to do a lot of work to get it's service. The entity generally seems to grab people and things that kill indiscriminately already. Adris the plague the only exception but she was a believer looking for salvation and found god in the entity so I think she was a decent target. The entity doesn't strike me as the high effort type.
-
Because perks that punish killer s for doing their objective us okay but perks punishing survivors for the same are not apparently.
-
Sometimes I swear he says "why" while being carried.
-
Lightborn is already really good so no biggy really. Don't expect it to be much of a difference.
-
Not worth a slot mostly because the 50% restriction. I've tried it but it does nothing when you need it most.
-
Feels like a tie at best though I've had a lot of frustrating 2ks where it's just something dumb like tbagging that caused the second.

It's weird that they don't mention that you can't see Scratch Marks and Blood Pools while in Feral Frenzy...
Also they don't mention the loss of the power bar on basic attacks...
Maybe a hint for a future buff?Seems a major thing to leave out as it's one of the most important things to learn on legion is tracking without scratch marks.
-
Generally shackles hag or sweaty doctor. Generally those can beat most teams.
-
Sounds like an aweful idea. A big nerf that accomplishes nothing but making people's bp disappear.
-
That is actually kinda messed up that they just closed your ticket without a response. They do know they are getting paid to do a job right?
-
It's definitely super silly that we still have these weird and arbitrary descriptions. It can't really be that much work to actually tell people what something actually does can it?
-
It's way easier to see a sparkle party so of course you'll get found and chased more. As for killers trying to 4k, duh, same reason survivors try to do 5 gens. Do you think survivors should just stop doing gens before 5 too?
-
Seems like a good perk. Not mandatory but definitely useful when the killer just wants to tunnel
-
Saws is probably my favorite but reading all the posts about Halloween I gotta agree there. Seems an important milestone.
-
One of my fav features of doc. You need to keep running till you find a teammate. You'll only go down if you try to power through the madness.
-
The W key truly is the survivors greatest weapon.

Stop making nurse bug threads they won’t fix her
It's actually a new one if you'd bothered to read it. Losing the ability to blink entirely after hooking is kinda game breaking compared to the rest of what she has.
-
Considering how rare flashlight saves actually are compared to how often they botch I think they should stay. It would make killer a lot harder without flashlights.
-
It's just another red addon no one will use. Forget it exists like so many others.

Then why don't do the same thing to legion and clown? Are they more happier with current clown and legion than current billy?
They actually are happy with legion. Apparently as far as mid tier go they are it. Dead center in the stats, it got mentioned awhile ago so I highly doubt legions on the radar.
Honestly I barely ever face billy to the point it's easy to forget he exists. Seems like he should have changes aside from nerfs that will remove the one billy per hundred matches. Face more hags and plagues.
-
Generally crouching isn't how you deal with hag. If they removed that mechanic people might counter her properly. Just go trigger the damn things en mass. Suddenly a lot of time gets waisted and traps can be triggered relatively safely. You have to be pretty close to the trap to actually be in danger of a slap. Keep your positioning good and work together and it's impossible to keep a particular area trapped, including basement.
Basement is difficult but not unbeatable. Not much different than a trappers basement except the trap spam can't actually hurt you itself.
-
Considering how good most of hags addons are I don't think an addon rework would be a thing. Hag may be underplayed but she is also powerful and a lot of fun so I hope they don't touch her. Huntress just has the one op addon. Hard to imagine touching Huntress much.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe it was any attack up until the change.
I figured. Dunno why they nerfed it. Means when someone bleeds themselves out from bt as doctor they won't have knockout D:

But did you own thaz base game aswell and had over 2 had playtime?
Yes to both. The dlc I refunded right away though after purchasing. Never done a delayed dlc refund. I was more talking to you than the op as dlc is indeed refundable.
-
Not sure the hillbilly changes were needed to his basekit. Leatherface and all the perk changes look great. Was knockout always basic attack only though?
Tinker was already a fav of mine so it's buff seems grand.

U cant even refund DLCs, only the base game (at least that's the case on steam)
You can refund dlc, Ive done it before when I bought a dlc package for the wrong game (Endless Series with dlc package for multiple games)
-
Some people do but honestly matches like that are by far the minority. Played doc most of today with zero dcs and I think two suicides.
-
Hawkins and Midwich regardless of who I play as. I really enjoy indoor maps, can pull off sick mindgames on them and sneaking is good for both sides. Especially that school as for once they put in dedicated hiding spots and they work great.
-
These days Hag and Jeff. Quite a change from my ol Pig and Tapp. Made the aweful mistake of prestiging Tapp though.
-
Usually I know where the cage will be before I even send them to it, and that's only with a rather limited playtime on him. Poking around to pinpoint it exactly shouldn't take too long. The relocation part sounds spectacular though, for the killer, and you have to remember it's still a free hookstate against ds. Seriously relocating hook survivors is such an interesting ability to have.
-
@Bingbongbong said:
Doesn't it say 1 second within 5 meters?
If that's true i wonder if you'd be able to cut off a survivor coming for a save and force the cage to relocate, Seems like a very strange change to me.
Certainly not on the official patch notes. Would be very interested to hear the source. That sounds IMMENSELY useful if true however.
-
Predicting where the cage will go and relocating it after survivors walked for the unhook sounds like a new killer strategy to me. More interesting than LOL FACECAMP.

I'm torn on this one. On the one hand I know some were abusing the knowledge and whatnot. On the other hand, they made the cage move if he's camping it and now you can't prevent a save via bodyblocking regardless. Seems like three changes when the latter two would have sufficed.
I'm not bemoaning the loss of his tunnel playstyle, as I didn't use it as him myself, but it's an objective loss of critical information...now he's the only one of 20 killers who can not know where his pressure is on the map until the pressure is removed (since they did add a noise notification for an uncage.) That's not a small nerf.
Look on the bright side. Forcing the cage to the opposite side of the map wastes survivor time if they tried going for the save. Tactical relocation. It's not an entirely antikiller change.
