idk why but this made me think of the villain from the old Scooby Doo Cyber Chase movie

think I'll give it a watch sometime soon

thank you for reminding me of this gem

haha no problem. This is something I created a while back. But my creation before was so bad. So I’ve tweaked it a little

    Commenting on the perks.

For Merciless Wind is there a maximum speed limit? Or could you theoretically just get an 1000% speed buff? Love the idea and it would pair well with Lightborn, but definitely should have a cap on it.

You could probably shorten Hex: Good Turned To Evil to just Hex:Good Turned Evil or even Hex: Turned Evil. Aside from that I like the idea. From the Anniversary stream it sounds like we'll be getting an anti boon perk, but it wouldn't hurt to have a stronger one if it's a hex perk.

Secret Thinking sounds like a different sort of Lethal Pursuer. I'm not against it, it just kind of gets overshadowed by it. The secondary effect is interesting, but could be too overpowered. Perhaps a way to resolve this would be to make it so all survivors hear your TR for (some amount of seconds) when the Obsession hears the TR. Although, that could potentially make it some weird kind of tracking perk if you suddenly see your perk on cooldown.

Sorry, I might be rambling at this point.

Hi, sorry for replying almost a year later 😂

Merciless Wind: if a survivor can beam there flashlight on the killer for 1000 seconds then yes, the killer would get a 1000% speed boost. But in an actual game of DBD, a flashlight would only beam on the killer for 5 seconds max, if there’s more than one flashlight beaming on the killer then the speed boost could be as high as an extra 20%!

Secret Thinking: not sure what I was thinking with this perk tbh. The name doesn’t suit the perk at all 😂. I get what u mean by it being a weird tracking perk if I was to add a cooldown to it. So not entirely sure what to do with it. Lmao

I very much like the idea for the killer. What would its design be? Like would it be a creature?

Also you could have so much fun with the add-ons here lol

Hex: Boom Boon is a funny name and the perk sounds actually legit lol

Thankyou for the comment 😂. I created this killer a while ago but it didn’t get much recognition and it’s probably my favourite out of all of them I’ve created. So I recreated it with some tweaks to the power as my previous one seemed quite OP.

As for the design, I was thinking like a female killer. A bit like hag and plague put together kind of. Maybe some sort of witch from thousands of years ago. But that seems quite basic so I thought I might go for like an Egyptian kinda theme. Not completely thought of it yet. Been swamped recently with work so haven’t had much time to add to this yet.

    Glad you like my idea!

Then why not use existing material my friend, use characters from movies who may work well in a horror game or use other peoples concepts and add/improve upon them.

I’ve made a backstory for this killer now so hopefully it doesn’t seem like much of a crazy idea anymore 😅

  • @The_Scarlet_Witch said:

Bro what is this concept it's so random man. TURNS INTO CANNON. why not add this instead, I WILL TURN INTO CONVERTIBLE BRUM BRUM WEEEEEEE

I can promise u my other creations are not this weird. But ideas are running out. I suppose after creating like over 30 different killers I lose any ideas.

  • @The_Scarlet_Witch said:

Literally just an idea I thought of. 😂. I was sort of going for a robot type killer that can transform a bit like a transformer. Lmao.

I also make chapter concepts too! My recent concepts are just jokes really. So I’d appreciate if you skimmed through all my concepts and gave feedback on one that sounds interesting 😁. Only if u want to tho. I have a lot of concepts 😭

There’s this one concept I made called the Sharp Shooter. Basically a killer with a boomerang that hasn’t had any feedback on. It’s one of my favourites tbh as it’s a long ranged killer and I personally think it’s quite interesting. So if u could look at that one then that would be amazing.

Thank you so much for the feedback! This is my first time making a fan-made chapter so the constructive criticism is really appreciated! I went through and changed; Caught In A Web to have more active time and other small changes and Underestimated to affect all survivors. I also changed Pain Weaver to Scourge Hook: Dread Weaver and just overhauled the original idea entirely. Lastly I overhauled Alice's perks Hydrated and Overprepared and replaced them with more viable perks ideas.

I'm a killer main so I forgot Vigil existed lol 😅

Thank you so much for the feedback, if you think the perks or anything else needs more fixing I'll be glad to hear more 😁

    Just checked your perks again.

Killer perks seem fine now. (I’m a survivor main cuz I usually play with my mates, but I always talk about how survivor sided this game is and how killer needs to be stronger)

Dread Weaver seems quite good. As it’ll stop survivors from healing and then coming back for the save. I’d quite like it if it also came with a duration. So after hooking a survivor on the scourge hook, all injured survivors suffer from broken. Plus, any survivors hit within 30 or so seconds after hooking the survivor also become broken. Otherwise if every survivor is healthy then it’s just a waste really.

Now for the survivor perks. Tunnel Vision and In The Court seem quite powerful tbh.

Tunnel Vision: definitely way too overpowered against stealth killers as grabbing survivors off the gens is kind of the reason for stealth killers in the first place. Also, the 20% generator repair speed is too good. The devs made gen repairs 10 seconds longer for a reason, not so there could be more gen speed perks added to the game 😭.

In The Court: also seems overpowered tbh and abusable if in the right hands. If two survivors are using this perk then they could just run around together and never get hit by the killer. Killers run at 115% and I believe (I’m not for sure certain about the speeds tbh) survivors run at either 100% or 105% so using this perk would make it near impossible for the killer to catch up unless they have bloodlust and play with your food. Think about it, Hope gives survivors an extra 7% once all gens are finished. 10% would be way too overpowered.

  • Okay. The perks definitely need looking at again. I’ll start with the killer perks.

Caught In A Web: Seems a bit useless tbh. If there’s a pallet that a survivor has dropped, there will most likely be no windows around. If there are they would most likely already be blocked due to the survivor using it too many times before dropping the pallet. So 10 seconds maximum is not enough time. To make this perk slightly usable the time would have to be like 30 seconds or even for the duration of the chase. Otherwise I couldn’t really see it ever being used. Weskers perk seems stronger.

Underestimated: Is alright. Seems a bit boring and it seems to be a ‘filler’ perk to me tbh. Nothing wrong with it tho. It says ‘Survivors suffer from the effects’ not just the single survivor in the chase. Tbh I’d like it if every survivor suffered from it so that when in a chase, other survivors can’t tell for certain where abouts the chase is and could end up in the middle of it if not paying attention 😂.

Pain Weaver: It’s literally Eruption, Pain resonance and Deadman’s switch into one perk. Nothing against it but that really is what it is.

    Now survivor perks:

Scavenger seems fine as it is.

Overprepared: It’s alright. Cant really see any point in people using this perk tho.

Hydrated: You do realise Quinton Smith has a perk that does the exact same thing but it’s like 15% and it effects everyone within 12 or so metres of him right?

  • @The_Scarlet_Witch said:

Its a decent idea but how much torment are we talking here that needs to be filled up. Plus the floating rocks in the air woudnt work in indoor maps.

Completely forgot about indoor maps tbh 😂. They could potentially work, they’ll just be really close to the roof. Lmao. And I’m not quite sure how much torment it would be, but enough to make every survivor go into an episode atleast once per trial. As it not only kills the survivor if they don’t listen to music, but it also makes them idle and not being able to contribute to gens

  • Ah right okay. I’ll try and think of something!

  • @Jivetalkin13 said:

The backstory is well crafted, definitely praiseworthy.

The power is interesting, but it feels like the numbers should be adjusted. Not every generator is going to allow 3 people to work on it, let alone 4 (maybe only on the Coldwind maps, but I can't remember.)

Also, Revenge just sounds like a less powerful Blood Fury from the Oni initially, but then all these other things seem tacked on, making it all jumbled up.

Plus, I don't know if I'm a fan of the passive causing the Exposed status. Just seems a bit like a either you'll never have it happen because survivors keep using the "station" or it'll just never trigger because survivors are efficient enough to split up and take care of generators on their own.

It's a cool idea for a power, just needs so.e ironing out.

This power is a very rough idea for a power. I will update it as soon as I have the time. 👍🏻

  • @RakNieborakYT said:

    Cool backstory, ngl.

A bit pity you didn't think of the perks but no matter.

What's missing about the power is the fact that it's fully passive for the killer. Every killer needs some active power.

Yeah. I have been thinking of perks. Just haven’t had the time to add them onto here. Been revising.

this was a very rough idea for the killer and I do know it’s all jumbled up. So I will work on that at some point 👍🏻

Would the grapple damp down or would it be like the deathslingers chain where it just goes forward with no curve in the chain?

Straight forward. What do u mean by damp down? The further it travels the lower it goes?

  • @Underwear_Model said:

So the new killer is Batman?

Seriously though, it's not a viable way to really injure survivors. However, (hear me out) what if this was implemented as a web power that they give the giant bipedal Spider Monsters they seem to have hinted at in the Archives? 😲😲😲

    I’ve never watched Batman 😅.

and yeah actually it could work as the spider they were hinting at! I never thought of that. This power isn’t made to injure survivors. It mainly works as a way to block survivor pathways and travelling to a survivor at a quick speed. Them running into the wire and losing a health state is just a bonus. Or maybe, if it’s the spider the survivors could get stuck in the web. The spider could also have other powers like setting up webs in certain areas that survivors have to destroy if they want to get passed.

  • @TeabaggingGhostface said:

    Can he grapple up walls?

No he can’t 😂. I tried avoiding that idea tbh. Seems too complicated. But he can grapple downwards from a height.

  • @IlliterateGenocide said:

Weird suggestion, but what if the Boon: Controlled Shock, Stunned the killer some time AFTER the snuff the totem.

    Lets say. 5-10 seconds after?

Maybe that would be op, imagine you get downed killer snuffs boon near you. when you get picked up you wiggle for 6 seconds then boom, stunned and released from grasp.

That is what usually happens in game tbh. The killer snuffs the totem after downing a survivor. But I do also think it would be unfair for the killers side. Imagine spending a really long chase and downing a survivor just to be shocked by a perk. The idea of this perk was so if the killer snuffs the totem during a chase, it gives the survivor an extra second or two to get distance. Just like in the FNAF sister location game, when Michael uses the controlled shock, the shock happens immediately, not a few seconds later.

Your Welcome! Just Saw your Fnaf conepct, and Baby Circus sounds amazing. Even tho i never played fnaf Sister Location. I would love to see Baby Cirucs as a killer! Instead of Springtrap. But yeah, Nelly known as The Bent Neck Lady or William hill known as The Bowler Hat Man from Netflix's The Haunting of Hill House is my Dream License, alongside Ryan Torres, Tommy Slater and Ruby Lane from Fear Street, Kayako Saeki from Ju-on: Curse and Slenderman. Plus with Jason Voorhess from the Friday the 13th too. Also The Haunting of Hill house have a recent crossover. Which is Universal's Halloween Horror Nights which is from Last year. So it looks like Netflix's The Haunting of Hill house possibly happen in the near future. I hope Netflix changed their mind to go back to Dead By Daylight.

I hope they do too! I really want Hawkins map back aswell 😢. And I completely forgot about Fear Street! I’m not sure if I have made a concept for fear street or not. But I know I was definitely thinking about it!

Cool! I’ll be sure to check it out. Literally, FNAF sister location is my favourite Five nights at Freddy’s, I think Baby is such a cool character aswell, the way she manipulates Michael into doing everything and then betraying him at the end. She has such a cool story

I would love to see Nell Crian The Bent Neck Lady or William Hill known as The Bowler Hat Man as a killer. As a huge Mike Flanagan fan, i would love to see a Mike Flanagan collabs chapter. That Concept you made up is perfect for her!! The Survivor i really want is Shirley Crian and Steven Crian or Steven Crian or Theodora Crian. Two survivors will be amazing! The Map will be Hill house.

Thankyou for replying and I too am a huge fan of Haunting Of Hill House. As you can tell, this chapter idea is a bit outdated to my ‘newer’ ones. Infact, one of Nelly’s perks have already been implemented into the game! Needed Speed is the same as the perk ‘Overcome’ which allows for extra speed when hit from healthy to injured. But yeah, if you’re a fan of Five Nights At Freddy’s I recommend you take a look at my chapter concept. I decided to make a different killer other than Springtrap (although he is the main killer) and I decided to Make Baby the killer instead! 👍

Thanks to your lovely feedback I've updated my anticamp survivor perk.

    Perk:

    🟢Last Chance:

After being on the hook for 110/105/100 seconds.

(Both states together last 120 seconds if you don't unhook yourself and don't miss skill checks.)

The hook breaks sending you free and you get endurance for 5/7/9 seconds.

You are broken for the rest of the trial and the killer can mori you.

    How does that sound?

Tell me your feed back. 😉

It sounds good, but some would argue that the perk tiers should be 100/105/110. Because a teammate could be on their way to save you from the hook but the perk could activate a few seconds before they can save you leaving you broken for the rest of the game. It’s a bit weird this one because it wouldn’t really be fair on the killer.

  • First of all, the power needs extending. It’s basically doctor just with a speed boost after sending out a sound wave.

Metallic Note is already a perk in the game called Oppression, except if a survivor is on the gen they get a difficult skill check.

Painful Beats is like Tricksters StarStruck perk, except you don’t have to pick the survivor up first. But it’s alright, it would be useful to use it with Save The Best For Last and Infectious Fright.

Hex: Musical Terror is a buffed Hex: Crowd Control which is another Tricksters Perk. Hex: Crowd Control blocks windows when a survivor vaults it, but it does not instantly destroy pallets when they are dropped. So yeah, this perk definitely needs rethinking.

Personally I am not a fan of FnaF aesthetically. But then again, I think twin's "Charlotte" character design is super bland and terrible, but I still play her from time to time…(victor is dope tho)

So I will give my thoughts about the killer's powers and perks anyway.

What happens if a survivor throws off the Bidybabs in the corner of the map? Must the killer walk over there and pick them up to use them again. (Thinking on how kidnapping victor is a popular thing to do)

Scooper sounds like an insta down nemesis m2 which sounds kinda OP and unfun for survivors.

Is "always aware "a passive or a perk? Feels to powerful as a passive and I feel it's to similar to "nurse's calling" if it's a perk.

    Childish behaviour.

Love it just for punishing exit gate teabaggers or bodyblockers. The oblivious part feels unnecessary tho.

    Scourge Hook: Target Located

Like this one, like a one person BBQ. But I would change: "the last survivor that was placed onto a Scourge Hook" part with something like " the survivor furthest/closest to the scourge hook." Because sometimes you can only get 1 scourge hook per game and in that case this perk would be useless.

    Hex: Good Is Now Evil

Like the anti-boon part. But we already got Hex:undying for the hex "second chance" and Hex: pentimento for raising cleansed totems. So I think those effects are too much.

    Just my thoughts.

I’ve put the changes in place. I haven’t changed Scourge Hook: Target Located though as i think it would be fun to have the sense of mystery as to where the survivor would be. If it was the furthest survivor from the hook, it would be a bit boring. Whereas if it was the last survivor to have been hooked on a scourge hook, then it would kinda be scary for the survivor as they could be really close.

    Thankyou for the feedback.

For the power, I’d say if you was gonna release BidyBabs towards a survivor then surely you would probably stick to that survivor in chase. But I can change that to when BidyBabs goes out of a certain range from Baby, it instantly drops to the ground and then Baby would have to go over there and pick BidyBabs back up. It would also help Baby find out where the survivor is. So I could do that.

Always Aware is part of the power but I don’t think it’s as powerful as you may think it is considering the survivors have to be within 12 metres of eachother and you must be within 24 metres of them. I’ve tried not to make it powerful anyway. If you see a survivor you are most likely just gonna go for one of the survivors and one will get away. I can reduce the range to 16 or 12 metres instead of 24. But I do still want to keep this ability as it is part of her character as she always counts how many people are in the room/area in her lore.

The Scooper only takes away one health state and can only be used when the survivor is alone (not within 12 metres of another survivor). It cannot be shot over obstacles like The Nemesis’ tentacle can. It can only be shot over windows or pallets or just in a straight line. I should probably add a charge up time so that she can’t use it straight away with the click of a button. So maybe if you had to hold down a button for 2 seconds to charge up the scooper, it shouldn’t be too powerful or annoying then. Hopefully.

Childish Behaviour - The oblivious status effect may seem stupid. But it really could help killers make sneak attacks on survivors waiting at the exit gate. They may not know you are approaching them and they are exposed. Would be really good on Deathslinger I think if you got it as a teachable.

Scourge Hook: Target Located - like every Scourge Hook perk, you may not get any hooks onto a scourge hook in the game. But if you add it with perks like Agitation which quite a lot of people do, then you should practically be able to get every survivor onto a scourge hook. I did consider the survivor furthest away but that seemed a bit boring. But the survivor furthest away could help the killer out more as the previous survivor to have been hooked on a scourge hook could be dead. Idk, I might tweak it if I come up with something great 😅

and the last perk - I get what you mean, I don’t know what I was thinking tbh when I said the killer could rekindle it. I’m gonna get rid of the ability to rekindle the hex totem, but I wanna keep the ability for the killer to rekindle the dull totems that were destroyed otherwise there may be no totems left for NOED at the end, if the killer ran NOED obviously.

As always, Thankyou for the feedback 👍

Kinda, but theres no actuall regression per say.

More like, If no generators have any progression and the killer use Double Edge on one. Three random generators need to be repaired 133% to be completed.

    Oh, okay. 👍🏻.

btw, I’ve just created a FNAF concept for DBD but I’ve used The Circus Baby as the killer instead of Springtrap. I thought because everyone always thinks of Springtrap as the killer, I’d use Baby instead. If you are a FNAF fan I would love some feedback on the power and perks. I’m quite happy with the perks I’ve made. If you are not a fan of FNAF then you don’t have to give feedback if you don’t want to 👍🏻

Thank you so much for the feedback <3

    It's the latter.

    Example:

4 gens need to be repaired for 15 seconds to be completed. the killer uses dubble edge on one of them. Now the three remaning gens needs to be repaired for 20 seconds.

Can be used to create an empowered 3gen or simply remove a gen thats placed at an disadvantagous location for the killer.

A perk with high risk high reward perk hence the name. :)

    Aah right.

So, if 4 generators were at 75% progression. You can use Double Edge on one generator to complete it, then the other 3 generators will lose 25% of their progression. (75% divided by 3 = 25%) So then the other 3 generators will have an extra 25% to repair again.

    The Baroness

Susanna en Dupont or "The Baroness" as people would call her, was the epitome of perfection. She had three hounds that would never leave her sight, each perfectly trained, following any command. She always kept up with the latest fashion and trends. She was the perfect hostess at her parties, her conversations would never go dull and her jokes were always spot on. Every one loved her. Well... every one that mattered. For that perfection came with a price only those who would get close enough would experience.

At one of her parties a handmaiden spilled a drop of wine on one of the guests in front of the baroness. She appologiesd and quickly tryed to wipe it up in a panic. The guest said not to worry but the handmaiden was shaking, hyperventilating. The baroness didnt utter a word.

Later that evening the handmaiden was called to the undercroft of the mansion. She had never been down here, must ve another wine cellar she thought considering all the dtains of red liquid decorating the floor. In the furthes courner of the winecellar the baroness was waiting for her in front of a old moldy door. Her blood froze to ice when her eyes met with the baronesses, it wasnt those warm kind eyes you saw at her parties. She had heard the rumors from the other servants on what the baroness did in the undercroft. But they had to be just rumors.

"Dont waste my time dear, havent you done enough already" the baroness scoffed.

    "I'm sorry mylady I…"

    "QUIET!.... Just get in"

The baroness guided her torwards the room behind her.

This room was the polar opposite to the rest of the house. It was dirty and cluttered with stuff, diferent odd devices and tools she had never seen before in the middle of the room there was a rugged chair. Next to it the baroness three dogs were standing attention, following her every move.

    "Sit" the baroness commanded.

When the dogs didnt sit down she realised the baroness was reffering to her.

"You embarresed me today, and fir that I think dicciplinary actions are in order"

The baroness walked with her fingers over the many tools on her desk before finally picking one up. A flogger, but not the regular kind, this one had barbed wire strapped to its strings. The handmaiden was in shock, she coulndnt be serious? But just as she thought that, the baroness raised the flogger and struck down. She barley had the time to cover her face and as the barbed wire riped a chunk of flesh from her arms. She screamed in agony as she stubled out of the chair and started to run thorwards the door.

"Naughty girl" the baroness said as she whistled at her hounds.

She didnt have to tell them, they knew what to do. The handmaiden was just about to reach the stairs as one of the hounds dug ther jaws into her lower calf. Followed by another in her thrashed arm, pulling her down to the floor. The last one took a grip around her neck holding her in place. She heard the heels of the baroness closing in until they stopped.

"What do you think you are doing!?"the baroness yelled.

She wasnt talking to the haindmaiden, on the top of the stairs the other handmaidens had gatheted and was looking down on them.

"If you dont get back to work you will be next" she yelled and then raised the flogger prepairing to strike.

    "Stop it!" A handmaiden yelled.

The baroness just looked up and smiled, the smile of a devil. Then she struck down hard, again and again until the bones where exposed and the body went limp. She then looked up again with blood and chunks of flesh all over her.

    "Who said that?"

The handmaidens scattered, exposing a small shaking girl.

The baroness grinned, formed her lips and whistled.

That night the baroness woke up by a wet, warm feeling on her face. As she opened her eyes her dogs where laying in her bed as ussual, but something where off. She sat up and lighed her bedside gaslight. Her white satin bed sheets where now crimson red. Colored by the blood pulsating out of her hounds headless necks. For the first time in her life she was filled with despair. She didnt even notice the handmaidens surounding her bed, equiped with the tools from her undercroft.

"My dogs, my beautiful dogs" she turned her gaze to the handmaidens and as she did her face warped into something inhuman. Just as she was opening her mouth again the first blow hit her head. Soon after everyone joined in, hitting her again and again until there where nothing left but a deformed lump of flesh.

"YOU DISGUSTING  FILTH! I,M GOING TO KILL YOU ALL!" But everyone was allready gone. All that was left were a thick fog and somewere in the distance she could hear the barking of hounds.

    ATTACKS AND ABILITIES

    WEAPON: Barbed wire flogger

The Baroness has two zones of her M1

In close proximity it's a regular attack. In front of that proximity a hit will be a barbed attack, hurting healthy survivors and applying deep wounds to wounded survivors.

The baroness has no lunge, instead a lunge will extend the range of her barbed attack (by the same amount a lunge would extend the regular attack).

    POWER: Release the Hounds

The baroness got 3 hounds att her disposal (3 charges)

When in a survivor is in sight and within range, holding M2 will lock-on to them and start filling a progressbar. This lock-on will not break if LOS is lost.

At this time the baroness will summon her 3 hounds and her movement speed will slow down to a crawl as she struggles to hold them back with their leash.

When the progress bar is filled she can release her hounds (up to 3, depending on how many survivors she locked-on to.) And the hound/hounds will start to follow/TRACE the survivors movement for 10 seconds, when within reach of the survivor the hound will leap towards them.

If the hound hits a survivor in a healthy state they will lose a health state.

If the hound hits a wounded survivor is will apply the deep wound status effect on them.

If the hound hits a survivor afflicted with deep wound, they will pin the survival down and start a short struggle phase with a skillcheck in the end. Missing the skillcheck will restart the struggle, hitting it will release you.

If the baroness picks up the survivor when they are pinned down the hound charge will be refreshed.

If the hound misses or if it doesn't reach them in time, that dog will go in a cooldown.

A survivour can only be chased by one hound at a time.

    PASSIVE: Scent of blood

For each survivour with a deep wound status effect, the baroness will get a stack of bloodlust.

    Perks:

    Double Edge

When culling the weak the others will grow stronger.

By pressing the "Active key" on a generator the killer can instantly complete it. The remaining progress will then be redistributed between 1/2/3 random generators.

"If you dont work harder you will end up like him…" - the Baroness

    Hex: Isolation

Every person for themselves in the pressence of your terror.

While Hex: Isolation is active, there can only be one survivor working on a generator at a time. If another survivor try to help the generator will explode and start to regress.

"If i help you, she will punnish me aswell…"- handmaiden of the baroness.

    Vengeance:

The pain inflicted by others will strenghten you in what to come.

Getting stunned by any means gives a token up to a maximum of 1/2/3. Next time you pick up a survivor and you are stunned or blinded you will not drop the survivor. Instead lose a token.

"They will all pay for what they did to me - The Baroness"

    Thanks for reading!

And sorry if my english is broken or dont make sence...

I think this is a great concept.

Just maybe rethink about Double Edge as this perk grants survivors a complete generator and adds progression onto other generators (with the way you have worded it anyway). I think I know what you was trying to say but I do understand why there is confusion. Did you mean to say that Double Edge gets rid of all progression on a generator and adds remaining progression onto 3 other generators? Either way, I still think this helps survivors more tbh as it means they can all split up onto different generators and then you cannot defend all at once. So I do think this perk needs some tweaking.

I would love to see a Survivor with some survivor perks to make this a full chapter! 😁

  • I’m confused as to what the power is to be honest.

Survivor gets a phone call and mumbles until they pick up the phone?

Anyway, the perks definitely need to be changed/tweaked.

the first perk makes survivors louder when in your terror radius. But how much louder? Why not just make them louder in general because if they are outside your terror radius u ain’t gonna be able to hear them anyway. It’s basically just Stridor which is the nurses perks.

the second perk makes survivors mess up a skill check on a gen and their aura is revealed for 3 seconds. This makes no sense. How does it make them mess up a skill check? When does it make them mess up a skillcheck? Is there no cooldown to this perk? This one definitely needs to be changed because you can’t just make them mess up a skill check.

and the last perk is probably the most useless perk I’ve ever seen (no offence). 10 seconds at the beginning of the trial just isn’t long enough and what’s the point in being undetectable when the survivors can see your aura anyway?

Why are you posting your questions here when you could get a direct answer from me in my chat.

Probably because you are messaging me on here?

also, I can take constructive criticism. But I’m not gonna take useless feedback from someone who just tells me to completely change the whole entire power without giving me feedback on how to do that.

Plus with how slow you talk it’s probably faster for me to get a reply via message 😂

How dare you assume that I gave your concept no thought I spent an hour and a half going over it on stream THAT IS LIVE AS OF NOW 2:47 pm est time. I even said come to my stream for a more detailed explanation. If you don't want to seriously consider people's feedback then don't ask for people's thoughts. I went over your full concept and I invite you to look at the first part of my stream again an hour and a half worth of coverage for details.

    Just watched your video.

    1. the reason why it’s 1 hour and a half is because you talk incredibly slow and babble on about random stuff.
    2. you are clearly a survivor main. You think Evidence is OP? 🤣. And what about Scourge Hook: Sent Down? What’s wrong with that? It’s a built in Make Your Choice but for basement and there is no distance needed. It only works 4 times. I know Appeal sounds OP. But the game is survivor sided and generators get repaired WAY TOO QUICK.
    3. the survivor perk ‘Locked Away’ can be so useful. You don’t need the killer to be camping you either. You ever been on the hook and went into second stage or died just before your teammate can save you? This perk is literally life or death. Not Ur Honour - if the killer is a 115% killer they will move at 110% for 10 seconds and you will move at 105% for 10 seconds. Meaning the killer can still catch you up. If it was 110% killer then you will both move at the same speed.

LMFAO. You edited your comment. You didn’t tell me to look at your stream in your original comment.

Killer needs to be re worked to include fairness and balance the killer also undermines himself by making survivors stay on objectives if you are a killer you don't want survivors on objectives ever. I'd recommend playing killer more to get a grasp on the style of play and reworking this entire concept to meet that standard.

If you can handle constructive and in this case harsher criticism feel free to look at my 11/9/21 stream.

Actually I’ve played killer a lot. Did u read the whole description or just the power? At some point in the trial there will be no more objectives meaning every survivor will become punished and that’s where the Judge is most powerful.

Say 3 survivors did 3 gens in 60 seconds. One survivor will get punished (the one with the least cooperation). Every survivors cooperation bar will then be emptied. Meaning they won’t have too much left. Gradually throughout the trial there will be less and less cooperation being added to the bars.

Less cooperation = More survivors being punished. Until there is no more cooperation and then every survivor becomes punished for the rest of the trial.

This killer gets more and more powerful as the trial progresses.

If you can keep survivors on their feet they will get no cooperation. They will all become punished. It doesn’t just have to be towards the end of the trial.

What you said clearly was a quick assumption of this power and you gave little to no thought about how good this could actually be.

Today, I will be reworking two of three of Steve Harrington's teachable perks in order to make them more useable in the game. I hope you enjoy.

Camaraderie - Teachable Steve Harrington Perk

You trust friends a lot and those who are trusted are rewarded. When a survivor is within 4/5/9 meters away from a hooked survivor, unhooking them will cause you to gain a token.

Gaining 4 tokens will allow them to instantly heal a health state when they unhook the next survivor injured. If they unhook the next survivor as healthy, Camaraderie will not activate.

Camaraderie can only work for one survivor at a time and all tokens will be reset if another person is affected by Camaraderie.

Babysitter - Teachable Steve Harrington Perk

You know what to do in stressful situations when looking over someone and you sacrifice yourself to get them to safety. When taking a protection hit for another survivor you earn 1 token. Maximum amount of tokens that can be acquired is 5.

5 tokens: The next time the survivor that was protected is put into the dying state, when they are picked up the killer will be stunned. The next time you are injured you become broken for 45/40/35 seconds.

"I may be a pretty terrible boyfriend, but turns out I'm actually a pretty damn good babysitter." -Steve Harrington

‘When a survivor is within 4/5/9 metres from a hooked survivor, unhooking them will cause you to gain a token’ - You have to be within 4/5/9 metres to unhook the survivor anyway, unless a third survivor has to be within this aswell. This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I prefer the old Camaraderie to this one not gonna lie.

Babysitter is also useless. There’s no way you can get 5 protection hits unless you have mega healing builds. It’s hard enough to get Mettle Of Man which is 3 protection hits. Also, do the tokens get spent once you have 5 tokens? Cuz it doesn’t say you lose your tokens which would mean an endless cycle of the killer getting stunned when picking up the ‘protected’ survivor 😂

Shame, its not a bad idea for a perk, especially if its on a Survivor with supernatural like connections (like Cheryl).

I suppose so. I could probably put the perk onto the next survivor I create 😂. But I’m not sure. Feel free to check out my chapters I have made. (There’s lots)

Is this like Tracer's Blink from Overwatch? If so, can you recover a Health State from doing it?

This is supposed to be a joke 😂. Idk if you were meant to be joking either. But I used dead hard in a game on PS4 and it teleported me behind the killer 😂. I really wanted to dead hard to the pallet. 😭

Humming bird sounds a little bit useless, considering spies from the shadows is better in basically every way. Infectious deaf sounds like it might be a little too strong. The overall power sounds pretty good, and it would most likely be a very strong but balanced power. I like your idea! Not many killers focus on sound, which makes this killer very interesting.

Thanks for the feedback. I have changed Humming Bird, maybe it’s a better perk now. Spies from the shadows only works when the killer is within 24 metres I think. So this perk is for when the killer is out of 24 metres, the birds should be easier to see when they are all flying up. 👍🏻. Infectious deaf, I have changed this perk to only work on the survivors that completed the generator.

You seem to misunderstand, players are swinging during the fatigue state activation to negate the fatigue effect and are bypassing the fact they are not allowed to swing during fatigue. Every survivor sees the nurse hunch over indicating the fatigue state is active then the killer swings during that state. The fatigue state is suppose to punish the blink usage but players are basically saying no to a balancing mechanic that ensures a safe time for survivors.

The devs already know. They aren’t doing anything about it. It’s not that bad anyway. Get over it 🙄

    -Power-

It seems too difficult to use and survivors spreading out can rob you of the power. I would just say remove the stipulation that you have to be looking at multiple survivors, make it a 24, 32, or 40 meter range, and make the speed boost 30-60 seconds or until you hit a survivor. Another cool thing you can do is make it where survivors you injure (maybe add a condition here) can be swapped with even without looking at them for 30-60 seconds.

    Swapping = speed boost

    Injure = easier to swap

I really like the general idea of the power. With map awareness you can pull a survivor away from a high pallet/window area and into a dead zone, and then cut them off from going to where they want.

    -Perks-

    First perk is pretty solid

Second perk is too weak. Maybe add chests and/or hatch to the aura reading

I think the 3rd perk should have a little more range, considering the cooldown

Survivor has now been added. I tried making perks based around her character. I’m not sure about Pre-historic Find. It seems like a good perk to get items that are no longer In the game. That’s why I think it’s good, but it might be too hard for the devs. 😂. Please, if u see this. Just let me know what u think! 👍🏻 Thank you.

Maybe change "Nowhere to Hide" from Aura revealed to Killer's Instinct. Survivors' Aura cannot be shown while they are in a Locker.

The survivors aura will be revealed to the killer as they are entering (if they enter slowly). This perk is to kinda counter Head On plays (with Quick and quiet) and to counter Deception. As that is annoying. I did consider Killer Instinct but that sometimes confuses the hell out of me too. I’m not a big fan of it if I have to say so myself. Thank you for the idea tho. 👍🏻 It is much appreciated.

I have also added a backstory which I have to say I am quite proud of. I did a bit of research 😂. Please just let me know what u think. I’ll try and add a survivor sooner or later. 👍🏻
