In 2k hours ive seen quite a few.
However, often its just the killer has a terrible connection, and shouldnt be playing killer at all, thus resulting in lag switch accusations.
if they are claiming you did it, in multiple games, your lag-spikey internet probably isnt good enough to keep queing as killer, but they do anyway and say “well you should have looked at the lobby ping meter” which may wont display a noticable spike in the 60secs of lobby, because most people arent staring at that tiny bar with eyes glued to it for the countdown.
not saying that you did, just giving a common example -

my only problem with the event is that while vets may enjoy it and understand when its over, very new players will quickly grow attatched to making 50-100k+ a match, and suddenly feel much less inclined to continue grinding when the event is over. resulting in an attitude of “well that was fun, but the grind isnt worth it. wake me up for the next double bp event.” thus the numbers drop heavily between events.
that being said, i think the grind is fine. this is a side game for me and i still manage to have all killers p3 and hit rank1 each season as solo survivor.

Recently I downloaded the game again, played for a few weeks. It is obvious that the DLC killers are stronger than vanilla killers, anyone who plays a DLC killer (except hag) can kill at least two survivors without any ability whatsoever, now that they buffed the killer so much, there are much more killers than survivors (polar opposite of what was happening a few years ago). They still refuse to make progression faster to make the game more fun and usually don't release patches or new killers without a paywall. The same graphical and gameplay issues continued, little more elements were added and it is still a simple game. Hasn't changed much, they just completely shifted the meta to killers as people tend to pay more money to get them probably.Second time I'm uninstalling, probably the last. It was fun while it lasted, with a player-base dying so fast it won't endure another year.

It's detectable. The issue isn't detection. The whole reason why it was originally whitelisted was because it added features that people wanted, and it wasn't too intrusive. At some point more features were added that got into shady territory (stuff developers wouldn't want to actively support), so it was removed from the whitelist. It's still not cheating, it's just not something that would get a seal of approval.
ok so from your post i got the following statements:
bhvr can detect mlga.
it was whitelisted because it added the ping checker in the lobby, despite bhvr currently working on a ping checker of their own. a baffling decision.
mlga then added something considered “shady”, but instead of blacklisting this 3rd party “shady” app that affects gameplay, we simply moved it into the grey area.
“its still not cheating” despite the fact that any other “shady” 3rd party app that affects gameplay is considered cheating, and EAC is set up to catch them.
Its pretty obvious that EAC cannot detect MLGA, and its current grey area is due to there being nothing they can do about it.
It was not cheat related. At one point (not sure if this is still the case) you were able to see the IPs of the people you were playing with. For obvious reasons, this is not something you would want to endorse.
that being said, you are saying that a “shady” 3rd party app, that you CAN* detect, was providing users with other users private data, especially in a game where people get very angry and threats are common, and it wasnt blacklisted because...?
