He's a mid tier killer and once people learn the counterplay (+ fix enduring/hubris cheesing) people will stop getting rolled by him
-
It's really not that strong at all and there is counterplay

IMO yes. Given how much distance he can cover and how quick he is, a Wesker with 32m Terror Radius and possibly M&A is scary.
That being said, I think that BIlly also warrants a 40m Terror Radius. A Hillbilly in Overdrive is basically on you when you hear his Terror Radius, even tho you have more feedback since you have the Chainsaw Sound.
I also think that Pig can easily get back her 28m Terror Radius, which would also make her better to use (e.g. I run Whispers and M&A on her and I would gladly take another Perk instead of M&A). In the end, streamlining the Terror Radius so that it is consistent is not the case anymore (Wesker has 40m, Slinger has 32m…just as examples)
Wesker's power is not much better than just walking there are killers with way more map mobility that can lead directly into a hit/down with 32m.
-
People will lie and say it doesn't exist, but it very much does. The problem is it's validated on the killer's view + there is a small window of time as a pallet is falling before the stun happens even on same ping you can get hit.
-
Long solo queue matches generally mean the killer will win due to inefficiency. Survivors either crank gens getting out early, the killer is trying to 12 hook, or both sides are playing super safe/stalling out the match in a 3 gen.
-
Eruption will just replace pop maybe you see it on certain killers though
-
This perk is really not that good one of the main problems of OoO was undetectable wasn't a thing to counter the aura reading on stealth killers. Standing still for 4s is not viable in loops and you're better off just pressing w key than trying to find where exactly killer is. You might as well run a key/map with a better perk to replace it.
-
The game isn't designed for wiggling to happen consistently and shouldn't be
-
no my precious scary horror game 😡 do NOT play this game if you don't toss your keyboard across the room when trapper is chasing u
-
It would be a fine mechanic if some maps didn't have complete deadzones with a singular hook. They should at least cut the time they're broken in half.
-
Lightborn mechanics felt bad for every character except nurse killers shouldn't be balanced by rng of survs bringing a flashlight
-
Play pinhead and 4 survs put on fixated sounds really really fun for the killer player or sending billys/blights/ranged killers to indoor maps. This would just introduce survivor lobby shopping for weaker killers or people would just bring builds that work too good against specific killers.
-
Not much of a surprise lots of people like to complain about new killers and pretend they're S++++ tier for the first few weeks. A killer who you counter by looking at them which is what you should be doing anyways won't be too insane.
-
Farming is very inefficient most of the time especially for killer where you're better off just playing out a match and going next. Not so fun breaking pallets for 20 minutes for barely more bp.
-
Don't worry about trying to 360 killers unless it's obviously some console player who seems clueless. You're better off getting more distance from being hit most of the time. Maybe nurse/blight you try to 360 before they gain los around a corner that's about it.

Definitely disagree. I mean sure, there are more filler tiles where Blight might not be able to get a hit with his power anymore, but there are still enough tiles where he can get a hit with his power, and in between loops he is pretty damn strong as well.
This is true but you're encouraged to just break and zone a good portion of tiles w/ shredded notes instead of take risks. It's just not very exciting gameplay for either side.

Blight is still a very strong killer. His basekit alone is very powerful, which is why he doesn't need good addons on top of that. Not to mention his two iri addons are still way too strong and luckily are being nerfed in the next patch.
his basekit is honestly pretty bad even with double speed u cant get a hit at fillers even if played perfectly
-
Going to pretend RE doesn't have a lot of campy humor or silly moments? DBD isn't just a generic scary horror game and has always leaned into silly via perk design and such.
-
I like to fake greed to vacuum the pallet but it's getting me hit more now even with good ping
-
Very old bug sometimes you get bugged and never get in chase
-
Anti afk feature it can happen for surv & killer if they go afk too long
-
It forces them to play longer reducing the number of games they can ruin. If I'm killer enjoy sitting on the floor for 4 minutes.
-
Doesn't really exist unless it's like a full 4 man squad with commodious bnp streetwise btl

Also no, because people would bring thana with Gift of Pain (-16%) and possibly Plaything / Pentimento (-30%), making gens last a lot of time.
Let's say thana gives -5% per surv and 3 survivors are injured.
1 charge per second * 0.84 * 0.7 * 0.85 = 0.4998 charges per second
90/0.4998 ~180 seconds per gen if you are unhooked with gift of pain and someone cleanses pentimento.
I wonder why survivors would give up, also Deja Vu would be so OP in this case, it would speed up gens to just 160 seconds <3
Yea because this will totally happen in a real match
-
It would be very oppressive since it can just ignore walls and is pretty generous hitbox wise

advantage? it takes much longer to go through the animation than to hook people. You do realize moris only activate when a survivor would be dead on hook anyway, right?
They bypass DS, pallet/flash saves, bodyblocking the hook, and other counterplay to tunneling.
-
They're a cool mechanic, but 100% an advantage to bring
-
How about remove 4% and force them to go into the timeout corner. Even then bots are NOT a replacement for real players.
-
Billy is easily #2 with blight being #3 once double iri combo nerf drops

Hello, can we get more information? Screenshots of end game screens with loadouts, any videos of it occurring, etc? Thank you!

It seems like sometimes survivors are creating scratchmarks behind themselves instead of directly on top of themselves
-
Nurse especially on bigger maps
-
They're boosting maps I'm not sure why they think it's a good idea to kill variety each week with unfun maps

Everyone should just start playing texas chainsaw massacre dead by daylight is so old and overrated. textures are bad, the graphics look like they running on a potato, they keep breaking the game, and mechanics the cosmetics they come out with are horrible, they just throw a bunch of crazy stuff together for a new skin etc. I stopped playing and started playing tcm, and the game is much more fun. and the lobby’s are better now, you actually have to try and survive in this game, by picking lock doors scavenging for items, it’s not just constant generator simulator with 7 year old graphics, and killers actually get to see the mori they choose every time they play a match.
dead game enjoy dumping money into a sinking ship

I mean I agree her base kit is strong enough, but her addons really are not that great ^^
How so? Extra lunge range, map mobility, ability to threaten hits and then return to hook instantly, mangled (ON NURSE LOL), nurses, less fatigue multiple ways, undetectable on hit, 3 entire blinks, and more. They might not seem that amazing just looking at them, but on a killer like her they make her already strong power inconsistent/oppressive to vs.
-
I don't think we need to go down the route of killing fun/niche addons (soul chemical/summoning stone) on killers nurse has good enough basekit/addons that them existing isn't a detriment.

It's been the trend.

Even with skull merchant you break the pallets if you vault with a claw trap.So now the new killer will be able to not only block the pallet drops- but also summon skulls that hit you?
Is the whole plan that we all become hardcore 360 spinners as survivor mains? Or that won't work because of the ping difference in 99% of games. So what are survivors supposed to do now?
There are maybe like a handful of killers in the game that don't have some form of way to reduce chase times and the ones with anti loop have some secondary objective/power that people whine and complain about until it's nerfed into uselessness.

The only Killer that ignores Pallets is Nurse. She does not break them and does not care if in the chase a pallet gets dropped. The four you mentiond cant ignore pallets, and if you want prove. Ask yourself where do you run while in chase with on of them and why dont you instandly go down (I hope).
Even nurse doesn't ignore pallets and has to play a 50/50 if she only has 1 blink at a pallet. Predropping certain pallets does force nurse to break them or use blinks to get around them to get LOS.
-
Thana too strong on killers that have people injured most of the game? Time to make the perk useless on every other killer now! All they need to do is frontload the perk more so it doesn't get exponentially better on killers that get injuries easily.
-
Crazy world we live in where billy has better collision than blight now. Even a small collision change would be massive to reduce randomly doing a backflip because of 1 pixel sticking out.
-
The killer spent the whole game to tunnel someone but at 1/5 the efficiency please nerf

Dunno what's going on with this post but here goes:
Chucky immediately came in as one of the strongest killers BHVR has ever released, up there with Spirit, Blight and Nurse. While more comparable with Spirit than the other two, there was still an issue with how interactive Chucky's power was (or wasn't). A half-decent Chucky essentially ran on a cycle of continuous hits and downs, with few options for counterplay on the Survivor side. Currently Scampering under pallets allows Chucky to ignore the structure of most loops on a relatively short cooldown. The change is intended to shift Chucky away from that playstyle towards using Hidey-Ho for stealth as well as to make Slice and Dice harder to set up and less unavoidable. It's arguably more of a side-grade than a nerf.
Chucky comparable to spirit blight nurse? Are you talking about PTB because that sounds absurd he's a pretty bad killer outside having potential free hits every 18s.
-
Renato gets used a bit he's a very quiet surv
-
Mine was at the bottom of the anniversary newsletter I thought it would be a separate email so I was confused as well

It feels like Lethal Persuer with an insta down / fast mobile killer hinders games. If it starts with a hook / zoom to the next with aura read, you don't have time to heal or work on gens, and people just quit. I see it so much in solo Q that you're just like, "It is what it is." at this point.
Solution: Don't hide in the middle of nowhere and be near a pallet at start of match
-
If it's bgp there is basically nothing you can do besides hope they run out of flashbangs or miss the timing
-
Already fixed on ptb
-
Wraith for sure decent map mobility, m1 w/ some anti loop, and basically unlimited stealth.
-
Mori offerings can problematic gameplay wise and honestly I would be glad to get a nice bp refund for all of the ones I have saved up. I don't think they would change perk related moris just because they're giving some form of basekit mori in the future.
-
Just throw in pentimento (very broken perk) and thrill boom the survs now cleanse totems forever just to get hit with the biggest gen debuff in the game. They either spend all that time hunting and cleansing to get hit with pentimento or ruin/devour/etc get huge value or straight up win you the game. I don't see a world where hex perks could get a big buff without pentimento being reworked or heavily nerfed.
-
Very surprised it didn't get reworked in the huge perk mix up a while ago I guess they don't want huntress to have any good perks
-
Sorry but I'm not playing farming simulator for 10 minutes when I can move on and actually play out a real match. Maybe one day 5 years later they will actually remove 4% basekit and people who ruin matches will actually have to eat a penalty.
