What's your point about console? From what i've seen it appears that most high tier killers are harder to play there are more swf ect ect on console. So....?

The cellular make up in your eyes makes you see better in low contrasts light in the periphery (edges of outer ends of your eyes, away from the middle) vision.
The cells work so they have a lower activation, so in dark or quite minute monochromatic differences, you'll see much better at the corner of your eyes than your central vision rather than the middle which is wired to color and focus, complexity and analyzing.
So in thought, something out of the corner of your eye that disappears when you look at it, it might really be there.

I'm just going to leave my rank in post game chat and hope others do the same so we can see if matchmaking did it's job. How are we supposed to know if matchmaking is working as intended if we can't see it...one of the reasons I disagree with hiding ranks.

The majority of survivors don't care about ruin, that is the truth. They find it easy to get rid of the only survivors that have been asking for a ruin nerf are rank 15-20s. Honestly ruin is like playing killer with 3 perks in some cases anyways. Don't blame the survivors for this.

This is like calling looping an exploit. If you'd like to call moonwalking as such because it was it's intended purpose then we can reasonable say that looping is also an exploit because it was not an intended mechanic either.
Not everything that is adapted to in the game is intended it doesn't mean that it should be removed however.

I love this community! But yeah really glad I just played on the PTB a couple of times and went back to playing Civilization
Skyrim, Dark souls and SWTOR.If people are protesting like this ain't gonna be much fun playing killer or survivor on live. Things shall calm down eventually 😁 -
I strongly suggest not coming on the forums if you don't want to see people giving feedback, constructive or not. I figure we've all been on game forums before. When people don't like something they will tell you they don't like it.

Treatment Theatre: I reallly like this change think they did well with this.
Ruin: I'm for this change I'm personally glad they did this perhaps many people will finally realize how the reliance on ruin really isn't necessary. I believe that running ruin is like running 3 perks instead of 4 because of way better choices that are more consistent like PGTW and Corrupt Intervention. However, the current changed effect seems a bit weak to me and not worthy of a Hex so it needs some changes obviously.

Pop Goes The Weasel is a perk that can be effectively used in during midgame and lategame. Ruin was something that helped killers in early game, now it helps in midgame and lategame just like PGTW (if the totem survives that long). Thanatophobia and Dying Light are both perks that just don't work well. Thanathophobia is easily countered and Dying Light needs too much time to actually to pay out for obssesion's altruistic action speed.
Now the only killers that will be able to use effectively Ruin will be those that have high map pressure, like Freddy, Nurse or Hillbilly. Killers like Clown or Myers will have no use of Ruin, and that's not bad, not every killer has to make use of certain perk. The problem is all other perks that slow down the game do not work in early game (maybe expect Corrupt Intervention, with which new Ruin could be used to make it easier to put pressure on survivors, but requires 2 perk slots for some early game advantage).
In conclusion, many killers are left without a tool that could help them with early game pressure, especially those without any travelling abilities. New Ruin has potential for some interesting builds and synergies, but I don't think it will see too much play because it is a hex totem, it doesn't have effect in earlygame and because of PGTW doing the same job better,
Have you heard of Corrupt Intervention? It is very good for early game, so yes killers do still have early game perks. And it's more consistent as well for it cannot be destroyed in 8 seconds of the match.

Why would I quit because of a perk change I haven't even tested in game yet? Also why would anyone quit because of a perk. A perk....not a fundamental mechanic change...a perk. If ruin does turn out bad I'll give feedback and use a different slow down perk like Corrupt Intervention on killers like trapper or hag that need the set up time. Ruin is quite ineffective at slowing down the game anyways so if it is bad I'm hoping people stop with the stigma that "Ruin is needed to win games" and see how it just really isn't a great perk.

You failed to complete the gens, failed to find the hatch. So of course it's going to be hard. But it's still possible using lockers and 30%ing the gate then coming back once killer leaves said gate. A door should not be auto opened if the hatch is closed. If this was added killers would just wait at the hatch for the survivor basically recreating a standoff. What is reasonable though is asking for doors to be farther apart as sometimes they are really close by, however this goes both ways.

There is a benefit from hitting them when you leave, you get the points from the hit usually. It's either used to give the killer extra bp while you escape or just to say "haha I win" the usually ingame bm that happens in every game no biggie. It's your decision if you want the points or not though.

I agree, genrush is what makes camping a valid strategy currently. Seriously overhauling gens would lead to camping being incredibly effective making it so the easiest way for a killer to win is to just camp. So I agree camping does need to be addressed if gen speeds were adjusted.

Way too grindy with cosmetics that I personally didn't think were that great. Still didn't buy it though, I completed it due to my serious addiction playing a lot and I think that's the key thing here. This isn't the only game most people play. It's easy to experience burnout in the middle of it meaning that if you decided to buy the pass at the start you most likely lost money. So on top of it not being worth in my opinion due to the stuff you get, it is also very time consuming when you might just want to play something else.
