I noticed the no panties thing when I was turning around her new outfit and went :x That strip of cloth in the middle needs to be wider.
She winks because she normally only has the left eye, so her face isn't rigged to blink both eyes. Hell if it isn't adorable, though.
Yep same for me, and its true she have only one eye but with that new skin she have both so it looks like she winks ๐. I think is was about time that she receive some love, i really like the new skin.

They recently buffed MYC so that the person who is afflicted by it will do a map-wide scream, allowing the Killer to identify the Survivor that is Exposed.
Ah but it's not really recent. Maybe it have a couple of months? I can't remember.

A buff to MYC? from where you hear that? In any case i woudn't mind a buff to that perk, its really weak now with BT triggering always.

Or maybe because Lucky Break is a subpar niche perk which is overshadowed by other perks because the Developers don't want to shake up the meta for survivors. You get more of an impact out of literally every other perk which doesn't have a timer. Imo I'm not wanting to play the match with only 3 perks once Lucky Break runs out. That and the potential benefit of running the perk is outweighed by the negatives of the short timer.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2165916#Comment_2165916
People just complain about anything that has the potential to be meta changing and then in the same breath complain about how the meta never changes.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2165919#Comment_2165919
Personally I'd take shaking up the meta for survivors since the risk reward potential is crazy. Or made it just not 45 seconds since its just laughable.
We as killers are used to play with 2 or 3 perks if we run totems. I don't think the timer of lucky is unfair, you should not be supposed to use it the whole match that would be op as hell lol.
-
I didn't see it yet in any match. Survivors love their broken meta too much to use this perk i guess. I have seen only a few running small game in swf and totems getting destroyed really fast, devour hope is rip. I didn't get to use it a single time not even for the 3 tokens the whole night.

oh ok. He still seems really weak to me. His 1v1 potential is good but only on loops with low walls, he can throw over. Maybe it's just me needing to "git gud" but he still seems lowest tier against decent survivors.
Yep i get why you feel confused, the devs really didn't want to risk anything and just give him some meaningless changes. He's practically the same. Againts any competent teams hes just mock material.
-
Do not waste your effort at making a post about it my friend. They will never do something about it.
Tho giving a voip to the game is a good idea cause it could give solo play the same experience swf has and incentivate devs to finally balance the game properly.
-
Welcome to the rank 1 killers club!! ๐๐
Masochists only -
Her addons are not really useful, some are trash. The ones that used to make you charge the blink faster (not the 2 charges but the power itself) needs to come back. With the new charges shes really sluggish and can't do much againts any competent team, unless you slug.
Post nerf nurse is so slow that you are forced to slug most of the times, this is not the way i like to play the game. And addons like white nit comb and dull bracelet is an insult to all of us that play her. Its a literal ######### you from the devs.
-
More like gen rush needs to be addressed.. there literally nothing a killer can do other than camp if he get 3/4 hooks per match which is the average if you play normally. The current game state is pitiful.. its not a surprise that you get instant matchs as killer, reasons are obvious.

You can't kick Victor while Charlotte is dormant.
Obviously... my point is that using charlotte to bodyblock one of the doors there and control victor to block the other door and do nothing is basically a bannable offense, holding the game hostage. So.. no one should be doing that in the first place therefore this nerf is pointless.
-
@[Deleted User] said:
They probably did this because on places like the preschool on Badham it was possible to bodyblock all survivors. It's just an unfortunate consequence that it nerfs their potential.
Its not like the school building has only 1 open door.. it always have two. So this change makes no sense. And Victor doesn't count as a bodyblock asset since he can be destroyed in 1 sec.
-
Here its the opposite. At late night i find sweaty swf as killer and as survivor the queue is faster than playing at noon or afternoon. Killer queue it's always instant.

Its the same for me. And its not that you are with complete idiots every match, i usually escape or die with the most bloodpoints in solo queue. The only thing you can't avoid is if the killer is that guy that just wants his one kill at all cost and hard tunnel you.

So long as they keep getting license characters the game won't die. Literally all the RE chapter is doing is putting fresh meat in the grinder. This has been the state of the game for several years now. It might have been Space Coconut or Tydetyme who used this metaphor.
DBD is a revolving door with new players coming in and veteran players going out.
Yep its very true. Also one of the reasons on why the game is almost always on discount.. I have the game since 2016 and i been playing less and less over this years to the point of abandon it and come back only when new chapters arrives. I personally get tired of bugs that takes ages to get fixed. Behaviour really work slow on that field.

Streamer opinions always make me laugh. Hillbilly C tier? Looks like he was late for the april fool joke.

@Ivaldi said:
Huntress - Moved down to B Tier as her hatchets can be easily dodged, she's forced to reload her power and it can easily be negated by running tight loops. Lacks proper looping capabilities to be considered A Tier.
Deathslinger - Moved down to C Tier. Slow mobility and lack of gen pressure hurt him throughout the match. Addon reliant.
Demogorgon - Moved down to D Tier - Very loud, easy to move preemptively, base kit abilities are nothing special and the cooldown on his teleport hurts his gen pressure.
Bubba - Moved down to C Tier - Despite his instadown, he's very easy to loop and preemptively dropping pallets can waste a lot of his time. Low gen pressure.
Twins - Moved up to B Tier - Fast mobility, extremely good slugging game, has good survivor tracking and can prevent players from leaving the exit gate. If bugs were fixed she'd be an A or even an S Tier IMO.
Clown - Moved down to D Tier - The rework did nothing to change him. Survivors can still predrop pallets to nullify his bottles. Speed bottles are still useless.
Pig - Moved down to D Tier - Easily loopable, power is lack luster and completely useless before gens and after the final gen is completed. Has little to no gen pressure. Addons are terrible.
Ji-Woon - Moved to F Tier - Power is very weak and relies on you consistently hitting 8 consecutive shots to damage 1 health state. Losing line of sight on a survivor can negate your entire power, allowing them to recover from any hits you landed. Addons are lack luster.
https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/32WZ3LY9BH1H/my-image-281-29.png
Very accurate. The trickster definitely deserves that F tier ๐
-
Lol legion D... I guess you don't play legion often. I always get at least 2 kills with legion, is always a fun mach and if survivors ######### up or its a small map it is a 4k for me. Only sweaty swf gives problems but that happens with every killer.. Hes between B and C.
-
Just don't play the game and once the devs realize that killer pop is diminishing then they might do something. I personally not bother myself to play the game in its current state. I will come back probably when RE chapter arrives.
-
Hes balanced and decent. Not every killer has to be nurse tier.

I barely play survivor? Do you need a link to my stats to see that about 75% of my games are killer rounds?
I don't need any stats when you said something like "My average chase time with him is literally 10-30 seconds" as the Trickster....
Who are the survivors you face? Deaf and blind grandmas? You can't finish a chase that fast unless you are playing with a Nurse and even so if the survivor its competent enough you can't either with her.
If you are so good that your sayings looks like lies then why don't you post some videos instead? Because stats don't say anything, show some videos and then i can tell if you are just bluffing or not. And judge if the survivors were decent or potatoes. Because apparently we are here before the best dbd player in the world.

I play at rank 1 against stacked swf's all the time with him, and if 1-2 gens pop before every single down then that's a problem on your end. That just means you are taking too much time to get downs with him. I have no problems ending chases in 10-30 seconds with him. I don't know how I'm trolling? I go against 2k+ teams all the time and the rare deathsquad, and even against the deathsquads. I don't go out of the game with at least 6+ hook states with him. My average chase time with him is literally 10-30 seconds, because I know how to play him properly. 1-2 gens should never happen after a single down if you know what you are doing.
"and if 1-2 gens pop before every single down then that's a problem on your end"
Haha yeah keep going im enjoying myself here ๐ฟ.. You know what is more funny thought? Find a survivor main that pretends to be a killer. I checked you profile and i understand everything now. I almost took you seriously.

Yes, and I have been playing him since release every single day multiple hours a day enough to get 6.2k full laceration damage lol. I think I've played him much more. There is no reason to get hostile over it. You aren't forced to do it most of the time unless you are running shack. You are better off curving knives at tight loops and needle threading, because more than likely the player is bound to run away after being damage giving you the down. You can use his power just fine in every map besides mothers dwelling, and fractured.
How can you call a power fine when 1 or 2 gens can pop for every down of him? Literally every other killer can have downs faster and do everything else better that him.
Idk if you are trolling, playing with potatoes everyday or playing in green ranks. Because your opinion of him is a universe far from mine. His power its not fine at all and it takes really long to down a competent survivor, and for that reason he is the worst.
There is no balance between his slow move speed and his weak power. He don't excel at anything, i can't believe you are saying he is ok. Oh nevermind i checked your profile and now i understand everything.

If you need to m1 people as trickster in most areas then you are playing him completely wrong.
Dude i played him non stop first and second week of release and a few more after the patch, i got the adept on the first day and i play in rank 1. I can assure you that i play the best way possible you can play with him.
And you are wrong with that statement, first because you don't have the need to smack people with M1 but instead you are forced to do it and secondly you really can't use his power efectively in most maps and loops. The trickster is the worst creation made by the devs in all this years.
-
@[Deleted User] said:
He's bad but not that much. At least he has some sort of antiloop. I'd rather play him than Legion, Pig, Myers or Trapper tbh. I'd put him on C tier or MAYBE low B.
You are giving him too much credit hes not better than any of those killers you listed. All those killers can do better than the Trickster and i prefer to play all those instead. And thats because they all have powers that works and are useful in most situations, while playing Trickster to the contrary you are forced to chase and M1 people instead of using your power.
To me a killer that can't use his power properly and have to forget about it is enough to make him the worse killer in the list.

It would be a dream to play Nemesis and I am 100% sure that he is also, to unite Pyramid-Head and Nemesis in the same game, it is a huge rivalry even all over the internet, something like Michael and Jason (I hope Jason enters to join him with Michael :( )
Im a big fan of both game series too, it has to be Nemesis and probably Jill as survivor, with Carlos if we are lucky.. and if it turns to be that way then i can see Claire and Leon being legendaries.

I hope to be wrong, Now as I see, having Nemesis, it would be Tier S +++, having Mr. X would be having Myers 2.0, Jack Baker, well, now I have informed a little about him and his lore is super interesting, to attract crowds to his house and dismember them, it's like an unstoppable being, but at the same time is average in RE.
Nemesis is the most iconic villain from RE and the most terrifying. I do hope its him, he have plenty of resources for the devs to make his power, from rocket launchers, miniguns, flamethrowers to tentacles, parasites and can mutate.. While Mr X just follow you around and regenerates/mutate not very special.

Iโd argue Myers is worse in his current state but they are quite close
Well at least Myers have the 115% mov speed on T2 and instadown on T3, what kills Trickster more is his slow mov speed or his weak power, its a combo in truth, bad design power and wrong mov speed choice. But yeah Myers could get some changes too, he is outdated.

It's primarily an issue once exits are opened or someone has hatch with key. It makes the end game rather pointless as killer. If survivor unhooks their teammate and has BT there isnt really a reason to try because of bodyblocking, BT, and the other survivor will get a speed burst from one hit anyways
Yep in the endgame BT its like a free "get out of jail card" its a guaranteed escape and the killer can't do anything other than whatch them bodyblock and go. I won't have any problems againts this perks if it would deactivate in endgame, would be fair in that way. But it looks like for the devs it's not enough with DS that they also give survivor BT in endgame to secure that escape.
And they are thinking on buffing that perk now, nerfing stealth killers. This is really not the way the game should take. BT should have a downside at least, deactivate in the endgame or have a trigger condition like many killer perks. I will never understand why the devs give perks to survivors that require 0 effort.
I play survivor too and as a survivor i find it really boring to have perks that give so much and take nothing. Thats why i only play solo to have at least a little challenge, and still its nothing compared to playing killer.
-
None sadly. If they bodyblock you are forced to hit the guy with BT and lose the hit. The best you can do its try to deny the unhook before because after you will only lose time.
-
I don't really despise any killer perks since most of them are balanced and the rest slightly weak. I can't say the same for survivor perks through.
-
Gen and locker grabs are the most affected and yea its sucks. The way to fix it is really easy tho, just make it so the survivor leaves their hitbox for a few miliseconds behind to compensate for the server latency just like in window vaults and pallets vaults and there you go grabs fixed in general. But it's doesn't look that they will do something about it, its been here since the dedicated servers that was a year ago? So..

As a non J-flicking Blight main, I feel insulted. In the right hands, he's powerful. Hell, Ascension actually said that non J-flick Blight has less counterplay than J-flicking Blight so that's ironic, and he also said that although he wants the J-flick to stay, he thought Blight would still be good without it.
Well in my experience i can count the times i died againts a blight with one hand.. maybe i didn't have the pleasure to face a good blight but here in my region they all get gen rushed before they can do something. Not many people pick blight either, only after this j flick becoming popular i have seen a few more.
I faced some using the flick in rank 1 and i still could predict them very well most of the times. The less skilled survivors had problems though ๐ . In general they do slightly better but i don't find it broken like some people paint it. Thats why im not againts it.
-
@Bwsted said:
I'm not really inclined to give him free views, as his content often shows other bug exploits, like the locker check one and all his claim to Blight fame is based off jflicking.
In absence of a tl;dw then I'll go off the brief summary in the op.
The jflick is not healthy for the game. It removes counterplay in most situations on a killer who's already strong in the absence of this confirmed exploit.
I saw a twitch clip on this forum where he argued against Scott's video trying to present a sort of 'counterplay' to the jflick, where you fake turning around the corner and then keep going. Just in case the same argument is referenced in this video, that supposed counterplay is extremely flawed.
It doesn't work with line of sight if the Blight has eyes.
It's extremely likely to fail anyway because Blight has an almost 180ยฐ hitbox for obscure reasons. So, he can connect during the flick anyway.
All the Blight has to do is literally be patient and do an extra rush instead of jflicking immediately. The survivor gets hit if they anticipate the jflick on the first rush, or they get hit by jflick on the subsequent rush.
Even if the Blight is impatient and fails, his power literally counters holding W. So, the survivor is doomed anyway.
You want to help Blight? Then fix his collision on slams. That's what he needs.
Blight its not strong at all lol he may be C tier, this flick is the only thing that make him decent and i think it should be officially supported since it also takes skill to do it.

@Nameless said:
The so called late game hex perk Ruin appeared to be broken when it stayed up long enough until the endgame. So they made sure that Ruin didn't stay up until the end. At least not as often.
The combination of Ruin and Undying really made for a terrible experience for survivors and something needed to be done. They went with a small rework to Undying and now it keeps tokens so it works well with Devour Hope.
With the notification of being hexed by undying survivors instantly know that you have devour if you don't have ruin and will hunt for it in seconds. So in my experience its not a good combo, its always best to have devour hope alone, its how most of the times works if you get lucky with the spawn. And you also save a perk slot.
-
Sincerely a powerful perk like BT should have a downside, its amazing how most decent killer perks have downsides like being an Hex for example and highly abusable survivor perks like this have none.

if it was just a qol change we wouldn't be talking about it in the first place. Devs did this for a reason and it's pretty obvious why, please, don't pretend you don't know why :)
Do you realize that killers aren't complete idiots that can't remember hook counts do you? Devs are the devs and we know they always had preference toward survivors. So leave them aside, between player and player, do you really think there is a proper argument for not making this little change? Because i can't find any and im not joking, and its not like this will change my games at all, in reality this is a petty qol change for new players mostly.
