Undying is annoying. Especially with killers who run ruin or NOED. “Just do bones,” they say. Well it’s kinda tough when killers come right over to a totem they see being worked on. And not to mention by the time all totems are found, it’s wasted a lot of time & gens aren’t being completed.

Never been a fan of NOED myself. I stopped running it real quick when I realized how unsatisfying it is to be handed free kills undeservingly.

Really? I think it’s very possible. SPN is owned by Warnerbros & they’ve crossed over into video games before. Like Fortnite and whatnot. I don’t see why DBD would be a problem.

Yeah, hopefully some day if this isn’t it! I’ve always said that a wendigo would make a good killer for a SPN chapter, so I was like hmmm what if? Lol.
I think they said they’re aiming for 2 originals and 2 licensed? And we’ve had blight & deathslinger this year for originals. Pyramid Head for licensed. So it would make sense if they managed to stick to it.

These are just rumors as of now no official statement, but i think there is at least reason to hope now :) , and yeah face rework is also possible with this as long as the license holders actually agreed to this (which they should, because i can see Quentin could be very popular and theremore more often bought with a nice face) and other skins/legendary skins i would assume are also very likely to come with this, because those are very popular and bring money for BHVR and the license holders...
edit: original freddy i am not so sure though.. really depends on the license holder, they specifically wanted the remake freddy iirc and there.. we will see..
At least it’s something to hope for :) Even if original Freddy doesn’t happen, a new face for Quentin & maybe some cosmetics down the line would be nice 😂

Stealth doesn’t mean useless. Useless is doing nothing. Hiding in lockers all game, not doing generators, etc.
Stealth is working on generators but being mindful not to get found. I’m a stealth player, though I can hold chases if I want to, and I contribute greatly every round.

Aw. I hope this new system improves. I just had the opposite, a bunch of rank 1-5 survivors against a rank 19 killer with one perk.
😢 I felt so awful. When everyone was at the exit he just turned and walked away to go hide in his basement.

Yeah it just happened to me again. This is my second trial escaping with an item with no charges. How annoying 😐 How would I go about reporting it exactly? Through the forums or the game itself?

Being selfish isn’t a good thing. Not in real life, not online. I will always leave selfish teammates to die. I will also leave them to die if they’re toxic towards their own team (sandbagging & such). But otherwise it’s beneficial to be a team player.

I sometimes bring it along just incase. I remember awhile back seeing a 4 man SWF come into the lobby as identical looking Claudettes. Went ahead and brought the mori because I didnt wanna deal with any DS shenanigans if I cant tell who was freshly unhooked and who was the unhooker ect. Turns out it was a fairly normal game and I didnt actually mori anyone, just hooked like normal.
And I love this too! Mori’s can be fun. I think if it’s a well fought match and I lose (I’m just a casual ol solo queue player anyway), then fine. Mori me lol. It’s a cool animation and fun way to die compared to the hook. But I see a lot of people use the ebony in a way that completely sucks the fun outta the match. Glad to hear there’s killers like you :)

I’m not entirely sure what you mean. But if you suspect someone of cheating, just make sure you report them. It’s way less common on console.

I love Adiris. She’s gorgeous & I really love that she’s from such an ancient era. The sickness may have destroyed her flesh, but she’s a whole ass queen & her story is wonderful <3

I’m not sure why but I just feel like this DLC is right around the corner. I’m leaning towards December being it (since upcoming in September might be Candyman?) and I could just be overly hopeful, but I dunno. I just have this feeling 🤔

I get that not ALL perks are gonna be amazing, but I think it’s about time we got some new or at least improved ones. Everyone tends to run the same handful of perks & it definitely gets old.

Well I would still want him. But people can just kinda make you sour to the idea. Like when you see another post about him you're just kinda fed up about hearing it.
This is what happened to me. I’m not a FNaF fan, but I was genuinely happy to see people excited over something they’re clearly passionate about—even if I didn’t agree with it.
But then the fans started attacking people who disagreed. They spammed streamers and made post after post instead of contributing to one or two. It became obnoxious and gave me a bad taste towards the whole thing. A bit of respect goes a long way 🥰

To both of you being unfamiliar, I will say it’s a good show (: Seasons 1 through 5 especially. The first season is mostly setup, introducing you to the characters and hunting / killing monsters. (Werewolves, wendigos, vampires, demons, you name it) but it blossoms into a much broader story. Also, the dialogue & bantering the brothers makes for a good chuckle.

A lot of things would be financially beneficial, that's not something particularly unique to that fanbase and it's kind of the entire point of licensed chapters to begin with.
As far as I'm concerned the reason for adding in Stranger Things was because of it's tone and setting. It takes place during the 80's the time when Slasher movies and horror were most popular and at their peak, you know, the entire genre that Dead By Daylight hails from? Movies like Hellraiser, The Evil Dead, Friday the 13th, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, A Nightmare on Elm Street, The Thing, Aliens, The Shining, etc. All released during this surge of popularity and interest during the 80s or saw new installments for their respective franchise during that decade.
So because the 80s are so synonymous with slasher horror and because Stranger Things is a new and popular ongoing show that invests in such culture and in the exact same kinds of horror it makes sense. It feels nostalgic for that era and yet remains a fresh, unique, and novel story to interest modern audiences, which is an impressive balancing act in itself. It makes sense to add it in.
As far as I can tell Supernatural doesn't, it sounds like it has more to deal with werewolves and vampires than slasher villains like Michael Myers. Judging from your own description "hunt monsters and demons" I would say I'm right. Not to mention if it had been going on for 15 seasons that just sounds like the show was milked well past its expiration date by the time it aired its final episode in 2019.
You sound like you’re close minded, if I’m being honest. DBD isn’t going to cater to one type of horror or era. They plan to keep this game going for years, so obviously there’s going to be more content than just stuff from the 80’s. Yeah, they’ve gotten most of the iconic ones from slasher films, but there’s tons more horror to put in.
Just look at the recent survey. They’re wanting to branch out and bring horror in from video games and comics and whatever else. Supernatural has been around for 15 years. It’s horror fantasy & would make the devs a hell of a lot of money. It fits just as well as Ash being in the game does.
You’re entitled to your opinion. If you don’t want it, that’s fine. But saying it doesn’t fit just doesn’t make a lot of sense.
Edit: Also, there’s a lot of people who want Buffy too. It’s not slasher, it wasn’t made in the 80’s, but it still fits.

Supernatural is iconic. It’s been running for 15 years. Everyone knows Dean and Sam Winchester lol. You’d have to be crazy NOT to try to get the license for DBD. Supernatural fans are diehards. They’d go crazy for it & all the cosmetics. $$$
