yes shadowborn is a decent perk for billy but i'm sure there are otthers better than that (pgtw, whispers, nurse's calling...)
when you start a chase, first of all get as close as possible to the survivor and start loading the chainsaw, but hold the bar at 99 percent to prevent 360s. when you are 100% sure you'll hit him (remember to use his flick at the beginning of the sprint, it's very useful once you master him), go.
If the survivor is already injured and you want to be safe, use tha hammer.
Use the chainsaw to go from gen to gen quickly.
his best addons are the ones that reduce the chainsaw charge time: carbunator tuning guide, primer bulb and thompson's mix are the best. Thompson's moonshine is also good if you have good confidence with the map and the turns with your chainsaw.

It just ruins my night of gaming to have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to find a match as survivor. I can only play around 2 hrs per night. Don't want to spend 1.5 hrs of that time trying to find a lobby.

Fun trapper nerf idea: if the trapper wants to reset a closed trap A and he's already carrying a trap B he needs to set the trap B he's carrying then he has to pick trap A then he sets it again and after that he can take trap B.
Seriously, making him capable of resetting trap with traps in hand would be awesome

Its like in a FPS you ask the other team to miss the shots so you can have fun. Or in a soccer game, ask the oponent not to kick too much to the goal. Even better, when you meet someone you'd like to hooked, you first introduce this person to your personal foe so he can have a chance to marry the person, instead of you.
Or, maybe, in a test for a work vacancy, you dont give your best to get the job so the others can have a better chance.
Its pathetic. If killers wanna camp, so camp. Wanna tunnel, so tunnel. Not even in one match I asked anything to a killer neither a survivor. Got camped? Live goes on. Tunneled? There will be a next match. I must Get Good, instead of complaining. As long as i can see expert survivors stalling the tunneling killer until gates open and he escapes.
So, instead of being a crying baby about how other manage to win a match, i rather get better and beat those killers, as much as "toxic" survivors.
The only real toxicity in this game are offenses after the match.
But... keep this mindset and go to a Olympic swimmer and explain to him that he must give the swimmers that dont have the same resources a good headstart, so they can get more chances do win...
Can I make this more clear? Just... ridiculous. Focus on being a good person after match, and during the match do everything you can to win. Its a game, dont get sad about harsh tatics. Learn to get better, or quit the game. But dont tell the other part that if he doesnt play by your rules, so he is "toxic".
And to finish this... a noob camping killer can destroy a strong SWF team. So, he must stop using his poor tatic cause the SWF dont know how to handle and beat a camper? Just... Get Good.
You're right and i have your same opinion. A flashback came to me reading your post.
Once i joined some randoms in a kyf and i was about to take the part of the killer. Then i asked what rules there were. The rules for the killer were:
1 NO RUIN (pre-patch)
2 NO NOED
3 NO TRYHARD
Well, i can play around the first rule, for the second rule i'm perfectly fine 'cause i never use noed and then i asked: what is tryhard? They responded with "trying to win at all costs"
Now, the only times when i tunnel or camp are when i'm badly losing, like all 4 survs are alive and all gens are done, but i consider tryharding a word invented by survivors who want to WIN and take it easy.
Sure, if in a match survivors are potatoes and after 10 minutes there are still 5 gens i'll play with them a lil' bit but i seriously don't understand the sense of using the word tryhard in normal games.

It's not the killers fault you cant seem to get away, of course he is going to go after easy prey. He is the killer...that's his job. I'm not saying if you get tunnled your bad. He is gonna go for the easy kill just like you are going to save your teammates every chance you get. We are better then this, this community is so riddled with toxicity. Everything is something to complain about. I love this game, I love butt dancing at the door. Even I'm toxic as heck. But when it comes to the basic concept of the game. Complaining about infinite looping and tunneling are essentially just complaining about surviving and killing.
Let's all be better.
I would like to add as a final note that I am not trying to attack any individual and this isnt ment as an attack at all. I just want to continue enjoying the game. I've been on the opposite end of tunneling so many times. I've escaped tunnelers and I've fell victim to them. But I understand it. This Toxic Nea that butt dances not nessicarly to be mean but for fun that just needs one more hit to go back on the hook is gonna be the obvious choice versus the laurie that has DS. I just hope people understand

He's one of my favourite killers, now the only one I p3'd, and my first choice if i want to win a match. I'm good with him and he has good map pressure and chase potential. One of the few killers that are viable vs swf red ranks. I hope he doesn't get nerfed.

Even as survivor i keep getting matched with yellow rank killers (my swf is purple) and the matches just arent fun! Because the killer isn't having fun and we just end up genrushing with barely an bp or a pip
The matchmaking is such a huge problem, especially for killers who are consistently getting places with survivors who are just above their skill level. One or two could be doable but a full team and swf is just Crushing and it makes playing killer feel like a punishment. I know they wanna slow lobby times but matchmaking needs a stronger hardcap between ranks. Mid yellow should not get purple and green should not get red! You are absolutely allowed to be frustrated because it is frustrating to deal with!
The thing is, in the past i gained higher ranks (better matchmaking and more time to play) and now the only way to destroy a team is to play hillbilly (for me) and maybe huntress but not in yamaoka. Sometimes i win with the other killers but chanches are very low

What I see here is a worse Pop goes the weasel that can be removed early game.
The only upside is that it doesn't require hooking a survivor but again, those numbers are too low

I only purchased the oni because I play mostly killer and in the streams of the ptb it looked fun to play.

Getting hit isn't normally intentional. And the oni is the one who decides to use his power unlike plague.

There are some games where using headphones is essential because you have to hear every sound with different intensity to play effectively.

Didn't finist tome 1 yet, but I can say the crows one.
I often play killer and the maximum number of crows that i could find as a killer was maybe 2 #########?
Then i realized that playing survivor make crows appear everywhere so i disturbed 10 crows a match.

If you Prestige the killer you lose every perk and offering on him, he restarts at level 1 with a piece of bloody skin (Prestige 1 give the weapon) and trough the bloodweb you get slightly more rare things
