Chasing the killer when they are about to hook someone then walking round their blind side and unhooking while the killer is staring at the scratch marks and safely unhooking is satisfying

Seems like its being used more often. I've been running it alot in the past 2 weeks. But might just be more common for stunning the killer challenge

I always try my best to encourage killers who play the game like a sport, bouncing around between survivors and not immediately chasing people who've been pulled off hook. I want to keep doing this and encouraging fun behavior! But lately I've found myself muttering curses beneath my breath at killers who don't deserve it (don't worry, I keep the rude remarks to myself and always say gg).
I just want to be a positive influence, compliment others (including the killer), make everyone feel good, and share in the experience with everyone... but I'm having such a hard time staying positive.
What do you guys do to keep a positive mentality? Am I just burning myself out on the game? Should I take a weeks vacation and come back to the game bright-eyed and bushy-tailed? Any advice is welcome!
If a game is burning you out your trying to hard, honestly that's why I stopped playing COD. I wasn't enjoying my gaming anymore as I felt I HAD to be the best. Mess around with your builds and just have some fun with random set ups. And just try and pip or safety pip. At the end of the day it's a game and has no impact on your life. Just be happy

Just go grab a beer, chill out and get some time to unwind. Suicide is pointless in this game. I'm survivor based but if I'm a killer and someone suicides / DCs I just farm blood points with survivors and let them escape. It's a game. Just take it light hearted and enjoy

Nah it was constantly used first two days but people enjoy creature comforts and stick to maps they know. The new map if ridiculous as a survivor to navigate as its so dark and new. I personally love it. But 99% of my games are coldwind or azarovs

Yeah... running a bad killer the whole game just to leave with 13k BPs, or 8k if you don't escape. Takes an excellent player to pull off chases that long, and it happens lots.
I had a run of games last week where I struggled to get more thank 13k BPs, the week before I managed a 30k BP game. The amount of variables in this game makes it impossible to determine what a good player entails. Both killer and survivor. Tombstone peice with myers and unlimited EW3 means you can kill an entire team in under 2 mins and still have below 13k BPs

No. You can get chased the entire game by the killer and do no gens or heal anyone and die and your team will get more points than you by doing gens and escaping

Ye im not gonna lie, i've never played the fnaf games nor have i read any of its lore. It all just seems super boring and childish, i can't understand how anyone can find fnaf scary but maybe thats just cuz i grew up with actual horror icons like ghostface michael leatherface etc. If anyone can explain whats scary about fnaf feel free but it just looks like a game for kids to me

Pennywise, Pinhead and Jason are all constantly being worked on from what i understand. Jason got caught up by legal, Pennywise said no, and they said they wanted Pinhead. With Candyman almost 100% coming i think it's possible we'll see his brother next. Chucky i don't know about because the devs said "oh he can't reach the hook" but they could literally just give him something else. When it comes to anything else, like candyman or stranger things, it's just happens when the opportunity pops up.
What im saying is if we waited for the last icons to be added we would only be getting original chapters

Liscenses could be a problem, but yeah, iconic characters from the horror genre would be fantastic.

Demogorgan was a massive for the marketing for both parties so could see why that was in the game, DBD marketing side of the development are pretty spot on with all they have done so far

Iron Maiden. Did that perks usage recently go way up? Its pretty rare from what I recall. That could for sure be it then. Did it used to not show the scream to other survivors? This feels new to me I don't remember the screams being this way and LEgion came out a long time ago now.
I've noticed more killers using it lately as alot of survivors seem to be favouring head on

Then runs right back into the corner i down him again and try to get him to another hook he wiggles out again and goes right back again. What am i supposed to do here?

I think the event is quite fun personally. But it's all down to a matter of opinion, ghastly gateauxs are hit or miss but I've noticed a couple of laggy/buggy moments while playing yesterday. Would be funny if all moris were now the killer smashing you in the face with a bday cake

Killers do get rewarded for not camping. But I hate how people constantly moan when you have 1 person on the hook as a killer with 1 gen remaining and proxy camp. I'd rather get 1 kill than a load of tea bagging at the gate. I play myers if I'm a killer and stay in Constant teir 1 just to make people poop their pants. It's delightful. But 90% of the time I'm a survivor and I'd I get camped on the hook I move on to the next game. I hate people who moan about camping but constantly teabag and click click click.

Nah I can't see it happening, the RE franchise itself would make the DLC price be through the roof. And if anything a crimson head would be more terrifying than nemesis

I highly doubt nemesis will come to DBD as RE franchise already has a game similar... Alien could be interesting. But pans labyrinth wouldnt be good. Only see the monster for about 1 minute in the film and it just puts his eye balls into his hands

Don't get me wrong I've raged like a man possessed after getting smashed with a pallet and blinded by SWF. But wouldn't need to post a topic in here on how SWF is OP. Yeah the game can seem mighty unfair but at least we don't have to spend £60 on a game and be spammed in excess of 250gb of updates in 6 months....
