I've gotten killers from China (half a world away from where I live), so I don't know what you mean.

Why would you getting a Killer from China mean anything regarding the queue other people get?

Go play in Comp if you think Killer is so easy then.

Filtering perks would be a step too far because then that same thing would have to be given to survivors. I'm sorry but with how easy the killer experience is now, if someone can't have a good match as killer, that's on them. Survivor in the solo queue is beyond miserable and disgusting. Killer for me is disgustingly easy that I don't enjoy it anymore. Nothing in this game is fun anymore. And I have less fun as survivor because at least I can have matches where I screw around as killer and troll survivors but let them go. As survivor, all I get is the same camping or tunneling or going against a killer that has too many OP perks and other advantages in their basic power(s).

The only other thing I could recommend is splitting the game into solo mode and SWF mode where the perks would be buffed for survivors in solo mode and buffed for killers in SWF mode. If a single friend is detected amongst survivors, they would be sent to SWF mode. Other than that, this game will just get worse.

I'm sorry but with how easy the killer experience is now, if someone can't have a good match as killer, that's on them.

Yeah, no granting Survivors special rights to filter but not Killer because you think playing Killer is easy is the worst logic I heard today.

And its not even past lunch. Hows that even remotely fair? You do know the people in queue changes for diffrent areas ye?

  • @AykDanroyd said:

Sorry I don't buy it. If there are no problems with the status quo then nobody would use it. And if they use it and want to wait, then what problem is that to you? As long as the killer(s) filtered out are shown under the survivors in the lobby (so that it's transparent to fellow survivors) if you are in one with people you know, you can choose to leave that lobby if you'd rather not wait. And if there are as many people playing the game as they would like us to think, it should have a minimal effect. During the days the queue times are small anyway.

What you're saying would only happen if it ever comes to a time where killer players are all only using 1 or 2 killers, and that would be a problem with the game, nothing else. At that point people will stop playing the game because every match will be more or less the same and might as well play another game that also only has a handful of killers to play against.

Or if a new killer that almost everyone is using for a while is being filtered because survivors hate or have gotten sick of playing against that killer, it would be up to each individual survivor player to decide what they would rather do, wait a lot longer to play against other killers or say screw it and play against that killer anyway (i.e. not using the filter). So it's a freedom of choice and I'm all for that as everyone should be. What's better shorter match times or getting into a match where someone DC's almost immediately or kills themself on 1st hook which screws everything up for other players?

If there are no problems with the status quo then nobody would use it.

There is a problem that is large enough to lengthen queue times under that suggested system. Just because your suggestion fixed a perceived slight does not make the consequences on the suggestion worth implementing. That is why its a bad idea.

However if we ARE going to have such a system, I want to be able to filter out a Survivor and their perks. ahem

I know of many players (including myself) who have gotten so sick of playing against the different perks for example that they don't even want to play Killer anymore. A filter like this would only make it take slightly longer to connect to a match against another survivor who is not on the filter list and even if the wait time is considerably longer, it would be worth it for those who choose to use the filter.

Since you are all for 'freedom of choice' you should agree and let me have that.

As if there is no way to create good effects without them being very strong

and there will still be mate perks no matter what

I don't know how constructive criticism can be if it's just "oh, I don't want that"

The whole idea hinges on the idea that the effects wont be good enough to be meta. That is the problem. You would need guidelines to ensure the implementation isn't going to be bad.

That is how constructive the criticism can get with an idea so loose as this one, suggesting that it will be balanced and fixed does nothing for your idea. It only makes your idea seem loose and hollow.

Why do you even care? I gave an idea with an example

It will open up more diversity and killers will have to treat some survivors differently

We always hear killers main complain if the way the survivors are treated is changed, even in a small way

For the same reason I don't want to see the same perks every game, I don't want to see the same survivors every game with people trying to milk every edge they can from a character. I don't think that will open more diversity at all as all it would take was time and then the OP characters would have been found and you would see those skyrocket, all the time for months the same survivors.

Address the critique instead of talking about past complaints from Killers, it is not relevant.

Yeah the gen blocking would still be a one and done thing. It's just hooking a Survivor would reveal all unhooked Survivors to the killer as well. Once every Survivor has been hooked once the perk would be used up.

yeah yeah, i can see that being a thing.

  • @ReverseVelocity said:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3535353#Comment_3535353

I don't think it'd make it better than other aura reading perks, as it'd ramp down in effectiveness as you hooked more survivors. If a Survivor gets hooked at all then they wouldn't be revealed by Grim Embrace anymore.

It'd be really effective at the start of the game but it would eventually do nothing as the match runs its course. BBQ and Alien Instinct work exactly the same every time, but this proposal wouldn't.

Oh so you mean, the perk activates only 1 time so when everybody have been hooked its all over?

So its a perk to make it easy to start the game and it buys some time in the middle of the game?

  • @ReverseVelocity said:

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3535337#Comment_3535337

What if Grim Embrace revealed the auras of Survivors who haven't been hooked yet upon hooking another survivor?

It'd encourage spreading hooks while making the perk easier to activate. Sounds like a win-win situation to me.

What if Grim Embrace revealed the auras of Survivors who haven't been hooked yet upon hooking another survivor?

Do you mean every time? like on every hook and not when the perk activates?

That would make this perk better than BBQ & Alien Instinct. It would be a pretty good Aura reading perk with a build in Deadlock.

That might just be too good really. bHVR would never implement this, if they did Im going to eat my socks.

  • Are there any scientific proof that 240hz provides significant reaction time difference? I doubt it.

Seems just like a bunch of money and effort to support the most privileged in our community only.

  • So you want to make it impossible to chase another Survivor around the hook?

Seems like a bad idea to punish the Killer because they are chasing another Survivor and that survivor tries to use your new rule to slow down the Killer.

  • Then people would just always pick Survivors who have a meta perk they want to use.

  • cutting your playerbase is halves isnt having balls courage, its just a bad idea.

  • Problem is the perk only works if you can find all the Survivors at the right time, it also means you cant switch to someone else.

This perk would be so great if there was another perk which could be synergized with it. A perk that reveals the aura of the least hooked Survivor.

if that was the case buffing this perk to activate twice a match and you might have a meta strategy.

  • its very hard to do a power without it being overpowered and then everyone picks that one character.

I think Survivors should have powers but it needs to be really small power so it does not impact too much.

  • You are 1/4 correct, Yes bHVR will do balance sweeps if an idea is working at all. But the test build is also to see if it runs well, everything is working and give bug fixing a head start for patch 1.1. To say PTBs are about balancing the game perfectly before release is just false, balance as bHVR has spoken about it requires time and testing. Far more testing than is on the PTB.

Again... I accepted numerous critiques in this exact thread above your comments. I don't know how much more clear I can be.

    I offer these quotes from you for my reasoning in being combative toward your replies;

"You want two modes that removes everything you dont like to the other mode" - These are broad assumptions on my "wants" and strayed immediately from the topic at hand.

"You want bHVR to define what skilled and casual play is in DBD?"

I was very clear that yes, I do in fact want a clear definition of skilled and casual gameplay. That was what this entire discussion was about. Why are you questioning it?

If you don't want it, that's fine. I do. And I'd love to see more constructive critiques on why it would work or why it wouldn't without having my intentions called into question. The discussion is about the games potential features, not my desires.

I obviously don't like certain things like slugging 4 people to kill them on first hook or face camping but these things will continue indefinitely. If I can make any sort of positive impact toward alleviating this toxic behavior so everyone can enjoy the game more, I'll fight til the end for it.

If you don't want it, that's fine. I do. And I'd love to see more constructive critiques on why it would work or why it wouldn't without having my intentions called into question. The discussion is about the games potential features, not my desires.

Intentions for an idea matters, ofc that is going to get questioned and ultimately that is why that idea falls flat. That isn't off topic, that IS ON topic. If I see you suggesting an idea, but that idea having some implications Im gonna ask for those implications to be clarified.

Good on you, I wont however cause I will be pointing out flaws in posts I see, not for you but for bHVR. Im not going to ignore people whos ideas I disagree with far from it, im going to engage with those ideas and give my feedback on them for the betterment of the game.

If I was in that scenario, at worst I'd tunnel the crap out of the unhooker. But I wouldn't grief the player who was unhooked. I'd genuinely rather lose a kill or two if my only other option is that.

Why the unhooker? if they are healthy its just 25 seconds out the window.

  • @CatnipLove said:

If this is meant to be a game that is primarily played solo, and it's meant to be a fun party game instead of being hyper competitive, then the devs should take a sledgehammer to the worst offenders and then balance the game around what's left. Having a core component of the killer's arsenal being the ability to guarantee the death of the first survivor they find is bad design if the game is meant to be light hearted fun.

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3533402#Comment_3533402

Why would you punish the person getting unhooked? They have no control over what their teammates do.

Why would you punish the person getting unhooked? They have no control over what their teammates do.

Survivors are a team, other team members doing bad decisions is going to be of detriment of another member all time time.

Different kinds of mistakes punish different survivors.

  • Sure but look at the other side of tunneling.

    1. It helps a Killer punish an unhooking done right next to the Killer.
    2. it helps a Killer get a quick down in places they would not.

I would not call it a flaw, rather a tool which Killers can use.

My problem is how you're going about your criticisms.

"bHVR should implement good ideas, not bad ideas and those ideas are going to be discussed here before that, even if you are unwilling or unable to defend it" -- is a prime example. This is YOUR opinion, and you're attempting to sway mine. I have made my reasoning for defending my stance, and I stand by it. I have been incredibly open to suggestions and reasons it wouldn't work with other posts in my suggestion. I don't need you to tell me it won't work because you said it won't work. That's what I'm trying to tell you.

How are any of those my doing? Critique is going to happen, ideas are discussed on this forum. If you don't want to hear critique of your ideas or your defence of your ideas or be swayed by a reply or on how you dismiss critique, then you need to ignore replies. I don't see how this can be on my part here.

  • That would make a great addon, if it was 5%. 15% is just too much.

    || What rules are those? What rules of the Game is rarely followed in game? Mention the rules that are not followed. Also Source might be good too here. ||

https://deadbydaylight.com/game/ - While the game doesn't specifically define "rules", there is plenty of definition on what you're intended to do. So, by process of elimination, if a killer is meant to hook survivors and doesn't they are taking the game hostage correct? Is that not a violation? Is there not a report function for such things? Seems there are plenty of rules in place. Perhaps BHVR should properly define them...maybe with different game modes? I could type out numerous different things that both survivors and killers do that aren't intended to be in gameplay but happen. Body-blocking, face-camping, slugging, blowing gens intentionally, sandbagging, going full AFK for the length of matches...the list goes on.

    || That is a really bad way of dismissing critique of the idea. All of these questions is what bHVR needs to answer before they start development, if you cant answer them. Then what hope do you think bHVR has for answering that? ||

The intent of the forum is to suggest ideas, not define and develop the game for the team. The suggestions are taken into consideration and the proper teams get to work on development. This is how games are made, and have been made for decades. The implementation of forums is newer, but still fairly old. I don't see why I should have to define every tiny detail for the team. If legitimate interest was peaked and they couldn't develop ideas, I'm sure I'd be contacted. But I'm a nobody, with no background in game development. I'm a gamer who enjoys the game and wants to see more from it.

    || They most certainly considered it 100 times over by this point. ||

If this is true there is an adequate amount of sources for this. I'd encourage you to post sources here backing up your claim.

I offer the report system as a clear indication that rules exist within the game. If they don't, then the report system should be removed. If they do, then they need to be more clearly defined. It's not any more complicated than that. Whatever they choose to do, I will still hit Iri1 every 14th of the month, and take whatever lumps are thrown my way. I will continue to report players for their exploits and toxicity, and they will continue to have no repercussions from it. I hate to use TCM as an example, I personally haven't played it and have no intention of doing so, but many players have moved on to that game because it provided players with different experiences under the same concept of DBD. If games like that continue to come out and DBD doesn't make adjustments, they won't need to a development team anymore. Players will move on their own. Go ahead and go to Twitch and use the search term InTheFog and see how many vetted streamers with hundreds of viewers are playing DBD or TCM. Streamers like GhostArcade, SpookyLoops, Ohmwrecker and more are moving toward TCM.

I must say, I'm not intending to be crass. I'm not trying to take a stance against you personally. But overtly attacking this post numerous times for a suggestion is just a waste of time. If they want to do it they will. They probably won't. Allow the team to review the post and make their own decisions. If nothing comes of it, you won't be hurt by it. Either way it shouldn't personally affect you. I'd consider allocating your time and resources to something more productive within the forum. Attacking ideas as comment number one and saying things like "It does not make a good suggestion in my opinion if you can not define those" when the game developers can't define their own game is a little harsh. I'm not speaking ill of the team, but just making an observation in regards to your comment.

Perhaps BHVR should properly define them...maybe with different game modes? Body-blocking, face-camping, slugging, blowing gens intentionally, sandbagging, going full AFK for the length of matches...the list goes on.

And so your idea is that if that happens in this Ranked Game Mode you are banned from it?

You do know face-camping isnt against the rules right?

The intent of the forum is to suggest ideas, not define and develop the game for the team.

Sure, you can vaguely interpret the use of the forum in this way. However ideas must be able to withstand critique and the way you dismissed the critique I gave was awful. Obviously if you just want to give an idea and not respond to critique, you should just ignore it, making bad dismissals of critique only suggests the idea cant withstand simple critique.

bHVR should implement good ideas, not bad ideas and those ideas are going to be discussed here before that, even if you are unwilling or unable to defend it.

I must say, I'm not intending to be crass. I'm not trying to take a stance against you personally. But overtly attacking this post numerous times for a suggestion is just a waste of time. What's wrong with me having criticism of what I think is a bad idea? Surely bHVR needs to equally read that then too. This is exactly a good idea and good use of my time and resources, as I want to game to be better and I don't want bad ideas in the game. This IS the most productive thing I can do, Giving critique and I even was very constructive about it by asking for you to define what the rules should be, even tho you didn't provide much clarity on a rule set and then tried to dismiss the critique.

And about your accusation that I have said, is a very dishonest reading of my first comment, when I SPECIFICALLY SAID that they don't define what Skilled or Casual play is. Its not the "game" that I say they don't define, its the concepts of Skilled or Casual play that I say they don't define, I in fact don't even say they cant, I just said they don't.

I hope that clears your misunderstanding up because that's a pretty bold accusation you are making.

In regards to your reply, I can give a few brief insights.

There is, and has been, one mode of gameplay for earning progress since the games inception. The queue for this mode is notoriously bad, with some wait times being over 10 mins to find a match. It's not an every day occurance, but anyone that played BBQ event recently probably knows what I'm talking about.

With that aside, the rules that the devs of the game have established are rarely followed. What are the repercussions for not following the rules? That's right... Find a new match. Don't like the match your in because someone isn't playing properly? That's fine, just quit, but YOU will get penalized, not the guilty party. What I'm getting at here is the game punishes you for not finishing a match. A match that might not be played properly. Is it so wrong to be fed up with that? I have only been playing for a few months, and have over 5k hours. I assure you, I've hit the grind hard and seen it all the last few months. The amount of games I'd rather have quit out of because of both killer/survivors playing improperly is daunting. I wish I could conceive a number, it's probably hundreds.

Touching on Ranked Gameplay, a set amount of hours would be required to play this mode. This would allow newer players to learn the game in Casual Mode and keep a balance between the different modes population. Additionally this would provide us with a crossplatform leaderboard that all can participate in and monitor their skill and progress. Ranked mode could include rules the game has already established but with a point system that is proximity based on movement and cunning, and penalizes folks how make bad plays (like blowing gens, standing still, camping hook, missed flashlight blinds, etc.) and leaves a clear indicator of the progress you made in the match (how many gens you did, how many players you healed, how many players you hooked, etc)

I just think the game could use a real competitive mode. Would it make some folks upset? Sure it would, what doesn't? You can't please everyone. But at the end of the day, it just makes sense. The playerbase will continue to find other games if the game remains static as it is. The events are fun, they bring a lot of intrigue to players, but some people just stop playing around those times because they don't want to play it. If it had it's own event queue, people could play both.

I'm not saying this is a perfect idea, it needs a lot of development, but if it's been suggested numerous times I feel like it should be considered.

the rules that the devs of the game have established are rarely followed

What rules are those? What rules of the Game is rarely followed in game?

Mention the rules that are not followed. Also Source might be good too here.

That is a really bad way of dismissing critique of the idea. All of these questions is what bHVR needs to answer before they start development, if you cant answer them. Then what hope do you think bHVR has for answering that?

but if it's been suggested numerous times I feel like it should be considered.

They most certainly considered it 100 times over by this point.

WOO was pretty common before, but these chase builds tend to have it with MFT Resil Hope so it's being picked even more.

I would love to know the Survive rate with WOO + MFT, I think that could be a spicy combo.

  • An argument about Windows of Opportunity is pointless unless we know the escape rate of people who use this perk or also I want to know if people who use this perk lasts longer in a chase than what is reasonably expected or fair for the game.

I know everyone just says the only stats we see is the Kill rates or Usage Rate, so that is the reasons bHVR nerfs or buffs them, but just because you are not told the exact stats and details regarding a change don't mean those details don't exist. bHVR has data engineers who sift through the datas to bring answers to the game designers, if all that was ever considered was kill rate and usage rate this game would look SOO DIFFRENT.

  • I keep seeing this suggestion on here these forums, but I never hear the posts address the issues with those ideas.

1 . Splitting the player base between two queues.

2 . The Subjectivity of Skill, Toxic, Ranked and Casual

The first is ofc just a general problem with numbers, you will piss of a lot of players if Queue time takes too long, but the second point is nobody even bHVR defines what is skilled play, toxic, ranked or casual. Not even everybody here will agree. "Why are you Camping in Free For All?" "Why are you BM'ing in this mode?"

I suggest a Rank Matchmaking and Casual Matchmaking setting where rules are clearly enforced

Its clear what you guys want, You want two modes that removes everything you dont like to the other mode, but nobody who writes these posts I have not seen them get into specifics of defining the rules fully. It does not make a good suggestion in my opinion if you can not define those.

You want bHVR to define what skilled and casual play is in DBD? I doubt bHVR could, they would know those concepts being ill definable. Which I believe to be the reason why bHVR has not created such a mode yet other than the fact you would be splitting the playerbase.

  • I prefer the map to have hooks tied to the map, it just looks bad to have the environment clash to much.

  • @Mandy said:

Can confirm that this is not a bug. We are conducting some ongoing tests with some players, and we're always looking to improve the player experience within the game. We will be monitoring the feedback closely on this.

Here is some feedback for it.

Are there any updates on that? The only thing I heard on a past stream was like "they'll add a new feature" but then no update whatsoever about that.

Not on Skuller Merchant, reworks take a long time. Play testing to see if bHVR likes how it plays and then finalizing it

What other feature did you see mentioned on Steam perhaps I can help. In regards to features these are coming:

    1. Face Camping Resolution - aka if face camped the Survivor can unhook themselves.
    2. Killer FOV Sliders
    3. 3 Gen prevention - aka making 3 genning impossible for all Killers.

These 2 should be with us before New Year if everything goes according to schedule, FOV Sliders early next year.

There is also a twins rework which should come early next year, assuming Skullface Merchant is after that. Maybe Spring?

  • Well bHVR is implementing a anti three gen function to stop future 3 genners and they are likely going to or doing so atm, reworking it.

They left some bp perks, and all "meme" addons, so its not about removing bp bonusses.

Also. I also think its at unlikely at best, for devs to introduce duch perks. And yet, it does not stopped me to post suche idea. You know why? Because it does nor matter. BHVR willingness either straight said or showed on previous actions is nowhwre near to real argument about validity of suggestion. If You have some criticism about idea on its own then be my guest. But if your argument is "BHVR will not add bp perk", then: 1. You put words to someone elses mouths. 2. You have basically nothing to say.

    https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3526677#Comment_3526677

Its actually the opposite, in terms of progress. The raster You kill survivors, the more pipes You get.

As for bp You are right im some aspects. More hooks - more bp from sacrifice category. But 8 hooks and no kills gratis You less bp than 4 hooks that killed all survs.

But it also does not matter. Even if You would be right. I still think that having perk that gives You bonusses for healthier gameplay is advantageous, especially that if one dont want to use it, noone is forcing it.

They left some bp perks, and all "meme" addons, so its not about removing bp bonusses.

I never said it was about just removing bps bonuses.

    From: https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/kb/articles/337-developer-update-june-2022

    image.png

Its pretty clear, they DONT want perks like this anymore. Also there is no need they over-halfed the progression already.

This makes a lot of sense, since the reason people pick those perks should be for the perk value. not the bonus.

Your idea here isn't new and is just a step backwards. I don't think greed is a good as a motivating factor on a perk.

You want to say here, that you dont like healthy perk with bloodpoint bonus, or that you have nothing constructive to say?

Being oppose just because someone else is, is not valid criticism.

What @FFirebrandd points out here is perfectly valid criticism, what they are asking you is:

If bHVR removed bloodpoints bonus from BBQ and WGLF because people were using the perk even if it was detrimental to themselves. And not because of the Perk's utility in a match, What makes you think they will add that bonus in again for your perk idea?

Indeed if we believe bHVR's previous justification, I dont think another perk like that is at all likely.

  • bHVR would never just take a fan submitted rework and just lift it for implementation.

  • uhm no they should buff weak killers so they can keep not make a separate game mode for them.

  • Sorry, due to the licencing issue that wont be possible. But I would send an email for Netflix and let them know how you feel about it, because it would be currently in breach of contract to reinstate those in the store.

Way too situational to consider it a problem and won't be too different to a current iteration of a perk.

nah mate. that one is super obvious. its clearly a no go.

  • Like for instance when I get denied a down via a endurance perk, idd like to know which one.

How would you make it not too similar to Knight?

Knight's guards don't fly after Survivors like a Spy drone does, Knight's is a somewhat active chase. Drones don't need to be that.

  •  killer have to leave survs alone to the point he dont know where they are,

There should not be perks for people who dont want to play the game.

yeah, I like the reference but it just doesn't work.

but I like prowling mode more.

    crawling sounds slow...

Prowling is good. yeah, thats even better.

  • Runner mode is a reference to the Runner Alien, but its needlessly confusing.

Crawling Mode makes much more sense to say.

  • A Rocket launcher Mori would be great.

    1. If im so weaker than survivors, then game did poor job with matchmaking and the whole MMR is exactly for that (you had one job). So i find no issue with little help, especially that this help is not costless. Even if im not doing this on my own, i at least spent 1 perk slot for this help. If i get weaker survivors because of this the next time (i doubt that with better survivors i will be able to win a match just because i prematurely broke shack pallete, but lets assume that), i will have no value of this perk because i will find survs more easly and perk will not activate.
    2. If i use this perk on purpouse of prematurely breaking shack pallete, i will have to avoid survivors at all cost, and thus let them do gens as they wish. Idk what value would be best but it has to be between 40-70s (less is too short, more means noone will every use this perk). Assuming 40s. Its still whole gen done by 4 people or 4 gens done in almost 50%. Remember that each time i chase survivors, the timer stops, and every time i brake the pallete, the timer resets.
    3. If survivors assume or guess i have this perk, its not difficult to stop the timer or waste perk by pre dropping. High MMR survivors will find no issue at all, because on their matches even 15 seconds charge would be too much to activate this perk. Remember that survivors have much easier to find killer and thus stop the timer than killer to find survivors.

If you get a bad matchmaking, just take it on the chin. There dont need to be a perk for that.

  • The Knight's base movement changed from 4.6m/s to 4.4m/s

in exchange for further complicating the use of the Power and making the Killer M1 based. 🤢

No Thanks, I don't know why people become P100 to make an argument to destroy the Killer for the rest of us.

I like the Knight as he is, his simple to play, fun and powerful. Keep it Simple.

Why on earth would I ever want to destroy that? So Survivors can feel entertained when chased? What a one sided argument, there are loads of things in the game that Survivors do that are boring for Killers too. So why do Survivors deserve special treatment in getting my fav Killer gutted? They don't deserve that ofc.

Even though it costs me kills, I actually like it - it makes guarding the hook a more involved process.

Do you think it results into a noticeable Kill rate reduction?

  • There is no need, if you want to forfeit the game just quit and dc.

  • @Archael said:

If i would be able (with this perk) to destroy pallete, it would means that survivors used their resourcess called "stealth". Once killer apply any pressure, this perk would be useless. If one would like to take advantage of it, you should concentrate on gens and do 5 before first hook.

If you are bad at finding Survivors, Why should that mean you get to freely destroy the Survivor's resources?

I disagree, I don't see any problem with receiving an alert when under the effect of the killer instinct, the obsession object only works with detectable killers, my idea was to notify the aura reading even by stealth killers, but it would not reveal the killer's aura

Thanks for telling me you disagree, but you not seeing a problem with it does not undermine the design intention about Killer Instinct. Loads of Killer's Powers will malfunction by this.

  • bHVR could do some quality of life improvements to make him more fun to play as.

    1. Making sure surfaces are easier to land a camera on.
    2. make cameras auto target survivors or give a sound
    3. reduce the delay after teleporting, (this is the worst experience)

Its a start, but I think they have already settled on a player group who is now the target demographic so the rest of us just bought the cat in the bag on this one.

I have yet to see bHVR actually try hard at making Killers pleasant to play. So we are in dead water requesting QoL for Singularity- as far as I know. As long as bHVR is content with the players who have now picked up Singularity they are maybe gonna balance a lil but QoL??? No that is SUPER SUPER SUPER rare.
