I think they've also put in her lore that she's autistic but they never made a big song or dance about it, so it's a very subtle detail in her lore, which is just *chefs kiss* yes bhvr.

They've proven that they can show representation really well, for example, Claudette was the first POC woman to be added to Dead by Daylight, but they didn't make it about her race specifically, they made it about who she is as a person (a studious botanist).

Killers who fail to understand that it can be countered, yes. However that's not all killers, I want to avoid generalising there.

I'd like to argue that Jason is still possible in the future even with his own game (that's been discontinued by the way).
The difference between Jason and FNAF is Jason is one of the iconic slashers, whereas compared to FNAF, it's just a horror game with jumpscares. I don't mind either chapter coming into Dead by Daylight, but when you compare the two franchises, which one would you go for first? I know I'd definitely go for Jason, he would allow me to feel that the killer roster is complete.

It may be part of both characters lore, but again it's not LGBT+ themed it's clearly music or sound themed.

If the new content does come out and does feature an LGBT character then awesome! If it sucks content-wise then it should still be stated. They didn't explicity say that they'd add LGBTQ characters but they heavily suggested it.
Edit: My bad, I thought you were talking about adding LGBT content to the game as a whole, not this specific chapter. Overall, I guess my point still stands that it's highly likely we'll get a LGBT chapter.

The add-on itself isn't toxic, it's crutch I agree, but like others have said, it isn't toxic. It's only toxic if the player is using it for the sole purpose of pissing off the other side.

If you memorise totem placements, they become easier to find.
For example, the most common locations for totems to spawn are places like these on the Autohaven wreckers maps:

This is why I prefer Inner Strength, I even recommended it to my friends over Self-Care.
Inner Strength only takes 10/9/8 seconds to heal yourself and it can't be counteracted by sloppy butcher or any healing speed debuff perks. Plus, it saves you more time than self-care would if someone was on a hook.

I'm gonna be honest, I am 100% sure it'll be original. As I already said, Mightee One doesn't exist. In real life, or any kind of media. They've never changed their twitter before for licensed killers either, and it's normally pretty damn obvious when it is. In the past few licensed chapter's we have known pretty early on. And there is no way BHVR would be allowed to use another companies name and logo legally.
Netflix mentioned working with BHVR in a Twitter post, thus we got Demo.
The guy who owns the Ghostface mask dropped some pretty "subtle" hints about Ghostie coming to DbD, and he was just straight up leaked.
The 4th Anniversary Logo was incredibly obvious.
To be fair though, I wasn't around when Pig and all the others licensed came out, so I can't say for them.
Why are people so against original killers? They're almost always better, but that's just my opinion.
Pig was the first killer I was present for after starting the game (which was in January 2018, I started in November 2017) and I remember on a developer stream, they showcased what Pig's perk 'Hangman's trick' did while showing us the icon. I believe they did this to convince people that the killer would be called "The hangman" or something. At some other point during the stream, they showcased what Tapp's perk 'Tenacity' does, but they didn't show the icon as they didn't want to spoil what the chapter was.

This video was broadcasted after Pig had a teaser trailer (although because of the context, hers was more easier to figure out). At the time, most people assumed it would be John Kramer as the killer, there was a leak on twitter of how the power would work and most people were excited. I remember the night she came out and my first match against her was on the Thompson house. It went pretty well, at first the reverse bear trap mechanic confused me but I figured it out. Because I was a rebellious teen at the time and I had school the next day, I thought I'd play a couple of games as the Pig while keeping my tv on low volume. They went pretty well, I got a couple of kills with them too.
I don't know why I wrote all of that, but that was my experience with the Pig.

It wouldn't and maybe I worded it in the wrong way, but that's not how I meant it.
My point was, although representation is necessary, in a game like dbd, it's not exactly a top priority, as your top priority is trying to survive a merciless killer. I added cooperation into my original comment because that's how I view the survivors working together.

I can understand both sides.
Yes, representation is extremely important and the media is the best place to show it.
However, you could argue that dbd is a game all about working cooperatively and trying to survive a merciless killer, and therefore, representation isn't a top priority.

I had a match last week where this Claudette led the killer right to my location every time and repeatedly unhooked me just so the killer could get his 3k and the Claudette could get the hatch. Teabagging thinking she was cool and powerful behind that screen.
