If I can tell someone is trying to do a tome challenge or an achievement I will always help them if I can.
-
I agree. Between the lobby dodging, or being targeted because a killer wants a P100 kill on their resume, its just best all round to hide them til post game.
-
Mikey main here. Anyone who said J Myers memorial for him is correct. That 25% extra stalking speed is so nice its hard to imagine life without it. Really helps get your tier 3 ready to pop.
-
Mixed. I encountered a couple of cheaters in my killer games. The survivor games have been ok-ish.
-
Skull Merchant.
Bad design, stupid lore, obnoxious to face.

Corrupt intervention
What about it?
-
Generally killer.
But solo queue survivor has its moments that can rival the worst killer games.

Technically Hex Perks give survivors bloodpoints because cleansing a Hex is worth more BP...
Difference is cleansing a hex usually doesn't help the killer. I can't think of a scenario where a survivor doing nothing for 2 minutes is not beneficial to the killer.
-
No please let's not incentivize people into throwing matches.
-
It goes without saying the number of pallets on this map, the majority of them being safe too, is ridiculous.
-
Mikey on indoor maps. Especially if he's got Monitor or dead rabbit, or doing one of the mirror builds.
-
Just hide the prestige levels til post game. Simple as that.
-
It is coming up on the road map for a change. So its probably getting nerfed.
-
That's very odd. I got it doing the gen with another team mate.
-
Amazing. Well done 👍
-
I feel this pain. I had a Sable sat in the basement by herself doing that at five gens while this Blight was tunneling a team mate, and myself and the other player were trying to do gens.
Solo queue might have reached new depths of hell. Honestly that's impressive considering how awful it already was before.
-
I mean you're dead either way at this stage.
You can tell the Myers is going for the achievement if they are standing at the locker hoping you'll come out. A Myers who is just doing tombstone for fun will just yank you out, hook you, and end the match. They won't care.
Its a really hard achievement to get. You lose nothing by just letting them tombstone you, and you help a fellow Dbd player out. I know you're not obligated, morally or otherwise, to help out another player. Its just a case of being nice and doing someone a solid when it literally costs you nothing.
-
It's in the original movie so they have a reasonable shot at getting it.
-
I wasn't around for it but year 1 has my favourite killer and survivor.
-
I'm almost positive they said Freddy is on the radar for some changes in that Twitter Q&A they did a few months ago. I know they confirmed Mikey is down for one;
I wish I had taken a screenshot of it, too, for @GeneralV
-
I understand killers who tunnel when they're losing gens. It's the ones who hard tunnel at five gens that I find irritating. It's usually strong killers too like Nurses, Blights, Spirits etc in my experience.
-
Hag. As long as they don't put a ton of traps around a hook and then proxy camp.

Isn’t Myers also responsible for saving DbD? I wasn’t around at the time but I read the game was in bad Shape and his chapter saved it.
I don't know if he saved Dbd but I am pretty sure he was a significant factor in putting it on the map.
-
I think the common opinions here are the houses are too strong, whereas the rest of the map has too many dead zones like in the street.
-
Congratulations 🥳🎉
-
Michael Myers and the whole Halloween chapter.
Michael and Haddonfield need some balance changes but I love the heck out of them. Getting to play my favourite iconic killer and a location from my favourite horror franchise never ceases to make me happy.

I play to get saves and memes so gens aren't part of my game loop. You doing gens and not getting downed ruins my game loop so you need to start playing competently for my playstyle.
So you're playing survivor but you're not helping do the objective in order to survive and you want your team mates to go down instead of doing the objective they're supposed to do.
Is that what you're telling me?
-
@Hexling said:
NEWS FLASH NOT EVERFYONE WANTS TO PLAY THE GAME THE WAY YOU DO!!!!
You mean play competently?
-
Solo queue team mates are often the killer's best friend. Wandering around doing nothing for most of the match, or wasting good pallets, or feeding certain killers their power easily (Oni, Myers, Plague etc).
-
Laurie Strode because I am a huge Halloween fan.
Hag for killer because I love her tragic backstory (not the rubbish they did for her tome), but the one where she came from an old tribal village and got abducted and ravaged by cannibals.
-
Solo queue is hell on earth. But what else is new.
-
Spooky Mikey is awesome. On both sides. There's tons of compilation videos out there of people getting spooped by it. They're hilarious.
-
Indoor maps. Most people seem to dislike them but I don't. On either side.

This is the same with going anon mode, I prefer this as my region (OCE) is rather small and we all know people in DBD can be a bit weird and have vendettas for no obvious reason, so clicking one option avoids almost all drama but it really seems to bother other people that I choose anon most of the time.
I hope they do add the hide option for P100's, surely it wouldn't be that hard to do? Just not a priority for BHVR I guess...
Exactly. Certain servers are smaller than others. And you often run into the same players over and over. People can hold petty grudges and vendettas. Anon mode has been a huge help against that. I believe hiding prestige levels would be a great help, too.

Yeah, and that outcome would really bother me. There's zero reason to not institute a toggle like how anon mode is set up.
There's zero reason why it should bother you. But there's plenty of reasons why hiding prestige levels is a positive.
-
I will take the dodges and the tunneling. I will never abandon Dweet.
But honestly they just need to hide prestige levels in pre game lobbies. They were doing something similar before nearly two years ago when they were hiding everyone's rank. Even the killer's. In post game screen too.
-
Faced a vanity mirror Mikey on Midwich. Got a lot good jump scares. Was very enjoyable and reminded me of the old days of Dbd.
-
Haddonfield. Visually great, I am a huge Halloween fan, and I usually do well on it with Mikey.

Leader
it’s not much but being able to get 25% healed faster against a killer that zooms back to the hook is nice and plus you can give your teammates a 25% boost to the gate (old wake up numbers) while you go to unhook another guy
YES. I love Leader. I replaced Prove with it in my main build and I get a lot of value from it. Everything from faster heals, faster unhooks, faster exit gate opening etc.
-
As a P100 Dweet the lobby dodging is more frequent than being tunneled for it. I honestly think prestige should be hidden til end game. Its not information the killer needs to know. Prestige is not a reflection of skill level.
-
No thanks. I think the less communication after a match the better. Nine times out of ten its salt.
-
Only on Gideon.
-
The Game has a basement. All maps have a basement.
-
Possible DS buff on the road map. Other than that it's a barren looking future so far for survivor.
-
Pure relief to see Twins. That's rare.
Honestly it would be easier to list killers I groan at when I see them. Skull Merchant, Pinhead, Knight, Blight. The rest I love facing or am indifferent to.
-
There's so many other killers crying out for some kind of buff to their base kits. But Huntress is the one they chose to give it to. Mind boggling.
-
Those Huntress buffs are completely unnecessary. The rest seem fine overall.

I mean what you are really expecting if you keep those players in game?
They will run to killer and die anyway. Or they will play hide and seek for hatch and leave all team to die.
You can't really expect from them to progress game if they don't wanna part of it.
This. You can't force players to play out a match.
They put in the option to try and escape off hook. If they don't want players to kill themselves on hook then remove the ability to do it unless the killer is camping and you can unhook yourself. But even then you're still down a team mate if said player doesn't want to play. They'll just go afk til the match ends.
