Talk about lethal pursuer value 🤡

Tombstone Myers is very happy that people are having so much fun playing against him.
As they should. Getting penetrated by Mikey is a privilege.

I sincerely hope it never ever gets added.

Not too much new stuff. Biggest surprise for me was seeing Myers and Ghostie in top 10.
They ask for more ideas near the end; I'd love to see frequency of each individual kill rate per killer and overall.
What does the community think about these stats and what other stats do you want to see?
Mikey is always in the top 10 pick rates every time they release stats like this. Always. Pretty sure he's always in the top 10 of Knightlight's monthly stats, too.
Mikey players stand strong.

The only correct answer. If you disagree, then you are incorrect and you will always have to live with the knowledge that on this day, you as a DBD forums user were mistaken.
A very giving killer delivering milk to survivors.
-
Michael's partially burned mask from Halloween Kills
-
Always to Dwights.
I will also give it to someone who has been screwed over during the match like left to go second stage on their first hook for example.
-
Singularity is an interesting one. I always envisioned him having Terminator level strength for some reason like all future cyborgs that turn on humanity.
-
My main is Michael and I play him all the time. The only times I don't use him on killer is for killer specific dailies and tome challenges.
I have never grown bored of him because he's fun and very versatile with builds and play styles. Plus I just love the feeling of being Michael Myers.
-
Mikey. I love when they moonwalk.
Huntress because she sounds so PISSED when she gets stunned.
Billy because his roars when he charges with his chainsaw make me laugh. EUUUURRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH.
-
Be mindful of which gens you're repairing. I know three gen situations are more difficult now for killers, but the remaining three gens being close together can make it much easier for the killer to catch survivors, or drag a match out longer than necessary.
-
My goodness if you relied on that perk to find survivors then I am sorry but that is a skill issue on your part.

I utterly hate going against scratch mirror. It's really boring and I don't recall ever being scared by it. It's a really predictable playstyle and most of them refuse to chase, eventually down someone and then just hook camp.
And you send them to an awful map on top of it.
But like, yeah, they shouldn't have been horrible to you in the end game chat.
Of course they refuse to chase. Its tier 1 Michael. He's not a chaser. The whole purpose of the build is for jump scares. If it was a chaser build then they wouldn't burn indoor maps. They could chase you on any map.
Scratched mirror is fun to play and play against IMO. But even the most fun things are not going to be universally loved by everyone. Especially in Dbd.
-
Baby survivors I will just let live. I rarely get baby killers but if I do I will give them a run but I will also let them have the kill because my solo team mates sure don't show kindness usually.

You think thats bad, try doing it twice bc ps4 to ps5 trophies didn't transfer
Mine did thankfully. Three days after I did all the base game ones for the platinum 😑
-
I feel cheated. I had to do the three in one match 😪
-
Oh my gosh please bring this back in some form. That's one of my favorite music themes from the original movie. Its so eerie. I distinctly remember it playing at the infamous Myers in the bush moment
-
Easily. I'd even put them in the same sentence as Nurse as Victor is far too oppressive with no real counterplay.
-
I found that rare killer running mad grit. I was lucky.
-
Ego. "Watch me leave. I am so good."

Ive yet to even survive against him. Last match, 2 gens done, match before he two hooked everyone before a gen was even completed. Then he sat in the corner (I'm assuming to let us go so it looks like he is under powered) or just a nice guy.... regardless... He dominated every match I've played against him so I'm trying to figure out where all the crying is coming from. When I'm playing him (against not a killer main nor running sweaty) I usually win. Please explain the outcry for a buff?
There's a lot of reasons why this can happen. The primary reason why I lose to killers who in my opinion were not playing well is because my team mates played worse. It doesn't matter how bad a killer is if the majority of the team they're facing are not good, they can win.
That's not a reflection on Freddy. That's a reflection of solo queue. I am assuming you usually play solo queue because if you're in a swf then you should not be losing constantly to Freddy.
-
I concur. Simple change that would help a lot.
-
I would almost think its reverse psychology attempt. Trying to convince people its not worth running because they don't want to be hit with a five second stun.
-
A Skull Merchant gave up? Usually its the other way around.

Because there is a tunnelling epidemic at present and a lot of bad players are getting easy wins from targeting the first less experienced survivor they find and relentlessly tunnelling them out of the match.
In my over 4k hours since 2019 I have never seen tunnelling like we have now and it is handing very unskilled players wins they don't really deserve and now they are crying that tunnelling will not be the easy win it has been.
This.

Congrats to the most dedicated Freddy player out there 👍

Buff: Mikey Myers. My boy doesn't need a rework. The core premise of Mikey's power in Dbd is perfect and captures the essence of his character. It just needs some buffs, and of course some of his add ons need changing or complete removal (tombstone piece).
Rework: Freddy. What more needs to be said. He is in a sorry state. A complete rework is what Mr Krueger needs.

I am sorry I know I look super boring but I rarely venture from my two mains unless its for dailies or tome challenges.
-
I got lucky with it getting a killer who was running mad grit.
-
Love the DS buff, the Haddonfield changes sound good, and I am glad ultimate weapon got nerfed.
The Twins rework overall sounds ok, though Victor not being able to attach to healthy survivors sounds like it might hurt as it's now on Charlotte to get an M1 hit in order to use Victor.
Adrenaline change is awful though and completely unnecessary.
-
That's all it needed. Good change.
-
Victor looks like he's whispering in Dwight's ear 😄
My guess is that once Victor downs you he stays on you. They can't mass slug with him any more.

That dark blue sweater should be possible because it's from the first movie which they have license to.
-
No never. My prestige level on the other hand....
-
Cautiously optimistic. Their reworks can be hit (Billy) or miss (Skull Merchant).
-
I've have only done P100 on the characters I main. Which is two. One on killer and survivor. They're the characters I am predominantly playing.
The only issue I have come across is on the survivor side. That's mainly with the lobby dodging. Some players are so intimidated by that 100 over your survivor. Even though prestige and skill are not remotely linked at all.
-
If we could get just one more cosmetic each for Laurie and Michael my ideal choices would be from the newer Halloween movies. Older bad ass Laurie and Michael's aged/partially burned mask;
-
I remember when I got this. It was on Disturbed Ward and this Trapper pretty much focused this one player for the entire match. I think it was a Claudette and she ran him for the five gens.
-
Playable yes. Enjoyable no. Unless you're in a full swf.
-
I see two car pallet loops. That's more than you usually get in the street.
Hopefully they balanced the house loops too.
-
Just be a Dweet. Simple as that.

That's the thing... the survivor's objective is to escape, not just complete all the generators. A match won by killing all survivors with 5 gens left isn't worth more than one won by killing everyone with 0 gens left; by the game's standard, both are wins.
In higher MMR games, where both sides efficiently abuse good/bad tiles, gen spawns, etc., it's more common to have close matches that end with 1 gen left or right after the last gen is done. Adrenaline removes ALL the pressure the killer has been building, simply by having this perk and playing as you normally would.
Both NOED and Adrenaline completely switch the winning odds from one side to the other instantly, which is awful design. NOED could be disabled by cleansing all totems, but Adrenaline can't be avoided because "killing all survivors before 5 gens" isn't something you can consistently do against good survivors, EVEN if you're pretty cracked. Matches that aren't a complete stomp are usually pretty close, and the endgame is just another phase of the match. Saying that it's okay to have OP perks simply because all gens are done ignores the fact that the match isn't over yet. I would agree with this statement if Adrenaline only proc'd when the exit gates are opened/hatch closed because by then, it's almost entirely the killer's fault. Otherwise, having all gens done does not equal "killer failed".
Escaping is only possible if the five gens get done. You don't get two, three, or four survivors out of an exit gate otherwise. That's the difference between the killer and survivor objectives. Kills are kills regardless of how many gens are left. But with survivor you're only getting most or all of the team out if you get all five gens done. Simple as that. So Adrenaline rewarding that is completely fair IMO.
Listen you're moving the discussion into areas of bad RNG on tiles, gens etc. That's not Adrenaline's fault. That's poor map design. Survivors can just as easily get screwed by bad RNG that favors killers. Plenty of maps with awful dead zones, gens clustered together that make it easier to defend etc. Cuts both ways and you don't blame the killers or their perks for that.
Cleansing all five totems is not something you can consistently do as survivor either, unless you're a four man swf, and in that situation Noed is not something you really need to be concerned about. Whereas in solo queue you very rarely have the time to be going around totem hunting along with doing gens, running the killer, and doing hook saves. Especially if the killer is playing well and keeping pressure on the team. Sadly its not that simple in solo because solo is not that coordinated, and most players don't want to waste time trying to nullify a perk that the killer may not even be running.

The match isnt over because survivors did 5 gens, you have to escape to survive. Adrenaline also punish the killer for playing hit and run and spreading the pressure, which is the most fun playstyle.
But youre right, it isnt a fair comparison. NOED could be disabled before it proc'd, Adrenaline dont.
I didn't say the match was over. Adrenaline only props if the killer failed to stop five gens getting done. So saying it punishes the killer is very apt don't you think. Survivors get rewarded for successfully completing their objective and the killer gets punished for failing to stop it. I don't see why that is so unfair.
Listen I don't want to get petty and pedantic here, but if you're going down that road then you can just as easily say Adrenaline can be disabled before it proc'd too by killing the survivors before they can get to end game.

Before NOED was nerfed, everyone, including killer mains, agreed that it was a crutch perk that could turn a 0k into a 4k with no skill whatsoever. Just an overall badly designed perk because of its impact.
Now that NOED has been nerfed, and the focus has shifted to its Survivor alternative, it's suddenly okay to have such a perk. No longer is it a problem for a single perk to be able to turn a 4k into a 0k, with no counterplay whatsoever. "Just kill every survivor before 5 gens, dude!" is not a counter. The end game is just another phase of the match; the game isn't over because survivors completed all gens.
The main reason NOED was hated was that it was a crutch that made your progress feel useless since it killed any momentum instantly, with no warning. Adrenaline does the exact same thing, but it's suddenly okay for some reason, lmao.
I never felt that was a fair comparison.
Adrenaline rewards the survivors for completing their objectives. Its not just a free health state for doing nothing. Even if you're not the one who completed most of the gens, you could be the survivor who kept the killer busy so gens got done. Survivor is supposed to be a team effort. Noed gives the killer an insta down and speed boost because they lost the five gens. At least with other end game killer perks like No way out, Remember me, Bloodwarden etc they have to earn them to get them going.
As a killer do you really feel accomplished because you got a kill from Noed? I know I personally wouldn't. I didn't do anything to earn free insta down. Its like old dead hard. I don't feel like I am a good looper because I pressed a button for a perk that gave me free distance just because I got injured.

i love this argument, my dude the game is DESGINED for the survivors to have an advantage early game it's designed for killers to have an advantage end game and for them to get two kills and two escapes so stop saying "Oh if u haven't killed any1 survivors should get health states for doing nothing." no, it's the opposite actually. This argument is dumb and ppl need to stop.
you either get an early game advantage or you get an endgame advantage you can't have both.
Lethal pursuer, corrupt intervention, no way out, Noed, remember me etc.
Adrenaline is not even a contender for problematic perks. It's fine the way it is.
-
If you're playing solo queue then I don't blame people for not bringing BP offerings as the quality of team mates in solo is usually not very good.
It's not a personal thing just a solo queue issue.
-
This was super frustrating. The only reason I got it was because I was stupidly lucky to get a killer running a mad grit build. I have never been so happy to see that perk.
-
Bubba. He's vanished into the forgotten realm ever since Billy reclaimed his king chainsaw crown.
-
Dislike for facing a killer is not always related to the strength of the killer.
For example Legion is not strong by any stretch of the imagination but a lot of people don't like facing them because they're tedious with the constant mending.
I know some people who don't like facing Freddy because they just find him dull. They think his power is boring, the dream world offers nothing unique like it did with old Freddy where being awake or asleep really mattered for Freddy to interact with survivors.
