Ghostface is a killer in the iconic mask. Scream/Sidney/Black robe look are different rights than what bhvr acquired
They only bought rights to the mask/idea the rest they seemingly made on their own.
The add-ons also mention Florida as the location a place never in Scream.
This is why the killer in scream tv wasn't Ghostface.

They do not have the rights to "Scream" I do not believe. I might be wrong. The Ghostface mask is owned by a separate company. It is highly unlikely this will be a "Scream" chapter, but more of a "Ghostface" chapter. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think so.
That is why he didn't have a ALL BLACK outfit with the drooping arm sleeves. The mask is from Scream yes, they used that mask in Scream yes, but they probably don't have the license to the Scream movies.
The cosmetics are different from the movies... there was no mention of a new map or survivor in anyway... They could still be added yes, but I highly doubt it.
BHVR has the rights to the Ghostface mask more than likely. Which is separate from the Scream franchise.

I don't really the trails from his clothes. I hope they didn't add that to prevent any "Scream" infringement. I just don't like how it floats around when he's still.

I'm sure that Ghostface will come alone, and sooner than we think. I say he's out just before or right at the anniversary.
The Ghostface mask... is a separate thing from the Scream movies. BHVR have gotten the license to the Ghostface mask and likeness, nothing from the movie as of yet at least.
So I'm 90% sure it will be a stand alone killer, which is fine. I hope they make a high school map for him, just don't call it Woodsboro etc...
Still hyped as #########. They got the license to use the mask, but not the killer from "Scream". Works for me.

The Ash thing was called a "chapter" and we got just him.
I'm certain this Ghostface thing will be just the killer. Which I'm cool with.

Is there any news or concern about in game collectibles for lore? This could be somewhat of a side objective. Having lots of collectibles in scattered in the maps. Like newspaper clipping of the person's demise?

The cosmetics are amazing. They are great... they are just awesome yes.
I just really hate the price point of them. I know we have the option to hardcore grind for some, but damn man.
With the broken Devotion system and only getting 300 shards from 51-100 in level... what is the point? I'd be okay if they actually fixed the progression in shard rewards in the devotion system

This is called broken logic. Why nerf a powerful killer to make others play a variety of killers?
That makes no sense. You're just increasing a problem.
They need to take 4 of the least played killers, and simple buff them in small ways. Make it to where the 4 least played killers become very difficult to place in a tier. Make it very debatable.
Right now, the great great consensus is...
FREDDY, TRAPPER, LEGION and probably PIG or CLOWN.
Just take those 4, and BUFF. I know Trapper got a small rework last year, but make these 4 stronger. And that will shake things up. Not every killer can be top tier. I get that. I think the Hag is perfectly balanced for example.
The power role should be powerful. We don't need to take a powerful killer and make them weaker.
Take weaker killers and make them more powerful.
This kind of flawed logic blows my mind man.

These all look very cool. I'm excited... and I'll probably spend real money on this one. I hope he comes out powerful and unique. It seems like he will be. Not every killer needs to be in the Trapper/Freddy/Pig range man....
We need more Myers/Doctor/Hag killers or preferably more Billy and Nurses.
I see the add ons seem to be mostly strong. The Ghost Caught on Tape one should be moderately decreases gains when NOT peaking.
This considerably and considerably crap is annoying. Ultra rares should be powerful and have little to no drawback. Some drawback is okay, but to do it considerably and considerably is annoying. Who knows how this power works though?
He seems like a reverse Myers. Which is cool.

Scream is just as iconic as Leatherface I'd say, but not quite well known as Freddy.
Some people are acting like they are bringing in someone like Pumpkinhead... now that would be underwhelming. I would love it lol

People don't get him because they are young. That is my point. Just because they don't get him doesn't mean he sucks or shouldn't be in the game. He'll fit perfectly in this game.

I've heard somethings about people being mad about Ghostface entering the game but when i look around the only negativity i see is directed towards the developers for sucking a keeping secrets?
I've heard some buzz in negative ways. Who cares though? People suck in general.
I'm just happy to get him in the game. I don't really care. I'm actually excited for this. I was born in the 80s, and grew up with the Scream movies hitting hard. This is going to be cool.
Anyone under the age of 20 won't get it probably. Like most things in the world.

It is very very possible and likely that he's a standalone thing. He might have his own map, and I hope he does.
I'd be cool with just him and a new map. I would assume they could do the highschool but would need a license for it still right?
I'm quite certain that Scream and Ghostface are 2 different things. Like getting the license for "Ghostface" character is probably much cheaper than for a "Scream" DLC.
He'll probably be by himself. Bank on it.
I hope he has a survivor like Sidney or Randy even... but if not that's cool I'm not expecting it.

Society in general is insane, and these younger people are "mostly" liberal insane people which drives poor judgement and poor behaviour.
The internet is big, and it helps a lot of people hide behind other identities. What if.... once a year you were faced to deal with someone you harassed in person? No laws. No police.
That would change people's tune.
Anyways. Christ saves all. He has risen and if more people believed... gaming... and LIFE in general would be a better place.

It can be balanced but a 4v1 game never is truly balanced in the sense we mean I think.
The one should be powerful, and the 4 should be weaker. Which they are.... but 3 or 4 people on mics... talking and coordinating crushed even the very best killers.
I'm a strong killer. They need to let us know SWF icons AFTER a match at least so killers will know if they were up against swf or solos. Just a small icon if they were SWF, or have their results box highlighting in yellow or something if they were?
Why not? It would at least show killers what is going on. From the stats SWF doesn't make "that" much of a difference it seems, but I don't know.
The power role needs power. The Legion's cooldown add ons shouldn't have been touched.

It's the only game like this out. It's good, just not great. It's like scoring B- on your tests all the time. Slightly above average, but could be in that A- range if a bit more pop was added.
I think it will probably fizzle out somewhere next winter. So The winter of 2020/2021.
I give it 2 more years I think. As things are. If they add more things, and another mode... and lower some of the ridiculous cosmetic prices. 4-5 years.

I would like much more as well... and 1,000 shards is weak too I agree, but I was being realistic and underwhelming on purpose.
I liked the idea about a neat exclusive "yellow" cosmetic that would show off our play time in the game to people. Make it like Legacy, just a different color? Why not.

No I do, but having stuff with space theme's is just silly. Pinhead might be okay, but humanoid things is what we need. Thing's with a realism touch at least.
I would love Predator in this game, but I don't think it would feel right.

Chucky, Ghostface or any original killer would be great. I would prefer more original killers.
