One of my favorite Nurse players posted a video recently. If you just watch it you can see his blinks bugged numerous times. It has been like this since her add on rework over a year ago. But I guess since it's a killer's problem BHVR feels it's not their problem. This is why your precious stats say she is the lowest picked killer yet you won't touch her?
Pretty good job so far.
And before someone says "He still got a 3k. That's over performing" Those survivors did not know how to play against a Nurse. For The Entity's sake Claudette was trying to pallet loop him. The David had some clue. Against competent survivors these bugs are match breaking.
Most people don't know how to play against Nurse or forgot how because of how rare the killer is nowadays. Mostly because constant bugs with her she isn't picked. Bug fixes would be all Nurse needs in all honesty.

Generally, I was thinking family friendly anything - cartoons, movies, shows, etc. Any character that's not part of the typical "evil killer" concept we relate to characters like Michael Myers, Jigsaw, Jason, etc... So yeah, we're going for humor here by inserting Mickey Mouse and Winnie the Pooh into the game 😂
Now imagine Hacker as the killer and him trying to vault a window with his stubby ass legs.
-
Next licensed killer - The Hacker
Wait innocent in terms of being from a family friendly cartoon or innocent as in one of the good guys?

There have been worse things. A few examples:
-Infinite loops. Contrary to our contemporary pseudo infinites, there used to be loops where the Killer could never catch up no matter what. Nowadays they can just waste minutes on end, but eventually the Killer can catch up with Bloodlust 3 and entity blockers.
-OG Moris required no hooks.
-OG BNP insta completed a gen
-OG Selfcare was so fast you could heal mid-chase
-Object+Comms rocking it to this very day
Actually you just reminded me about BNP and instaheals forget old DS for survivors it was OLD bnp and I'm editing my post because of that with the PTSD f that addon.
-
In my view it's a toss up between the old mori that let you kill someone without hooks or the original Decisive Strike. Granted looking back I'd also say it's mechanics that didn't even exist. For example Hatch Standoffs were a thing for a while until hatch grabs were removed in place of End Game Collapse and the killer closing the hatch. Additionally I'd say infinite windows that didn't get blocked after a set amount of vaults. Generators couldn't be damaged for the longest time either so once survivors knew what they were doing it was impossible to pressure generators. Thing is though the one thing I would say is still unfair is the fact that a survivor can simply tap a generator to stop regression but a killer has to stop for 2-3 seconds just to damage it. I feel survivors should have a similar treatment.
Edit - Slashstreetboy just gave me PTSD and reminded me of the old Brand New Part - That was single handedly the most broken thing in the game at least for survivor. Just walk up to a generator and work on it for a split second and hit space to instantly complete it. That ######### was stupidly broken I'm glad it's dead and gone jfc.
Insta-heals were pretty bad too.

Everything about Spirit because it's unhealthy for the game and I find it difficult to believe people have faced a decent one when they're like "See I outplayed this Spirit because I read their actions" when it was just the Spirit making a mistake using their power. In reality it's either no you just got lucky and guessed in a 50 / 50 scenario and the Spirit made a mistake.
Spirit can passively mind game without action - Passive action was the reason HEX: Ruin was changed. Again to emphasis this the Spirit can fake using their power and just stand still. There is no tell sign when Spirit does this either.
Spirit's main counter is regarding audio - No one wants to constantly equip Iron Will at the risk of vs'ing a Spirit and that can be ignored with Stridor anyway. Since Spirit is a killer that doesn't worry too much about perks they usually have this.
If a Spirit is even decent you won't break chase with them - The only real solution is dropping pallets immediately and hope a mistake is made on their part.

Might be an unpopular opinion, but I don't really want more stealth killers.
I feel like the game has enough variety of them, and if there are too many it just won't be a very unique attribute.
To be honest I agree with you but not because I feel we have too many Stealth Killers but because I feel the current ones need adjustments. Especially The Wraith and The Shape. In regards to The Pig I feel her stealth is completely fine it's the RBT's that need adjustments overall and in fact probably a mechanic overhaul on how those work and are applied throughout the trial.

What I'd like to see more of:
More skill based killers.
IE Blight, Nurse, Huntress etc.
They need to be aiming for killers that make survivor play differently. This is how you keep the game fresh with only 1 game mode.
We don't need more killers whos counter play is to just circle the loop or drop the pallet early.
I wholeheartedly agree with this however I feel there needs to be hard limits on some killers. A good example is we don't need another Nurse granted she is my main. We need more killers like Blight as he had an interesting concept for gameplay, good mobility, great power and is fun to play as and against if The Blight is good enough.
-
The only teachables off the top of my head that synergize with the killer they're for is Nurse, Hillbilly and Clown. Everyone else's teachables are quite bad on the actual killer. In the case of Demogorgon for example its teachables are just bad. Now there are some killers that are quite good so that the difference between just the 3 teachables and a normal loadout is negligible but you have to be a good player to not notice. However a good example for that is Hag.
The real question I'd be asking is if there was any killers you can play without addons.
-
To be honest no matter what I find it hard to say it's the game being unbalanced or the killer strength being questionable when you only got 6k BP no matter what unless the enemy is cheating. To me this is 100% a you issue granted I'm not sure what you're trying to prove with this thread.
-
Honestly as a killer main I prefer the new version because it's more interesting and I feel a decent compromise. The current perk is too good to pass up right now and makes the meta for killers boring. That's the issue with survivor perks however because there's only a handful of interesting perks that are good. However with this nerf I feel that HEX perks should get more quality of life changes but again not sure what they could do. I feel like a lot of features and mechanics in this game are neglected once they're added and if that wasn't the case I feel this game wouldn't have such a stale meta. I feel this is the main issue with survivor perks is the meta won't shift because the lack of mechanics they have and the lack of perks that accommodate these mechanics.
tl;dr - BHVR needs to introduce new mechanics for survivors so that way they can design more interesting perks so maybe the meta can finally shift. I agree with the Undying change as a killer main mind you I main Nurse so I don't have it as hard as other killer players.
-
A visual indicator of what scratchmarks look like when I played survivor. Had no idea what they were for a long time even as killer. I just saw them and thought "survivor is this way" instead of understanding what caused them. The tutorial if that ever gets an overhaul could better explain this along with a vast number of things.
-
I find it's half and half - Some of their communication (Like the recent colorblind changes) comes off as last second changes they're playing off as features that have been in the works for a while when it's hard to believe and more comes off as a quick adjustment based on UI feedback. Sometimes they're pretty open about things and everything is great and as expected. Other times they're silent for the only reason I'd assume is to not build expectations. It is true that BHVR communicates quite a bit but sometimes that communication comes off as disingenuous - A good example is their reason for adding overheat on The Hillbilly. Sometimes they just come off as contradicting their own statements many times whether it be through forum post, announcements or even streams whether personal or official. I do hate sounding jaded here but in reality I just take a lot of what they say with a grain of salt and I let the results speak for itself. When BHVR actually gets stuff done it usually turns out great but the thing is they take forever and I find that's the main issue here on why it's so hard to take that statement seriously. Players have been asking for colorblind support since launch and it's been over 4 years.
Regarding the actual addition of colorblindness what did they really change if you think about it? Just a single hue on scratchmarks and auras. Something that could be achieved in minutes that took 4 years in the making. Maybe they needed the previous groundwork for the aura system replacement for this but I want verification on that.
Anyways - It's great that they're finally adding support for colorblindness and other accessibility features. I look forward to seeing the finished product.
-
- The Hillbilly overheating (Addons are fine but overheat addons would need rework)
- The release of The Spirit
- Tinkerer rework - Would make Tinkerer focus on Green and Purple addons and each addon would be designed to have set effects that's supportable. - July 10th, 2018 (PTB)
- Myers multistalk nerf that was considered a bug fix
- Revert the "bug fix" that prevents The Shape from getting Bloodlust at Tier 1 Evil Within (September 14th, 2017)
-
The killer is boring, sluggish to play and only good at slugging because they use too much time to play by normal means and probably has more bugs than Nurse. I've always wanted a killer where the power was controlling multiple units and it's a shame how the first killer they release to attempt this turned out. Great visuals and lore but unfortunately the gameplay needs a lot of refining. This is one of those killers that needs a lot more love and care because of how delicate the power is to balance and keep fun and personally I feel the dev time given to this killer wasn't enough.
-
My view of Decisive and the only change I'd make is adding the following ruleset to the end of the perk.
While working on a Generator, Cleansing a Totem, or Healing another Survivor the timer for Decisive Strike ticks at double the rate.
So essentially you cannot do objectives freely and be invulnerable. If you're working on Objectives you're no longer being tunneled but it's still lenient enough to where rare situations could be considered. However if you're working on a generator long enough to make this perk expire you're clearly not being tunneled.
So questions on this change
If you start working on a Generator while there is 40 seconds left then the perk would tick at double the rate only giving you 20 seconds. However if you stopped repairing the Generator when the perk has 10 full seconds left it would resume the timer at normal speeds.
-
Get rid of the mash space bar / other controller button to not die on hook and just have a survivor hang there and suddenly problem solved. No one can suicide on hook (At least immediately) and everyone else doesn't have to break their hardware surviving normally. Everyone wins.
-
This seems to be lacking a multiple set of answers. All of these just say "Playing Twins is fun" like I'll be honest I wouldn't agree with any of those just because of that.

Id like to see proof as well but it'll never happen they'll just ban and move on and then once it's patched they'll laugh at those they banned because that's just how it is.
tbh I can't get over how BHVR will ban someone for a cosmetics bug but they allowed survivors to abuse several broken perks instead of disabling them such as when Wake Up was bugged. It was blatant when someone was abusing it and they clearly can tell if they state they'll ban Legion players who were to abuse the old mend bug that made mending last forever.
-
Harmless bug and stupid to ban people over a cosmetics bug tbh. Just patch it and move on - If it's affecting gameplay sure but I want proof it's affecting gameplay.

The same, but I also feel for a part that would not fit well for not being a mythical killer, but an entity, although we only have as Option killers that would fit well as Chucky, Pinhead, Jason, Pumpkinhead, Alien and Candyman. The slasher movie list would be complete.
Yeah pretty much - And yeah I agree with your list admittedly I don't see Chucky working for a lot of reasons but not exactly opposed to it just don't see it working out.
I'd add The Terminator (T-800) to that list personally. He's not exactly a slasher but then again neither is the Xenomorph from Alien. He just falls into that category.
-
To me Antidote is weak and Clown is still addon dependent so honestly not many uses for it aside from just small trivial boost that still puts him in a position where he's overshadowed by other killers.
-
Don't get me wrong I love Pennywise as a villain but I feel lore wise Dead by Daylight would never be able to do an iconic character like Pennywise justice.

The purpose of playing is to accumulate Bloodpoints, which we use to level up our survivors and get new perks, items and offerings. So if that’s the main purpose of our games, why is there a perk to make survivors drop their items?
Franklins Demise is a perk for players who are scared of survivors having items, nothing more. It rewards killers for playing poorly, if you can’t find a way to counter play keys, med-kits etc etc then I’m sorry, but you need to get good. I no longer bring items into my games, because whenever I do, the killer decides to bring FD. I’ve been playing for maybe 7 hours today, and I’ve played against nearly 13 killers that used this perk, across various (although dominantly red) ranks.
When will the developers nerf this perk? At the very least, you should be able to keep your item, but lose a certain amount of charges, or lose the ability to use it for a duration of time. That would be preferable to losing it all together. If killers can have power add-ons that survivors can’t counterplay, Iridescent Head and Tombstone for example, why can killers do that to us?
Thoughts on this vile perk?
if you can't find a counter to...
You're projecting so hard in this post. If you can't find a counter to Franklin's Demise then you should get good. Like how hard is it to double back to the item, pick it up and then place it somewhere off to the side of the map?
If you're losing games or even getting inconvenienced by Franklin's chances are you're a bad player who relies on items. Sorry but that's the truth.
-
Also bonus - Everyone except Ash escaped that game - The Hag tried to gen grab an Ash and the Ash got stuck and the Hag lost their power, the ability to pick up and hook survivors and couldn't break pallets.
So gen grabbing is also still problematic and can potentially soft lock your game.

If I see an obsession and an opportunity arises I'm tunneling and getting DS out of the way early for a survivor. Worst case scenario they don't have it and I get a free hook out of it. Granted I don't go out of my way to do so.
@RamblinRango said:
If you get a game with no obsession and you tunnel/camp that's when you know you're a bad killer
Nah - If it's convenient then take the easy route and get someone on deathhook or out of the game early. You're the killer you're not supposed to give handouts to the other team. I could give a ######### less if I tunnel someone and hurt their feelings I guarantee you they won't return the favor.
-
For players who play both sides and have a decent time. Although for balance changes I'd change things more frequently rather than the 2 or so month interval they do now. To me the issue isn't who they balance for it's how frequently they test changes and how long it takes to make a decision on the right choice. Would honestly like to hear an internal debate with the team to understand this. Not the after thought logic where they come to a conclusion and summarize everything but a full length conversation on stuff like let's say DS. Would give a lot of insight on how they make decisions.
-
I want to see a killer with smaller abilities that require critical thinking and a power that's tied to their lunge that passively occurs all game. Like for example a killer with a Scythe that has a cleave for their basic attack. Granted if we're going in hard with unique abilities I'd like a killer that is more played like an RTS and commands a mob of enemies from above. That would definitely be a more unique killer experience.

That explains the VHS Porn addon

Since it’s no longer tied to matchmaking, it’s now become a monthly challenge. One with a big payout.
It would quite honestly be unfair to let people start each month at different ranks - some being closer to the grand prize than others.
To be honest I feel the issue now is some people just genuinely don't have time to get rank 1 now unless they play several hours a day. I still don't see it as an accomplishment because it's still time put in the game rather than skill. Which in my view is what makes it unfair to those with less time to grind for those ranks. Mostly saying this because it's tied to a steam achievement which is now pretty much off limits to people who have family / work. Before it was do-able over the course of a few months for those with limited time.
In my opinion rank reset should happen every 2 months at minimum but have a larger payout to those who have reached a set rank.
Edit - Snip misread on second part thought it was referring to a player. (Regarding my @ towards Deadeye)
-
Learn to play her and you'll realize she's not as broken as you think. Prior with the old addons before the addon pass absolutely but she's fine now.
I'll give you one thing though to understand how to deal with Nurse you need to actually know how to play her and how she works. Once you get that though she's easy to read unless you end up running into an open field somehow.
-
I'll repost my quote from another thread

The new UI reminds me a lot of when dota2 redid their new ui - I genuinely hated it when I saw it but they revised it about 5 - 6 times until they got it right.
I do genuinely hate the looks of this one. Everything looks big like it belongs on a mobile moba game and it's spread apart everywhere. I want to be able to just glance at something to get an idea of where it goes and not have to constantly scan my screen for info. Not saying the new UI is terrible but like it looks so unfinished. The survivor icons would be cool if they actually showed the cosmetics the survivors were wearing at least headgear if it's going to use face portraits. Aside from that everything looks too clean and pristine and lacking thematically. The current portraits while basically just a silhouette are more defined than just taking a snapshot of the current survivors and placing them in a generic orb.
-
The only thing new about the hud I like is the new placement and appearance of the score events. That's about it.

- Trapper
- Clown and Huntress's add-on's. (Exhaustion and Inst-down)
- Luck offerings
- Mist offerings
- Non-seeded map generation
- Daily Rituals
- Haddonfield
- Some of the old P3's (Lookin' at you Ace)
- Some of the status effects (Blindness, Haemorrhage)
- Shrine of Secrets (This one ain't too bad)
- The Bloodweb (It's way too grindy)
- The way prestigeing works (All that grind for a only a bloody version of an outfit? The luck increase barely does anything)
- The hatch
- Light Burn
- A lot of the base perks (Unrelenting, This is not happening, Premonition)
- OoO
- The old lore (What ever happened to Vigo and The Lost Tapes? I wish they'd update that stuff sometime)
- The survivor character models (Why do male survivors run so weird?)
- Some of the old moris (Trapper, Wraith, Billy)
Yeah this pretty well covers everything I was going to say. Granted I'm not sure what's wrong with P3 Ace you may have to let me know.
Regarding 12. Shrine of Secrets - I cannot count the last time I even bothered with the Shrine since I save my points for cosmetics now. To me the Shrine of Secrets is just a complete waste of time now even without cosmetics I already have most perks and the Bloodpoints I get for cashing in on dupe perks isn't worth it.
Luck is especially something I'd bring up. Outdated mechanic that's useless most of the time.
-
The only time I really play survivor is when I'm last second doing challenges and sometimes I play survivor for prolonged periods because BHVR keeps adding garbage unfun challenges that ruin games because they take too long to do by normal means when there are other challenges to do when everyone has a limited amount of time.
Cleanse Totems - There are a set amount of totems each game and the longer I waste in a game not doing totems the more I'm not finishing other challenges. I pretty much mindlessly look for totems and end my own game by any means.
Complete Generators - Mind numbingly boring - Waste so much time because realistically I can only do 1-2 gens a game on average so the last survivor challenge for this was basically play 20 survivor games.
Point being - You can clearly tell when a survivor is blankly playing just to rush battlepass challenges - As killer I see it all the time. They rush their Battlepass challenges and escape or suicide as fast as possible. At this point I do the same thing now because I want to play killer, I want my challenges done and I don't want to waste time doing poorly designed challenges that are so mind numbingly boring and take away from the battlepass. The battlepass ruins games and it forces people to switch to a different role breaking the amount of players per side.
The battlepass should have Common Challenges and Unique Challenges
Common challenges should always be active throughout the entire battlepass and have 4 tiers that give a milestone reward each time you reach a tier. For example Complete 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 Generators with 30k BP each milestone. Meanwhile you can do other challenges as you do these challenges. Same thing for killers on their own grindy challenges. That way I can focus on the Hook 4 Survivors during EGC while not having to worry about doing some mundane task taking away from those.
Yes I'm 100% blaming the battlepass on what you're mentioning on OP. It's ruining this game with how it's designed. Most of the killer challenges are easy. Most of the survivor challenges are boring and take forever and are honestly frustrating and take away from the game.
No one likes the Generator / Totem Challenges with how they are now.
No one likes the ultra specific challenges you'll only have a chance to get 1 out of 10 games unless you farm to get them
No one likes having to constantly switch sides just to unlock rewards
Don't say "Just don't do them" because the game reminds me every damn time I enter the lobby that the battlepass exist by saying YOU HAVE NEW REWARDS and it's just a blank tile.

lol that would be dope ,I was hoping same for Silent Hill, the Blue Creek Apartment is the next best location or brookhaven location's Pyramid Head did appear, but the Re1 mansion is classic has some open area's ideal for chase's come on you can't go wrong ,and how awesome would it be to have Nemesis chasing you there, that's the ######### love button.
Right - There's a lot of licensed content that could use more maps. Where's the Evil Dead Cabin? What about Leatherface's house - We know they have assets for it now because of the promotion with the latest cosmetic. Stranger Things surely could use another map. SIlent Hill is a given there are so many areas you could pick from in Silent Hill you'd easily have 5+ maps.
But I digress, it would be nice to have a few locations from a Resident Evil Chapter.
-
Quentin has no cosmetics and his only good perk is Pharmacy which is overshadowed by many other perks. Vigil used to be pretty decent when Exhaustion recovered while running. Vigil needs some quality of life changes in my view.
-
@TheStabbiNAngeL said:
I saw someone's comments, they said the clock tower would make a good map.It has the courtyard probably some side area's for the garden, and 3 or 4 floor's that make up a 5 story tower.
Clocktower would be nice but tbh it would feel odd not seeing a Mansion from the Resident Evil series being added as a map. Personal bias of course. I wouldn't complain if we got multiple locations for a Resident Evil chapter but that's just dreaming at this point.
-
I want a Resident Evil chapter and there's such a huge roster to pick from I don't see issue with it.
My bias would be Nemesis but to be honest Mr. X seems more fitting unless they could balance Nemesis and keep his iconic Rocket Launcher somehow. We all know Nemesis for his scream, charge and weapon use. I feel DBD would hinder that too much ruining Nemesis' image. I feel Mr. X being the brute he is would be more fitting.
-
The Trapper - Too many perks and items counter him, there are just so many better choices now and he takes too long to set up and be useful. I get he's one of those he'll either be too weak or too strong characters but still. Plenty of quality of life suggested have been made for him.
- Make his Trapper Bag (Common) basekit.
- Have the entity occasionally relocate his unset traps nearby Trapper's proximity so he doesn't have to walk the corner of the map to pick up a single trap wasting 30 seconds just to enable his power essentially.
- Make Honing Stone basekit
Before that it was The Shape - Too many stealth killers currently overshadow him and too many snowball killers overshadow him. He's not amazing at either unless you have a very gimmicky niche build on him specifically for certain maps. He needs a lot of quality of life changes and buffs. Could start with the obvious ones.
- No longer a permanent limit on draining a survivor and instead when a survivor is topped off they go through a one minute period where it resets to 100% available
- Evil Within 3 no longer automatically activates but instead requires a button press to activate similar to The Oni.
- Enable multi stalk
-
Give Huntress a Boomerang for an Ultra Rare so her hatchet flies back to her hitting anyone along the way.
Perfect Ultra Rare concept - Also she turns Australian when using the addon.

This is what I think of the game and it seems a lot of people feel the same.
30 upvotes on the OP as of right now in a forum that's filled to the brim with toxicity and people who perpetuate such fun and engaging topics such as "killer is OP" or "survivor is OP" is hardly "a lot of people", especially in terms of people worth listening to. This is the forum where you can't even begin to discuss the logical inconsistencies of different perks without getting some jackass that says "this is an example of the devs bias toward X side". The forum where only Almo comes around consistently because the place is a perpetual dumpster fire and people from BHVR are (rightfully so) scared that they're going to have their words taken out of context and twisted in every which way, on top of being likely to receive death threats just for doing their job. The forum where people apparently can't read when making a bug report and rarely provide video evidence, let alone structure their posts in a clear and concise manner that is already laid out to them in a notice whenever you're making a report.
I think you need to realize where exactly you are and set your desires and expectations accordingly. And I think you need to stop with the bad faith rhetorical questions.
Look I'll be the first to say yes BHVR doesn't get enough praise for what they do right. However it would be a disservice to the game to just let the other stuff go under the radar.
However here's some positive comments
- The reworks for Freddy, Leatherface, Doctor have all been amazing.
- The map reworks for the most part have been great however BHVR does need to figure out what they want to do with breakable walls.
- End Game Collapse was one of the best additions this game has had in years and we need more dramatic changes like that
There, there's some positive comments.
Also I get your point but I don't feel that should apply to this thread. I know exactly what examples you speak of and I mean everyone has their strong biases on this forum even you and I. But let's not dismiss something because a bad reputation on the forum just because a lot of people like to voice their opinion.
imo the OP is more than reasonable criticism but of course I'm a biased bitter person who agrees with it so who knows.
Also regarding FOMO - It wouldn't be such a big issue if BHVR wasn't blatantly designing features around it to get those daily sign ins.

FOMO? Check.
Battle pass? Check.
Too many paid DLCs? Check.
Ridiculous amount of grind? Check.
Expensive microtransactions and currency? Check.
Why make people pay to play when this game’s business model is like every other f2p game? Make the base game free and reduce the awful grind if you want to keep selling expensive microtransactions and pumping out buggy incomplete DLCs. Improve the game, attract more players.
I get this is meant to keep the money rolling in to support the game but in my honest view I'd prefer development go into more meaningful content and less into cosmetics but I get that's where the money is.
- I hate the battlepass - Unless you spend a lot of money on it or play for like 4-5 hours a day on it each day you'll never finish the battlepass legitimately unless you resort to either farming or prioritizing your challenge during the trial and then just suiciding on hook as survivor or afk'ing as killer to save time. The battlepass overall encourages toxic activity in game with how the challenges are set up.
- The DLC's thing is natural with a game that's supported this long but I can't say most of the DLC's are worth getting anymore.
- The grind is stupid and if they expect me to keep paying each chapter make it worth my time. I don't want to have to re-grind hundreds of hours on a new killer just to stay competitive on that killer. Survivors this doesn't really matter too much but as killer each new chapter means I'm starting at a disadvantage again unless I just grind BP to unlock stuff on them. Why does it matter if I grind at that point? I have the knowledge and experience to pick and choose what I want I shouldn't have to start over each time I get a new killer.
- Most of the cosmetics honestly aren't worth the money tbh at least for survivor.
- I personally hate the timed REDEEM A CODE system BHVR has been doing - Frosty Eyes used to be given out for free for example. Why the hell is it required to use a code now? I am honestly starting to hate this game I haven't bought the last two DLC's because of how much this annoys me. Quit trying to force me to sign into the game to get free stuff. Yeah it's nice that it's free but why is it artificially limited to what like a few days? I didn't even get the Cheryl Sweater because I was busy those days and I can't even buy it. Remember when Bill got a Christmas Sweater? Yeah I do. We were just given it without the need for a code. Remember when we had to enter a code for the original Xmas / HWeen eyes? Yeah I don't because there was no point because it wasn't a thing. The items were just added to everyone's account Honestly a mood killer when the holiday cheer is locked behind codes that have a super short expiration date and yeah I'm just going to say it. It takes away from the holiday cheer. Also my counter argument to anyone saying BHVR could have just charged for these. Maybe they should have so people could actually get them. The Dwight, Ace, Clown and other cosmetics are still available. I'm not going to be able to get what I missed out on for example and no one else will either.
Also unrelated but at this point I've already posted this wall - Never got the 4th Year Anniversary Hat for Deathslinger even though I signed in during those days - I hate this artificial limitation of cosmetics, I hate the redeem a code system and I hate how BHVR thinks I have all the time in the world to play this game
If it wasn't for all this stuff I'd probably be enjoying the game 10x more than I am now. Battlepass is ruining games and if anyone can't recognize it they don't play enough.
tl;dr - BHVR adds features that annoys me, I play less because I am annoyed, I have less incentive to spend money on said game out of spite and because I am annoyed and spending my time on other games that don't have such a frustrating system

I swear.... past 5 games with a freddy have been insta dc or suicide on hook. Did i miss something about freddy?
It's been like this for a long time. If you've played long enough since rework you'd know that people just find Freddy boring to play against. Especially when they run slowdown perks and addons.

Those look nice and I wouldn't mind having that skin for Hillbilly.

OP I honestly agree with your suggestion purely because your goal is Decisive should be more reaction on both sides rather than the killer is out of the game for a long period. I'd agree with all stun perks having a much shorter stun duration but in return the survivor gets a speed burst for a short period making up what would be the same distance. The effects would be far less noticeable on killer and you could stop BS like survivors getting grabbed to perform hook saves and such with DS. However it would be exactly what it was meant to be in the first place. An anti-tunnel perk. The other perks are debatable but I like the suggestion for DS and if anything it could become an exhaustion perk.
Your suggestion is pretty much the only one I've seen so far that in my view fairly addresses this and I'm surprised no one has mentioned it before and if they have I've missed it this long.

The twins is one of the worst. Exit back to charolette and it's like, loading, loading, stunned, nurse fatigue and then legion slow.
It's like holy cow could you not balance this killer in literally any other way than turning me into a statue?
This is why I find it more fun to just slug as The Twins otherwise it's unfun to play them. I'm just going to say it - Make the transition instant and move from there on balance changes for The Twins.

I like the concept and want this killer to feel better but honestly the only thing this killer is good at is Slugging and Camping. It's basically on par with the same issues Old Freddy had because of how time consuming the power is to use.

Brutal Strength is fine imo, especially since pallet breaking speed was buffed back then.
Agitation change I really like, I don´t see the point of an increased TR while using this perk.
Regarding Unnerving Presence, I don´t think the removal of bonus progression would be neccessary. In my opinion the chances of triggering a skillcheck should be a little bit higher than currently, but the only change I feel it could really use is the removal of the HUD warning, it´s a massive detriment and limits the value of the perk mostly to Doctor players.
I mentioned it above in my post but likely at the time the additional Terror Radius buff on Agitation was to combo with Unnerving Presence is my honest guess. BHVR would have to clarify on this honestly.

Overall I like your suggestions however I feel that even if the effects were good they do not belong on the perks. The main issue is these perks are either outdated in concept with the current game or they need other perks to assist them even being used. Below is just a few observations and opinions.
Unnerving Presence needs a survivor within your Terror Radius to trigger however most of the time once a survivor sees the UI icon pop up they either stop working on the objective, leave the area or ignore it. While it's true the value increase would help the perk it's still purely RNG and most of the time if you're approaching a survivor on a generator you're shooing them off of the objective. Agitation is an old perk that increases Terror Radius while carrying a survivor and in my view it was designed like this because of Unnerving Presence. I feel an overall rework on Unnerving Presence would be better than just value changes.
While I'm fine with buffing the numbers I feel that the effect should either linger when a survivor leaves your terror radius (As with all Terror Radius perks personally) or Unnerving Presence should proc on a cooldown the moment a survivor enters your Terror Radius and then function normally as is. What I mean by proc is the moment you approach a survivor bringing them into your terror radius a skillcheck should proc if they're working on a generator or healing someone.
Regarding your suggestion specifically I don't agree with Unnerving Presence disallowing progression with Great Skill Checks. I feel that's ignoring the main issue with the perk and it's unnecessary.
Regarding Agitation I don't agree with giving it faster pick up speed. If anything that's a trait better suited to Iron Grasp but I don't like the idea of perks doing many things because it waters down the perk. However I'm on the fence about this because of how BHVR designs perks. Unnerving and Agitation (And to an extent Distressing) go hand in hand as does Fire Up and Blood Warden. I would prefer perks not needing to combo with other perks in order to be useful personally.

Nurse, Hillbilly, Huntress, Blight and Deathslinger are the only killers who really utilize mechanical skill rather than just strategy and in my opinion are the most fun to learn if you like being able to make flashy plays.

There's actually a very similar set of trees that's wider that neither side can cross through on Swamp. I let a Bill go because it basically ended our chase for me.
