I play clown on R1 also successuflly and let me tell you my opinion: He is one of the most easy, braindead killer of them all.

Not saying Clown is strong or anything, but claiming that Pinky finger is hard to use makes me think you are not exactly a strong player. Sorry no offense tho.

I will put you along with the other claimant. Post proof or get out.

  • @Chilidawg said:

Rank 1 killer and survivor since about 4 years ago when the game came out on pc. I have nothing to prove to you idc about arguing about this nonsense but keep telling your self whatever it takes to believe that you are THE BEST CLOWN PLAYER EVER DUDE!!!!!

Yeah, random text isn't proof. I'm not claiming to be a good clown player. I'm just saying there are people out there who think clown is easy to play and i'd like to see them succeed with him.

Oh, and by "people who think he is easy to play" I mean you. I want you to give me some clips of you doing something amazing since you seem to think you are the #########. I'd bet real money you are not though.

  • I have been doing umbra salts + canker thorn and it feels amazing. I would black ward that combo if it was not so common. Yellow turning is meh. I'd take off multiple seconds of recovery over the game in it's place.

  • @Chilidawg said:

I couldn't imagine being that delusional and wrong. Yeah dude your random clips are STRAIGHT FACTS AND LOGIC. I'm out what a literal waste of a post.

Hey send me your rank and I bet it's like below 10 or something.

  • @Chilidawg said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1647156#Comment_1647156

Dude you're the best clown ever grats i really care sooo much please send me all your clips cause you need more views on yt or something hahahaha. Your post should be removed for not adding anything of value besides "look at me look at me" and for being click bait nonsense.

Oh, sorry I proved you wrong with facts. I'm not saying I am the best player. I am defining which killers take more skill to play. Clown is one of the highest in the game.

  • @Chilidawg said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1647127#Comment_1647127

Clown is one of the most difficult killers mechanically? hahahahahahaha good one! Throwing a bottle at the far side of a loop is super challenging.

Nice screenshot with mori and busted addons you really showed him! Also great clickbait title as well toxic troll.

You gotta be kidding me. Do you want me to send you some clips of me wrecking some red rank survivors with max range bottle tosses that I predict the location they are going to be at 3-4 seconds in advance? That is the definition of skill. Clown doesn't get rewarded for it as much as other killer, but don't pretend the long and max range bottle tosses are easy to land.

  • @xenofon13 said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1647113#Comment_1647113

Pinky finger takes skill lol. Maybe for you. Ebony mori takes skill too? And facecamp?

Dude c mon, you're the toxic one here.

I love it. I have watched streamers, including forum beloved otz, struggle to land bottle tosses on competent survivors. Even he considers clown one the most mechanically difficult killers in the game.

You are probably the same type of person who thought billy was overpowered because you could not figure out how to hump windows to avoid the chainsaw.

  • @xenofon13 said:

    You're not better than him.

You brought pinky and ebony. One of the most disgusting killer combos in the game. You're not the innocent here.

It was a 4 man SWF. I'm not playing clown into a 4 man without a mori.

And pinky finger takes skill. You would know if you ever used it.

  • @FFabeq said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1647099#Comment_1647099

okay bud, you're trying to make that survivor look bad, but you use iri addon and ebony mori with sweaty build

and bt only works on the unhooked survivor, not on yourself :)

Like I already said. Clown with iri add-ons only puts his power at the basekit of other killers.

BT enables the the most braindead saves imaginable in DBD. I love when people make a save in front of my face with BT and then expect me not to tunnel the unhooked survivor.

  • @FFabeq said:

Bt and sc are not second changes,

ds is needed to not get deleted from the match in first 2 minutes

and dh doesn't work 50% of the time

BT not a second chance perk? Can I have some of your drugs?

    @Brhoom said:

    Mori =/= Keys

But you just wanted validation that you're own perks, add ons, and offering were completely fine, right?

No. I just wanted to point out how stupid the mentality of the players running rares / ultra rares and then complaining about other people running them as well.

    @xenofon13 said:

Ebony mori and instadown. Okay bud, you're not toxic.

I don't know why you posted this.

I'm sorry. Pinky finger clown isn't even as good as leatherface basekit. And it's harder to play too.

  • @Heartbound said:

It's rare I play Trapper without ultra rare add ons+bag (he's my P3 bloodpoint dump - I can afford to do that) but you really don't have a reason to play with anything less. Trapper needs something else. I don't know what, but he needs something. Window traps. Pallet traps. Something. Land mines are great but he's the face of the game. Make him shine.

He just needs the brown trapper bag to be basekit. Being almost required to use a bag at all times really limits how creative you can be with his add-on combinations.

  • At least the object user died

  • Don't let him get there in the first place. That's it.

  • @Kumnut768 said:

this doesnt even push him out of d tier

It's actually super brutal to get nailed with a bleach + ether bottle.

    @APoipleTurtle said:

Cork Stopper with the Solvent Jug. Being able to reload in a hurry and easily cancel out any and all Exhaustion perks has traditionally worked quite well for me. Plus both are Uncommon add-ons, so this is a cheap and easy combo.

I like both of these add-ons more than most of his rarer ones, though I do sometimes swap the Jug out with the Flask of Bleach for that lil' bit of extra Hindered.

I don't find his base kit bottles to be very effective in actually catching people, even if you have a lot of them. Having to hit multiple bottles in a row every chase to get an M1 doesn't cut it to me.

With clown I can usually swing and still hit people even if they dead hard, so I don't use solvent jug unless I have nothing else. When you hit someone with ether+bleach it's just night and day from the stock bottles. Especially if you consider the %'s being modified. Going from 15% to 20% slow is a 33% increase in power.

  • Lmao, I love the logic of the thanta nerf.

"It's lose-lose" when the survivors SHOULD be punished for the killer performing well and the entire team taking damage at the same time.

Nerf sloppy butcher too. That's lose-lose. Actually, nerf anything that gives the killer an advantage. It's lose-lose. How am I supposed to counter perks like bloodhound and predator? They are lose-lose for the survivor.

  • Here's my thoughts:

Nerf pop so everyone buys ruin undying. At least they could try to be less obvious about it.

  • This is gonna be straight up busted on the 1 shot killers. I am addicted to tinkerer on Leatherface because if Leatherface gets within a ~16m range of you it's one of the most dangerous situations there is within DBD. Spine chill is about to be even more meta than it already is.

  • The dangers of playing a 32m terror radius killer with no tracking perks.

The difference is that Blight is capable enough to handle those strong teams at red ranks, but only Nurse and Spirit can contend with the very best of the best survivor teams. If you want to win every single game, play those two, but there are other strong killers, like Blight, who fill up the top 5 spot.

Well you hold him in very high regard then. I think his power is doggo half the time. Definitely not top 5. Hag, Freddy, Oni are just straight up better, along with a ton of other killers but those are more debatable.

His power doesn't help you at tight loops, barely does anything at jungle gyms, is cucked by dead hard even worse than nurse, and is very punishing to miss. The collision is also wonky, with coldwind I find extremely bad for collision-less objects that won't let you bounce even if you hit them dead center.

Then there is his FOV which makes it so that you are practically looking up at the survivors through objects during loops instead of being able to see squarely over them. He's got mobility, but so do a ton of other killers.

what's the hard counter? They made them more visible? that's a hard counter? Something to be a hard counter has to be a strategy / thing that utterly destroys the other. Moris being the hard counter to keys, like always.

There's also a bug with the hatch when using a key, you get hard countered into getting stuck in the ground when you try to open the hatch.

Keys are just a big sigh for me, not really a complaint.

The fact that you smack someone who has a key, they drop it, and it disappears on the ground?

You are saying Mori's are the counter but I don't agree. Half the time you will Mori them and then another survivor just picks it up. Only Franklin's permanently removes it from the game.

  • @[Deleted User] said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1640994#Comment_1640994

Speed up the process of Moris getting nerfed? Keys as well while we're at it ? OmegaLUL

For how many years we've been complaining about moris and keys?

For how many years we've gotten the same response ?

The devs added in a hard counter to keys very recently? I don't get why anyone is still complaining about them. If I see a key in my lobby I just bring Franklin's. If they quick swap to it I will proxy camp them, and if they found it in a chest well then congrats to them.

  • @NivlacACE said:

I'd see a little worse than pyramid head, a little better then plague. I think he's high B or low A tier if we're going off of standard tier list formats.

I like that. I was gonna say he was around legion/plague in my eyes. Mid B tier for me.

He can still get taken to pallet town, and dead hard hurts him almost as bad as nurse.

  • @Mikeadatrix said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1640849#Comment_1640849

Then you haven't been playing Blight nearly as much as you should to make that call. I've been playing Blight religiously for the last two weeks at red ranks and yes, against the god-tier tournament style SWF on a bad map, you get shafted, but as long as you play well enough to pressure 24/7, you'll be fine. I've had zero issue.

You could say that about literally any killer in the game though? Anyone can do fine against solo Q teams, which are usually what you will be facing. The capability to beat a good SWF on a bad map is basically what defines a strong killer in this game.

  • I think it sounds great. Blight I've found to be really meh. He has to kick safe pallets just like everyone else. But if you end up getting to a loop or safe pallet during his power and they just drop the pallet he is done for. Then you gotta wait for the slam to be over, go through fatigue, and finally kick the pallet and the process just takes too long for me to find it any good.

Not to mention his totally jank mechanics. There's been way too many times where I go to slam on an object just to find out it doesn't have collision; sending me flying past into a fatigue that lets the survivor get considerable distance.

His power is great in the open, but what killer is bad if the survivors are stuck out in the open?

  • Yeah but even then it's mediocre.

Grabbing someone out of a locker with iron maiden is so uncommon people were literally farming for it when it was a challenge.

So maybe for the 1 in 100 cases you lost those .5 seconds at the locker; don't see what the big deal is.

  • People use Iron Maiden?

  • @SloppyKnockout said:

Iron will doesn't work because you're not injured. You're infected.

It's the same as asking "why don't medkits work on plague!?". You're not injured. You're sick.

Survivors still bleed onto the ground while "sick"

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1640121#Comment_1640121

No, I mean that in either case: cleansing or not cleansing she still has a power. If her ability to easily track infected survivors had a counter that would be really bad for her and unbalanced. Iron Will users and Calm Spirit users would never have any reason to cleanse if the perk(s) worked against her.

You are going to say plague won't have enough of a power when calm spirit does what it does to the Doctor already? Hardly anyone even uses it.

The threat of always being a 1 shot down should be enough; especially since she is given a pool for free now. You will get cleanses naturally as plague by applying enough pressure to the survivor team. If the whole team is a 1 shot; you can force them to trade hooks or slug until the guy on the hook is dead...or the rescuer has to go and cleanse.

  • @TheClownIsKing said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1640093#Comment_1640093

    You’ve confused me.

I never said Vile Purge & Sickness was bad.

I said there’s a point to why it reduces survivors to a 1 hit state that can’t be healed from, and leaves them in an easy to track noisy state: so that survivors feel threatened enough to actually cleanse.

"If a perk like Iron Will countered that she would become completely powerless. At least in her current state if survivors don’t cleanse she still has a power: easily finding survivors."

I feel like you are implying having the entire survivor team being a 1 shot down isn't good enough for a power.

But I don't think it makes sense that either calm spirit or iron will doesn't stop it. I feel like it should probably be calm spirit that does since iron will is good enough as it is.

Note how are these survivors are going to be stabbed, shot, beaten with a kanabo wielded by an 8 foot demon, run over with chainsaws, and then get shoved on meat hooks completely silent. But COUGHING? They can't summon the willpower to quiet that down.

  • @TheClownIsKing said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/192916/why-does-iron-will-not-work-against-the-plague

Because that’s the whole point of Vile Purge, and the infected & sick states.

It’s supposed to be threatening enough that it encourages cleansing.

    • 1 hit state.
    • Easy to track survivors.

If a perk like Iron Will countered that she would become completely powerless. At least in her current state if survivors don’t cleanse she still has a power: easily finding survivors.

If you’re a survivor that needs to stealth, just accept that you should cleanse, and hope that the others cleanse fast enough that it resets her fountains.

Care to tell me how almost being perma tier 3 myers all game for splashing 1 drop of AOE puke on the survivors is a bad power?

You would probably see her more if her power wasn't just so incredibly boring, cause she is super strong. I don't even mind if nobody cleanses because then I don't have to deal with the janky dedicated puke hitboxes too much.

While I agree with a lot of what you say big maps have become more common and more common. Ormound, sanctum of wrath, midwich, dead dawg saloon all recent addition's. Its extremely easy to lose a gen just as you find someone simply walking to the location survivors are at. Again yes corrupt helps a lot but were back to the issue of weaker killers being forced to use a perk slot they desperately needing that slot for snowballing to not get screwed by big maps and setups where survivors spawn next to gens Or crush you by spreading out. Most of the perks you name don't assist in crossing distance the key issue most 115% immobile killers face. I know the spawns and even then it doesn't matter those gens are getting done because my fat clown, pig, Wraith (without windstorm) can't hurry up. Worst of all for this issue is deathslinger who is capped at 110% and has a limited range of 18 meters that's negated by obstructions. Sure in chase these killers will have tricks and such some I'll admit is too powerful

Now, to be fair, I would argue you can do totally fine as a killer without any perks or add-ons; with the majority of the roster. If you think about it, there's really only a handful of killer perks that are going to have the same impact as the second chance perk stack you will typically be going against. There is:

Ruin+Undying (if it manages to stay alive)

    Pop+Corrupt

    NOED

That's all I can think of as far as extremely impactful killer perks. And Pop + Corrupt is really only as good as the killer makes it. The majority of everything else are essentially feel-good perks or meme perks. Not that they are bad, but I can't think of anything else that compares to having 12-16 extra lives and the loads of time they can introduce into the game.

So if you are not running those specific combos, I would say you could probably be winning perkless.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WuTZi7YKicM

My favorite streamer plays perkless / add-onless at rank 1 alot of the time. I will see my youtube reccomendations *otz wins 50 in a row* and then he's running fully decked out builds and add-ons while this dude is getting almost the same results with ~nothing~

  • Zero, I have not lost a single hook because of the bug. I came close though.

You can fix it by backpeddling/moonwalking from the hook for half a second and then re-approaching from a center angle; which is what I have been doing if it happens.

  • @Zarathos said:

Making regression matter is not the right approach. As a killer you should be striving to accrue pressure by hunting and downing survivors. What is ridiculous is that starting at 0 pressure means the killer can lose a large number of objectives before he can secure his down on a map that is filled with max pallets. Currently band aid fixes like corrupt help but I hate having to reiterate the same thing every time this discussion comes up but a perk should not be mandatory to see success against decent players. Say nothing of large maps where some killers will lose one gen (due to a lack of mobility) before they can even cross the map. A brief degrading gen slowdown effect for the first minute ought to suffice. From that point on its up to you as a killer to create enough pressure to get survivors off gens. Kicking gens and playing the attrition game should be the exception not the rule and making gen regression matter is creating a significantly less chase just to hold gens.

I do worry about the devs plans to slow the early game gen times. I think it might be a better option to just look into buffing the weaker killers instead of touching gen speed.

Most recent DLC releases and the slew of newly buffed killers I feel are all pretty well equipped to handle current gen times. It could get pretty ridiculous if you start increasing the length of the trails when it comes to the current meta killers. Even an extra minute or two is huge when you have killers like the Oni running around; able to chain 2-3+ downs off essentially a single M1 attack.

But I don't think any killer should be losing a gen before he can find the first survivor, that would just stem from an oversight in the killers build.

There's multiple early game perks that will help you prevent that from happening. Whispers, Discordance, Corrupt, and Monitor + Abuse all come to mind. I'd say if you are playing a 115% 32m terror radius killer you want at least one of those.

It's important to have information about certain topics before passing judgement. Different ranks also have different metas, surprisingly. People have also had different experiences, as I for one have versed more Hillbilly players than people have actual SWF hit-squads, or claim to have on these forums anyway.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1639828#Comment_1639828

And hearing from all ranks is important to me on this issue, because my killer rank has slipped quite far lately and kicking a generator for me helps a lot. But like I said, I also run Surveillance.

Different ranks have different issues and I wanted to see how they all felt about this topic.

When I go to look up a build for a League Champion, I'm not looking up the builds of silver/bronze people. I look at the diamond/challengers and attempt to emulate them. It's not different for DBD, I am not sure why people treat it as such. While DBD ranks are not nearly as accurate of an indicator of skill; they at least express a certain level of competence. Especially for killers, I will usually notice if I am playing against rank 1-2 killers just by their actions ingame.

But for survivor? It's all over the board. Green and Purple ranks are literal babies to me, many being liable to get 2 tapped by the wraith while at a safe loop. Red rank survivor is a mashup between actual gods and default Bill's who will camp the shack pallet.

It's one thing if you just haven't played in a while so your rank is low, but it's another if you just never made it there in the first place.

  • @Write_By_Daylight said:

No it isn't. You're trying to brag in order to give your opinion some fictional weight.

Do you want to hear opinions on game balance from people playing at rank 10, or rank 1? When the developers themselves have stated rank 1 is easy to get.

  • I think it's pretty relevant to state what level you are playing at before offering your opinion? There's people on here who will argue game balance like they are speaking facts when they are playing in the yellow/green ranks and never been above that. There's also a ton of people who only play 1 side.

I completely agree with him, by the way. Gen regression from regular kicks is meaningless. And honestly, even with pop you will feel those seconds you have to waste actually having to kick a gen. I don't even run regression against SWF because I know trying to control the gens will largely be meaningless, and my best option is to basically just hard-tunnel someone to death ASAP then collect more kills with NOED.

  • @Kolonite said:

I doubt the map would have mattered much with a streamer on a war path win streak with their swf. It’s definitely a survivor sides map though. My main gripes are with the actual visual design. It’s so bland lmao

I mean there's plenty of maps that would at least give you a shot if you are not playing a meta killer. They had their names changed from their stream so people would not snipe them.

There are legitimate god windows (ala the ironworks of misery window) on Ormond. If the survivor team is hugging them you are absolutely boned. Drop the chase? They are in the central building. Survivors can get to them easily, and from almost anywhere if they have sprint burst. I don't account for them in my builds anymore (I would literally never run an M1 killer without bamboozle prior to the god window reduction) so the ones that remain can burn me extra hard.

In this case, I had 3 survivors on gens with an Object user calling out my location at all times while I chased someone around. 3 gens done in the first minute and a half, the standard rank 1 Object SWF experience.

And normally I run stuff like NOED / Spirit / Ebonies / etc against those kinds of squads, because that's pretty much the only way you are gonna win against them. Especially if you are locked into a dumpy killer you intended to play against console solo Q's and the new MMR won't let you change to something else. Oh, you are Demo and a 4 man just joined your lobby? Yeah go F yourself

  • @Kolonite said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1639716#Comment_1639716

I play mostly killer and I’ve never had a game on Ormond that I got stomped in. It might just be that I get meh survivors when I happen to play it or that chases aren’t all that important to Ghostface so they don’t get too much use out of the safe pallets and god windows. I’d much rather play a snowy game than to go to Haddonfield lol

I usually have my roughest games on it. My latest 3 man out was Ormond, when I failed to realize a TTV SWF on a 40+ win streak was in my lobby. By the time I even realized it was SWF in-game it was too late.

Luckily though, the majority of the time I play killer, usually nobody seems to even be aware of the Ormond god windows. But you when you find the people who do.....ouch.

  • @Kolonite said:

It’s very bland. It’s basically just a main building + shack and some hills. I have barely any memorable moments from that map.

You don't have memories of looping a killer for like 3-4+ gens because the map used to have twice the pallets it currently does? Even after the pallet nerfs you can still get clusters of like 5+ safe pallets on any given section of the map, with some of them being jungle gyms or shack.

Not to mention Ormond still has multiple god window spawns.

Overall, my contender for the most survivor sided map in the game now that springwood was gutted. People can say Haddo but really, all haddo has now is the houses of pain and being a big map. The filler pallets are not nearly as safe or frequent as the Ormond ones.

  • @Zarathos said:

Funny I see people rolling there eye going oh ya complain about the small pp build and justify that they don't run it. Fully well knowing the build is busted. But somehow the hypocrisy of a perk combo locking you out of meaningful decisions only occurs for survivors. Incoming "whataboutism" garbage to try and claim this topic should wholly be explored by itself failing to see that meta perks live an ecosystem defined by how well they circumvent the tools of there opponent's. It's a sweaty killer build living in an ecosystem where a sweaty survivor build exists I want both gone as far as I'm concerned or at least capped so they don't horrendously mess with the flow of the game. But I guess I'm a killer/survivor main who has his own agenda.

Since no ones offering advice here some tips for messing with these perks. Soulguard is infinite unbreakable vs the endless hex totem onslaught very valuable vs most high skilled killers since slugging is almost mandatory. Against ruin drag chases to distant areas away from survivor gen repairs. Don't listen to people about detectives hunch or small game those perks are trash. Focus on generic survival options exhaustion perk of your choice, soulguard, iron will and ds. Feel free to experiment but if you want to beat meta you need to play meta.

I mean, do you think it is coincidence the hex meta was revived right after a new anti-hex meta perk was put out the DLC prior?

But still, I love this meta. Rainbow map is just too good against totems, it finally has a use. I am confident you can take out 3-4+ totems on some maps before corrupt intervention would have even worn off.

  • Going for a grab even when I know I should just M1; then just getting cucked by the animation for the 1000th time.

  • As someone who has messed around with the combo for a while, it's still just RNG if it works or not. I much prefer pop + tinkerer.

I get the games where ruin is actually undying and everyone is sacrificed at like 4-5 gens left. But I also have had plenty of games where both totems are dead within the first minute or two of the game.

Also, I have seen a decent amount of survivors quick-swapping to rainbow maps at 6 seconds. There's no time to swap out of a totem build and you can't swap to another killer without a totem build since the busted MMR updated; so it's un-counterable at the moment.

Want to make sure the killer only has 2 perks within a minute of the game starting? Rainbow map quick swap. Get them for free with plunderers if you are broke.

  • You got slapped, deal with it.

  • @BioX said:

Its one of those perks that is hard to gauge whether or not its effective/doing anything.

Personally I run it on my Ace for not real reason other then it fitting thematically for me, I have planned to give every perk a unique home for as far possible.

I don't have the VOD, but I have a memory burned into my mind.

"I have not seen this survivor all game, and when I finally caught up with him, he had lightweight".

All it takes is running fixated to note that it does eliminate your scratch marks significantly faster. Will it help directly in a chase? No. Will it help overall? Absolutely.

  • It's not terrible. The primary tracking tool within DBD is scratch marks, and lightweight minimizes them. You need fixated to truly appreciate the perk however.

  • I am not sure why people are so confused about his nerf.

In the old days, there were literally 2 killers at red ranks. Nurse, and Billy. Both were strong enough to deal with the abundance of safe vacuum pallets. Over time, the maps were nerfed, and the amount of pallets compared to release is maybe 1/3 of the original amount?

But meanwhile, even after the (extreme) map nerfs, you still had Billy running around with an instantsaw or crack add-ons when the original and only counter to crack billy was essentially throwing pallets non-stop.

I’ve played Clown for so long that this rarely helps the survivor that much.

If they continue to try and loop that same tile with the dropped pallet, it’s not hard to identify where in the loop to gas it so the survivor is slowed enough to be hit before they can vault the pallet.

And if it’s too safe for that, then pallets will be cleared from the map very quickly.

Does going against a Clown with pretty much every useful pallet gone sound great to you?

Does going against any killer with every pallet gone sound great to you?

Playing clown is practically a flex at this point. But the crossplay survivors are so terrible it's not even that much of an accomplishment to win anymore.

I never (and I mean "never" as really never) had a game where Gens got done in 4 minutes (if the Killer was not afk). I know that a certain Streamer likes to upload videos about this when it happens in 1 out of 200 games and this forum goes ham. If you want to keep your evidence on this...yeah... pointless to discuss.

Then we must be playing entirely different games. If I am not running multiple regression/stall perks, I expect a 4-5 minute game.

If you don't have corrupt intervention, I would say on average 3 survivors will spawn DIRECTLY on top of generators and the clock is ticking 3-4x from the first few seconds you load in. I exclude console gamers from this discussion since they are notably worse than the PC gamers.

And don't assume I only play killer. I play survivor equally and have witnessed countless games where 3+ gens pop before the killer gets his first down. Do I disparage a killer in that situation for camping and tunneling in an attempt to win? Absolutely not. In fact, I expect it. And it blows my mind that the survivors will get 3 gens done in the first 2 minutes of the game and then expect the killer to just let them unhook for free.

The Clown-thing happened before the DS-Bug.

The rest of your post is better left uncommented.

Because it is correct? I refuse to believe anyone playing this game at a "high level" doesn't recognize the fact that 3 gens can be done in ~80 seconds by a good team.

It is only a handful of band-aid perks, as well as incompetent survivors terrified to touch generators, that prevent that from happening.
