  • I think that's the case tbh, on pyramid head, Green range attack extenders are pretty rare for me compared to everything else, same with Twins Rattle and Forest Stew. Whereas on Blight with his umbra salts, and Blighted Crow they appear quite often.

  • I think it's a good patch but my only concern is boons being relightable without an internal cooldown. For instance i snuff one totem, chase that survivor, another begins to relight the same totem, i down the survivor being chased with Victor, go through a 7 second stun and then walk over with Charlotte, by then they've already been healed up to full if in the totem radius. Totem's can currently overlap, so essentially it now becomes a stalemate with the totems. Maybe perhaps snuffing a totem blocks it by the entity for 60-90 seconds.

    • 10-15 second cooldown.
    • Gain a notification of how many Generators are in range and how many will be effected by a number on the perk icon.
    • all damage attacks trigger it, special and M1.
    • Do not increase the amount regressed but allow it to proc on injury.
  • Even more reason to run it when boons come out, especially if you can snuff a boon and re-apply plaything before it can be blessed again. Having fun with it on Pyramid Head when oblivious survivor stays on a gen and doesn't see the judgment attack coming.

I don't think Twins will ever get buffed again. They know people don't like playing against them so they gave them a hefty nerf in the hopes that less people play them. They get absolutely hard countered by swfs that have 2 players stick together since Victor gets a DS stun when you down someone.

They've gone about it the wrong way though. They should give more incentive to use Charlotte more instead of leaning on Victor too much.

  • If anything it buffs Hex:Plaything and makes it even more appealing. Assuming the totem can't be blessed within the 90 second window that the hooked survivor has to find it by themselves.

  • I just want Legion, Twins and Executioner looked at with either addons or QOL buffs.

  • I'd say Thrilling Tremor's. I find it creeps up in nearly all of my killer's builds. I find it more reliable than BBQ.

  • I generally find survivor's will spawn near corrupt, tend to catch one or two people running from those gen's blocked. On a non mobility killer, this is probably the better option for early pressure. Rather than paroling the one's that aren't blocked for the first 60 seconds or so.

  • You might as well throw Hag into the mix too tbh.

Twins has to park Charlotte several meters away, unless Victor is already idle at a hook. You can crouch to Victor and kick him. And if Charlotte somehow hits you, either you're healing on the hook or they saw you running towards the hook as Victor and decided to switch to prevent a safe rescue.

Hag will hook wherever her web is, just like a spider with a fly, if you wonder into it, she will punish you.

Leatherface is one you should be worried about.

  • Corrupt / Deadlock / Pop / Thrilling on Twin's - Spiner's top add-on that makes survivor's drop items / Forest stew. Safe to say they got pissy that they couldn't use their BNP's.

Dying Light / Thana / Scourge hook:GOP / Pop - On Pinhead, with his iridescent 16m box add-on, so much slow down XD

  • I've been quite enjoying Dead man's switch on Pinhead, especially when a chain hunt starts.

Loving scourge hook gift of pain on my twins also. A sloppy and a slow down in one perk.

  • I would take Coup if you got tokens from unhooks and being blinded in addition to gens.

I would merge Oppression and Eruption with their effects with a slightly longer cooldown

    Reduce Thrilling cooldown

Dead man's switch i would make a scourge hook requirement instead of obsession, force a tremendous skill check with no warning upon hooking.

Furtive chase i would make it hide your red stain while in a chase for 60 seconds.

Dragon's Grip i would make it last until touched, with the same requirement of MYC being 30+m away. Cooldown will start once touched.

Lullaby, in addition survivor's become incapacitated periodically depending on amount of tokens.

  • Wish i got that treatment...usually get Hawkins or game on my Blight pretty regularly. Haddonfield on my Twins is nightmare depending on the layout too.

  • There's a couple challenges that mostly promote camping and slugging tbh. Kill obsession 5 times, hook 2 survivors within 60 seconds, do it 4 times, get 10 basement kills , get 10-15 sacrifices to the entity ect ect.

  • Overcharge only applies to the gen you kick, not the other's affected by Oppression. Oppression does however count to 'Damage gen x amount of times' challenges I've noticed.

  • Blight is actually really good on console now, even better than billy's turn rate while he's even using dad's shoes add-on.

Trickster and Nurse is not playable (for me at least), at least optimally. Deathslinger and Huntress are iffy but can be played.

Pinhead's chain turn rate is not too bad, actually very good.

  • I play her on and off. she just has too many issues that frustrate me compared to other killer's.

    • Her puke is inconsistent, at least on console) survivor can be standing right in front of her and not get infected but go through the cough animation. Aiming wise is also iffy with dedicated servers.
    • Her point scoring system. Playing her correctly with infections and utilizing her power goes massively against you on emblems and points in general. If survivors cleanse repeatedly, that's a massive point deduction for the health states. I generally think no other killer has that problem. She gains very little points using her vile purge power also.
    • The constant whispers while corrupt purge is active is way too loud, doesn't need to be a thing.

I generally think she needs the Nemesis treatment where survivor's have limitations on how many times they can cleanse per game or at least have a drawback for cleansing with skill checks that get harder per cleanse.

  • I dropped Plague and Doctor. Plague because she get's absolutely shat on in the point scoring system and general game play. Doctor because he was no longer fun for me and ended up being easy games.

I drift between several but i mostly 'Main' Twins , Blight , Executioner and now Pinhead will most likely replace my clown after playing him near enough over a year, he's getting stale.

Im quite sure that no perks in the game apply to victor. You can even see this when you switch to him, your perk HUD will disappear indicating the lack of perk functionality on victor. All perk effects apply to charlotte, and never victor.

Yeah, it's weird. He can see discordance noise audio's for example. So thought maybe oblivious would carry over if it was still in play on that one survivor. Ah well, i finally got the perk to appear in the blood web so we'll see if it's decent on Charlotte.

No it doesn't, because the box is part of pinheads "power" any other aura is fair games I believe for blindness

    Hmm well that's a shame.

  • Depending on if blood web is kind to me over the next few days; I'd like to try builds like this.

The Gen Blocking Build - Deadlock or Hoarder / Thrilling Tremors / Dead man's Switch / Furtive Chase - Theory being if you can keep up chain hunts and hook the obsessions, The chain hunt will block gens for 45 seconds guaranteed, Deadlock and Thrilling for even more blocking to buy time for new hunts if they solve the box.

The Slow Down Build - Pop / Scourge Hook:GOP / Dying Light / Thana - I think either way this could work, If they heal they get 9% reduced action speed + Dying light stacks. If they don't they get Thana and Dying light stacks with sloppy effect.

Chaos Build - Hex:Plaything / Nurses / Hysteria or Surge / Eruption - Ideally for a 3-Gen scenario, you should be able to control it with chain hunts and your chains in general, with additional tracking and stealth if totems are left.

No box Aura Build - Hex:Third Seal / Pop / Thrilling Tremors / Undying - Assuming Third seal works on the box's aura for survivor's.

  • Don't think you guys can use the 'But no one plays them' line for cosmetics, Plague was a recent contest winner for an upcoming future skin no? If anything, giving quality skins to the less played characters might entice people to play them more.

  • I'd say Corrupt / Deadlock, Thrilling, pop and a tracking perk for a pretty standard killer build. Ruin and undying is totem spawn dependent, had games where both have been broken within 45 seconds. So i'd say use it if you want but expect it to be gone rather quick on most maps.

  • Well survivor's wanted more interaction with Killer's powers.

  • Assuming the worst scenario yes, but if it's already proc'ed and you down someone before it's over it's usable.

  • Deadlock would have more synergy with Thrilling tremors and Pop tbh. If you can get a down within those 30 seconds of it being blocked, plus the extra 16 seconds from thrilling to hopefully kick it in time with pop after the hook.

  • Most likely balance for number of survivors left in the match if one dies on that hook for future scourge hook perks. It's why there's only 4 spread around the map i assume.

  • I'm usually too busy doing objectives or looping when playing survivor to be concerned on how the character's hair sways in the wind. But by all means, keep looking at the hair while i creep up with whatever killer i'm playing :P

  • I noted that on PTB and surprised there was no changes to that, like a worse off clown atm for me. Maybe an inclusion of a quick-time event (Random button inputs) for breaking chains might help with using it in a chase. Cause currently survivor's are just holding M1 while running and it breaks instantly.

More interested in how his perks perform on other killer's at this point in time though.

  • Most likely an increase of people playing with their friends on the first week of chapter releases.

  • I shall be around haha, want to test deadlock and scourge hook gift of pain on them and see how it compares.

  • Dragon's Grip - Just too inconsistent. I would buff it to last indefinitely on the kicked Gen but have the same requirements as MYC in terms of distance, but have a 1 min cooldown once activated.

Coup De Grace - Just useless currently. Hooks grant tokens now too, being stunned 2 times grants a token (Bit like how spirit fury charges work) Remove Gen token aspect.

Dying Light - Needs more to become worthwhile. Redesign to a scourge hook perk, in addition to the slowdown, Survivor's are periodically incapacitated for 5 seconds every 20 seconds until the hooked survivor is rescued or deceased.

Eruption - Too much effort for little payoff. - Merge with Oppression. Kicking a gen now also primes 2 other nearby gens as well as the one you kicked for the same effect, Once detonated leaves a hard skill check with no warning sound. Anyone currently working on a generator when it becomes primed becomes incapacitated.

  • You can literally take away two of them. There is no issue if people want to use them. You still have to pressure gen's for Ruin to work mind you.

  • For me personally it's a combination of things.

Vomit hit boxes being inconsistent, It's pathing can be kinda weird at times, a survivor can be standing right in front of you and it still doesn't register as a hit.

Cleansing healing to full health states always bothered me, in my opinion it should only get rid of infection.

The whispers being super annoying while corrupt purge is active, survivor's already get a noise notification when plague is sucking up a pool, it's just overkill.

Plague suffer's massively in the emblem point scoring system, could get a 4k and still depip because you played her correctly with infections.

  • Switch all-seeing blood to Iridescent, Silent bell to purple and include a reduced duration of the speed burst granted when using this add-on.

  • Pop or Ruin / Thrilling Tremors or Undying / Scourge Hook:Gift of Pain / Deadlock and BBQ with Twins.

Switch things out depending on if totems are being cleansed immediately on first couple of matches.

    Doctor - Distressing / Lullaby / Undying / Overcharge / Pop

    Executioner - Plaything / Pop / Thrilling / Infectious / Discordance

  • If he's already hitting you with a bottle directly you were gonna get hit regardless. I would have more of a problem with MYC exposed and a fast killer like Blight or Wraith using it. Let clown have his fun.

  • I think Oni has some cool one's, Wraith too.

I just wish Twins could get some decent cosmetics for once, I want a hooded Charlotte or something resembling the look of a travelling merchant. Pictures below for a theme.

    twins.jpg twins 2.jpg

  • Does he still lose distance using his power in a chase while successfully hitting it? As in survivor's can break chains and gain distance over him while he catches up.

  • If you're healing in the killer's view or vicinity then he's not gonna let you do it freely. Downing someone causes another survivor to come off a gen while he starts chasing you, it's just how pressure works.

If however he's ignoring other's and gunning for you, maybe he's down 3 gen's and needs someone out of the game for a chance of winning, sure it's not a nice tactic but it helps restore pressure, just don't take it too personally.

I would only have a problem with it if he's doing well and in decent control, then i think it's a valid complaint.

  • I feel this is where F13 was good in requiring parts or tools to escape. Certainly doable with how Pinhead's box mechanically spawns in. Could do the same with tools or spare parts that gen's would require to fully repair.

  • I still remember the hooking bug, which it wouldn't let you physically hook them even with mashing the input.

A lot of bugs with Nurse and Twins though. Once got Victor stuck on RPCD inside some boxes for a good 90 seconds.

  • I would revert a successful pounce hit cooldown on a injured survivor back to 3 seconds, it's more than enough time to kick him if there's multiple around. 5 seconds is way too long and feels very out of place with the animation.

Victor now causes erratic movement while latched on to a survivor, (as if a killer was carrying a survivor) To help with people taking him hostage and holding W.

Charlotte now gains a haste effect once Victor has been kicked or crushed, 6-8 seconds or so like a clown's invigorate bottle while she's out of Victor's radius.

Allow the use of on hit perks and aura perks to work with Victor. Should be able to use Surge for example.

While Charlotte is dormant, anyone who approaches her in lunge range loses a health state.

Allow Victor to pounce down and upstairs on Haddonfield, Midwitch.

    Rework her perks;

Oppression - Reduced cooldown , Skillcheck - Failing the skillcheck causes a surge effect on the other two affected generator's.

Coup de Grace - Hooking grants a token, completed gens grant a token.

Hoarder - Same but whenever a survivor uses an item from a chest, their aura is revealed.

  • Lately I'd say Thrilling Tremor's on Twins when i'm not running Ruin or Undying, let's me know where to send Victor to go harass.

Once Pinhead's perks come out i'd like to use Deadlock and Scourge hook: Gift of Pain in a build with Twins.

Something like; Pop / Deadlock or Thana / Thrilling / Scourge Hook:GOP i think could work quite well.

  • TBH Ruin and Undying are the only two perks that regress gens that i get value out of with Twins, there's very little value trying to use pop with them, with their playstyle.

  • Maybe bloodwarden too, kindred for survivors.

  • Works with most killer's, however with Twins you would need to Adjust it somewhat as Victor can't see corrupt intervention or discordance for example, You'll still get the noise notification but not the aura. And Ruin / Undying is pretty much mandatory if you rely on Victor a lot, However Thrilling Tremor's and Pop works fine, just a preference. And i'm sure you know Victor can't activate perks like infectious or sloppy on his own, Just Charlotte.

  • Probably better to leave him with Victor if he wants to take him hostage, he'll either kill his teammates with the killer instincts or be one less person working on a Gen for you while you chase someone else. Depends on the situation of course but the more you know.

Also been having fun with the Iridescent Pin on a couple games, catches people off guard with the exposed effect. I left Victor stationary at a strong loop and switched back to Charlotte and headed towards him, by this point the looping survivor was kicking victor and stuck in the animation and got instantly downed from Charlotte XD

  • I still think they'd be better off using another Killer from the franchise, Iconic or not if you won't stick to how the killer was represented in their universe, what's the point? Myself i would've preferred Heisenberg and his metal manipulation, just feel it would've worked better and stayed true to the character, plus Village map would be 10x times better.
