Because when you look at some of the big streamers and youtubers (not going to name anyone in particular) they are toxic.

Gonna start off by mentioning the video idea you have. It's a fairly good idea, and although I'd like to see it happen, I doubt it will happen. It's always a possibility, and one I hope they take up, but with how long it could take to make it, I don't see it happening. Maybe if it wasn't a cinematic and instead was Dwight being infected by Plague it could have a bigger chance.
Let's move onto The Alien. His power, although seems fun, and extremely cool, would be useless on certain maps. On other maps, he could completely deny loops. If it was balanced right, maybe it could work, but it would be hard to do so.
As for his eggs, they sound good. Maybe change it to a 25% egg to 75% hook ratio, other than that I like the concept.
The mori seems great, I might be missing something from the film though.
Now for The Aliens perks.
Xenobioligy is a decent perk, but I'd remove the debuff. X for the auras could be something like 8/12/16 meters, which personally wouldn't make it too strong.
Fast Learner seems extremely weak. Very rarely will survivors miss multiple skill checks, let alone one, and the aura reading would have to be for a fairly long time to be even worth it.
Hiding in plain sight seems good, but maybe have a cooldown on the red stain of about 30 seconds, or then certain tactics would become extremely strong.
As for Sebastians perks...
Sacrificial offering seems mostly useless. It would be a tad bit better if the haste effect was any direction, but even then it wouldn't be that useful.
Archeological Surveys first effect is great. X could be 10%/20%/30%. And be balanced. However, I'm not a big fan if the second effect, possibly make it related to totems, like a counter for how many totems remain in the trial possibly?
Souvenirs from scrap seems fine. Does it's job and isn't too weak nor too strong.
Finally, I would judge the maps, but I've never watched the films 😅

The best way to do so is to put it in the community creations tab and if it gains a lot of up votes, someone from BHVR may look at it.

Thats not a mmr think imo. Killer played pretty good for a rank 19 and knew a lot of mindgames. Also he use both iri addons and iri mori and got 4 strong perks maxed out. But the screenshot does not proof his playstyle of course. Sure he could spend all his BP on killer and never played her. But thats unrealistic imo.
My best bet is that he either took a long break, or is a high ranked survivor with a lot of game knowledge.

I've never played League, although on FM19 I lead Wycome Wanderers to a Treble (I don't know if this makes it any worse or better but it was on mobile)

Even though it's thrown with her left hand, its thrown at the direct centre of the screen. Although it could be cool to see some of our favourite killers with their weapon switched, I'd rather time and resources were spent elsewhere.

This confused me too at first so don't worry.
Whatever you use to charge your chainsaw (which I assume is L2) you press again to consume another charge.

Fallout is a game that I've wanted to try for a while, although have never touched. Definitely need to try it soon.

Usually my build is Balanced Landing, to turn nothing into something, Spinechill to get the early run and for vault speed, Iron Will so I can stay injured and make jukes, and Bond so I can no where to and where not to loop.
Despite me not having more hours than you in DBD, this to me is the best build you can use.

If they want to they can just run to a corner and look at it or simply go up to the survivors and show them you want to farm.

This is what I want to see. 100% this. I've been saying this for ages as it doesn't change moris into something completely useless, it promotes anti tunneling and you still get that cool animation.
