I thought the trap was always activated? Help me understand this trap?
Ive been playing since last september and only wear trap a few times! Everytime I was able to find the key.
How can you wear an un-activated trap?

Iron Grasp increased the wiggle time by 75%. So it kinda possible to carry a survivor through nearly the entire map. And while survivors had much, much, much stronger perks and setups like infinites, the game was still fun because they played different. It was about playing stealthy and not getting cought. And if you got cought you run to a palett, used it and tried to hide again. No looping. Was a fun time.

This would have been something neat for the celebration. An option to join a lobby with the old skool rules and original perk designs. I wonder what % of people would have preferred the original? Also, weren't maps a lot darker? And Claudette could have her darker clothes back, lol. I would have tried the old skool lobby if it had been a thing. 😊

Well...you got Bonus Bloodpoints for just doing your objective, both survivor and killer.
And it was a Summer Event, last year we didn't get it because they needed resources to "fix bugs" but that didn't happen.
It was a lot more unique and well, the vibe was a lot better than what it is now. Right now, the offering is bugged, the gens just have balloons, the hooks have balloons, there's....it's so generic.
The Generators were different, the hooks had grills, it was a well thought out Event.
Oh, I forgot about the sizzling grills, lol. Yeah I guess the visuals were better and bonus BP sounds good.
I'm just a cosmetic-fiend I guess. We are getting so much stuff that sticking a couple of balloons on things makes me feel like it's a big celebration.😊 I feel embarrassed now thinking about it.
But I really enjoyed how they forced my hands playing all the Killers to get their crowns. That was the most fun I had all year. I would have never played them otherwise (except Robbie the Rabbit Legion.) So that was supercool. Also I like seeing all the Killers when I play survivour. It's been fun to actually play against them all. People had been constantly playing the same ones most of the time. It's been so much fun to play against all the Killers. Players wouldn't be playing most of these killers off, if it wasn't for the event. So that's a nice positive.

The BBQ Event was so much fun.
God, I had a blast.
But what made it better? (I'm not putting it down. )All I see are special generators/hooks that give you 'points' towards something towards Kate and Billy.
Everyone gets a cosmetic now as well as a full suit for Claudette and Deathslinger and a way cool birthday cake charm coming up.
I don't see how the barbeque was much different since you were just doing gens and hooking people. And you got way less for it.
Was the community nicer back then so it made the celebration more fun? I'm not trying to trash your opinion. I just can't understand how Year 4 isn't superior.

I always give hatch. But when it's my turn and I gesture I have it, they get all butthurt and struggle til the last drop. Once someone struggled til they saw me get hit, then let go.

Plague was so disqusted with the idea of parties and crowns(in the match I played with her), that she vomited all over the pedestal that she and I came up on at the same time. Lol
I still grabbed it and she was mad and chased me the whole match. In the end she let me live! I was shocked!

Aww sorry. I don't remember what happened with the rest. But poor Spirit seemed confused what was going on. She was on Ormond and couldnt find a crown. Then she started to get bullied! There was a Steve that kept harrassing her. She chased him a long time and found her crown while chasing him. In the end she just cried in the corner. While everyone took her game hostage and refused to to gens for a long time. But eventually they got tired of her crying and left.
Poor Spirit. She had the worst time of everyone.

Anna saw a Dwight hide in a locker on the way to find her crown. She pulled him out and threw him on the ground, cause "That's how you treat men!" lol, Anna! !

Doctor couldn't find one for the longest time. And he was the most confident! He became angry and hit a Kate. I told him that was bad. This a celebration! Couldn't find a crown still and hit a Claudette! No, no, I said. He calmed down a bit then found his crown (thank heavens.)
He's back on his pony right now.

My killers all feel accomplished. They've worked hard all year. No blood spilling this celebration is all a big spa bath for them. I wipe the tears of happiness from my eyes as I watch their utter enjoyment at their special days. I can't throw the confetti quick enough.
