Bill can't, Jane can. Any non-original character cannot get the crowns. The Survivors who can get them are Dwight, Meg, Claudette, Jake, Nea, Ace, Feng, David, Kate, Adam, Jeff, Jane, Yui, and Zarina.

Everyone can get crowns, except for these sad sacks:
Bill
Laurie
Tapp
Ash
Nancy
Steve
Cheryl
Quentin
Meyers
Leathers
Pig
Freddy
Ghost Face
Demogordon
Pyramid Head
Every character that is not licenced.
Ash, not Ace.
My bad!
You almost made the always-smiling Ace a sad sack! 👿
