Got a soft spot for how campy and silly Killer Klowns is, plus that theme song is sick!
-
I'd love for scratch marks and auras to be customizable by map. It's rather depressing that I so easily lose survivors on Coldwind just because I'm partially colorblind, and the current colorblind settings are zero help at all.
-
What does Hope have to do with idle crows? Why is this extremely specific, very rare interaction such a problem in your eyes?
-
I like X for interactions (repairing, healing, etc.) and Y for Ability 2. RB is reserved for quick actions in chase, like vaults and pallets.
-
I made sure to progress that acheivement as much as possible on the first day, when lots of people were still trying to get value out of Weaving Spiders. Though almost half of my progress came from just farming in the basement with two survivors healing each other. I'd try that if you can.

I have suggested that before, yes!
Give me a perk that has some strong upside to it, at the cost of NOT letting my teammates see my aura! Maybe a permanent Distortion effect... NO ONE can read my aura, ever.
Also, I'm sure it's easy to say "rare griefers" if you play in SWF all day. I only play solo. The survivors I'm stuck with are allergic to gens and magnetically attracted to my location, intentional or otherwise.
I almost never play on SWF. And when I do, it's only 2 or 3 of us with one being a complete newbie.
Anyway, I think it's far healthier to focus on what you can control and try to observe what you can improve on. Your current mindset gives me the impression that you're actively hunting for excuses to blame your teammates. I've played 1,000 hours, and I can count on one hand the amount of times a teammate has purposefully led the killer to me.
-
Removing valuable information from the team just to hinder rare griefers isn't a great idea. These people could just as easily run Bond and lead the killer to you every time. Would you suggest they remove that effect as well?
-
They'd have to change animations specifically for survivors or skins with heels, I don't see them going for it.
-
While we're at it I'd greatly appreciate Mother's Helpers and Black Grease returning, maybe even combined into a single add-on. I'd love to run those in a build with Enduring, Spirit Fury, Hex: Two Can Play, and the new Shadowborn. Yes, survivors! Blind and stun me to your heart's content!

Thank you so much for your thoughts! I just bumped to an open Discussion regarding Deep Rifts cosmetics and I think that ideas like that are actually good, they should be considered by the team!
I like what's being said in that discussion. Allowing players to claim a single past Deep Rift outfit for reaching the end of each Deep Rift sounds like a fair compromise to me.
-
I'm glad to see a Pig main actually embrace moving more towards a chase-oriented playstyle. Every other Pig main I'm seeing on here is throwing a huge fit that they can't abuse her miserable tactics anymore.
-
They should've brought back the default Bewitching Barista skin by now, especially considering all of the Ghostface stuff from that tome was already added last October. For some reason they really like dragging their feet when it comes to adding rift cosmetics to the store.
I really don't see them ever bringing back the Deep Rift cosmetics though. More than just an issue of clogging the store, the entire reason for their existence is to encourage people to play through the whole rift, rewarding them with exclusive items. It kind of defeats the whole point of the Deep Rift if they were to bring back everything.
Frankly I wouldn't mind if they removed the exclusivity on Deep Rift skins. I own plenty, but wouldn't feel upset if others got the opportunity to share in the enjoyment I have with them. But I really don't see it happening.
-
I saw that same Ayrun video and was left quite confused. He did it as if that's just how it's always worked. Can anyone explain if there are simply specific situations you can walk through the killer or something?
-
That's when the game has its daily reset for rituals and first match bonuses, maybe there's a correlation there?
-
I think we could go a step further and have the totem light after only 1 stun or blind, as it's really not a strong enough effect to justify so much setup before it works. The blind duration could maybe also be bumped up to 2.5 seconds, though 2 seconds would still be quite nice.
-
Buy an Iron Maiden cosmetic if you want to hear it. Isn't that their whole motivation behind this event, for players to buy skins?
-
Definitely Plague, she's the only killer who doesn't give survivors any speed boost when injuring them.
-
I'd really like to at least have the option of it. I often want to give props to a particularly helpful teammate, or a nice killer, but can't due to different platforms. I have a mini keyboard that attached to my controller, so it wouldn't take ages to type either.
-
I'd love to see Wake Up's gate opening speed be increased from 25% to 50%. For a perk that won't even see any value in less than half of matches, it should have a stronger effect when it finally sees use.
Self-Preservation and Better than New could also use number increases. The former could suppress scratches, blood, and grunts for 20 seconds rather than 10, and maybe increase the activation range from 16 meters to 32. And the latter could increase healing, chest unlocking, cleansing, and blessing speed from 16% to 25%, at least as a start.
-
Can't say I agree with killer being more stressful and less rewarding. Killer gets more bloodpoints than survivor on average, and their tome challenges are generally easier and more straightforward to achieve, while survivor challenges often force you to throw the entire match (hide within 10 meters of the killer for 60 seconds in a single match?)
On the stress part, the killer only has to worry about letting themselves down. A survivor has the worry of letting their entire team down if they make a mistake. The killer also has full control of their role, and can choose how seriously they want to take the match. A survivor can only control 25% of their role, and doing well doesn't have nearly as much impact on how their role is performing. Not to mention a survivor can essentially be prevented from playing the game if the killer chooses, and being gen-rushed isn't anywhere as frustrating as that.
-
Why don't you just enter the lobby as a low prestige, then switch to the P100 at the last second?
-
There is literally zero reason to make adepts harder. It can already be a nightmare with certain ones like David.
-
I appreciate the change as well, I'll take anything to make grinding battle passes in games easier!
-
I think he just needs another complete rework. Old Freddy was inherently flawed, and new Freddy is just boring.
-
BHVR asked people in a recent survey if they'd be interested in cross-progression, with the catch being that DLCs bought through the platform store (eShop, PS Store, etc.) wouldn't transfer. I hope the reception was positive and we'll be getting that feature soon.
-
It used to be Mother's Helpers and Black Grease on Hillbilly. But those are gone now, so...
-
You forgot that Blood Rush is also pretty strong, but I guess it's not very popular since it doesn't counter hard tunneling. Seems Renato is the only Tools of Torment character to get anything decent, every other perk is uninteresting or not very good.
-
I love Deathslinger, there's a lot of room for skill expression on both sides. It feels great to make a close dodge at just the right moment as a survivor, and there's so much satisfaction to properly predicting and leading a shot as Slinger. One of the least problematic and most fun killers in the game if you ask me.

I will never get why to remove those techs in first place unless it's really game breaking (Blight J Flick was kinda broken imo). It just makes those killers more fun and interesting, isn't that what BHVR should want?
Wesker is good example, he has many techs and that's part of why he is so popular, because those things increase skill ceiling.
I think console players are just jealous...
Xeno had fishing (pulling tail down over object), that's mostly impossible, or way harder from what I tested.
Chucky flick, gone.
How often you see those killers now? It's just a pitty imo. Neither of those seemed game breaking to me.
If the issue is console player jealousy, shouldn't the solution be to enable them to partake in the techs as well?
-
They wouldn't even be great without any cooldowns at all, since they require you to be inefficient and staple yourself to a teammate.
-
I'd really prefer they just implement base kit changes to make spreading hooks the most optimal strategy for killers. I don't want to feel forced to run perks just to be able to play the game.
-
It's pretty interesting how certain killer attributes were altered for this mode. An example being the Doctor, who can still shock survivors with Static Blast despite them not technically being inside his terror radius, because it doesn't exist.
-
Oni also struggles with this. For whatever reason hitting survivors with his power doesn't award deviousness points, only brutality. He only gains minor points from absorbing blood, activating his power, and dashing around.
-
I think they just need to buff basekit regression and nerf all regression perks to be around mid-tier, that will help a lot with build variety.
-
I like to think it's fun for everyone involved when I don't tunnel anyone while running a meme build, like Enduring, Spirit Fury, Shadowborn, and Hex: Two Can Play.
-
Or they can just implement more reasonable challenges for survivor. Pretty silly that killer can easily get 6 hooks in one match, but survivor needs to throw themselves at the hook for a minimum of 2-3 matches to complete the same challenge.
-
They did bring a Prime cosmetic for Haddie to the store, mainly because everyone complained that she didn't have enough outfits. It's not much, but does indicate that it's technically possible for Prime rewards to return.

Looked like a regular 90° flick. You can see his red stain only turn that much.
-
Crazy that you have a slinger icon but find the killer boring. I don't even use him that often, but I think he's one of the most mechanically satisfying killers to play. And the audacity to claim Skull Merchant is more fun, the most boring killer I've ever had the displeasure of playing. There isn't a single thing remotely satisfying or interesting about plopping down drones.
-
At least once you set up the account it's really easy. Any time you earn the drops they're immediately added in your game.
-
Another vote from me for bringing Mother's Helpers back. Loved that add-on, it was so fun!
-
I've never even considered the thought of mixing up Pied Piper and Grandma's Cookbook, they're at completely opposite angles. But I wouldn't have any issue with reverting to the Welcome Sign.

I found their twitch, but they don't have any VODs. Not sure what they expect us to say or do.

Remember, if killers have anything at all that gives them any sort of edge, it's bad and "unhealthy" and "not interactive" and it needs to be nerfed to the ground. The original cooldown on the tail was fine, but survivors didn't like it because it meant that they had to actually play carefully, so now here we are. Of course xeno needs a buff, most killers do, but they're not going to get one.
"they had to actually play carefully" You mean they had to get lucky with god tiles, or else it was impossible to escape a tile without being hit.
-
I have the same issue on Xbox, achievement didn't progress after getting a flashlight save.
-
It is pretty annoying that you can equip a challenge, only for it to be completely unobtainable due to pure RNG.
-
I'd absolutely love it if they implemented this. I was pretty disappointed when I learned neither teammates nor the killer could hear anything Nicolas Cage said while I'm playing as him.
-
Great changes! I'd totally kill for the Mother's Helpers to return, especially with the Black Grease integrated like you suggested. I'd love to combine it with Enduring, Two Can Play, and new Shadowborn.
-
The issue with showing totems is the perk might destroy hexes a little too hard, when many complain that hexes are already unviable.
-
Why would you assume it comes with a custom portrait? That's only for legendary skins.
