Nope, I do not think they do so because of forums but because people get the attention to something, they check it and then try to balance it, ask any of the community players, even go to polls, even with all the changes, the feeling is that this game is survivor favoured.
Show me any time they asked anything before putting it official as you say...

Both roles get nerfs, and you complain about two when the other side had many more, and call that survivor crying? Do you think devs do something just for a few forum posts instead of having a look in their balance database?
BTW you contradiction is very clear between the title and your post description:

It's not easy for devs to ban someone, they need proofs sent by ticket by their support page. They also need to investigate furder, but the main mistake it's not from devs, it's from EAC for not detecting it.

Ruin can still today appear in the middle of nowhere in the center of the map outside, with no trees or something around in Nurse's map

OchiDO, he's the first youtuber I found of DBD, his videos are hilarious and very funny, and I learnt things thanks to him like looping propperly or flashlight saves

I think they collected enugh data, recognised enough roblems and passed enough time for a "test"

I do agree with you lobbies are really bad in the middle east server and am getting the same players over and over again that i am not interested in playing the game anymore.
I would honestly rather a 2 minute waiting time as a survivor to get 90 ms EU ping than waiting about 20 minutes to get a 50 ms ME ping against the same person with the same survivors.

The reason why he has undetectable on lvl 1 is because he can't get aura readed or detected by spine chill, undetectable is not just terror radius

For the next days I revised his steam profile and watched his streams and nothing happened to him apparently. I got a similar answer from behaviour as the creator of this thread.

I once beated a streamer whilr I was playing survivor and after calling me lagswitcher (yes, as survivor) he started to throw all kinds of insults refering to europeans because aparently americans are a superior race. The things he said were not normal, were too many insults and he even kept comenting in my profile. I reported this in-game and by ticket and the guy is still streaming dbd and he never had a ban.

The reason why they don't delete SWF is divided in two parts.
-There's nothing wrong to play with yur friends as it makes more people join the game.
-If they remove it, people will constantly lobby dodge until finding their friends.

These two are a nightmare for me, there are also the one that YOU must complete four gens by yourself and make two flashlight saves, one of the most difficult things in the game.
But in part is understandable, the first challemges has been extremely easy, so itvs normal to put more difficult ones, but think about it, how probable is to get the "special" killer of the "special" survivors to make these challenges. If you reached that point, your rank must be high, not 21, and the people you will get will never let you do these

It all depends on the hour you play and the role the people is playing, for example, for me survivor is very easy to find lobby at mornings and early afternoons, and the rest of the afternoon and night is very easy to find killer lobby.

You all have to try to play myers. For me nurse and plague are fine now, but there are some hatchets that shouldn't have hit and with myers you have to wait like 3 seconds to start stalking and sometimes you try to 99% but then you get evil within 3 and then it pushes back a 25% less with tier 2

I honestly olay more survivor and I think these changes are ok, I didn't use instaheals a lot and they were quite anoying when plaing killer for me
