PSA: XBOX Auric Cells From Rift
I've seen some confusion about this on the forums and various other social platforms, so I figured I'd stick it somewhere.
If you are one of the XBox players who has not been earning their Auric Cells from the paid track of the Rift, the issue has been fixed with yesterday's patch.
However--you have to go open up the in-game store to get them, just as you would have to if you purchased Auric Cells on your computer or mobile app. They've been credited to your account much like a "gift card" of Auric Cells, so you have to go to the store to claim them.

Didn't devs add any screen watning when starting up the game like we had in pc with crossplay?
@Angelicus23 I'm not sure what you mean. We got a note about it in our hotfix patch notes in the news section, but no instructions on how to retrieve missing cells.
