What makes you think i am lying?
I have seen this many times as killer and unhooked myself a few times. All gens done + no survivors left to unhook + attemps left = Much higher chance to unhook yourself.
Honestly i thought this is common knowledge. 4% chance is almost impossible, unhooking yourself under the circumstances above is not. OP has noticed the exact same. Why else complaining about survivor getting the hatch? Must have been the last survivor left with first time hook.
Cause its a fact that this is not how you described it.

Lets do some math. If 2 people are working on separate gens, 2 gens can be done in 80 seconds. If 2 people work on each gen, that's 2 gens done in 46 seconds. It takes roughly 30 seconds to cross the map. That leaves 16 seconds to search for people working on gens, and if the survivors stealth around, you can't find anyone. It is perfectly plausible for two gens to be done before you find someone. Your sarcasm is flawed and your statement is subjective at best.
You basically dont start the game 30s away from all survivors unless they use shrouds to spawn at the other side of the map. Also people doing gens together are already in your favor, cause theyre ineffective. Youre totally overexaggerating.

At least you get the bbq stack.
Yeah good thing youre even rewarded to be scummy as killer. LOL

Basic chance is 4% but tremendously increases when all other survivors are either dead or slugged. Not 100% sure but i think there are more conditions. So when you have not been hoked til the end of the game and no rescue, chances are good that you can escape.
Nothing wrong about that. This mechanic is not explained anywhere, but it's a thing.
Nice lies.
-
I dont see any issue in this Clip despite the killers doing several mistakes.
-
yeah thats the fault of the survivors (no its even the SWFs fault) if YOU cant find anyone before 2 gens pop. Its getting ridiculous again.
-
If you need to play "right" for the pips, i dunno what you actually do, cause I always pip just by playing the game withoud minding emblems at all. Its already far too easy to get rank 1 on both sides. Its always embarassing to see other redranks playing like newbies.
-
So you think a lose-lose-situation for survivors in a chase is fine? Sigh.

@Jill10230 said:
Survivors do not need addons.
So what? You get them if you want to or not, doesnt if killer gets their addons to use or not. Also most killers arent that much addon reliant as people claim.
-
Most of this isnt countered in any way by no mither. Dont tell so many obvious lies.
-
It does not make any sense to deactivate on basically every action. Its getting old.

just by saying that, it was completely demonstrated that you are a man who survives. your opinion is automatically canceled
So you just admitted that youre in no position to talk. Good boi.
-
9/10 games me or anyone on my Team gets camped, tunneled or slugged. And in 8/9 of these games i can guess the nation of the killer. Also watching several streamers at the same time showing off nearly the same results. Its just annoying to play on the german EU servers.
-
Again this disable nonsense. Its getting old.

play 15 killer games, I want to see if you’re still going to do it with this "perfectly good"
I already saw that you are a man surv I already saw that you are a man surv because of this "perfectly good"
It doesnt matter what I show you. Your opinion is already biased.

You obviously do not understand the definition of power role.

NO! My issue is to run behind as survivor who is running to the hook and saves the person from the hook who is his SWF friend that exactly nows that he will now bodyblock for his buddy resulting in invurability for both of them! I DONT WANT to hit the unhooked guy I want hunt the unhooker!
And thats what BT should prevent. If I unhook someone with BT and they just run away resulting in me getting hooked instead not using BT wouldnt have made any difference. Its sad you do not understand whats the purpose of BT.

@Demogordon_Ramsay said:

No, it's made to counter camping and tunneling off the hook. If you're reckless enough to unhook directly in the Killer's face, you should go down. Hook trades are fair and balanced. Removing them with a Perk is stupid.
Hook trades make absolutely no sense. Thats why BT exists.
-
First thing should be accept Ing that the first gens doesnt really matter. If you cant comprehend this you lack more game sense than i thought. Gen times are perfectly fine. Playing killer is damn easy even without those filthy killer "strategies".
-
BT is made to not make hook trades. Your "issue" is the perks purpose. Its fine as it is despite it should work distance-wise instead of TR-wise.
-
Devs cant change SWFs cause this would mean that they have an impact on the killer players skill. Its nothing more than your own lack of skill against SWF. On the other hand, it has nothing to do with skill to tunnel, camp and slugg. Its just a flaw in game design that DEVs are obviously unable to change though its just making the game loosing players.
-
The wording isnt poor. Its really hard to misunderstand how you did.
-
Its because at some point they understood complaining was nonsensical.
-
Gen rush is your inability to generate pressure. Its not the survivors nor the games fault.
-
So you think you didnt tunnel? This explains a lot. DS isnt comparable to Pop just because there Was the same time limit. Oh wait lets buff any means necessary to 45s cause it has the same time limit.
-
If survivors play normally? Dont make me laugh. Basically no killer in redranks respects a potential DS, cause they know it doesnt do much harm. Killer play as scummy as possible and that's why DS will never get a change without changing the issue of tunneling and camping per se.
-
So I ve seen one this year, so you dont have to overexaggerate.
-
So where exactly is the logic to compare two completly different games?

Good survivor !🤗
So a good survivor is a survivors that gives in to flaws in game design abused by killers?
-
1) Bad SWF wont win against average or above killers. Thats nonsense. Even playing 2man or 3man can result in utterly defeat cause mostly the randoms are useless and also most SWF dont are same rank, which makes it even harder for them to protect the weak and still do objectives. And good SWF are not sweaty per se. Nonsense again.
2) SWF are mostly the only groups that make the game interesting due to them maybe on par with yourself. Otherwise its far too easy to get 4Ks as killer as long as you understand the basic mechanics of this game.
3) Solo is the same as small SWF due to randoms that lack skill and killers that only purpose is to play as annyoing as possible.
At all playing survivor is far more frustrating than playing killer. Youre too much reliant on your mates and having to face mostly killers that are soo bad that their only way to play is relying on camping, tunneling, slugging and OP builds/addons. There is basically one out of eight games with a well playing killer.
-
I dont know what you guys actually do, but I finished the Rift without doing 2/3 of the killer challenges two weeks before end.
-
Thats the most obvious lie ever written in this forum.

He needs to be in the middle of your screen for 2.5 seconds or something like that, and a certain percentage of his body needs to be visible.
You can say this a hundred times but it wont ever relate to reality.
-
Thats nothing to do with solo queue. Players in general are just really bad at playing this game. I get constantly redranks that would be skill-wise around yellow ranks.
-
You cannot abuse BT. What kind of nonsense is this?
-
So you dont see any difference in skilled survivors and uncounterablw game mechanics? Well, you disqualified yourself.
-
No wonder that survivors start fighting fire with fire. Most games as survivors are utterly garbage due to camping, tunneling, slugging and killer running the most unfair loadouts.
-
So tell us how you "shake um your gameplay" vs Deathslinger. There is just no way, so dont tell obvious lies.

So are you telling me you can learn everything about a killer by just playing against them as survivor? And all of their counters, mindsets, etc? Because I know that is not the case
Yeah that how plain this game works. There is not a single arguments against this.
-
If they nerf DS without preventing tunneling by default the game will die in a week. So have fun playing not.

Ah yes let's spread unnecessary hate to console players.
Its a sad fact that console survivors are even worse than PC survivors, even though PC survivors were already as useless as a broken key.

That explains a lot.
You can't learn a killers complex mechanics from purely playing against them, it's impossible. Demo can hit shreads that I never even imagined, nurse needs to consider many more situations than I thought, and pyramid isn't as busted as I imagined him. A lot can come from playing the killer.
There are no complex killer mechanics. As survivors it is prettty easy to deciver how each killer works without playing them for even a second. There is no benefit in playing killer.
-
Noone needs to play killer to understand their mechanics. I basically played near to a thousand hours before even touching killers and nothing new came to me after playing killer. This "argument" lacks all logic.
-

Spine Chill makes stealth killers irrelevant, insane how underrated this perk is
Cause its so hard to look around without the perk? Its basically a baby survivor perk like technician.
-
Youre contradicting yourself. May call The Doctor?
-
@TWiXT Why do people like you always complain thus not even knowing about the status quo?
Yeah its embarassing to see that they try to sell us a new method to gain tokens while this is already a thing. Reward tokens for cleansing hex totems, healing a health state (and do not track charges, cause it would be stupid to not get rewarded just because another survivor helps healing), reward it for doing finishing a full gen once.
The PTB version is still trash in comparison to BBQ, regarding both its side-effect and its token gain.

Feels disingenuous to act like it's only a 5 second stun. It's not just a five second stun, it's a five second stun into a ~20 meter distance gap which can be closed at a rate slightly greater than .6 per second (33 seconds). After that, the looping process begins, which is the real meat of the time waste, and can go on for much longer.
Or you could slug the survivor, who would likely recover to injured with ub/soulguard. If they didn't, they would still get healed by someone else. This only occurs if you down the survivor after they've been unhooked. Sounds like anti-tunnel to me (albeit with way too much leniency).
-------
As for the main thread proposal, I don't like the movespeed increase. Movespeed is something that's very powerful, and I don't support handing out indefinately timed movespeed increases without borderline crippling penalties associated with it. The reduction to action speed would have to be stupid huge in order to compensate for a strength of this magnitude. At that point, you've basically eliminated a survivor from the game, which is also unacceptable for the game's balance. I don't know how I would adjust your proposal, but movespeed increases are not the way.
As always this is just theory ignoring the game design like powers and map layout at all. In reality DS does nothing more than delaying the tunneling for a split-second. You cannot call DS an anti-tunnel perk at all.

Because it activates when a survivor has been recently unhooked, if it really wasn't an anti-tunnel perk, it would activate when doing something else. If you bring up that peanits comment, I also heard from 3 other devs that the perk is meant to be anti-tunnel.
Noone ever said its anti-tunnel. Also who cares when a perk activates? Its a 5s stun, that does not counter tunneling in the slightest.

DS is an anti-tunnel perk, would you like to tell me otherwise? Give me some legitimate reasons.
How should a perk thats only effect is a 5s stun be an anti-tunnel-perk?
-
And again we just ignore all relevance regarding DS usage and instead create some fake-facts so the pseudo-discussion can go on. Poor little biased killers.
