I feel like most people dont play xeno because this killer is marginally harder & more punishing to use than other midrange m2s and the payoff just doesnt feel worth it.

as day 1 p100 xeno main, Im starting to agree with them. Survivors have learnt the counterplay enough to make tail into 50/50 in a lot of tiles (as you must prefire it to make it in time and they can play around it) and they can buy a lot of time in chase with predrops and turrets.

Xeno also has big issues like bad or really clunky tunnel spawns and very punishing m2. Not to mention all the bugs.

In the light of recent killer buffs, xeno got outdated really fast.

I can certainly agree with a lot of this - the bulk of Xeno counterplay boils down to holding W and double turret set-ups - though I'm curious to see if you might have some clever suggestions to help Xeno shine. :D

  • When I'm playing surv- I think it's a whole lot more fun than pain res, grim embrace, pop, etc… just drop your item at the start of the match and you'll immediately know if the killer is running it or not. If they are, worst case scenario you're the first chase- which getting chased is the only fun interaction as survivor imo - so more chase for me after I drop my item in the corner of the map lol.

  • Yeah, I've noticed some pretty crazy happenings with MMR as of late too. I'm either getting those brand new killers, or brand new survivors, and getting those new survivors goes for my killer games as well. As a killer if I notice newer survivors, I usually just breathe a sigh of relief, and play the fairest most fun match possible, but as survivor it's pretty stressful when I get a wraith with 200 or less hours running Shadowborn II, and Spies III and nothing else and then the very next match I go against Zubat. This literally happened to me last week and I was like "Yep, MMR must be working perfectly as intended."

On the other hand, I feel like they've loosened up the MMR restriction causing for those games that you can tell are just new players that booted up the game for the first time because USUALLY killer is pretty unbearable for me, especially since I mainly play trapper since I've always just enjoyed his playstyle.

I feel like part of the reason is certain MMR ranges are getting burnt out on this game really fast because of MMR. I'd love to see more datamined information about MMR and what BHVR has been up to concerning it these past few weeks since I feel like we're left in the dark when it comes to this subject more than anything.

(Just for note I also have 2000 hours in this game)

  • Let me guess, 600 - 700 hours with around 550 - 675 in survivor? If you have more in either side this is just a low quality bait thread.

Can’t wait to see how rare Spirit is from your data :(

I get a little excited when I hear her unique terror radius these days.

I can't wait to see this! I've been keeping track of the killers I face since Nov 30th, mainly because I've seen so many posts about the lack of variety that I wanted to see with my own eyes if that's the case for me in my average MMR games.

May I ask how long you've been playing the game, or how many hours you have?

I have 2000 hours in Dead by Daylight ^^'

Wow... that's a lot in retrospect.

In addition to my title, I’m also wondering what gender you are versus what player you play. Just out of pure curiosity.

Demogrogon, Nemesis, Plague, Blight, Oni, Trapper, and the occasional Hag game if I've had a few too many rough matches. I play most of the killers I do, because their powers are fun to use. It feels bad to watch the gens fly so fast because I run things like "No Way Out", instead of the classic ruin undying, corrupt, pop, but I suppose eventually I'll adapt to the new meta and with each game I'll improve and eventually those teams that proved to be a challenge won't be a challenge anymore.

Used to be able to play so much nicer back in 2018.

Typically I do not hate killers in this game based on what their kit does. But Huntress, I highly dislike playing against Huntress, and playing against her. Granted, by all means, I am not the best Huntress. But there is something about ranged killers I really dislike. Huntress just feels so, brain dead, but skilled at the same time for me. When I am a survivor and I hear that hum, I groan. Wondering if anyone else feels the same as I do about Huntress. There is just something about Huntress and Legion that makes me really annoyed to go up against them. The fun from the match is instantly removed when it is these two killers. Playing as them too.

Yeah, I don't hate huntress as a concept, I just hate it when a hatchet hits the air six feet from my body and I go down. :|. I have the same problem with twins, I don't mind going against the killer so much as I hate the hitboxes combined with the killer having bad ping.

I'd be ok if they gave her more hatchets to compensate, but if anything needs to get validated, it's a huntress hatchet. I hear a hum and it's just... "Oh, it's going to be one of those games..." and the problem is, I don't think she's OP in the slightest, and I wouldn't mind the hits as long as they look like they actually hit me.

I swear it's like he doesn't even exist anymore.

Is he more common in High MMR still? I'm in Gold so I'm not sure. Just miss him so much, he's my fav Killer to face v_v

Gone with his nerf, I'm afraid. :[ I wish they would keep the visuals of the overheat mechanic, but remove it as a whole. It makes Billy unfun to use and every time I'm playing survivor and hear a chainsaw overheat when I made an obvious mistake, I cringe a little inside thinking of the missed opportunity to capitalize on my mistake as a survivor after the game forces him to M1.

Curving and such is still a thing, but you can't go for fun curves when you have to micromanage the overheat.

I don’t know if it’s just me but Artist is not as good as everyone makes her out to be. Holding W cripples this killer badly and the genrush sweat squads ######### annihilate her she doesn’t need nerfs

I still want some time to get to adjust to her power, personally, but I think she has some real potential and nerfing her is almost the definition of a bad idea. W key hurts most killers that aren't trap based, Blight, Nurse, or Spirit, but with how you can place multiple birds to sort of "broaden" the radius of her attack, I think it could be potentially detrimental to just W key without finding some for of LOS blockers to prevent her from using this tactic.

All in all, I think she's in an ok spot for now, but like I said, I want some more time to play as and against her before I make my decision on how I feel about her and her power.

This is gonna be the first part to a series im gonna do whenever a killer drops. I want to hear both sides perspective on the killer.

    SO

Whats your opinion so far on the Artist?

I've been keeping stats of my matches as survivor since October 28th, and I plan on posting them soon towards mid-december maybe. The sample size for her is still small, on account that for some reason I've only been able to face a few, though I believe her power has some potential, so far she seems relatively balanced with the current state of people still learning how to play her and play against her.

So like, i come back after months of not playing dbd and apparently the only thing keeping me from being tunneled was nerfed. Now i cant heal, repair, mend, etc. #########. I just got tunneled for five minutes, unable to heal, and my ds ran out anyway, atleast make it so that it doesnt run out so i can save it. There is little the devs can do to stop tunneling i get it, but why would you nerf the only thing discouraging killers not to tunnel.

Can we PLEASE bring back the old undying? ^^

  • I heavily disagree with the range attack buff. I think it's not punishing enough to miss with his attack as it is and if you play it right, there's very little counterplay. You either drop the pallet, or vault the window, and get hit with his punishment of the damned, or don't vault the pallet or window and get hit with a basic attack.

I do think his general trail needs to be changed and looked at a little though. You can't place a lot of it down to begin with, and all you have to do is crouch over it, or walk around it to avoid getting tormented if you're not in chase.

He's not OP by any means, and his add-ons really need a rework, but I don't want his chase potential increased anymore than it is already if I'm to be honest. His ranged add-ons make playing him feel like a cake walk for me, and playing against them isn't very fun either.

Better? Clearly a killer main then because how in the world did you read that and think "ah yes thats better." Hatch needed a nerf but this wasn't it.

"Clearly a killer main" What does it matter what side they play more? Keys were unfair, period, if you want two people out with a key, then killers should get two survivors with a mori after first hook "as an equalizer" when they decide they're having a rough match against good survivors.

Thing is - none of those are a reason to DC. It's a bug, and it happens to killers too.

Moreover, I'm not seeing people DCing because of a bug. I'm seeing people DCing the second I down or hook them, which means that they are doing this out of pure spite.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2587953#Comment_2587953

In the words of Spock, 'the needs of the many' and all that. The solution can't be to just give people the power to troll/grief games at will, indefinitely.

The problem is, the game can't tell when someone is DCing out of spite, or because of a bug. In some cases, I can't move from under the hook after being unhooked and the killer immediately tunnels me and DS doesn't work because fo the de-sync. If DC pentalties were renabled, the people that are DCing out of de-sync and game breaking bugs or hackers would be subject to match making bans of possibly days.

There won't be any matches if people can't play because of matchmaking bans, and on top of that, if there were matchmaking bans enabled, less people would be playing in fear of the matchmaking bans ruining their experience because of an unplayable game.

  • I think the state of the game as it is, requires the use of some meta on killer if you have high MMR. Doctor is a well balanced killer, and if you understand his detonation delay, you can be absolutely nasty in a chase.

The problem is, the higher the MMR, the more often you're going to face decent efficient survivors that know to split on gens, leaving your map presence as doctor completely useless in some cases.

I prefer to run no way out or pop if I'm running any slowdown, maybe try out some endgame builds?

  • I agree to some degree, but of course not everyone is like this and I run into tons of amazing people every time I play. I think it's just the bad apples of the community spoil the rest through your eyes. A lot of people are content hiding behind a screen to say mean comments because there's rarely any actual consequences to their actions.

I try to be the change I want in this community. I'm on console and I'll go out of my way to send Gg wp, and compliment a survivor or killers playstyle or perks. Sometimes I get harsh or rude messages, but I try to entertain the thought that they've had a bad day and maybe a few too many bad matches, and be kind even if they're upset.

  • @StarLost said:

Look, I get it. Sometimes you get a game where you are outclassed, have a potato teammate or a killer/map you don't enjoy facing but seriously - this is out of hand now.

Game 1: I play Hag. 2 gens pop in the distance before I see a survivor. One hits a trap, I tag them and manage to down them. They DC the second I pick them up. Next survivor does the exact same thing after I manage to catch them. I end the game, get whinged at in postgame for not letting the last two farm, and notice that both of the DCs are running BNP toolboxes. Does DCing allow you to keep addons? That's an oversight if so.

    Whatever. Next game.

Game 2: Hag again, exact same thing happens minus toolboxes.

Okay, maybe people aren't in the mood to fight Hag today?

Game 4: Wraith. Miserable game, 3 man SWF with full meta perks who've clearly deliberately dropped their MMR and absolutely stomp me. I get like 2 hooks and teabagged at the exit. Ugh. Lunch time.

Game 5: Pig. I find all 4 survivors on the first gen with Discordance. ALL 4 DC the second I approach. Notice they are probably an SWF. Does DCing drop your MMR? Maybe they are smurfing theirs down. Yeah, this is going to be a weird day.

Game 6: Pig. Actually a fun one.

Game 7: Back to Hag. And...sure enough, the first person I hook DCs.

So, to summarize, 5 out of my 7 games today have had people DCing deliberately. My guess would be that, for the time being, this will be something they do regularly. And yet, I see two threads today defending the lack of a DC penalty because 'I shouldn't be forced to play games where I'm not having fun'. Thing is - you are spoiling the game for 4 other players.

I think when the game is in a genuinely playable state, the DC penalty should be re-enabled immediately, but currently with de-sync, hackers running about, and random crashes despite the kill switch, I don't think it would be reasonable or fair to the player base to reactivate DC penalties just yet. Lets see how the hot fix later this week looks and then we'll see if it penalties should be back.

I main Pyramid Head because of his power. He can trap survivors in vaults and pallets, hit through walls, and Mori without an offering.

Also I'm a massive Silent Hill fan.

    https://gifs.com/gif/nomori-369yZ4

I more or less bounce around a handful of killers then main just one. The killers I play most are as follows and in this order.

Hag, Trapper(I'm a sucker for setup), Nemesis, Plague, Blight, Oni, and post changes Spirit (I ADORE her new chase music)

  • We're really asking to nerf plague after her QOL and add-on pass? When I play survivor I love going against plague. It's about knowing when to cleanse, when not to cleanse and where to cleanse. Once you get those down, you shouldn't have too much trouble against her :)

Rather see her then a slugging ruin undying twins with a victor hitbox size of the literal moon. XD

  • That would be awesome! It's not out of the REALM of possibility considering we got something like demogorgon.

  • It's a common desync issue since the last update and activation of the kill switch. Crossing my fingers it gets fixed next week with a hotfix.

  • I'm on PS4, and recently, when I've been playing killer or survivor, all I get are survivors in my messages. When I play survivor, they're whining about how I didn't play the game like my actual life was on the line and wasn't running four meta perks saying

"You ruin the game for other people", "Why were you crouching up to the hook, are you stupid??" (this was against a hag that in fact DID trap the hook).

I usually just send gg, and try to toss positivity at them, which seems to only make them more upset, which in turn is kind of funny.

When I play killer all I get are survivors being sore winners or losers in my messages. I don't run ruin undying, and I try to play as fair as a game will allow me depending on the state of the match, but I never go out of my way to make it unfun for people or bm on either side.

I just want to play the game, have some fun, and meme around every once in a blue moon. They say you need to be the change you want to see in a community, and I try to be. I'll send killers gg, and compliment their builds, playstyle, or even just their killer choice if I don't see that killer often. When I play killer, and I think the survivors were kind or one person played exceptionally well, I'll give the last person hatch 9/10 times.

Being killer is the most exhausting of the two roles, I just wish people weren't so confident behind the screen as they are. The person in the first became less then human the way they were talking imo.

  • Yep on Ps4 I've encountered it a lot, and most of the time I encounter them as survivor and they just sit on the hedge and do nothing else. Kinda funny and annoying imo.

  • Oni is fun to play and to play against and I've really been having a lot of fun with him lately. I've been playing for two years now and he's the first character I prestiged up to three and leveled to 50 and beyond for perks and add-ons though I feel like he's not add-on dependent and his add-ons just feel nice to use.

You'll usually catch me playing Hag, or Piggy, but lately Oni totally rocks! I love his story and aesthetic as well, not to mention the bloody cosmetic totally fits his power! 👹

  • The problem with this is that it would create a higher queue time for survivors and killers which is a huge negative for both sides. It's also important to note that not every swf group is full of pros. I'd bet that half the groups you suspect to be solos is just inexperienced swfs.

I understand the frustration and where you're coming from. It's not fun to play killer against survivors that understand the structures and how safe maps are against killers that aren't top tier. You're not going to win every game as killer or survivor, but every loss is a learning experience. You should...

    • Find what you could've done better without beating yourself up over it.
    • Spread pressure early. You can't afford to find one survivor with most killers and immediately dedicate to that single survivor in most situations. Get a hit and move on. Try to locate at least the two other teammates and try to get them injured so the others have to spend time healing while you chase and down a survivor
    • Just keep trying and with time you'll become more experienced and better equipped to deal with the few top tier swfs out there.

There's no such thing as "genrush", if you can't down a survivor in a reasonable amount of time you can only blame yourselves for being B A D, not survivors for doing the only thing they can do while the killer is not around.

While I agree that part of it is definitely on the killer, and some killers can't exert pressure like other kills can, I also feel like part of it is the game moving too fast in the beginning which is being fixed with the Early Game Collapse system that the devs are working on that supposedly slows things down in the beginning so killers can get their pressure established.

I feel killers should say the same when it comes to tunneling and camping. Don't be mad at the killer for pushing their objective it's the only thing they can do after all. ^^

  • In the beginning if someone's not running spine chill it can be easy to pull off a stalk, and that's why I think ghostface can excel with early game downs. As soon as survivors know it's a gf they're much more vigilant and make it harder for you to stalk so I tend to try to mix it up and approach from odd angles if I'm in need of a quick down. Patience is key with gf, and time for patience is something dbd kinda lacks if I'm tbh.

  • I hate it when one side blames the other for toxic behavior. The truth is that both sides are to blame for stuff like this happening. You either get one bad apple that ruins for you in a game, or someone was just having a bad day.

You know how often I hear my friends say "That last match sucked, let's bring a key." It's a cycle that just repeats and divides the player base. Players need to realize that one side cannot exist without the other. If you're a survivor that hates killers then enjoy playing queue time simulator for an eternity since you dislike them so much and the same goes for if a killer hates survivors.

I'm so fed up with posts like this one that only perpetuate the cycle. Can't we all just get along and have a good clean game? I honestly get hyped when I run into good survivors when I'm playing killer, it's a nice challenge that might distract my enough to throw the game because chasing them helps me improve as a killer.

I've been doing nothing but giving crowns to survivors if I see they've got that glow and especially if they're just rocking the default cosmetic which only makes me believe they're playing that character for the sake of getting the crown. I won't let them all go, but if someone has a crown I'll give them hatch.

I think the majority of dbd players are kindhearted and lack the stereotypical toxicity, it's the just the memorable survivors can be the worst of the worst. I'd say most flashlight clickies are just wanting to have a good chase and if they can get you fired up by clicking the flashlight or t-bagging they can get the best chase out of you possible so they can improve. Take it as a lighthearted challenge as I like to do sometimes. ^^

  • Situational, but it's a lifesaver and a counter to the speed boost a killer would get from "NOED" if all the dull totems weren't cleansed by the end of the match. I run it in most builds along with my crutch against stealth killers aka "Spine Chill".

It's in a pretty good spot and if it were buffed in terms of speed it would be a bit too much, especially for 110% movement speed killers. I feel like with the EGC it could have a small time buff of maybe 10 - 20 seconds, but I'm no expert in balancing perks.

  • Lerys, it's basically a pallet factory and I even dread it when I play survivor because you can run in a straight line from one side of the map to the other with three fast vaults and five decently safe pallets with plenty left to spare if you drop them.

It looks nice with the update, but god the gameplay is atrocious

  • He's def getting some nerfs sadly. I can understand that he's really powerful, but for keeping the secret until the dev stream and for being a big horror icon that I at least knew about before the chapter I think he deserves to be powerful.

I didn't like the idea of him at first but his power and aesthetic in game has really grown on me.

  • Crossing my fingers for one considering I saved up tons of BP offerings for an event. The devs will probably give us special gens and hooks like last years Anniversary event and Halloween event. I remember the Hallowed Blight event from 2018 and it was soooo good but I doubt we'll ever get an event of that capacity again considering the rift and all.

Let's just hope for a double BP event this weekend at least with special offerings maybe.

  • Really love these well thought out changes, especially the idea that Rule Set #2 can bring back an interesting part of Amanda's power that was cut since the beginning of EGC.

The only problems I could possibly foresee are in Crate of Gears...

The broken status effect lingering and applying after the RBT is taken off is a great idea, but I think two minutes might be a bit long. It gives the survivor a penalty for successfully removing the RBT for an extended period of time and this isn't an bad idea I just think it needs to be tweaked to be around one minute after the RBTs removal. Other than that I think it could play an interesting role in causing more aggressive players to act with a little more caution against the Pig and make her a bit scarier to go against overall if she's running this add-on

Video Tapes tweaks would be absolutely lovely, and changing it to green are all much appropriate changes imo. There are too many times I feel like just a little more distance would've given me the 50/50 and this add-on could give the pig's mind games a bit more of an edge.

I adore the Amanda's Secret change idea you gave. It fits with the add-on's quote and seems like a wonderful idea. Since I like running monitor and whispers on my Piggy to allow a stealthy and efficient approach at the beginning of the game for early stealth plays this would definitely allow for easy early game deviousness, which is what Pig tends to struggle with unless you want to crouch and dash when your right up against a survivor in an attempt to get your deviousness. The added bonus of making her mindgames harder to predict are godly The 6 seconds of aura reading are just a wonderful cherry on top.

The Face Mask changes are much needed considering the blindness effect on it's own is... well... garbage. Especially currently with the Face Mask add-on since it's tied to her bear traps and doesn't hinder box auras. Not to mention I'd say 60-70% of survivors are in a swf of some kind and will have some assistance from their teammates and that's what makes Third Seal so poor against swfs on maps with notable landmarks like Autohaven, Coldwind, and Macmillan maps.

Slow-Release Toxin and Rusty Attachments are some of my favorite changes. It gives the Pig a bit more of an incentive to dash in some situations other than getting deviousness points and it would make her dash a bit more frightening for survivors when they hear the tell tale roar... and that's if you're not running the changed Amanda's Secret that is ^^

Amanda's Letter gives it a real reason to be a Red add-on with the reusable traps and not being able to see the scratch marks of a survivor with the RBT is an added built in anit-tunneling feature for those that might be newer to playing the Pig. This makes the add-on a lot more valuable than it is in it's current state. In it's current state it should be brown ^^'

Really love ALL of the changes and really glad you linked me to these after you posted them. I'm so glad to see such loving thoughts and ideas put into changes for the Pig's power! <3

  • @widescreen said:

Yes an old Dev pod cast Ive seen, mentioned that they are in the works for a rework on a bunch of killers, some time in the distant future. I just a post on where I should place my thoughts/ideas of The Pig's rework Add Ons. You are absolutely right that most of her Add Ons are underwhelming and RBT based; where in the mid to late game, The Pig usually has no Add Ons to aid her. Unlike most killers where they keep their Add Ons throughout the entire match. I will be posting my thoughts/ideas of an Add On rework on The Pig soon, in the Feedback and Suggestions section of this forum. Id like to hear your opinion on them <3

I'll definitely take a look at them! I love to see and hear peoples wonderful concepts for changes when it comes to add-ons! That's probably why I really enjoyed Otz's Video on the matter. :D

  • Focus on sound and if survivors don't like leaving a pallet or you notice a trend like they will attempt to slow vault a pallet when you phase, capitalize on it. Spirits biggest strength is the ability to play on her 50/50, simply standing still can be enough to scare uneasy survivors back your way.

Sloppy is a nice addition to any build imo, so nab that when you get the chance. If you struggle with just following sounds and scratch marks you should try out predator on her for a game or two but try not to make a habit of running it because it can become a sort of crutch that you don't want to let go. Kinda like a certain Huntress I watch can't let go of Shadowborn.

Try not to go after aura reading perks because she can't see auras when she's phasing, so bitter murmur is a poor choice on her a little more than other killers imo.

And finally, practice makes perfect, you're gonna have bad games, especially when you first start off playing a killer you're unfamiliar with. Take each loss as a learning experience, and pay no mind to ill mannered survivors poor behavior. Just keep learning so you can maybe face them again some day and show them how much you've improved as a Spirit player. ^^

  • @Shocktober said:

I disagree heavily. You can use the common add-ons to boost her dash, but imo that's not why you play pig. It only works on very short loops, and many good survivors will just run off the loop when they see you crouch. You can try to bait a hit by crouching and then uncrouching but alot of the times they just get to another pallet anyways.

The only purple add-on I think is terrible is Amanda's secret.

The purple extra box, reduced trap timer, and increased search times are all really nasty when you stack them. It's actually impossible to search all 5 boxes with a tampered timer on some maps if your trap is activated while you are on the hook. So that's a 20% chance it's just a set and forget mori. You can bump those odds up to 40% if you tunnel them a bit (15-20~ seconds) while crouched after they are unhooked. That's a pretty quick investment for such a huge potential payoff.

Exhaust traps + mangle traps are also both incredibly good for tunneling. Maybe you don't want to do that, but that's what they can be used for.

I suppose I never really looked at it that way. I'm not a fan of tunneling if I feel like I'm in a good spot in the game, but I'll definitely push people off the boxes if they think they can just do them in my face. I guess some of it is me not really being able to see how they're hindering survivors. Thank you for your input ^^

    1. Candyman (most excited)
    2. Pennywise
    3. Jason
    4. Xenomorph
    5. Pyramid Head (least excited)

1 I love the original Candyman, I've always loves his aesthetic and style and just the many messages the film conveys, controversy or not it's a cult classic!

2 Love the IT movies, especially the most recent incarnation of IT but the original was awesome as well so I wouldn't mind seeing it as a cosmetic.

3 Jason has never been my favorite slasher, I liked the first movie but everything after that is kind of meh to me. I hate the whole fact that he's impossible to kill. Myers is different as I only count the first and 2018 edition as he's a bit more cunning and though he survives against the odds it never really feels like he's un-killable.

4 Love Xenomorphs and the whole Alien franchise as a whole, but it would be weird to see it assimilated into the game and it's aesthetic. If it were a Big Chap style alien I wouldn't mind it, and would probably be excited and you know I'd main Ripley as a survivor

5 I know little to nothing about the guy, and the whole thing looks absolutely goofy imo and another sword wielding killer so close to Oni is boring but I suppose I should attempt to learn more about him if he does come to the game.

  • Love Hags gameplay, but I feel like dead hard is a bit more problematic when I play Hag. I play her in 20-30% of my killer matches so she's probably my main, but I do enjoy variety... I was gonna say I know a Hag main but he already made his grand entrance ;D Hey SpaceCoconut!

I feel a bit more relaxed when I play Hag, when a gen or two pops it's not the end of the world because I was probably spending the time setting up so I'm much more capable mid-late game to nab the 4k, though I despise slugging for the 4k, it's boring for both parties involved just for a few extra points or the double pip.

  • They would be fine if "Ultra Rare" add ons were Ultra Rare... it's not so bad for killers with multiple red add ons because there's a variety to find in the blood web. For every "Fragrant Tuft of Hair" there's a Judith's Tombstone so to speak imo. But for huntress you either get an Ebony Mori or Iri Head hatchets. The problem is how common they are and the same goes for Ebony Moris. There's just not enough Ultra Rare add ons or offerings in the game for you to get anything else so you end up with considerably fewer Ivorys and a ton of Ebonys.

As others have said the add on itself is mostly problematic when it's combined with infantry belt or even leather loop. I'm sure a nerf to the add on or perhaps more preferably a rework to it completely might be in the works eventually. ^^

  • It's gotta be Doctor or Freddy, and it's not because I hate playing against them really it's just how many I get when I play survivor. When I play survivor I feel like there are only three killers in this game... Ghostface, Doctor, and Freddy. I wouldn't mind them at all if I ran into a little more variety. I wish I could run into a Plague, Pig, Michael, Billy, Trapper, goodness me even a legion isn't so bad because there's just that many of those goobers running around.

  • I think it's less that he needs a nerf and more that he's annoying to play against for those that prefer to play a bit more immersed and tend to want to avoid an early chase. I'm personally not a fan of Doctor because when it's a survivor game it's either him or Freddy. Like come on, I wanna see some Pigs, Plagues, Michaels, Billys, and Trappers. ^^
