Report them both post-game and to the platform they're on. All you can really do.
I also thought posting on here might help get them reported too. Wasn’t sure!

I think it just depends. If you tunneled and camped, then I think yes. If you won fair-and-square, no way.

This is partially or even mostly my fault for rebinding it to middle mouse scrolling (like many people suggested) and not realizing the damage it was doing until it was too late, but I believe the second-hook struggle mechanic caused or severely sped up me developing problems in my hands. It may be too late for me, but I'm urgently requesting that the hook-struggle mechanic be removed from the game. I don't wish this problem or the attempted recovery process on anyone. Additionally, no matter what it's bound to, this mechanic is even worse for people already suffering from typing and mouse-related issues.
I'm glad to see colorblind people like myself are now getting some help, but people with other, more severe problems need that help even more, and it should be a much simpler change.
One of my friends has had the same issue and we are in our mid twenties. I also have a neurological condition that make doing that quick, repetitive action very hard. I die most of the time on second hook.

@Terro It could be anything! Any ideas you have would be interesting!

I think after the struggle phase you should be let off the hook in injured state with sprint burst speed for 5 seconds, and the killer is stunned for 10 seconds if he’s within a 40 meter radius.
I like how well thought out your idea is! To counter it, I think people may say that you don’t get a guaranteed unhook on the first hook so why should you get one on the second hook? Also, do you think there could be issues with how players use that ability? Let me know your thoughts!

Because their main objective is hitting people, as opposed to the survivors main objective of doing generators?
That makes sense, but it’s also the survivor’s objective to survive! Either way, we all know that we should be seeing the same thing at the same time and the fact that we don’t is a huge issue.

Change your struggle button to x. Trust me, worked for me and all the people who had this problem.
l’ll try that. Thanks!

You know, there are just certain things here that people complain about over and over again no matter how often you explain it to them 🤷♂️
When did someone explain this to me prior?

If it's Framerate, there is nothing you can do about it.
You can wait to see if others are having this issue too but at least on my Series X, I've had nothing like this. You can always do a Bug Report just in case as I'm just assuming Framerate right now.
My game also jumps around a lot and lags all over the place. I checked my wifi connection and it says I have full bars. My other games (like Minecraft where I play with other people) do not do that. Is that the same issue (I.e. frame rate)?

Are you on the Xbox One or Series X?
The Xbox One has been having some serious problems with framerates so you might be getting framerate screwed because the game doesn't register what you're doing when the framerate dies like that...
I am on XBOX One! Is there a way I can fix that?

What do you mean by that ?
It just seems like he’s harder to play against lately. It really wasn’t that deep and it could just be coincidence.

Honestly that’s part of the problem! So many leather faces seem to camp so that we can’t all end up separated. We have to distract to get him off of people so everyone in this forum saying “oh just stay apart” clearly doesn’t know what it’s like.

Dude I’m saying over the years I’ve noticed a difference.

My thoughts are that you should understand that the mods can track the ip addresses for all these "new" accounts. I get it, you have strong opinions, take a break man, we don't need 15 threads created by the same guy complaining about the same newbie survivor stuff. Leatherface sucks in low levels. On red ranks he's an average performer, so you aren't going to get the reaction you want no matter how many new threads you create.
Each thread is about something different. I’m not a newbie. I just finally decided to post about all the issues I have with this game. Leave me alone.

They buffed him, re-did his add ons and 2/3 of his perks like 6 months ago.
Same time they adjusted Billy...
Thank you. I noticed recently that Hillbilly is more buffed too. I wasn’t sure exactly what changed, but I have noticed a difference in recent months.

Years of evaluation huh? Interesting considering Leatherface hasn't always been what he is now. Very interesting.
what changed? He is way overpowered now if that’s what you mean.

DS has nothing to do with expose. I was just saying before the DS changes I would have said "You complain 60 secs is too long for expose but DS is still 60 secs?".
Ohh, gotcha.

If you are a skilled player then Leatherface should be no problem for you at all. The chainsaw is easily avoided with a simple window, and Bubba has some of the worst mobility in the game.
There is a faction of Survivor players that just simply cannot handle one-shot mechanics. They are mad about the iridescent Head on Huntress. They are mad about Leatherface's chainsaw. They are mad about No One Escapes Death.
One-shots are part of the game. I got one-shot earlier by a Myers that I had evaded the ENTIRE game, but I happened to turn the wrong corner in Mother's Dwelling and ate his Tier 3 insta-mori move. I didn't cry about it.
I didn’t get on here and cry after one game. I’ve played for years, like I said, and determined that Leatherface’s chainsaw is overpowered. Disagree if you want, but I posted this because I have made up my mind after years of evaluation. If you don’t like it, then I don’t know why you commented.

You can only use it once per game, yes. The issue is at high ranks almost every survivor brings it. So it's 4 DS's sometimes. The main issue is killers who don't tunnel were getting hit by DS because they were playing well. Often I would hook survivor A and I would leave. Id find and hook survivor B. Survivor A saves B. I don't want to tunnel so I hit survivor A. Survivor A DSed me. I've had this happen to me so many times. I wasn't tunneling and yet I got hit by DS. 60 secs is way too long. Some survivors flat out repaired gens injured. If they killer grabbed them off the gen they DS. If the killer left them bleeding on the ground to avoid DS, they would revive themselves with Unbreakable. This one perk has been the source of so many discussions since it's introduction 4 years ago. I hope this change will finally balance it without making it useless.
Ahh, I see. But as someone who doesn’t use either of the perks, I still don’t see how the exposed effect is nerfed.

My thoughts? Well, how about this:
There's multiple new accounts that have spammed "nErF lEaThErFaCe" today. I don't think we need 100 threads about the same topic and you should at the very least check two discussion pages before posting a new thread.
As for the topic it was discussed thoroughly. All experienced players agree he's mid tier and fine as his counterplay is literally the default type of counterplay and he doesn't have anything going for him other than an instadown that relies on survivor misplays.
Well, with so many people saying it, then there just might be something to it. Also, I am a skilled player who has been playing for years and I’m saying it now. Also, I literally just joined the forum like a few hours ago, so relax. I’m still figuring the platform out.

Because he is overpowered and that’s why I posted.

When it gets here. When you get unhooked. If you repair a gen, heal yourself, cleanse a totem, unhook someone or sabo the hook you will lose your DS. It will still counter tunneling but you can't abuse it anymore. Like if you get unhooked and do a gen in the killer's face, you will lose your DS. You can't get unhooked, save someone and then DS anymore. Lockers still work. You DO NOT lose DS if your team is healing you.
Thanks for the information. I am confused though since that perk already exists, but since I do not use it, I don’t know much about it. I thought you can only use it once per game? Is that not true?

Which upcoming changes?

The only thing that lasts for longer than 60s of exposed is Michael with addons
That might be the issues then — the add ons.
