Lights Out Concern
The upcoming changes in Lights Out makes me think of killers who can basically bypass the entire point of the mode, and while I hate kicking a killer while they're down (and they are) it's Legion.
I do seriously worry that Lights Out will be 50%+ Legions. Killer Instinct basically counters the entire mode.

Feel like a fix for both Legion and Doc would take care of it. Both of their tracking abilities are suppose to be TR based anyway. Those parts of their power shouldn't be working with no TR.
There's a reason this mode went away. It's going to be full of killers who can bypass the whole point of it. They should either exclude certain killers or just disable KI and noise notifications from powers, like Doctor's.
Once upon a time I would have agreed with you. The one Legion game I played in Lights Out felt like cheating and I never played them again after that.
But I can't take my main getting banished to the void yet again for being "too good" in another silly time limited mode. That would see us Legion enjoyers sitting on the naughty step for two thirds of the Summer Screams event.
Please can we just stop taking these modes so seriously? Really any Killers with KI as a part of their kit should be banned if you want to go down this road. Honestly, there are probably quite a few other Killers that could be considered "unfair" and eligible for a ban. Bubba is one that springs to mind. He's surprisingly one of the best Killers for sneaking up on Survivors because of how quietly he walks and with his instadown power, you ain't reaching that nearest pallet.
Not that any of this really matters. Nothing can save this mode, imo. Most people hated it the last time it returned and most people will hate it this time around too.
Legions Killer Instinct notifications only activate for survivors within their Terror Radius. In Lights Out Mode, they have no Terror Radius, or Perks to grant them a temporary TR, In fact, the only thing Legion will have access to that can give them KI notifications is Susie's Mix Tape, which increases the KI Detection radius by 20m beyond their TR, without a TR however, it just gives them a small 20 m Detection range. Basically, as long as the team aren't all bunched up together against a Legion with a Susie's mix tape, they're gonna waste a hell of a lot of time frenzy stumbling around in the dark searching for a KI notification.
I don't think they're gonna be as broken as OP is thinking.
Honestly, the killer that scares me more for this mode has gotta be Unknown! Unknown is the quietest when it comes to their movement and breathing noises + They can teleport without giving everyone a global noise notification, and Weakened survivors Glow pink so they're easier to spot in the dark. Other than that there's Myers and GF who can highlight survivors in white with their Stalking powers, or certain add-ons that give them aura vision. TBH, there's a lot more killers on the roster who have more potential to "break" the mode than legion.
Thats how its SUPPOSE to be, but for some reason Legion and Doc both didn't get the memo that the lack of a TR is suppose to mean their powers are limited for lights out.
I don't know if you played it last time but their power works exactly like it normally does. As far as I understand it, the terror radius is still there in the code but Survivors just can't hear it. Without a terror radius and KI, Legion's power is useless so it has to be there in the background in some way or else they just stop functioning completely as a Killer.

I prefer to make people even more miserable with dredge. I have been told in the past that survivors can almost see nothing anymore then :D xD

Yeah it feels like it's a bug.
Meyers and Ghost Face also needs to be banned as well maybe Dredge. They can highlight survivors with their powers completely ignoring the darkness.
They don't get highlighted, but you CAN kinda get clues by stalking in a direction and seeing if you get stalk progress.
Nearly everything is disabled in Lights Out coming down to pure skill between the players. No perks, add-ons, red stain, terror radius. So listening for any audio cues be the most important thing in this mode. Or at least it should be stupid candles lights everything up that survivors would want to see.

Survivors are being handed the best information perk in the game practically basekit and yet still complaining. Seriously, full Windows if you have a lantern?
Its kinda pointless when theres WOO effect added into the mode in full power the 32 meter radius which kills the thrill of the mode simulary as playing against doc or legion.
Legion finds you but when he hits you you can go and tun off and hide because he no longer sees you if it isnt open area and doc you can do it aswell because if I remember there arent scratch marks so tracking is harder especialy for killers like nemi who gives you speed boost and doesnt damage you.
Kinda shame that killers dont see progress bar of powers like hill billy saw which is bad at this point addind it wouldnt do much against this mode that is already broken by WOO effect (I would get like the five moves ahead read of 5 closest windows and pallets but all in 32 m radius totaly kills the mode like survibors will know where to run almost 24/7 because if lanterns will spawn as often as candles which did very often from what I remember then survivor will get one in two chest deffinitely).
Like it or not aura enjoyers but aura read should be limited in this mode thats like giving killer nowhere to hide or bbq basekit which is stupid, I get its hard to loop because you need to have memory of the loop spawns on that map so some form of help is good thing but full WOO effect dorty thats too much thsts like giving killers the perk effects I mentioned above and totaly shifts question on doctor and legion out of window because survivors will know where to run for safety so the info for the killers isnt that strong as it was previous lights out.
