Sanbagging.
Try to kill themself on first hook, so they can "go next." ...kind of like a certain streamer just did to my teammates and I.
Thanks for ruining everyone else's trial, because you couldn't keep your emotions in check for 3 seconds. Really appreciate it.
Most annoying thing ever happened was on Hawkins. Teammate came around the corner where i was hooked. Hatch was spawned in front of me.
He ran past me and escaped through hatch without unhooking me. That was..... not nice.
Sandbaggin yes, and not dare to save of Hook when the killer clearly is chasing someone.

No situational awareness, can't loop, farms hooks, hides and avoids gens, won't take a hook for the team, throws pallets for no reason, saves way to late, leaves gen and creeps around while I'm hooked and someone else is in chase, then tbags at exit gate giving the rest of us a bad name.
droping pallet and sliding on hit over and over, I will take the DC penalty.
That is probably a tome challenge. You have to vault 5 times while in chase.

Unhooking with the killer around, hiding in a corner waiting for people to die so they can try to escape, walking around doing nothing all trial, running straight to other teammates while in chase
I would have to say, whether it's on purpose or not, the sandbagging teammates are the most annoying. I would rather you hide behind a tree all match than appear just in time to block me from vaulting.
Otherwise, it's the stuff like griefing and teaming with the killer, but that's more than just annoying.
If I'm in a chase and you're next to me it's your duty as my teammate to vacate the premise, run to the other side of the map, and hide in a locker until the chase concludes. Thank you sir or ma'am.
going for the unhook when someone dced at 5 gens, why do you save me? let me go.
Am I sandbagging you, or are you just running the killer incorrectly? Why run to a vault I am blocking, bro? Not a very good idea...
Leaving you to die on first/second hook while walking around doing nothing.
After 3 trys to blind the killer, still not understand that he use lightborn
DC or suicide on the hook when we are winning the game or we are not losing.
So many things, here's a few:
Sandbag, work with the killer, hide all game, farm people from the hook without BT, not take hits when someone is on death hook and they havent been hooked yet, self care every time they get hit.

The most annoying thing a teammate can do is nothing. If they do nothing then how are you going to win?
You're sandbagging me.
Do nothing.
No gens
Not healing.
Not doing a totem
Not doing a chest
Just standing there as I watch them whilst being hooked, chased, doing a gen etc.
