  • Idk s e e m s b a l a n c e d to me

  • I’ve seen double pallets return on groaning storehouse a couple of games recently too

  • and already one pallets been used, leaving just one there and another section of the map completely barren.

  • Pretty good job so far

  • Double pallets are back? I mean... just why?

  • Break one of them and you have a really unsafe Loop. Not a big deal.

  • Because the loop is extremely tiny and unsafe - by having two pallets it becomes a bit more playable, as you can't just lunge immediately around it if they try looping, since the Survivor could use either pallet. Meanwhile if a Survivor prematurely throws one of the pallets and you call them on it, you'll get a hit easily.

This isn't so bad, there's room for both sides to play it.

What is bad is the Game's pallet setup; where the loops are so big Survivors are basically forced to pre-throw or camp them and the Killer is forced to immediately break them.

The Game loops have very clear LOS too, so neither side will make any meaningful plays, besides press Spacebar, unless the Survivors are blind and you're insane.

  • That's bedham for you.

Those are pretty unsafe though, yeah.

Bedham is still, imo far more broken than Meat plant is.

Sure it has way too many pallets, but it has no vaults, bad areas that dead end you, etc.... Bedham has gross loops that are never exhausted, bad locations for things, house of pain, it's just a nightmare for killers.

We'll have to agree to disagree.

I personally think that Badham is better because the Survivors have to be skilled enough to take advantage of it's crazy setups.

Against most Survivors you can turn the House of Pain and the 2nd story Nightmare House into death traps by predicting their movements.

Does that make them okay? Heck no.

But I think it makes it better than Gideon; where the Survivors' and Killers' only real option is to play chases in the most boring way possible.

That said, they both suck and should get overhauled as soon as possible IMO.

  • Hmm an interesting values bug. Not the first time I've seen this unfortunately.

  • That can happen on that map. It shouldn't, but it does.

    Bait.

  • How do they go from making Autohaven as actual deadzone to spawning double pallets

Forgot to mention the pallet to my left near the car, shack is to my right, shack window goes into a pallet where the ambulance is, the pallet to my left also has a pallet to it's left.

However, I'm playing deathslinger, not much to worry about.

We definitely have to agree to disagree then, because I don't think the bedham loops take much knowledge at all. It's just standard house of pain stuff and some easy things with the main building and the likes that are practically pathed out for you. It's one of the few maps where the stats even back up that it is survivor sided.

Gideon might be more noob friendly than Bedham, but Bedham is a much worse map to play on for me.

  • I'M NOT GOING INSANE I'M SO HAPPY

These damn double pallet tiles have been popping up more and more recently, I know they can potentially spawn but come on that's just annoyingly unfair.

  • DBD is a perfectly balanced game with no bugs of maps that favour one side

  • Yet as deathslinger you can still work around it easily.

So what's the bs? The bs rng or the fact that a killer can deal with bs rng easily?

DS is my favorite killer to play on the Game Map.

Your funny pallets no longer work funny man !

    Because killers are obviously OP.

    /s

  • I mean, it's good news if you guys see double pallets. That means you've got the lowest amount of pallets possible on the map. At least, that's what the devs say.

I had a groaning storehouse with 2 double pallets, right next to each other and a single loop, but it also meant all the jungle gyms were L and T walls and one long wall short wall jungle gym, combined with shack, meant we only had 7 pallets total. They were all in the middle of the map, so everywhere we ran was pretty dead. We went against a LF, so the match was lost to begin with.

  • You should check out Gideon meqt plant if you think these pallet spawns are interesting

  • I see double pallets on a severely unsafe loop for survivors. They need to drop both for it to be a useful loop.

  • Pallet train choo choo
