In one of the dev streams they said it is like that on purpose, for the very reason of not being able to see past it. They also said it is not likely that they will ever change that.

Oh wow. I guess if it is up on pc and anyone is able to buy anything they are lucky. It has lightborn, bond, quick & quiet, and save the best for last. I would hurry up and check it out if you are a PC player if you want any of these, because mine is currently still up.

It is back up on ps4. Costs 2000 shards though so we can’t buy anything until we get the update lol. So I wonder if it’s up on pc as well.

They have not been clear on it actually and that is why people are so upset. All they have given us is “weeks” and “soon” and “as soon as it’s ready it will be released.” They haven’t given us any other information. Like “ok guys, this is word we just received from Microsoft/Sony.” Or “Sorry guys, no news today from Microsoft/Sony.” I don’t think it would be too hard for them to at least show console users they have not been forgotten, because that is what it feels like.MinusTheBillie said:This post is absolutely ridiculous. If you want to be technical about it, then technically that survivor should have won because they were there first. They were clearly there waiting behind the tree for it to open, before marth got there. Just because he wasn’t standing directly on top of it doesn’t mean he wasn’t there first.

I don’t even know what she was telling us in this post. Again, we got no new information. Just another way to say this update is really big so it’s taking longer. We got no information on where the certification process is at at this time. Just another, “it’s being worked on” post, and “as soon as it’s done it will be released.” No actual date, or a timeframe, or even a guess on when it will be done. They either sent it in well after it released on PC, or it failed/was pulled from certification to change something. If only they had made some promise to be more open and honest with the community, we wouldn’t need to speculate. Too bad they never promised that. -

I agree. I was super excited about the new chapter, I was totally going to buy it as soon as it came out. But now that I have seen hours upon hours of gameplay with the new characters I have no desire to buy the chapter. I will just grind for them if I decide I want either of the characters. And I am not not buying it because I am bitter that we had to wait. I will probably still buy auric cells because there are some cosmetics I really want, but they won’t be getting money from me buying the chapter, and that is only because I have had the chance to see the characters in action and have no desire to play with them. They definitely made a mistake in putting the new chapter in the PTB and then releasing it on PC so much earlier than console, they will lose money they would have gotten if no one had the chance to see the chapter before it came out.BOSS242 said:Bigfoot_Hunter said:the hype is already dead who cares.
And that's a huge misstep as far as marketing goes!
I think that's the worst part. We dont even have it and it's already old news. Remember we also sat through the PTB too. I had planned to buy everything I could possibly afford but now that I've seen tons of YouTube and other internet outlets show off all the goods the less I care and the longer this goes on the less I care.
In hindsight they should have not showed off all the new in the PTB that was nice of them to do but a big marketing mistake!! And I know people won't want to hear and I'm glad for the PC folks they didn't BUT they should have held it and released on all three at the sametime!! It would have been a huge boom for them financially and anyone who thinks it will all balance in the end, is wrong and underestimated how much more people will spend to be one the first to own something and get to show it off.

There is. If you go down to the bottom there is a category called “looking for players.” Go there and then you can pick PS4.

They said 2-3 weeks max in the devs stream today. I am hoping it doesn’t take that long, but at least we know it shouldn’t be more than 3 weeks.

They should just make it so the players on console have a chance to get legacy of some sort, whether it’s the same as pc or a whole new color of legacy skin(which I think would be awesome...I vote for pink..haha). But all the people complaining that it’s not fair to the people on pc who already have it..I get that..BUT...people are asking for console players to have a chance at getting legacy skins....just don’t open it up for pc players. If it’s only on console, why does it even matter to the people on pc..they will never see the the new legacy because it will be for console only. And maybe console players won’t feel like the ugly stepchild because they will finally have something pc players don’t.

Are they silver first? And it happens to me sometimes..on any map. It’s a bug, if you restart the game it should go back to normal
