Really enjoying this perk lately. Combos pretty nicely with Nurse's Calling to get information on any healing on the map.
-
Would choose Spirit Fury if Enduring was also guaranteed to be part of the build, but since not, I think Haunted Grounds is the better standalone perk.

Oni/Demo

Ace players are usually pretty good.

If i'm right, Surge doesn't apply a constant regression like the regular Killer kick does.
It simply regresses it/them by a flat 8% and that's that.
Again, i never use it so i could be wrong, but that's what i've always read.
So assuming that it doesn't apply a constant regression, then Surveillance wouldn't trigger unless Surveillance's conditions are met, and Thrilling Tremors would be blocking Generators that aren't being worked on, whether Surge activated on those or not.
Surge does apply normal regression after the 8% chunk. It's commonly used with Surveillance (hence the combo-name "Surgeveillance") because it blows up all gens within range, then highlights them white if not being worked on and yellow if they are being worked on.
It's honestly quite a fun combo that I'd recommend, especially on stealthy killers.

This isn't something I would necessarily be against for Surge alone, but I feel like this could be very obnoxious if combined with other perks. Surgeveillance would instantly give information on every gen on the map as well as regressing them. Thrilling Tremors would also block most gens while they're regressing, proc'ing instantly after Surge since you've just downed someone.

Base kit Freddy's fine in my opinion. Forever Freddy is extremely obnoxious however.

Crossmap hatchets.

Demogorgon. His Shred being a constant threat is enough to always keep me cautious and I love how you need to change the way you run some structures against him.
Also, he's big and has cool chase music.

I am an absolute trap magnet.

I run Bamboozle on Legion purely for the vault speed and playing the occasional game without it, yes, I definitely feel the difference. Bamboozle 100% affects Legion's vault speed.
-
Difficult to say for me. I really enjoy Spirit, Demogorgon, Ghost Face, Legion and Snare-Freddy. These would be the 5 killers that I enjoy the most, choosing between one of them is very difficult for me.

While Haddonfield is the obvious choice, The Game is very close.
I heavily dislike the general way The Game is played. The large majority of pallets on that map are very safe, but the lack of windows means survivors are basically guaranteed to go down very quickly after those pallets are gone.
Basically the way the map works is killers have no chance to mindgame anything at all until all the pallets are gone, then survivors have no chance after that, which makes for a very boring match imo.
-
For me: the missing vault animation, being able to bump into survivors and obviously Prayer Beads.
-
Plague probably has the roughest time since she really struggles with getting emblems, but overall, the one I found to be the most torturous was Nurse (and that's completely my own fault). I went for Adept Nurse 2 years after she came out, and for those 2 years I have basically never played a match without Shadowborn. When I went for this adept, I realised how much of a crutch Shadowborn is to me :P
-
Old Borrowed Time was also very strong and probably deserves a spot on this poll.
-
Back in 2017/2018 I would've said Remember Me, absolutely loved that perk. However since that got gutted with Endgame Collapse, PGTW has been the go-to slowdown perk for me.
-
I barely noticed her base kit changes in the PTB. The main challenge was trying to play her through Dedicated Servers.
-
I used to really enjoy playing against Spirit, and I still think the concept of the character itself is great. What I don't enjoy however, is playing against the same character in the majority of my matches, which does generally happen to me with Spirit.

So if someone has Mettle of Man and Borrowed Time, rescues a Survivor during the Endgame Collapse, there is absolutely nothing the Killer could do to stop either of them leaving the trial, since they are both protected by an extra hit. Sounds totally fair and reasonable, since we all know that Killers facing situations in which they are completely stripped of any power is fine.
I think you're slightly misunderstanding what OP's suggestion was.
After unhooking, you take a hit and a 60 second timer begins. If the timer runs out before you get downed, THEN you get to tank an extra hit. This honestly seems entirely avoidable, especially during EGC where it's not likely that a survivor will run you for a whole minute.
