I'm pretending that the reason the Switch has the update delayed has something to do with cross progression finally actually coming along. Let me live in my delusion, thank you ❤

Could be, could not be, we have no idea.

Where in that writing is it making it a personality trait? Feeling like an outsider is a common thing for LGBT people

Can you not feel like an outsider being straight? I'm a straight guy that was raised primarily by women, my father being out of the picture so I am a little flamboyant naturally (just like how kids raised in a british household or australian household despite not being from there develop that accent). I always felt like an outsider and it had nothing to do with my sexuality.

No you get 62,500 EVERY GAME. Not 62,500 in 5 games.

You could potentially get that much in 1 game. But over the course of using 1 cake for 5 games, you would get the same result. You cannot account for other people using cakes so its not feasible to assume you would get full stacks every game (especially because you should not be using your cakes so at max you would have 4 stacks). You would get the same result over the course of 5 games than if you were to waste your cakes right now, especially with the stability issues going on and as a dev said, for someone like me that has all perks unlocked for every character, it would be a waste to get more bp right now when i dont need it.

But regardless it seems you didnt understand my math. Assuming full stacks, you would get 62.5k in one game. But if you were to just use your cake (and assume no one else is suing a cake offering) you would get 20.5k in that game and over the course of 5 games you would have the same amount regardless. And as I said people are using their cakes so it wouldnt make sense to waste your own right now unless you need the bloodpoints.

Thankfully nurse is the one exception the devs make. Can’t say the same for pig though despite her being terrible right now

According to the same stats as the ones saying Nurse is the worst killer, Pig would be in need of nerfs.

That's not how math works. 525% in each game for 5 games in a row is a LOT more than 105% for 5 games in a row.

Its the exact same thing. Assuming you get 10k points in each game. Having 5 cakes in one game would net you 62,500 points. If you were to play 5 matches using just one cake, you would get 20,500 points for that game. Now you do that for 5 games and you have 62,500. You have the exact same yield. Not using your cakes would net you a higher yield since you can use them when others arent. RIght now a lot of people are using them so you can essentially have free bonuses. You are not losing any points by saving cakes and in fact have the potential to make more than you will by using them now.

Of course that example was assuming you got 10k points each round but that doesnt factor in "duds" or games that are over super fast for one reason or another and you have potentially wasted a cake. Right now, not using your cakes is the wisest thing and mathematicaly you will have more bp than if you were to use them now.

You will not have many games with 5 offerings and you shouldnt (because you shouldnt be using your cakes right now)

  • @gendoss said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2360383#Comment_2360383

Because they won't stack. Would you rather 105% per game in a month or 525% every game for the next week? The extra points you'd earn stacking them will buy more cakes, people don't get that.

It doesnt make a difference if you get 105 or 525 a game because you can get that value just spread out over matches. I'd rather use the cakes when I want double bp than use them now when everyone is using cakes and I can get the bonus anyway without having to use mine.

Whether you get 525 from one game or 105 from several games, youll still get the same amount. And realistically youd actually be getting more by saving them since people will use theirs and you will get a bonus without having to use your own.

So I would rather get the bonus from others and potentially just the 1 cake than waste my cakes for 525 bp in one game.

  • Please do! I'd be very curious to see. One that has surprised me lately is I have seen a lot of killers running Iron Grasp.

Well, I believe none of us do, because no one had an actual problem with his base kit.

The only "OP" thing about Billy was the Insta-Saw, and even that can debatable.

I did. Well not that I had a problem with it as playing him, I loved the fact I could have a killer that I could use and win with, it was going against him as players that were as bad as me would get on him and do well. I never shouldve gotten as high in rank as I did playing Billy, and have never gotten above rank 12 since playing other killers. I think he can still do what he was intended to, he just takes more planning and thought now than what I did which was just wait for an opportunity to down someone and bypass having to hit twice then go across the map to get someone else and pretty much always have someone on a hook. I didnt know much about the game or what addons were good, I often just played without addons or just his brown/yellow ones.

  • @Mringasa said:

I hated going against the old Billy, I think I might have had a 1% escape rate vs him. It challenged me though and really did get me focused on the game. I was pretty upset when they announced the revamp, cause I knew he was going to get gutted.

Now... I am sad. No more Sky Billy, no more Flick Billy. No more me being a bit on edge the first time I hear that chainsaw, because now he doesn't scare me at all. Too easy to dodge, too easy to counter. He needs fixed somehow. Before the revamp, the game felt the way it should. A horror survival game. Now it just feels like a casual simulation. So sad...

Id rather they leave him as is. I'd rather him be too easy to counter and dodge than be like what he was before where he cant just wait out for a chance like I did and get me essentially free downs, kills, and even without that still great mobility.

  • No because I cant do what I could before and just have the chainsaw revved up and wait for an opportunity. It sucks I dont have a killer to rely on anymore, but it also means I dont have to go against him/ struggle against him as often since it seems like hes not as prevalent anymore. Speaking from my own experience, it got a lot of players to ranks they didnt belong (myself included).

  • @WishIcouldmain said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2348148#Comment_2348148

From my experience I had survivors who were familiar with the chainsaw charge time and knew where they could and couldn't be chainsawed. With new Hillbilly the animations and hitboxes it's harder now.

Well we clearly have different experiences. I cant say how he is now, only that before his change I was easily able to rank up, down survivors by just waiting until the right time and go across the map to get another down. I never struggles with him and I was able to play killer. I havent been able to find another killer that was as easy and rewarding to play for very little skill as Hillbilly was for me before his update.

  • @WishIcouldmain said:

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2346925#Comment_2346925

Except the insta down actually took effort and good survivors knew how to play around the chainsaw.

That wasnt my experience. I was able to just wait around until I knew i could land it and bypass having to hit them twice. Its not very difficult to land for me, only problem I have now is that I can't hold it forever until the right moment.

  • @BingBongMan said:

There are a couple obvious ones I see for myself.

    1. Instasaw addons

    ( Self explanatory )

    2. Drift king addons

( more of a meme but allowed him to traverse maps more easily. I personally didn't have a problem with it. )

    3. Can camp well with the chainsaw

( you used to be able to keep it revved up, but now it isn't as easy. Overheat still didn't change how easy it is to hook trade with him though. )

That's about all I can think of off the top of my head, were there any other reasons?

None of those reasons were the reason I thought he should be nerfed. As someone who plays primarily survivor, I despised playing against billy because he was a character that had insane mobility and an insta down to boot and was very easy. I confirmed this when I started playing Billy myself at the time and despite being horrible at chases, I was able to win often just using my chainsaw for mobility and when i got to rank 10, i was able to just hold my chainsaw and get instadowns. The only perks I ever ran on him were tinkerer, enduring, and whatever other generic perks i had. I got to rank 3 pretty easily and then I started playing other killers and saw just how hard killer was to actually play lol. Billy was a crutch and when they nerfed him I didnt have any other super easy killer I could run without needing slowdown perks. I didnt like it at first but then realized that it also meant I didnt have to struggle against him as much which Im thankful for and would rather have no killer i can play well if that means not having to deal with him as survivor. Even if that also means I can no longer have easy games as killer.

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2341396#Comment_2341396

Not at all what he was saying. He was saying that if you take the average killrate of the top ~1% of Nurse players, and compare it to the top ~1% of all players of all other killers then Nurse is in the top 25% of all killers.

Considering other factors, such as the mass amount of bugs, large difficulty to playing her, and small Player sample size in comparison to killers like Spirit, it is incredibly impressive. And even if she isn't the best in the game according to this (because the only way to make her the best in the game is in theory where a killer will never ever miss a single blink or blink hit), she is still top 25% excluding Trickster and Nemesis since they weren't released yet.

So, yeah, nowhere near the worst in the game.

Thats pretty much exactly what I summed it up to be. Comparing the top 1% to the top 1% and Nurse is at the 25% mark where according to most she would be at the number 1.

If youre comparing essentially the best to the best at what they should do best, the Nurse isnt doing the best. The best of the best still cant do the best with the best.

  • Interesting. The way that is worded is convoluted. He makes it sound like he is saying that the top percent of players get the highest percent killrate on nurse when considering the top percent of players that get the highest percent of killrates. Well if you consider the players that have the highest killrates... then yeah they are going to have a high killrate. And the fact that its limited to the top 25% and nurse isnt the best like all people claim she is when considering the top % is pretty concerning lol.

I think I understand what he is saying but I think he worded it poorly in that its like he is saying that when you account for the richest 1% of people in the world they have the highest 25% of income when considering those that are in the 1% in terms of value in assets or money. Like yeah, the richest people have the most money? But in his statement I think what he is trying to say is that when you only consider the top 1% of players that have the best killrates, nurse is at the 25% highest killrate (or in the top 25%) when you consider players with the highest 1% killrate on their killers comparitively. If the highest 1% killrates are only at the 25% mark (or atleast thats as much information as he wants to give in that she is in the top 25% but could be at the top for all we know) despite nurse being regarded as the best killer, then she isnt the best considering that the best players arent completely dominating as most say that a god nurse will never lose considering she bypasses fundamental mechanics to avoid being caught by a killer in chase.

Thank you for sharing the information though.

Also according to @Almo's stats she has the highest kill rate among the top% of players. Also according to the devs themselves they don't use only kill rate stats to determine how good a killer is.

    https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/ZC9GKTKFHUV2/6b5.jpg

I'm not aware of when he said this. I'd like to see it. I'm only aware of the post they made some time ago that showed nurse as having the worst killrate by a wide margin both in all ranks and in red ranks. Much has changed since as I'm sure that Freddy probably isnt at the very top, but nothing has changed to make Nurse better.

  • @GoodBoyKaru said:

If nurse is such a terrible killer then why is she literally the best killer in the game according to everyone ever?

Maybe do Power Moves next? It's annoying but not especially challenging - and it's kind of interesting to see how you play without your perks, and how much the lack of your usual kit affects or doesn't affect you. Plus there's nothing stopping you from bringing a medkit.

Good luck on the hatch escape one; you need a SWF or an alignment of stars to pull that one off! It's so hard to get it with randoms because even if everything else falls into place, even if you show them the key and gesture them over to the hatch, they'll usually just go to the exit gate and leave through there.

Yeah I think I might try to go for the hatch escape one since I dont know what the change to keys will be and it could make the achievement way harder, like the one from Nurse that requires a grab after chaining 3 blinks which before her addon pass wasnt too difficult as she had addons that gave her more blinks and on release had 3 basekit, but now the only way to get 3 blinks is with an addon that limits your blinks to LOS (though that does mean you can still teleport through pallets and windows, just not through walls with no LOS to the other side). Power Moves I can go for at any time. My usual build is Iron Will, Calm Spirit, Balanced Landing, and Adrenaline/For the People. I just need to find a SWF group to do it with and then ill aim for Power Moves.

  • @Laluzi said:

    Dang, congratulations and well done!

I currently have adepts for everyone I own, but I'm missing a lot of players. I never would have gotten Nurse even with Plaid Flannel guiding the way - I snuck it in during the MMR test, when matchmaking was happy to give me players that... matched my ability with Nurse.

I'm not looking forward to Deathslinger or Trickster, because I can't aim for beans. I had surprising trouble with Ghostface because matches just blitzed by too quickly no matter how well I was performing, while Nemesis was surprisingly easy and I got it on my first try. Other notables... I got Plague back when I was a brown rank up against equally brown ranked opponents, and I'm really glad about that. Somehow I got Myers on Fractured Cowshed with a 12-hook game.

What achievements do you have left? There aren't that many challenging ones after that beyond the T3 Myers one; most of the remainder are just time-consuming.

I thankfully managed to get the Myers one back in 2019, of the ones I have left to complete that are not just time consuming are the one where you need to use a key to have your whole team escape via hatch, the new map achievement for RPD, Power Moves, and a lot of the ones that require using the killer power like sending people to cages of Atonement or catching survivors in bear traps.

Looking at Pressured Performer for a minute, I realized something kind of funny about it. How it almost looks like an updated version of Amacky's "Never Stop Slashing" Legion because of the small details that the outfit has that look very similar to what NNS would have had.

NNS (Never Stop Slashing Legion, just in case)

Now, this sounds like it could mean anything and be just a silly coincidence. But then I thought that there was something somewhat odd about it, too, because it got me to feel a bit more on the subject matter. I ended up remembering that NNS and Chimeric Horde both came out around the same time as each other. I also remembered Jill and Leon's "None Set" very rare quality cosmetics that people were pointing out that Jill's hair didn't change with the cosmetic that still costs around $1,080. Because people would buy the cosmetic without the hair, the Devs thought to make those cosmetics a set, forcing people to buy the hair.

What I'm saying right now is, back in Tome V: Unleashed, when NNS got released beside the Chimeric Horde, the Devs would have known that the community Legion's Outfit that most of everyone who voted for might have sold better than their Chimeric Horde, so they deliberately made NNS not look as good with texturing, unique physics, and most importantly the unique mask that COULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CHANGE so that they can sell their design.

I believe they didn't want a community-made cosmetic to sell better than their stuff that was a little more expensive than the community-made cosmetic. Being that you can get the NNS for FREE if completed the tome by playing the game, versus you having to buy Chimeric Horde for 1,080 auric cells. And at the beginning, you could only have bought it that way or with shards that they didn't gift to us until much later in the Hallowed Blight "EVENT." I believe they cheated us by giving us a cosmetic outfit that looked better in terms of quality, style, and semi-uniqueness. Compared to a community-made cosmetic that would have been the absolute best we would have gotten at that time that WE voted for and that WE made possible to be a part of DBD.

If the Devs are able to go back, update Nurse and Trappers look well they sure as hell can update the NNS look and give us what was promised, because since I first got the outfit I thought that they could have done so much better and could have been more faithful to the source material, but instead what we got is a (still) semi-cool looking shell of what was promised.

I've been waiting for a while for them to make that community skin available in the store. Since its the anniversary I was looking forward to them making it purchasable since I think that in the 4th anniversary is when they made Mr. Puddles available in the store.

  • Thank you! The ones I had the most trouble with were Huntress, Deathslinger, and Trickster. So yeah that says something... I'm a healer main in Overwatch that plays a lot of Mercy, I don't exactly have the best aim lol.

  • What if boon totems could also be in the same spawn as a hex totem. Seeing as with a build consisting of haunted ground and only other hex perks, you could have a situation where all totems are hexes, unless they plan to just increase the amount of totems that can spawn but it would be a strategic thing to have to make a choice to eliminate a killer hex at the cost of your own and thats as far as I can take it because we still dont know how killers would interact with boon totems (if they can destroy them or not)

  • @gendoss said:

I actually think it will be the opposite. Who will want to lose out on 4 - 5 cakes every game? Nobody will DC.

Bloodpoints are so inconsequential to me I couldnt care less. Having no DC penalty makes it so I can get into games I will enjoy faster. If I'm a survivor and I see its a nurse, I will DC i dont care to bother knowing its a good one or not. If I'm killer and the survivors BM, ill dc, theyll still get some points just not as much but thats also their own fault. If i dont Dc then ill prob try to tunnel and camp one out which isnt very fun for me or them so its best to dc. And out of spite for some other games i might DC pretty early on to deny the survivors points because im a petty person.

A lot of people could not care less about BP so its not any incentive to stay in a match you dont want to stay in. At the end of the day you cannot force someone to participate.

  • With boon totems coming soon I wonder how it will play out.

Mr. X over Nemesis really wouldn't work that well, since Mr. X doesn't have tentacles. I'd LOVE Mr. X to be in the game somehow, but none of the Killers really match what he does.

I don't see why that matters. Teachable perks kind of give killers and survivors abilities they shouldnt or would never have. Its just a skin at the end of the day. Mr. X can have tentacles, let him have tentacles, let him be a skin for Nemesis please

  • @Bluebird said:

If you worked at BHVR, and they wanted you to decide what the next Legendary Skin is (so, a whole new person) for one of the Licensed Characters (Tapp, Quentin, Laurie, Cheryl, Pyramid Head, Nemesis, etc.), what would you want it to be?

If you want, you can do one for Killer, one for Survivor. I'm interested in seeing what you guys would want.

Me personally, I want HUNK over Leon, fit with Keith Silverstein voicing him.

Why is no one saying a Mr. X from RE2 remake for Nemesis? I have never even played a resident evil game but that tophat is way too cool to not be in the game.

pretty sad a game needs competition for the devs to put any effort into it

How is it sad. its great for them. They made a niche that no one has really been able to put a formidable competitor to. There isnt a reason for them to put more effort in because people will play this regardless as there isnt a viable alternative. It would be dumb to waste more effort than necessary when they essentially have a monopoly on the genre.

  • They arent, especially not for huntress. They missed hatchets, are playing with one hatchet because of the iridescent head, and arent playing the loop well. Thats just someone not being good versus a loop being an infinite. infinite loops are not a thing anymore, and if a loop seems like its infinite then you need to analyze what you are doing wrong to make it seem like that when it isnt.

  • Lol I wouldnt call it fanservice, it just a revert of what they had to begin with. That being said, David gets a lot of fan service stuff but they missed an opportunity with not giving him a speedo. Or going full fanservice and doing shirtless Myers lol

Maybe with male asses. It can be a bit weird to think "wow thats a nice ass" and then realize its a dude. But hey I have eyes and an ass is an ass and if its nice I can see it. My job makes it hard to ever considering giving anal so its not even a sexual thing for me where other straight guys might not even want to have that happen since they might be into anal but as someone that isnt regardless of the circumstance I just see buns as a nice thing to look at.

Itll make the LGBT people happy, the straight people can turn a blind eye or just realize that having eyeballs means you can see when something looks good and doesnt and acknowledging that doesnt make you gay same way drag queens can know what a nice figure looks like and not all of a sudden be straight.

And again that just seems like your lack of want to improve so you can get kills without needing to camp.

If I get queue times for killer as fast as those for survivor then ill care about getting better. For now, I just want to have fun and not feel like i wasted my time.

I don't have much more than maybe 4 hours a day outside of my job as I'm on call so its not something I'm keen on doing when I can only get in maybe 2 or 3 games in.

I already wasted hundreds of hours when I had the time and no strategy has helped me better than camping and the game has rewarded me for it. I went up to rank 8 from rank 20 when I started camping so i have gotten better in a way. Getting from 0 kills a game to 1 kill a game is a huge improvement for me.

No matter how long your queues are you can still play to improve.

It's your own unwillingness to learn that's holding you back.

If I ever get lower queue times ill focus on getting better.

Queue are like that cause there's a lot of killers like you in low ranks, and that's really frustating for survivor, so they unistall which means your queue will increase even more, and then you will face rank 1 survivors and will get 0 kills, cause they're smart WHICH means you're going to be frustated.

Meh, I get more frustrated not getting any kills so I'll take 1 kill.

I havent gotten any since I don't really get to witness it. As I said, I only need one down and then i camp on the hook with Billy's chainsaw fully powered so they cant come close.

I love how the devs will pop in to fight you about the game's player count, but they won't discuss what they're doing for the long-term health of the game.

That's an indication of their priorities.

As it should be. The whole point of a business is to make money and if people are enjoying the game as it is then there isnt a need to change anything. The game could be trash and everyone hate it but if people play it then why should they care? They shouldn't. They should care about money because if the game truly is bad and enough players leave or they dont get enough money then theyll know something has to change.

Their priority shouldnt be something like the health of the game, thats not as objective as how much money the game makes.

  • @anarchy753 said:

4 1-hit-down perks on a killer with 1-hit-downs built in. All that's saying is that you're TERRIBLE with the chainsaw.

Pretty much. I only pick Billy so that I can keep the chainsaw revved up in case someone trys to save and I can one hit down them.

The fact that I'm terrible is exactly why I have to camp, otherwise the survivors just get a free game.

  • @Alify said:

Prior to camping I would wait 15 minutes to get nothing.

  • @Redhammer03 said:

I just don't understand the perk choices. Why haunted ground when you have noed? When the gates are powered and they look for your hex, if they mistakenly cleanse haunted, it doesn't matter they r already one shot-able. Personally when I run haunted I go full hex, Devour Hope, Thrill of the hunt, Haunted ground, and the new one Gunslinger brought to reveal auras when a hex is clensed. This makes all 5 totems start as hexes, which means someone will almost definitely spawn near one, they will almost definitely start to clense it, and be pinned by thrill for me to immediately start chasing. If they cleanse a haunted and leave totems alone then they get devour hoped, and if they target the hexes then I target them with thrill.

Also I agree camping won't make you better, you don't learn anything new by sitting in front of a hook, but if that's what makes you happy, keep camping my dude, but please change your perks a little.

Just so that in case someone cleanses it I can one shot down someone.

It doesnt make me happy to camp, the outcome is what makes me happy. If i could kill without having to camp I certainly would but as people keep saying im not good and with 15 minute or longer queues im not in the position to attempt to improve, i just want to make my games mean something and getting that 1 kill is very fulfilling.

  • @Khakuate said:

Wanna know why your queue times as killer are long? For people like you.

YOU destroy low ranks survivor game experience by camping, which means they will unistall = longer queue for killers.

Well when I didnt camp the queue times were just as long. Now that I camp, I atleast get a kill out of a game. Its a cycle in that sense because my long queue times cause me to have to play this way and if that makes more people not play and queue times increase more then that just forces me to have to camp even more.

  • @Khakuate said:

Ever since I started camping I havent had any game where I dont get atleast 1 kill and it feels amazing. It only makes me feel so bad about how many games i wasted and got no kills at all.

Ah I see what you mean.

Then let me be clearer about what I mean; to have more fun playing this game, and to play in a way fun for the opposition as well, op must improve. If they find getting their singular kill fun the all power to them go right ahead, but by employing scummy tactics they lost all right to complain about other scummy tactics that could occur in game, and is also not exactly a good killer. I feel like op would have a better experience if they got better at the game, hence why I kept saying "need".

Like if a survivor died within the first 5 minute of a match because they can't hide or loop, instead of blaming the game or the killer they need to improve to have fun.

I don't have the time to improve seeing as how my matches tend to take longer than 15 minutes to get into. If queue times were lower, I would probably dedicate the time to it.

K, Play standing still simulator if you want and you find that fun

I find it more fun that running around and not getting anything done and having everyone escape

this is last reply I’m giving you

    you clearly are either

    a. Just baiting for reply’s or

    b. Too lazy to learn how to play and if it’s the latter, you are better off playing a different game, maybe a single player game, Halo isn’t hard on Easy, just let the AI kill everything

kinda surprised this thread hasn’t been closed, it’s pointless trying to discuss things with this guy

If I'm baiting for replies, you're clearly falling for it and I can almost guarantee this isnt your last response on this thread since I can't imagine someone like you would let anyone else have the last word.

ANd like I said, I like this game and would love to get better but for now with 15 minute queue times I'm not about to try and do that. I will continue to play the way that has actually been rewarding and given me more points than not getting any kills.

Getting 1 kill even with the losing points by proximity is more than what I get if everyone escapes and its more fun and I feel like i did something.

I mean we have been discussing but all your points so far have been to quit playing the game and just saying to get better so not really helpful.

I've explained why I'm not going to do that and that I like playing how I am currently as I play for my own satisfaction and fun, not for anyone elses.

i know this whole thread is bait and you just want attention you have been deprived of, but if ruining the game for others due to your own lack of skill is fun, I can’t imagine the kind of people who would play any game with you

    https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/1468304#Comment_1468304

he said he does it to ruin the game for survivors to feel better about only getting 1 kill

I mean by continuing to respond you keep giving me attention.

I don't have fun getting nothing done after a 15 minute game.

I don't camp to ruin anyones fun I do it to guarantee a kill so I have fun.

The survivors arent just going to let me get a kill. SInce when do survivors care if the killer has fun? Not in any of my games.

In fact survivors ruin my games when after I either open the gates for them or someone triggers the collapse by opening the gates, they don't leave and often wait until the last second to leave just so they can taunt. I can't even imagine playing killer before they added the EGC and thank god i only played survivor then.

I'm not ut of my way to ruin anyone's fun. If I was I would just pick Wraith and find a corner to hide in and just let them finish the game. Theyll likely depip since they wont get any evader or altruism points.

Yeah, people who do not care about the experience of others will abuse poor game design and game devs who do not want to fix design issues and release DLC instead will ignore those design issues because people will still play the game and still buy the DLC. Maybe I need to curb my expectations for this game and its playerbase. Apparently they were much too high. Thank you for the advice, I will massively lower my expectations and expect every game to be awful

I mean most people dont have to camp as they are probably better than me. But yes, you should lower your expectations of people, not ure why anyone would have high expectations of human behaviour especially in a place where they are anonymous and the games asymmetrical design pervades a certain degree of animosity from both sides

Well like I said, you ruin the game for others by doing this as well. And I'm sorry if I seem like I'm coming at you hard right now. Its not your fault but instead just very poor game design by the devs that creates a situation that is not fun for both sides and wastes everyones time.

And like I said the game is ruined for me when I get no kills at all.

And don't worry, I don't take anything anyone says here personally.

  • No, I think I'm going to keep playing. I like this game and I dn't feel like I need to improve or get better just because its a PVP game. I play to have fun and enjoy myself at the end of the day, not to turn the game into another job.

Use those 2 games a day to get better then instead of wasting them on a single kill. With practice you could be getting 4 while actually playing the game.

I'd rather keep playing as I do until someday my queue times are lower and I can get real practice

Yup, only way to learn is try new things. Clearly the method utilized by OP doesn’t net him kills.

It nets me a kill which is more than my average of 0.
