The main problem for me is that everything seems to be getting nerfed. Some things need to be nerfed in order to make them less powerful, but if you want to actually break up the meta you need to make perks that aren't getting used at all more useful instead of making perks useless just because people are playing with them.

I don't think the devs care about Halloween event rn

It's because new animations are a lot of work, takes tons of time, and BHVR doesn't wanna spend the time using their resources on something that won't even be seen very often to begin with. I mean you really don't see moris all too often.
maybe now but with the proposed mori update they're going to be part of the game by default.

It could work sort of like quick & quiet

Or maybe, you know, it broke?
The chatterer legendary skin was practically released with Pinhead.
Perhaps the conflicting voice lines broke the voiceline on Pinhead alone, leaving the Chatterer to chat away.
The mods have clearly said that they can't talk about it rn, if it was a bug they would have said so

I like it a lot, I play casually and I get matched up with players who still challenge me and make the game fun. I finally feel like I don't have to always pick the killers I'm insanely good at, I can just have fun being bad.

Well I don't think there should be an option to have an offering for it, it would be nice to see in custom games some options for old / older / oldest versions of some of the maps, kinda like a memento of what was
I still would like to see both a pre remake but also a old old version of the maps like old cow tree, and old swamp where it was just massive with 2 piers, I never got to explore those maps and it always seemed like a interesting thing to do or have as an option for kyf just to flesh out that gamemode more
Exactly!
I'm pretty sure they have that with badminton already

Nea was described as gendernonconforming from the beginning. the entity as well.
The entity and nea are definitively female, the entity uses female nouns in the french translations

eh

Are they teabagging, sneaking keys, or hitting you on the hook? If yes, they aren't concerned about making the game fun for anyone else, so they are sweaty. It doesn't matter if they're winning or losing.

With the next survivor

four survivors using the exact same cosmetics

when did this change?

YES

Any survivor dressed up as legion would end up being funny.
Imagine hopping into the game as legion and having to face against the legion

It's actually a great map for ranged killers like huntress, as many of the corridors limit the survivors' ability to block line of sight.

I have a lot of time on my hands. Or rather I don't, but that which I do is poorly spent😁
I love seeing the google translated stuff you do. Keep up the good work!

My bad about Slinger, he did kill the Warden at the end due to him not keeping up his part of the deal (iirc). As for Frank, its debatable. He's clearly not a nice person, but I do think he has some mental health issues (such as depression) due to him not having anyone that truly cared about him when he was growing up, so when he did have someone that cared about him, he was willing to go too far for them and kill the janitor.
Maybe he was evil, but I like to try and find the good in Frank and think if he was evil he would've killed earlier without any reason.
He also attacked his boss with intent to kill. Even though he barely survived, that still knocks him off of the 'protecting your friends' category.

One way the Thing could work is to take it's body-twisting abilities and look at it from another angle:
If they realms of the Entity are made from Auric Cells, which very well may be part of the Entity's anatomy (I'm not so clued up on this, sorry, but it's clear nearly everything is made or consists of this), then to combat the issue of SWF the Thing could hqve an ability to not only morph into people but objects as well!
Basically, take the principle from "Prop Hunt" and put that into DBD. That way, nothing is safe, and even SWF will be wondering who or what it is.
I like the idea, but it doesn't work at all with the Thing's lore

It's hard to for me to be mad when a good Blight main downs me, no matter how i should be feeling. Pinball man will always be in my heart.

There are tons of good offerings, from bp offerings to game changing offerings, Luck offering to combo with the always hook escape without deliverance, fog, hatch to combo with keys( annoying strat), offering for every one to spawn together( combos with prove thyself and another offering that makes you spawn away from the killer, the spawn away is not that good as it makes you spawn at corrupt intervention if there is this perk).
I still think that luck should apply to more than two aspects of the game. (One of them being a specific killer's power)
-
One time, the match countdown had started and I was the only survivor left. (The nurse had hooked the other one.)
I started looking for the hatch, but the nurse downed me and started carrying me.
I escaped, only to get downed again.
It was only at that point that I realized the nurse had already found the hatch and was leading me to it.
-
I think a shapeshifter killer would be fun, but impossible. just consider swf.
-
There are so many killers I'm trying to get good at, not because they're good or will win me matches, but because they're fun.
-
Only run trapped hex totems

I don't like any of these lol. I would say nurse but the only time she's fun is if the person isn't that good with her, but not horrible.

Make your choice - Encourages going back to the hook. However, because the unhooked survivor is exposed, they are less likely to body block the recently unhooked thereby encouraging tunneling behavior
Furtive Chase - This has the same problem as Make Your Choice. However, Furtive Chase is just a bad perk overall, but it really should have a condition that doesn't encourage coming back to the hook
Forced Penance - If you have 2 survivors, they are both injured with med kits and one has is broken and the other isn't who do you go for? You go for the individual who isn't broken. That's just common sense. The reason why someone would take a protection hit is usually because the person being chased is on death hook and getting tunneled. This perk rewards bad behavior.
Insidious - encourages camping hooks
Monstrous Shrine - encourages using basement and camping basement, this perk is just in general bad. But if it were good then the behavior that it would encourage would be atrocious.
NOED - You can basically ignore gens completing early game, even camp a bit, and then when the game ends secure a free kill end game, maybe more if the group becomes too altruistic.
-
These perks should be changed.
perks like make your choice, devour hope and deathbound are often considered toxic, but they give killers an extra incentive not to camp by adding the effects only after the survivors are far away. Also how is coming back to an unhooked survivor toxic? That seems like an inherent risk on the survivor side, and an expected behavior on the killer side. Killers are supposed to be working against the survivors, you know.
-
There should be less blinding-related items, but the airhorn would be a great and hilarious event item. (Maybe it could even work across the map.)
I think that we could use more items/addons on both sides with significant and interesting drawbacks.

Too bad cause it's Yun-Jin
Now I have made you know and you have been gotten
Also Yun-Jin is either Chaotic Neutral or Lawful Evil, depending on if you judge her inaction as being evil.

They can't see you, you just have a terror radius
Also think the horror ambience of the game is definitely lacking lately

Killer: Blendain't
When crouching, survivors scream, revealing their location. this effect can only be triggered once every 90/80/70 seconds.
Survivor: My Turn
When opening a chest, you have a 15/30/45% chance of pulling out a killer's weapon. You can hit the killer and other survivors with it.
Killer: Tremors but in DBD
Press the active ability button while standing and looking at the ground to teleport under the map. you move 130% faster, but can't interact with anything. press the active ability button while underground to teleport up. teleporting is very slow.
Survivor: Nope!
at the beginning of the match for 60/70/80 seconds while standing, press the active ability button to disconnect.
-
Survivor perk: Rites of Judgement'nt
Scratch marks you leave never go away. You see your scratch marks. Killers walk 6/8/10% slower when walking on your scratch marks.
-
Both, so...
Wish there were more blights and Legions because i think that playing against them is fun. their powers are confusing and hard to use so they usually make smart and entertaining plays when I come up against them.
I want to learn hag so that I can level up and get the surveillance ruin combo.
-
This game tends to have a trend where the newest killers are the least played because most people are:
Stubborn
reluctant to try out something new that they aren't perfectly good at
focused on maintaining their rank
actually playing the killer, but not doing well because the killer is fairly new (see #2)
-
Survivors do therapy at the campfires
-
The twins would pretty much do the same stuff they were doing before
-
David probably would have been a nurse/doctor in an alternate timeline

ah the boring argument again, love it.
after major nerfs to pig, legion, nurse, billy, spirit and countless nerfs sure we still need more.
Of course survivors are weaker with 3 second chance perk per person (everyone knows which 3),
just nerf killer, I agree with you.
I think that instead of nerfing stuff we should make new ways to play the game.
