Dedicated servers are coming.
This happens so often that I'm starting to think it's a feature.

What can be done to the dailies? Per now I don't do dailies, because 90% of the dailies I get are for killer. The rewards are too low to be bothered to play a random rank 20 killer without perks, and lobby waiting for up to 20 minutes. I remember the fantastic dailies a while back, when the dailies were actually worth the effort. It is not now. Also, I think you should have some kind of battle pass. I immensely enjoy doing ######### for skins, and I know many others that do too.
Working as intended.
The daily quets are supposed to force you out of your comfort zone.It is NOT working as intended when many don't even bother with the dailies though.

I see many suggest I play killer, because I need to be a balanced player, etc. This is literally not a post about what I'm playing the most, or what I should play the most. I play with my friend all the time, so we'd rather play together as survivors.
I'm saying - IF you're not gonna give me survivor dailies, you need to bump up the rewards, because 30K is not nearly enough to make me do dailies.
And I have 1500 hours playtime accumulated with survivor and killer gameplay. I hate camping, but I also can understand why some need to resort to it. Why is this even being brought up in this post?

There used to be dailies where you'd get 100+ BP for doing one but the objectives needed to complete one usually required several games. I liked those more.Yeah, those are fresh in my mind. I LOVED them. The only time I've actively tried to do dailies.

Can't we just all be friendly and let eachother farm? We all want bloodpoints and that is what should bring us together.I feel that a match starting out with farming is so disappointing. If the killer wants to farm, just do it discreetly and make it more obvious once the end game is near. I felt it much more enjoyable when I felt like I was playing a real match. Some killers could ease down on the one hit addons/perks/mori/facecamping tho.

Yeah, I have to agree. The Game is NOT my favorite (survivor here), but I'm sooo tired of seeing the same things over and over. Please give some variety. I think we all would appreciate it.

Absolutely great idea!

What else is there to do? I don't even need shards when there is not enough cosmetics for my character. You keep playing, or you try to have your friends play it with you. That's what I did (I have 1300+ hours), and it kinda renewed the game for me after playing solo for a looong time.

Yes her base kit is way too weak, but unfortunately not all killers are meant to be viableI feel like it's more "not all killers are meant to be good for everybody". I've met Trappers, Wraiths, Freddy's etc. who are really good. They just know when to do what, and genuinely enjoy to play their choice of killer. If all killers were so overpowered that anybody who picked it up would 4k with them every game in a few minutes, it wouldn't be fun, interesting or challenging at all to learn something new. And it wouldn't feel good to win either.

One thing that does annoy me thoggt, now I don't care for campers they can camp if they want. But it is kind of a waste if traps when the killer is the hag and they place traps down near you and they still stand there facecamping you, that is one thing I have seen about 5 times.
These annoys me for camping: Nurse and Billy. Best kit in the game, still thinks they have to camp. Tunneling: The Pig, designed to not tunnel basically, still almost all pigs I've met tunnels. If you want to camp/tunnel, go with The Cannibal, ironically with his teachable perk BBQ, he is THE best camper.

why the hell should people not strive to do gens as fast as possible? It is not about "why not", it is about "balance". I know that term is not appreciated by survivor mains, but gens are done to fast and hurt the gamebalance.
Killer are at the point where they can't accomplish anything. That's why the Trapper dropped so hard in effectiveness and therefore popularity."Not appreciated by survivor mains". I'm a survivor main, I love balance. ######### you on about. If they slow down gen progress a lot more than it's now, then they need another way to punish hard campers - yes those who start the match by camping, not the one defending last chance to get a kill. Anyway, I like what @fcc2014 said. Give more objectives without forcing survivors to spend another minute on generators. I've played this game since it came out, I welcome any change really.

Botany is a speed increase, Autodidact adds instant progress. They're two different things. Botany makes healing others about 2.4 seconds faster. Autodidact could possibly complete a heal in about 3-4 seconds. It doesn't rely on you needing to be the one to unhook like WMI.
I'm not sure if Autodidact is worth it yet, but each perk has its pros and cons. Of the three Botany is definitely the weakest and Autodidact is the most situational.
I just healed someone and got 4 skill checks in that one heal.
It's a little bit too situational. RNG will def screw you over more than it's worth. Maybe in a SWF-situation, where you can be the dedicated healer or something. I don't know. But I heal my teammates maybe 2-4 times in a solo game, depending on how thirsty the other players are for saving and healing. I would definitely take it if it applied to self care though.

From a survivor perspective - we've gotten the "do gens, git gud" hammered into our heads so many times, it's literally all anyone will do. And ofc do a dull totem or two on the way to the next. With the amount of camping going on, even on first hook 5 gens left, why the hell should people not strive to do gens as fast as possible?
But then there's the games where the killer does not have ruin, and is not camping and is not making me ALT-TAB out of the game while I'm hanging there while being admired by the oh so mighty Nurse. It always is a bitter sweet win against those who try to make the game fun if all the gens were done within minutes. I cross my fingers they have NOED and Blood Warden to squeeze a bit fun juice out of those matches.

I haven't met a good Spirit yet. But the best way to counter her is just Urban Evasion everywhere. Sprint when you know she is in fact chasing you out of phase walk. Be sneky snek
-
The map is the best thing to ever happen to this game. Seriously, why didn't they put this much effort into ALL the maps. It's beautiful. I bought the DLC just to support that goddamn map.
-
There's literally no reason to run this perk over WMI for team healing. Or BotanyK for a flat permanent increase.
-
I mainly play survivor, but when I do play killer this is a huuuge pain. I don't mind being blinded, as long as I can't see in-game. It's a bit excessive when I'm actually blinded IRL too. I always feel a bit bad when I use a flashlight in DBD, hoping they are not prone to migraines.
+1 for black screen!

-
I want this too. I never saw the explanation why we can't have it - but this is something I've wanted since the game released. It takes so much time when you're being dodged 10 times in a row etc.
-
Urban evasion (always equipped, I feel naked without it), tenacity and we'll make it.
Tenacity is a really good situational perk, which more people should try out. Has saved my life many times.
