So, im an older player who Uninstaller the game around 2 years ago. I still keep up with *some* of the changes (I know you can rebuild totems and bow there is existences of "boon perks", new markets matchmaking. Ect.). However, I don't know anything in terms of the gameplay itself. I'm just curious how the game is going atm. If it's fixed I might reinstall the game and try it out. If it is still6 comments 81 views last activity

Idk of this is changed or not, but why is it that killers can only use the blight addon for only the event, but survivors can use it as long as they have it. There is 0 reason that it should work like that.2 comments 61 views last activity

I really wish dbd would implement a colorblind mode for people with the condition. I don't have it personally, but I know a few friends who have varying degrees. One has red-green colorblindness, while another can only see purple. It is really not fair for them. However, I think I came up with a way to make it a more fun way of doing it: add a feature to change auras and scratch marks. Some peo3 comments 81 views last activity

A game about beans murdering in electrical and voting on someone because "they are sus" is getting a colorblind feature, but dbd is still not getting one. Cmon dbd, even between them is getting it.38 comments 821 views last activity

I am not happy tbh. I have a few reasons: 1. Balance 2. Less variety 3. The hypocrisy 1. Now, i understand that there are things that need to be nerfed and changed. But there is a big balance difference here between the 2 sides. I saw that multiple killer skills got changed. Most of these unused perks got a buff that will make 4 more people use them, while nerfing the killers best gen defe0 comments 11 views last activity

there have been a good amount of people posting on reddit something like "here's an idea: LEAVE!" Recently. I am just curious? Do you prefer the survivors to leave and get it over with, or to stay and get a little more BP using your power or finding hatch?29 comments 531 views last activity

the people that are willing to accept this as a game and play for fun at all times. Im not one of these people, but these guys deserve mad respect for keeping calm, or at least not get pissed after not having a 4k escape/kill.12 comments 231 views last activity

I played about 5 matches yesterday, and in 4 of my matches, someone brought a purple or pink key. Is there a key challenge that just came out in the rift? Edit: on top of that, why am I facing people that are usually 4-8 ranks higher than me? Im not complaining about either, but i just wanna know.2 comments 31 views last activity

the entity is barely keeping him alive, and making him move at a normal killer speed. There is barely any room left for his power! It all makes sense now!9 comments 231 views last activity

title says all. Remember, this is YOUR opinion. Someone doesn't like a killer you like, don't get mad. I'll go first. I am usually fine with most killers. But they ly killer i really don't like to face is plague. I hate the fact that she literally makes t3 myers useless unless you cleanse. Once you cleanse, she becomes a "close range" mega-huntess. It has been 2 weeks since the console peasants have joined us PC elites. They come from every corner, plaguing this beautiful, amazing PC exclusive community. Everything was great, but now it is ruined by these filthy, disgusting controller users. The kind of people that only bathe every 2 weeks. Jokes on them, im at least bathing once a week. Because of the pandemic of the game, I have decided8 comments 111 views last activity

But PC players are also terrible Can we all agree that we both suck and move on, instead of having this stupid dick-measuring contest about it? Let's just all suck together as one... That didn't come out right.44 comments 2,621 views last activity

can you optimize the game for consoles now? As a PC player who tried out console, i can say it is terrible optimization wise. Is it really fun to play when you are dropping frames while the Pc players don't have an issue. I would even be fine if they locked it at a stable 30 fps, but it struggles to do that at times.1 comments 21 views last activity

we now know how colorblind people sort-of felt. And since they really don't care about those people, now we will get better cosmetics. Who cares about people with needs when wallets speak louder. (All satire btw)9 comments 311 views last activity

Title says all I've watched quite a few dbd games and played quite a bit too, and in 1/2 matches I have seen/played recently, there has been at least 1 guy either DCing or killing themselves on hook.0 comments 21 views last activity

Title states the main point. I've played multiple matches, and it seems like 1/2 my matches have an issue nowadays. All of my demogorgen matches have resulted in me losing connection or, like in my last game, crashing the game. It isn't like I have a bad PC. It runs the game on ultra no problem. I just wanna know why I can't play the game.0 comments 11 views last activity

so, we saw that BHVR listened to the hillbilly issue, and has made him a bit better. Surprising considering the track record, but thank you for this. But I am still confused: if you were happy with him before, why would you still change him? It just doesn't make sense.1 comments 21 views last activity

I've been sitting in a killer lobby for over an hour (wanna use new billy to get a good opinion of him), and i have seen a total of 5 different survivors entering the game at different times. Are the ptb server just dead?2 comments 21 views last activity

I've been trying to use the new billy in the ptb. Been mainly using him at base or with addons that are at most yellow, and i found his best add on for the update: His Junkyard Air Filter addon (brown) reduces the overheat of the chainsaw. Now, from eyeballing it, you use 25% of the bar before sprinting. This makes him much better to play, as it is possible to go for those chainsaw sprints now2 comments 41 views last activity

The fact that you can't change killer while waiting for a match! This doesn't seem like an issue, but what if I wanna play oni? I like playing him in game but he screams SO MUCH while waiting for a match. I prefer to switch to another killer while waiting, but now that isnt possible. Also, what if I change my mind before a match to play a different killer? Guess I gotta either play the entire7 comments 101 views last activity

im seeing a lot of feedback about the "chainsaw update", and i am feeling like it is gonna be ok. But hear me out why I am fine with it. Leatherface: based on the video released, the amount of space he can travel is really good. You no longer have to get right behind a survivor to use the saw. Even if he is gonna have a cooldown, it is still a major buff. And on top of that: his add-ons are fina1 comments 31 views last activity

I am genuinely serious about this question. When there is an argument about it, there are arguments from both sides. Here is my takeaway: to perform a mori, you need to down someone, wait for the unhook, and down them again. Normally people like to tunnell with them, and it isn't fun to deal with. With keys, you don't need to do a gen to use the key. You can wait for all 3 of your teammates to7 comments 111 views last activity

so. I made a post about this earlier, and I decided, since I don't see any other posts on it, I'm gonna make this thing into a pyramid head tech. I call it Slice and Dice. What is it: this tech is only for PH. It is a way that PH can actually instadown a survivor. how it works / how to do it: if you have a survivor in a particular distance (easiest way is cornering them), and you use your M2 f5 comments 131 views last activity

so, apparently with him, if you equip his perk to cause the broken status to bodyblocking, and you hit multiple survivors, you get multiple broken affects. I understand how it works, because it considers them bodyblocking for each other, but I find that helarious.0 comments 61 views last activity

When you use his M1 while holding m2, the swing up is a separate hit. So if a survivor is trapped, use your m2+m1 combo to instadown1 comments 91 views last activity

Everyone knows keys and Moris are a problem in the game now. People want them gone, but I feel like they can be rebalanced to be fair. I've just thought of an idea that is. In my opinion, fair for both sides. Let's start with broken keys: I am feeling that they should have a purpose besides looking like keys. My idea is that they can open the hatch now, but it only let's 1 person jump in before1 comments 11 views last activity

I saw people saying that "wraith uncloaks super slowly", and I see where they are coming from. the way it LOOKS is completely different. Short answer: hate the perk, understand why people use it. I think the "do bones" argument has some value (more explanation below), but it is the only perk that truly slows down gen speeds. Long answer: I agree with the people that say NOED is bad. It should be removed, but not currently. There is a necessary evil to it. As of this situation, gens themselves are still to fast (this is before up3 comments 51 views last activity

So, I dont mind the effect itself, but I do mind what happens after a while: the fact that the screen gets dark and blood goes everywhere on the screen. With clown's screen-altering ability, it on look y lasts a few seconds and is supposed to give you a temporary high. It is understandable and I'm ok with that one. With deep wounds, at the very beginning, for dark maps, it can make your screen7 comments 101 views last activity

I'm not gonna criticize anyone on here, but I am going to give my own perspective of things. My timeline that I am thinking about goes all the way back to the nurse rework. She was really dumb, and she needed to be reworked, but the nerfs made her REALLY unfun to play, and some people still think she isn't the best killer anymore. I, personally, am also on that boat. I feel she got gutted har45 comments 1,041 views last activity

So, something I HATE about each survivor is that none of them have any impact on gameplay. You can be whatever survivor you want, and you can do anything. I think this needs to be changed. Why raise another survivor when you can just play 1 all the time and it still plays the same. So my idea: survivor passive abilities. This would give survivors a bit more personality. Each survivor has a smal8 comments 101 views last activity

So, there are lots of people, as killer, hate the idea of DS being abused. And we all know lots of survivors hate being tunneled here. So, I think I've come up with a solution that COULD work. Before you read, we should go over my definition of tunneling, which is: going after the same person after being rescued intentionally to hook them again, even if other targets are around. So, I am currently playing killer right now. Thw only 2 maps I have been getting are lerys and hattonfield. Only issue is that the survivors bring the map offering for these maps. I know that Hatton got a tile tweak, but it is escentially the same thing. I keep getting lerys with swf 4 man hit-squads that bully the crap out of me, while others keep sending me to Hatton. Killers, including me, were complaining about how unfair it has been for a while. Survivors who disagreed would say stuff like "git gud" in response. Now there is an update with changes for killers, and survivors are complaining. I see a lot of killers now saying "then just git gud". Alright. I am going to go through gh h my opinions on it. Before I do though... THANK YOU! it's the chapter o personally wanted to see. I've been seeing a lot of other people recently who are like "time for the dummy tech" and "window teching" and all that. While I am alright with the techs, there are some that are legitament bugs and exploits that are said to be "techs". Let's say, for example, the "item tech" in the game. It is easy in concept, hard in execution. You put down your item on an edge and use the animation to fall0 comments 341 views last activity

And my goodness, it is a whole lot of fun. And I could be saying this to soon, but feels good. For both sides, 1 amazing play can bring back a whole game. The only thing is that, as the tester, it feels just a bit to random. You could get some amazing. Cards, or get absolutely nothing. It is all luck of the draw. But yeah, 1 play can make a difference on either side. It, so far, feels decently15 comments 151 views last activity

I have seen a few threads about the jokes on april 1st. I, personally, like the kind of humor, but people have been complaining about it anyways. So, I would like to ask everyone: what would you do as the April Fools prank? I did have an idea saying they should introduce "OP mode". Escentially, everyone moves 50% faster at base.
