…it does not mean that the Killer does ( and has no obligation to join in) and you have no one else but yourselves to blame if the Killer just plays the game and kills you all and moves on to the next match. You forfeited your right to complain post match.22 comments 491 views last activity

Just ran into a three man bully squad (Who naturally pretended to have no idea what I was talking about post match when I saw all three were on each others friends lists) who spent the whole game out to torment me. The instant one got downed, the other two would rush up trying to bodyblock me from reaching a hook. When two of them were dead, the third member of the bully squad hid the rest of th15 comments 521 views last activity

Seems like a bit of an oversight. If there aren't breathing sounds for Julie and Susie surely it wouldn't have been hard to just disable the breathing sound for the skin. Not sure if the breathing sounds are still male in match since I haven't gotten the skin yet but you can hear the male breathing in the shop examining the skin. Edit: Previewed the Mori and it quite obviously uses Frank/Joey s3 comments 161 views last activity

Lost track of how many times a griefer has managed to chain blind me when I couldn't do anything to prevent it. Something to prevent that sort of abuse like a 20-30 second immunity would work I think. Also deter wasting flashlights all the time, hopefully.10 comments 151 views last activity

That way killers can decide if they want to torture themselves against a group with a massive unfair advantage they can't counter. Of course I know what SWF mains will say: "If you did that, no Killer would every play against a SWF!". Gee, it's almost like SWFS AREN'T FUN TO PLAY AGAINST'.119 comments 3,383 views last activity

…when are survivors going to see their ability to rush generators nerfed in turn? Because all BHVR is doing is encouraging Killers to tunnel to ease the pressure on them with all the regression/slowdown nerfs.90 comments 1,915 views last activity

It almost deafened me the first time I was playing as her and got hooked and the scream filled my headphones. The volume needs to be turned down asap. She has to have one of the loudest screams in the game so far as I can recall.2 comments 51 views last activity

Which are good, which are bad and which are just meh? Not sure about Dark Arrogance; faster vaulting is good without a CD but not sure about the 25% increased blind/pallet stun duration. Especially the Blind duration. Languid Touch seems like a decent chase perk, especially if paired with Spies from the Shadows; there are a lot of crows scattered around the map that people don't notice, for ex17 comments 311 views last activity

Yeah, it can take time to build up… or your fellow survivors are idiots and try to 'meme' with the Killer and instead feed him Stalking progress and he gets Tier 3 before you get even one generator done. Once Myers is in tier 3, there is no counter play beyond hoping you get four or all the generators done by the time it pops. Edit: I meant Infinite Tier 3 Tombstone, not Scratched Mirror. Why? Because survivors are abusing it to grief Killers. Case in point: I had a match where a bully SWF duo were using DS to stun me, dive into a locker and then head on stun me since the stun animation lasted long enough for them to charge Head On. All it takes is one bad apple to spoil the bunch. Either that or give Killers stun immunity for like 30 seconds after getting stunned once.28 comments 482 views last activity

How do I know this? Everytime survivor balance is brought up, there are inevitably a cascade of survivor mains declaring that you can't nerf SWFs and instead just need to buff solo q to SWF levels. Funnily enough, they never follow up with a suggestion as to how to buff Killers to compensate for said survivor buffs.11 comments 231 views last activity

I know encountering a Hag these days is equal to finding a white whale but having control of your camera yanked away from you for a crappy jump scare is not fun and if there are too many in a row they make me queasy due to the utterly loss of control of the camera. Either remove the camera movement from a sprung trap or make it so it's not such a sudden lurch.2 comments 21 views last activity

Given letting yourself die on the first hook is throwing the game to the Killer simply due to having a tantrum because you got downed. Had a Dwight do exactly that when we had three generators done.15 comments 251 views last activity

Considering how easy it is to get carried to completing an Adept as survivor it seems unfair that you have to play sweaty as a Killer to pull off their adepts, especially when a Killers perks can have anti-synergy with their power. Something like shutting off aura reading perks or slowing their repair speeds down because with voice comms they in effect have access to every information perk in the game. It's an advantage a killer has no way to counter.34 comments 981 views last activity

Title. Just curious if any are worth using for more than memes. Boon: Illumination can be useful to help avoid three gens since it's deja vu for the whole team minus the repair speed bonus but... it requires survivors to enter the boon in the first place alongside finding a totem to bless. Not so sure about Champion of Light or Deadline.2 comments 31 views last activity

I've been sitting here for ages trying to find the right way to word all this so that it doesn't come across as whiny or anything like that to explain something that has plagued me about DbD for ages: It quite literally makes me feel physically miserable. Turn them into purely altruistic items as the nerfs they received were not enough and are still everywhere and can make a chase utterly pointless for a killer if the survivor slips away.7 comments 231 views last activity

It's not due to losing against them, either: It's due to how stressful playing against a coordinated SWF is for me as a Killer at high skill ranges that I don't think BHVR or survivor mains get and I doubt I'm the only one who ends up feeling this way. Right now the overwhelming majority have been nerfed to uselessness. Eruption? Lost the incapacitation that made it valuable and replaced with useless aura reading that no killer can take advantage of. All BHVR had to do to balance Eruption was reduce the duration of the incapacitation to 10 seconds. Call of Brine and Overcharge gutted because people would run them together and BHVR decided th4 comments 111 views last activity

Considering that currently they are game breaking unbalanced. How is a Killer supposed to counter a full premade that has access to every information perk in the game and more?36 comments 541 views last activity

The massive coordination a SWF talking over voice comms have is a massive advantage Killers have no counter for. It's time to stop balancing for solo queue and instead balance around how most survivors play: In at least partial premades.2 comments 41 views last activity

Went agaisnt a TTV who I looked up post match to see if he was live, and he was, to say GG and found myself chatbanned from his channel. He did boast about his time played and devotion level in his stream title so was he just salty to have lost to someone he con18 comments 671 views last activity

So many survivors I run into seem less interested in playing the game and more interested in tormenting the Killer in some fashion. Constant flashlight blinds regardless of whether they are necessary, incessant teabagging, BM abound, etc.25 comments 841 views last activity

Had a match where all four survivors were running CoH. Do you know how demoralizing it is knowing that if you get a hit and are forced to abandon the chase to defend a generator that they can run to one of any four boons for a free heal and there is nothing I can do to permanently shut the boons down unless waste a perk slot on the incredibly niche perk Shattered Hope? Title. There is nothing now to deter a survivor with an active trap from hacking drones over and over again. Survivors with an attached claw trap should either not be able to hack an active drone or, if the Skull Merchant spots a survivor with a claw trap hacking a drone, can remotely activate the Drone to instantly lock onto and expose the survivor while making the drone unhackable but putting i8 comments 161 views last activity

Yeah, I know this is going to get me called 'trash' or what not by survivor mains based on the title alone before anyone bothers reading this, but the Incapacitation was what made Eruption strong. The regression was just 10% which is roughly 9 seconds at most shaved off the repair progress. The aura reading that replaced the Incapacitation? Useless to most killers. So bring back the Incapacitati26 comments 451 views last activity

She has to be just about the weakest Killer in the game hands down. Her power is useless without addons at anything other than observation; the lock-on takes too long and any competent survivor will hack the drone before they get Exposed. She can't do anything reactive to stop survivors from hacking her drones like instantly locking onto them if she catches a survivor hacking her drone and activa3 comments 91 views last activity

Killer perks that became meta last year? Already nerfed into pointlessness (See also: Eruption) while overpowered survivor meta perks that have been meta for six years like Dead Hard go unnerfed. Red Forest has been reworked into another survivor sided map set due to how much clutter there is to get caught up on and so much for survivors to use to break line of sight. It's effectively an infinite use medkit for every survivor. Either make it a single use per survivor and if the Boon gets snuffed out, it's gone for good just like Hex perks or make it so that only one Boon totem can be active on the map period.35 comments 1,776 views last activity

I've been feeling crushingly depressed all day and nothing helps me feel better like running into a bully squad (/s); constantly getting hit with Head-On and not even when in chases; I'd just be walking by a locker while patrolling and they would hit me with it. I am sick and tired of being matched up against toxic SWF groups. If I wanted that kind of pain I'd indulge in self-flagellation. I can already hear the survivor mains objection now: "If you do that no Killer would opt in to SWF matchmaking!" which isn't the argument they think it is. If no Killer would opt into SWF matchmaking it should be rather obvious just how unfun it is for Killers to play16 comments 212 views last activity

Had a toxic SWF that kept chain blinding me before I even had a chance to react, blinding me before each blind ended because they all had flashlights and swarmed me no matter which way I turned. They were definitely a SWF with how they were swarming me and chaining the blinds, not to mention there were two Adas and two Mikeleas and they were all wearing the same outfits per character. Slam a pallet down in a guards face and instead of passing through the pallet like they are supposed to, the guard will instead veer off, loop around the pallet to the other side and then start chasing the survivor again by which point their hunt time has ended and made the whole thing a complete waste of time.0 comments 11 views last activity

The game as it was originally designed and launched was balanced around the fact that survivors couldn't directly communicate with each other. Allowing survivors to group up and communicate over voice comms beforehand breaks the games balance with a sickening crack and swings games heavily in survivors favor. Title. Survivors who deliberately throw the match for the other three players need to be punished somehow. Whether it's a matchmaking lockout for a half an hour to an hour with an escalating duration the more they do it within a certain time frame or just an outright ban, there needs to be a punishment for such unsporting behavior.39 comments 787 views last activity

Title. Had a match against a Myers who we thought was using Scratched Mirror with how easily he was tracking people and then he eventually hit Evil Within 2 and we thought 'Okay, not a Scratched Mirror Myers'. Then seconds after hitting EW2 he entered EW3 and the only addons he was running was the one that increased the EW gain from stalking the Obsession by 40% and I think the Mirror Shard.
